We tried the pad thai, which had shrimp and chicken; it was good but could use a bit more flavor, in my opinion. The drunken noodles, made with chicken, shrimp, and squid, were definitely on the spicier side—perfect if you enjoy heat. The tom yum soup was packed with seafood and absolutely delicious.
However, the female bathroom needed attention, as there was a full roll of toilet paper in the toilet, and the area wasn't very clean.
There was also a DJ playing very loud music, which felt a bit confusing since there wasn’t a dance floor. If you don't mind loud music while dining, it’s a fun spot overall.

The restaurant was super spacious and nicely decorated! We got the Walnut Shrimp, Pad Thai, Red Island Curry, and Crispy Pork main dish, everything were simply exceptional and yummy. The dishes weren’t spicy at all and we had a really good time overall.

The good is nice, the service is good. The restroom is Strange/Novel! The Sea Wings were tasty but get the sauce on the side. The duck Pinang curry was delicious and the cocktails were maybe slightly under-proofed but tasty overall!

I AM slightly bothered by what appears to be the gendered nature of the restrooms, although there IS a unisex restroom. I don't think this (pictured) restroom is just for men.

Came back after a few years that i haven't been, and the experience was not great. I remembered it being a great restaurant, but I guess they lost the charm over the years.
The good was crazy oily, to the point that I got a heartburn, while still seating there.. The service was not friendly and it felt like you were done a favor. The price for 3 ppl was a bit stip... I wish it was the same as it was in the beginning, but it's not!!

Food was not good. Ordered steamed dumplings for starter and they were too sweet and cold. Ordered green curry and pedang for mains. Not that good, rice was also cold with these dishes. Overall bad experience.

Experience: Came in on a Thursday and it wasn’t super busy and was celebrating an anniversary. They honestly didn’t seem to care all that much. We honestly felt rushed surprising because it wasn’t packed and the waitress looked annoyed when we asked for certain changes. One being the food being cold and asking for it to be heated up and came back warm. Had to flag the waitress for napkins, they did check on us but got annoyed because we asked for things we needed. Which defeats the purpose of you check on someone then get annoyed they actually want something.

Ambience - it’s beautiful and partially the reason people pick this place. Great for pictures and to sit by the pond is pretty nice.

Food: We got the coconut shrimp, the coconut flakes are so strong and the breading isn’t seasoned not our favorite. Best one was the crab Rangoon in sweet chili sauce. The other spring rolls were in a martini in this strong but tasty sauce. It would have been better on a plate because it’s already soggy sitting in the sauce.

Entree: First was the salmon with vegetables and Jasmine rice it was very tasty and a hefty portion. Next was the mock duck with spicy Asian fried rice big portion. The entrees hit!

Also this wasn’t required but if a couple is celebrating an anniversary a complimentary dessert wouldn’t have killed them. But it’s fine!

The food was okay, even though felt not like really fresh made, especially the vegetarian dumplings didn’t taste so nice. The vegetarian duck was really good.

Update: I've dined here a few times within the past year, and unfortunately, the quality has declined. While the atmosphere remains the same (though a bit dark), the food has become inconsistent. For example, my recent order of drunken noodles (pictured) was missing squid and spices, despite its $21 price tag and description. I had to return to the restaurant twice to correct the order, which was disappointing. I live rather far, and doing this late at night was a bit inconvenient.

Great lemonade and lychee mojito. The spicy shrimp and calamari were excellent, as was the special dish I ordered (though I can't recall the name). I enjoyed the chicken pad Thai as well. I will return soon. I only wish they had better lighting and more private seating options.

The service was terrible and the food was ok.
The table was sticky and the restaurant overall was dirty. Very disappointing because we have enjoyed Sea in the past. If they haven’t remodeled in 20 years ok just clean the place.

My husband and I went for dinner tonight, the food was very tasteless and it seemed more Chinese than Thai. Deep fried chicken wings soaked in oil, the pork in the buns was tough and the dumpling soup tasted like Maggie consomé. Even our Jasmin tea was cold and strong like it had been sitting for a while before coming to our table. I currently feel unwell with cramps in my belly. Will never go back.

The food here was really underwhelming when I went. The calamari was too chewy and the coconut shrimp was too breaded. Both the appetizers lacked flavor. I ordered the pineapple cashew fried rice for my entree and it was okay. I didn’t finish it nor did I want to. Drinks were good. We also had a really friendly waitress. The ambiance was nice. They just need to work on their food because it was so bland.

My wife and I had the Thai pineapple rice with shrimp and Sea Thai wing. Honestly this use to be our favorite restaurant, I don’t know if they changed the chef but the rice was beyond salty and the Thai wings tasted terrible. As of right now we won’t be coming back until something changes.

I have been to this place several times over the last 15 years. Food is great but I will never go back. They forced a large tip on my friend and I. Mandatory tips are usually for groups. It was two people. I asked the waitress to remove it and she did come back with the updated bill. A week later I check my credit card statement and they charged me $111 instead of $99. I will be calling my bank and consumer affairs.

Best Thai restaurant in Brooklyn!

Love this place been my go to for years.

Went to Sea to treat my daughter for her birthday. The food was decent. Had the pineapple fried rice with veggies. It was good. The only thing I didn't like is the ambience was too dark for me. The place needed better lighting. Not too bright, but just enough so I can get a good look at my food. That area was very busy, but I would go again.

I ate there today for lunch and got food poisoning. No wonder they have a grade pending. Not going back.

The food is not as used to be. Ordered the usual duck, pad Thai, house salad, curry puffs and old fashioned. Duck was sloppily placed, like it was a stir fry. Pad Thai was draining in sweet brown sauce (too much brown sugar), salad was just romaine lettuce with fried rice noodles. Again, drowning in dressing. Curry puffs looked like re-fried two day old empanadas, served with very diluted rice vinegar and sugar dipping sauce. Old fashioned was very overpriced for the amount of bourbon, not aromatic, served with plain orange peel and bright red maraschino cherry (not Luxardo): something you’d expect to be sold in a plastic cup sold in a dive bar for $5. Very disappointing. Best part of the meal mad Singha beer. Service was good, however! This used to be our favorite place when they opened. With so many good eclectic options in the neighborhood we are not coming back.

Absolutely disgusting, I found a roach in my food (6 o'clock fried rice with chicken) that I picked up. I used to come here everytime I was in the area for years, now never coming back..

Beautiful inside and some very solid food. I have celebrated a birthday or two in here. That flat noodles and chicken with the peanuts were incredible. The lettuce wraps were great too this is a classic neighborhood spot just nice enough for a celebration.

The ambience of this place is stunning . So well put together. Perfext for a date night or special occasion. Cocktails were really tasty. Pineapple fried rice was amazing, the best I've ever had. The seafood combo lacked a bit of flavor. But 1 out of 5 meals satisfaction is pretty good.

Pleasant experience. Nice atmosphere. Arrived about 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and the music wasn’t too loud so you can have a decent chat without yelling. Drinks were really good (she had the Mojito and I had the Side Car). Menu had a nice selection. For my 1st visit, I had the fried rice with salmon (other options are shrimp, steak and chicken). The salmon came with a tasty teriyaki sauce that I put on the salmon and the rice. Food was very good and the portions were on point. I look forward to another visit.

the food was insanely MID, the appetizers were nice, but besides that the food was basically flavorless. After we had paid, a server who we had never seen came and started to harass us asking why we only tipped 15$. she repeated multiple times that the tip was split between the team and kept on suggesting/pressuring us to give them more tip money. For having terrible food, i would not expect anyone to come up to us asking for more money. Overall terrible experience, i would never return again.

Sea is an experience, without question. The restaurant is nicely appointed. This was my third visit there and, as an out of towner, I was excited because my previous experiences were outstanding. Unfortunately, this time was different. The food was disappointing. Presentation was lackluster and taste did not measure up. The whole snapper was rubbery and not flavorful. The basil eggplant was not good, at all. I took one bite and the rest was brought home and trashed. The Grilled Salmon was too salty and slightly overcooked. To their defense, it was later in the evening so the service was good but not excellent.

The atmosphere of this place is spectacular, the food is delicious and fresh, the signature cocktails are very good, I highly recommend it.

I celebrated my birthday here this past year. It was absolutely amazing. I had an 8:30 PM reservation and some of my guests arrived late. Although I had to wait until my entire party of 8 guests arrived to be seated, I was still able to maintain my reservation and enjoy the night. The food was phenomenal. This is one of my all-time favorite Thai restaurants and I must admit it did not disappoint, it gave “feng shui” vibes. I loved when they sang happy birthday to me. They came out with sparkling candles, and a flower garland for my head. Super cute.

For our entrees, we had the Pad Thai and Nabon Noodles, both of which were excellent—great taste and very fresh. We also tried the Singha beer for the first time, and it was really good.

The waitress who served our food she was asking for tip. We didn’t want to spend more money since we couldn’t eat the food. we told her there was no problem with the service the problem was with the food and my husband wrote it also in the receipt.
But she is keep approaching us for the tip.. telling us she served us

But I believe she should not ask for that and she doesn’t have right since she is paid hourly.
We always give tips but the food was so horrible and we were starving.. it was horrible.

The food is good. I'm pretty simple so I stick with the Pineapple Fried Rice at every thai place. They did a good job. Having a pool with a little boat in it is pretty neat. Cool stuff.

Finally, someone came and brought us a party of 6 to a table. We asked for virgin piña colada, and they said they did not have them. We substituted pina colada for Thsi Icetea, but it was not that great. The food was not that great either. They served us the food and NEVER again returned to even ask if the food was fine, if we needed napking, nothing. I ordered a side order of coconut sticky rice, and it bever made it to the table. Yet, $54 of tips was added to my account. Don't get me wrong! I am very generous when it comes to tips, but there was veeeery little if any service.
