Food truck serving authentic Thai food in Santa Fe, NM.
This is some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, not just in Santa Fe, but in the entire U.S. I’ve tried several dishes here, including items from their special menu, and every meal has been fantastic. The service is excellent, and the food always hits the spot. If you get the chance, be sure to try their special menu as it’s always authentic and full of flavor.
Let me start by saying that authentic they really are. I am truly pleasantly surprised by how delicious and satisfying their food is. I only had their Pad See Ew and dessert Mango and Sticky Rice this time. I’m already looking forward to going back there and ordering their curry or Pad Thai.
Their service was friendly and efficient. It is a food truck and it’s basically takeout only since there’s really no seating area of their own. There are a few tables and picnic tables nearby if you wish to eat there.
Pleasantly surprised by great Thai food in Santa Fe! They even had more authentic Thai items like papaya salad and larb on the menu. Service is fast and friendly, and the Thai iced tea was a sweet treat on a hot summer day. My only gripe is that it’s take out only as it’s a food truck. I would love to have them branch out to a restaurant in the future for more dinner options in Santa Fe.
Delicious food! We were visiting from out of town and stopped by this food truck and the food was amazing! Very delicious and authentic. We would definitely come back if we are ever in Santa Fe again. The food was so good I forgot to take a photo before I began but 10/10 would recommend.
We did have to eat in our car since this is take out only, it is a food truck!
This will be our new go to place for Thai food. We order the soup with chicken,Thai basil stir fry & chicken Pad Thai. The flavors were great, it was delicious. We also got the gyoza, my family ate them quickly. I wish we had ordered more. Also the ladies there are very sweet & kind.
I've been a fan for a while and finally decided to leave a review. It's the best Thai in town. Food is always consistently good and delicious!

Yes, yes! Bo’s is the best. If you haven't tried it, stop what you are doing. Run, don’t walk, and get over there—finally, there is fantastic Thai food in Santa Fe.
my favorite place in santa fe !

Best Thai food in Santa Fe!!
Favorite Thai food in Santa Fe and we go almost every week or two. Everything has been great every time but I admit I get Pad Thai 90% of the time. So good!
This is the best and most fresh Thai food in Santa Fe. Hands down!
She loved her food both times we ate there.
We are visiting Santa Fe, NM and of course my child wants to eat Thai instead of local cuisine. Bo is the highest rated thai food around so we tried them. The food and experience is pretty good. The wait is not long (10 minutes for 3 dishes), meat is tender and flavorful, and everything is seasoned right. I am used to Thai food in Austin and Pittsburgh, and somehow I feel that it is not as yummy. It is also a little bit pricey for the moderate portion. Overall, will it beat Austin or Pittsburgh Thai food options? Definitely not. But maybe it is one of the best in Santa Fe.
ผมอยากติดต่อเจ้าของร้านคนไทยที่นี่ครับ
แต่ไม่รู้จะติดต่อยังไงดีครับ(จะสั่งซื้ออาหารให้พ่อครับ)
Great authentic Thai food!
Fresh, Fast, Friendly & Delicious
Best Thai in SFe. Fresh, good portions, friendly service. The Tom Yum soup is a favorite.
The Thai fried rice was salty and wet and doesn’t have any flavor of fried rice. Haven’t tried anything else. Good luck.

I get food here on the regular and it is always top notch. Service is fast and efficient, and they are really nice and friendly people. My fav food truck in Santa Fe
Great food, shaded tables nearby.
Best take out Pad Thai in Santa Fe. I love that they will make it mild, medium, or spicy.
We got the green curry, pad see ew, and Tom kha and the Tom kha was our favorite. While it only had mushrooms and the protein, the flavor was incredible. As for the pad see ew I wished there had been a little bit more of a char on the noodles. It lacked in seasoning a bit, but their fish sauce with chilies helped. My husband got the green curry which again didn’t have the strong flavor we are used to. We were really craving Thai food and this place filled a void, but left a little to be desired.
Very spicy (in the best possible way)! Really happy to find a place in Santa Fe that seasons food appropriately and well (I always order the hottest option). Only had very good customer service there as well. I always enjoy picking up food here.
Best Thai food in Santa Fe NM!
Delicious food truck experience. Perfect place for a quick bite at lunch. The Pad See Ew with vegetables was tasty. If you like ground pork, you have to go for the Laab Moo- a delicious mix of spice, onion, and lime. Highly recommended!
Tom ka
Delicious shrimp fried rice. Happy to have this option downtown.

Best Thai food I've had and from a food truck no less!
I only write reviews on the utter worst experiences and then the most amazing ones. This is it.
I have not found 1 restaurant that is good in Santa Fe. To me, everything is bland. I’m not a foodie but I have lived in the UK, France, Italy, Japan, and in NYc for 25yrs and in Cal for 5.
This place is just amazing. The food is on point and always flavorful and hot. The portions are great. The timing is fast. The Thai rice is cravable and they put plenty of shrimp in it. My hubs loves the Basil Stir Fry.
I have 2 minor complaints:
A little less spicy. Even the medicine can be too hot but it’s still yummy
2. I wish they were open later but that’s my selfishness.
Really great food truck, especially considering there are so few good Asian places in Santa Fe
Let me start by saying that authentic they really are. I am truly pleasantly surprised by how delicious and satisfying their food is. I only had their Pad See Ew and dessert Mango and Sticky Rice this time. I’m already looking forward to going back there and ordering their curry or Pad Thai.

Such a great food cart with smashing good Thai food. In a town of so few mixed cultural food experiences, this one is even more special. Def the best food of the few thai spots around. The only Thai food I will eat in this town.
Me and my daughter is craving for thai food so I searched on Google for the best Thai restaurants in santa fe. BO'S AUTHENTIC THAI came out on the list, I read few reviews then we decided to give it a try. IM GLAD WE DID! The foods are amazing, from pad Thai chicken and shrimp, Tom yum, spring roll and mango sticky rice, love them all. We ate a lot today, kudos to the staff as well....
In a word, “YUM”!
Got the pad Thai and Thai style
Fried rice.
Can’t wait to try the pad see ew and coconut milk soup…
Until next time, Bo!
Thanks!
Bo's is the best place for Thai food in Santa Fe. Everything is homemade and fresh: prepared and served by friendly and happy people. I often get my regular order, Pad Thai Shrimp medium spicy; but also enjoy shumai, curry, chicken satay, fish cakes, and the other items. Everything is good - especially the Thai Ice Tea and mango sticky rice. Thank you for the consistently great food!
06/02/2023 update: The food has only gotten better over time.
Great food.
Ordered later in the afternoon and was able to pick it up in 15 minutes.
They will make pad kee mao (drunken noodles) if you ask even though it's not on the menu. The Tom Yum and Massaman curry are great, good options if one is the weekly special.
Best food in town bar none!
Healthy, fast, and flavorful Thai food! Don't be afraid of the location because there is tons of easy parking. The service is excellent and the food out in less than ten minutes. Ignore the impatient boomer tourists in big dumb hats who seem that's a long wait for fresh, made-to-order Thai food. Totally worth every penny.
Best Thai food in Santa Fe.
Best Thai in town
Best thai food in Santa Fe NM.
Fresh ingredients, delicious authentic Thai, with kind, quick service.
MSG,MSG,MSG, MSG.... MSG almost instantly affects me. I don't care how much they tell you they don't use it's in their Pad Thai. It tastes good but it has MSG
The place to go for pad thai in town! It's so good I usually get two plates when I go , one for lunch and one for dinner . Definitely worth the price .
Really great food and friendly service! The menu has allergens listed which was really helpful. Also good parking, which is hard to find in the area.
Amid the many food trucks at this location, I thought I would give the Thai place a try. Santa Fe is not known necessarily for South East Asian food. For you travelers out there, I would highly recommend Tuanjai Thai Noodle, in Aztec NM. And if you are traveling further north, make sure to stop at Thai Pagosa in Pagosa Springs, CO. Very authentic and lovely seating indoors.
Curry was quite good and had decent portions.
"Spicy" was very mild, definitely needed a lot more added once back home.
Thai coffee was bomb!
Staff so nice. The food amazing made me feel our when visit Thailand
กระเพราเนื้ออร่อยมากๆครับ
I got the Pad Thai and I loved it. The people that run it are fantastic people as well. Go try it!!! You'll love it!
I’m so happy to have finally found delicious Pad Thai in Santa Fe! We’ve tried all of the Thai restaurants in town and were disappointed by them all so we gave up on finding good Thai food here. I’ve been meaning to try Bo’s but they’re closed on weekends and close at 4:30 during the week so it hasn’t worked out for me until today. Their hours are their only downside. The Pad Thai is outstanding and the medium spice I ordered is the perfect amount of spice. So many places overdo or under do the spice. I’ll definitely be returning for my Paf Thai fix!
My favorite lunch time run! Pad Thai is divine. And if in season, mango sticky rice.
Love it! Headed there Friday(s) for their Som Tum (Thai papaya salad.) Hope they offer Thai steamed sticky rice? The rice side, not the desert...
I ordered a sun-dried pork/stick rice/cucumber dish Last Tuesday. It was among the 5 worst meals I have eaten in decades. Using chopsticks on the hard brick of sticky rice was impossible. Then I broke 2 plastic forks trying to get a bite. Got my Swiss army knife out of purse and gave up after sawing about half a bite off. The pork was tooth-pullingly tough and its only discernible flavor was 'grease'. The 3 cucumber slices were good though they couldn't be enhanced with the tiny cup of hot sauce due to the latter being about 50% salt. How on earth do they stay in business selling such awful stuff for $14?
The pad Thai slaps
So delicious! Clearly made with love and care
Coming all the way from So Texas again to have more of Bo's great food.
I come from a more food diverse region (moved here last year) where there were wonderful, family owned Thai food options all over. So I crave it all the time and Bo's is the only place in Santa Fe that hits the spot and has the authentic, fresh taste. I only wish the portion sizes were slightly larger so I'd have leftovers!
Tried the panang curry and it was so flavorful and yummy! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!
I had a great meal from there before Chrismas.....just went this week...Got Tom Kha....all it was was coconut milk with a few spices and vegetables barely cooked in it. The Pad Thai was so sickenly sweet I could not eat it....both dishes I ended up throwing away. I have eaten these types of dishes for years...did they get a new cook. Did the owner go on vacation or something...I mean it was horrible.
Eat here at least once a week. Love it!!
I really enjoyed the lunch I picked up at Bo’s Authentic Thai the other day. Vegetable spring rolls were crisp and piping hot. Nice sauce served with them.
Panang curry w/chicken hit the spot. Not too spicy, so I added my own 🌶. Next time I’ll either eat there at an outside table or in the car so it stays nice and hot. The rice was lukewarm by the time I got it home (6-8 min). I’ll be back!
Definitely the most crowded food truck in the lot today! My friend had Thai with Basil sauce & I had Pad See Ew, both were DELICIOUS ❣️ Portions are generous & served with a smile. Highly recommend 💖
And finally there is some good Thai food in Santa Fe. A lot of attention to detail paid to the food and it's certainly done right. Be careful or this is all you're going to want to eat like daily. It's that good.
Wonderful news everyone. We finally have great Thai food in Santa Fe! My wife (who is from Thailand) also gives the seal of approval for this food. And while I love my wife and her cooking dearly, I've never been a big fan of Thai Curry since coconut milk isn't really appealing to me. But while I had the Pad Thai (also incredible) I tried some of my wife's curry and it got me hooked.
Now my wife is slightly upset that I told her that I liked someone else's Thai cooking but it was worth getting in trouble.
So glad to have another Thai food option in town! Excellent authentic flavors on the phad seew and the noodles and veggies were cooked just right. The prices are better than another nearby Thai place, and the menu is short but spot on IMO. Will be back to try the curries!
