I always get the tilapia lunch and it is fresh and delicious. The fish I got today was fresh but did not taste, nor had the texture of tilapia. I don't know what happened this time but I could not finish the meal. I would still go back because the food is tasty and fresh but will order something else.

They are so accommodating when we request bread less wings, even though the breading is insanely good and crispy. Their pad Thai with chicken is juicy and well seasoned and their pad se ew with beef is phenomenal. They are also so sweet and their customer service is fantastic. Cant say enough about Sawadee!

I’ve been ordering from Sawadee for quite a while now. It never disappoints. I ordered through Door Dash tonight. We ordered the Red Curry Chicken extra extra spicy. It was perfect. The lemongrass with chicken once again outstanding. If you haven’t tried Sawadee you definitely need to. It’s the best Thai food around.

I love getting take out here for when I have a craving for Thai food. I have tried many of their dishes (I.e., Massam curry, pad Thai, red curry, peneng curry, drunken noodle, lemongrass pork chop, pad prik sod, Thai sesame chicken, and many more) and can confirm they are consistently delicious. I live in Queens and work in Manhattan. Find myself here for lunch on a rare work trip. I drive out here every 4-weeks or so for takeout. I hope this restaurant never closes. So, order up and keep them in business. The food is great and taste authentic. The price is right too. I've been to a couple dozens Thai restaurants and this place along with a couple of others I keep returning to.

The young man at the front counter recommend the Drunken Noodles which are my new favorite. Spicy dish with broad rice noodles and chicken and onion. Also had the spring rolls which were great. 2 suggestions, they need to give bigger portions on the sticky rice and need to start taking American Express.

Food is excellent. The owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. Everything I've ordered has always been delicious and fresh. My favorite dish would probably be the drunken noodle with beef. Although my boss recommended the chicken wings. By far the best I've every had. If you are in East Northport you have to try Sawadee.

Very rare that I would give a primarily take-out place 5 stars. But this place rocks Thai food like few places anywhere. When you bite into the crab rangoons, you can actually see and taste the crab, and the won ton wraps for them are so light that they practically shatter when you bite. Amazing. The Massaman curry with shrimp was one of the best renditions I have eaten at any Thai place. The peanuts were bursting with flavor which nicely accented the perfectly piquant and spicy curry. The potatoes were done all the way through without being mushy...everything right on point. My other half had the Cashew Nut Shrimp...stellar, the cashews were quality and well roasted, no junk nuts at this place. The Thai iced tea, despite being served in a plastic takeout cup, was right on point. This is pretty much a takeout place. There are two four-top tables, but it is clear that the majority of business is takeout...and the best takeout Thai you will probably ever eat. They know what they are doing here and East Northport is lucky to have this jewel.

Tiny hole in the wall place. Only three tables and a small counter. Looks like it's more set up for take-out, and that's probably what we'll use it for in the future. Conveniently located in the IGA shopping center and very kid friendly. The food was good and the spice level was perfect and as expected. I ordered extra spicy panang curry with chicken and was pleasantly surprised with both the spiciness of the dish and the flavor. There were plenty of veggies and also a balanced amount of both curry and chicken. Pineapple fried rice with shrimp and basil chicken were also good, although could have used more shrimp and chicken respectively. The edamame appetizer was a little lacking. Some pieces were over-steamed and all were under-salted. Taking this from a 5 to a 4 star experience because other customers experienced so many snafus during our visit. Computer errors, an order mistakenly put in the wrong bag, an order delayed...too many problems for just a short period of time. But, all in all, a great meal.

It popped up as a Seamless-ready restaurant about a month before I moved out of town. I likely would have run out of money if it existed for longer than that.

The food is SO fresh. The dishes are really nice sized portions. The flavors are robust and satisfying.

Green Curry, Pad Thai, Crab Rangoon, and Spring Rolls really all got a 5 star rating from myself and my boyfriend.

The Green Curry w/ veggies was so tasty. It was the perfect amount of spicy and it put a little bit of the rice they gave me in there and had 2 meals worth of milky, curry goodness.

Pad Thai tasted fresh and perfectly peanuty! I only had a taste, but it was one of the best pad thai dishes I'd ever had.

The Crab Rangoon was surprising to see on a Thai menu, but it was AMAZING. Shell was light and crispy, not over fried like it can be elsewhere. I don't think there was too much crab, but the filling was satisfying and delicious.

Spring Rolls are not really my thing, but they are my boyfriends thing, and he loved them.

Also, Thai Iced Tea. Every time. So good. Perfect smoky thai tea taste. Perfect amount of sweet. Always leaving me wanting 1,000 more cups of it.

Food was lfat, flavorless, unspiced and barely warm. chicken was thin, chewy and dry (even when submerged in liquid something or other). this place is terrible and will probably close the doors soon.

I've only had the drunken udon and the curry puffs. But I can tell you they are amazing. If I get something else it might not be as good. I'm going to stick with this and I feel you should try it too. It's also a pretty quiet spot to go and dine in.

The food here was good, but hardly Thai in flavor. I recently traveled to Thailand and have been craving authentic Thai food. This tasted like the stuff you get at any "fusion" restaurant.

This is our GO TO place for fresh and yummy Thai food!!! We have had numerous excellent take-out experiences and it's much nicer than the typical take our place for people that want to sit and eat in. We eat the vegetarian options and find the vegetables to be fresh, the sauces are tasty and overall the dishes are not greasy. So good!

I grew up in the city and have my fave place their do was a little skeptical but....We tried Sawadee about 6-9 months ago and CRAVE their food (my friend who lives nearby does too). We eat from here at least twice a week. Their chicken cashew, tilapia, and pad Thai are staples in our house. The staff are nice and kind to boot. Try it - you'll be happy you did.
