I have been a loyal customers since they opened, ordering at least once a week and bought my mother as a loyal customer, as our weekly order was requested last night and we spent over an hour and half of wait for the delivery the food arrived and it was completely disappointing, burnt chicken thighs which were supposed to be mixed with WINGS and they were not was delivered along with cold chicken and shrimp steamed dumplIngs, flavorless and dry pad Thai was also given, when we called to complain they requested the food back but we would have to wait an additional 30-45 mins for our food, so we requested a refund for at least the appetizers and they refused. When I called the following day to request the bare minimum of a credit for the appetizers they completely REFUSED and said it’s not their problem anymore, I completely disappointed that they have treated me and mother who spend over $100 a week on their establishment that they wouldn’t even consider retaining their customer whom they know for so many years. I will NEVER support their business again and have told all the people that I know and support them to ban them. Sad that they rather loose clients instead of doing what’s right when the good is still here uneaten. Horrible customer service and no care whatsoever from the owners themselves. Horrible experience! I am not going back. Their website is well built and seemed nice. I ordered the Grilled Honey Chicken with Egg Fried Rice (mild) but what I received was not chicken, this is some kind of processed/fake whatever but its not chicken. Rice wasn't great either.

At first look, I thought it was pork until I cut the cutlet open and bit into it. It didn't taste like chicken and it looked like a fake processed piece of chicken on the inside.

Too bad because this place looks nice inside, eventhough it is very small but one could not judge by its cover or their website. I'd say eat at your own risk. I am truthfully and honestly feeling sick to my stomach after eating just a small portion.

Wish the Pad Thai came with the proper meat but that’s ok. They have a level of spice called “Dog cry” - I hope someone who can take spicy would order it and see how it is. Ordered online. As per their printed menus, if you order on their website, you receive a 10% discount. The discount was not taken off and when asked, nothing could be done. Bait and switch and blatant false advertisement. Would not even compromise with a freebie instead. There are so many other options in Elmhurst, reconsider and go elsewhere.

Ordered Chicken Pad Thai. Had to throw out the entire bowl as is. Something was spoilt/rotten or dead. That was the worst most horrible pungent smell I have ever encountered. I am very familiar with Thai food, spices and the flavor/smells that come from combining certain foods and spices. This was nothing like that. HORRIBLE.

Ordered takeout. Seating is very limited (intimate, if you'd like) but I definitely recommend for pickup. Basil fried rice is very tasty; didn't order it spicy, so the default has a comfy amount of heat. Double Thai iced tea is worth the value; I didn't think I could find it in this size again. Will definitely order from here again if I'm in the area.

We had Tom kha with chicken. Problem was that it had no aromatic like your lemon grass, galangal etc. Though it was very good but the missing ingredients did play a role.

Massaman curry with roti had good portion size and very flavorful.

Their food is delicious! It's a tiny restaurant on junction blvd but the food is just the best. I definitely recommend the pad thai, pineapple rice, curry chicken & their curry puffs! The calamari's here are always crispy and just amazing. I love this place and started ordering during the pandemic.

Great food, and probably the best service we've ever received dining in anywhere. We got the massaman curry, grace thai noodle, coconut sticky rice and the roti bread. The Iced Thai tea and the iced Thai Green tea were also excellent.

Everything about this restaurant was a 5-star experience. Our host took the time to recommend dishes to us based on what we told him we liked to eat, and everything he recommended was absolutely delicious. The Thai iced tea and iced green tea were just right with the food, and the spiciness was perfect. We dined in the restaurant, and throughout the meal the host was attentive but not intrusive. We will definitely be back, and will be recommending this spot to anyone we know who will be visiting Queens.

Very kind guy took my order actually felt bad for him he seemed really stressed and trying his best to be respectful, he even dropped my change and got on his knees to pick it up and apologized a bunch. Only problem is the fresh seafood order came in as I was sitting and started drippin « sea juice » everywhere making the place smell. However it was mopped up a few seconds after.

My massaman curry was too watery. The pineapple fried rice had too much turmeric in it. We did not finish the food, got it on Uber eats delivery and was unable to write a review. The durian sweet was more of a oatmeal paste. Overall, it will be the first and last time of ordering.

Inedible. It's pretty hard to go wrong with Drunken Noodles. Yet, I received a gelatinous mass of broken noodles, with rock hard tofu (are they old?? how does tofu become this hard??) and virtually no vegetables. The Zaab chicken wings are mouth-puckeringly salty. What a wasted lunch.;(

Always ordering takeout from Grace Thai and they never fail! The Pad Thai and Drunken noodles are our favorite things to order. They are the REAL thing. Definitely authentic and tasty.

Their food is very tasty and delicious and it’s authentic Thai cooking. The staff are friendly and the wait time is only 15 to 20 minutes. It’s one of the best Thai places I have ordered food from. The restaurant is designed for take out the place is small. It’s one of my favorite spots in the area. Lunch menu prices are pretty decent and at least 2 people can share a dinner. Prices for dinner not bad.

Regular customer here! Grace Thai has consistently great food and service, they have fueled our Thai cravings throughout the pandemic. Our favorites are their calamari, wings, roti (when they have it), fried rice, pad Thai, and pad see ew. Their thai iced tea and green tea hit the spot too!

Grace Thai is one of my favorite go-to lunch spots. The portions are huge and always hot and delicious. King is the best delivery driver. He is personable and kind and is never late! I highly recommend this restaurant.

It was a shame I couldn't enjoy it. 2 stars because the food is actually good, they just ruin everything by making it too spicy. If you have no tastebuds, it's a good spot. But if you like to enjoy other flavors, this is a hard pass. I gave it a chance twice already. But I'm never going back.

I needed something light and ordered the Zaab chicken wings and vegetable spring rolls. Best wings I’ve ever eaten from a Thai restaurant!!!!!! My god - Grace Thai is the best. If you want fresh food where you can taste the spices/ingredients used without it making you feel like it’s heavy, this is the place for you. I’ve ordered from this place a few times and they get it right every time!

I’ve tried other spots and although they’re good, what I love about Grace is the portions, the lunch specials and the taste. Their basil fried rice is amazing, they clean their shrimp throughly (IYKYK) and their Thai ice tea doesn’t taste powdery at all. They deliver on time, the delivery guy is so nice and I’m just a fan of this spot overall. Highly recommend!

Delicious food. Pleasantly surprised with the quality, taste, temperature and color of the food. I ordered Papaya salad with Grilled chicken, Tom Kha soup, Green curry, Grace Thai noodle and Thai fried rice.

Quite frankly i was skeptical with the 4.7 rating (as of this review) but it turned out the food is very high quality and good price for this neighborhood. Delivery person was nice and friendly. I usually don’t give out 5 star rating but from order placement to receiving and enjoying the food this was over the top experience. Thank you Grace Thai.

I have much respect for this restaurant’s manager. I order from here regularly, and tonight I had a little issue with my order so I call and lodged a complaint. The manager called me back, got my address and came to my home and rectified the matter. He was very kind and fully made customer satisfaction a priority.

I don’t know or eat a lot of Thai foods. I always order basil fried rice, pad see ew, pad Thai and drunken noodle where ever I go. And I can say this place make them the best. You can choose your spicy level and the price is very very good. Specially, the lunch special. I have ordering from them at least a week or two this past year. I high recommended this place. You can also use their website to order as they always seem to have some deal. This is also probably my first time leaving a review. Go-go 👍🏻

We’ve ordered from here several times this past year and it always arrives on time. Unbeatable lunch special - we get the squid drunken noodles which come with your choice of soup/salad and fried tofu/spring rolls AND a soda. Highly recommend the veggie soup, tastes very light and healthy.
