Just got take out for lunch. Tiny place in the back of a busy gas station, so there’s your ambiance. Some of my favorite restaurants sell gasoline, so I’m good.

Green curry was excellent, and had a good spicy bite to it. Pad Thai was very good, though the sauce was a little sweet for my taste. A couple of tubs of their spicy chile paste took care of that 😃 The noodles were very well-presented in their styrofoam container and the tofu was freshly deep fried and delicious.

We’ll go back soon.

The curry was a bit skimpy on the pork but very flavorful and lots of eggplant. The rolls were very fresh and crunchy- really great with two delicious dipping sauces.

My husband and I eat Thai food in every town we visit and this place is the most delicious and authentic Thai food we have the pleasure of eating thus far. Amazing prices and although located inside a gas station, everyone was super friendly and the store was clean. We will be coming back. Again and again.

We love to get a snack, Thai tea or a full meal here. The owners are polite and have great customer service. The appetizers (pot stickers & fried tofu) are delicious and served hot. The Lotus dish is very filling and full of taste. We cannot wait to try their International fried rice dish. Great little hidden food gem in this mid-size town.

Good was great! Way better than Boon's. We had red mountain and orange chicken. We will definitely be coming back.

If you are from a big city, and are thinking to yourself "Thai food in a smaller town, punny name, located inside a gas station...sounds dicey," you've got it all wrong. Superb and authentic food made with fresh ingredients, kind service, and a wide menu - you should have been thinking "the food must be amazing for that to work!" It is, and it does. The ambiance is admittedly not amazing, but you can eat in, the two booths in the gas station are comfortable and kept clean, and having access to the convenience store vastly expands your beverage and dessert options. You can get your tofu steamed or fried (wish every place offered that option!), and the shrimp are not those sad tiny things you might be imagining, and are all too common. This was the best Thai food we'd had in years.

If you are thinking of ordering here, I wouldn't!! My family is large we ordered 5 meals on line for pick up. Our order took an extra 20 minutes, I try to understand it's a big order. Get home, one of the meals is missing. When my family finally got our entire meal and ready to eat it was HORRIBLE! The noodles were one pile of goop. The rice left a horrible after taste! Like I said go somewhere else Any where else!

This place routinely offers affordable delicious food that is reliably delicious every time. The Drunken Noodles are amazing, some of the best I've had anywhere and I have worked in several Thai restaurants. The place is inside of the gas station so there is not much ambience but there is a park across the street that is perfect for picnics. I recommend calling ahead with your order so you aren't standing around waiting in the gas station . Aside from the food, my favorite part of coming here is talking to the couple who run the place. They're genuinely kind people and appreciative of their patrons, which is rare to find anymore. I always leave with a smile on my face after my interactions with them.

Kinda weird place because it’s a hole in the wall. But the chicken satay was excellent. Plus anything you want to drink!

Don't let this place being inside a gas station fool you! Pat not only makes quality Thai, but they have such pride in the quality of everything they put out!

I've eaten Thai all over and this has to be some of the best I've had and for the price can't beat it the coconut soup was superb the orange chicken was excellent and the dumplings were on point

The food is authentic Thai. It tasted amazing. I ordered red curry soup. The vegetables in the soup were not over cooked, and the soup had eggplant which is not a veggie I care for. It was delicious in this soup.

Don't go anywhere else for Thai food in Farmington. Pat's is all you need.

Wow! Some of the best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand! Portions are excellent, food is amazing, and customer service is top-notch!

Everything was remarkable. Well cooked, well presented. It was perfect!! Every bite was delicious. I ordered orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and the international rice. The proportions were worth every dime. The lovely couple who prepared the food are a delite to the whole experience.

So as food and service are concerned, very delicious and friendly. Love the amount of vegetables that are put into your food (Pai Thia and fried noodles). Nothing really too spicy, just flavor bombs. As far as serving size are concerned, ask for double protien and no rice if you want a bigger protion of protien.

Excellent food! Don’t laugh now it’s inside the gas station instead of a food truck but the quality is very good and big portions.

Great Thai food. Freshly made, good flavor and variety. I really enjoyed the orange chicken nice fresh orange flavor and thin and crispy also the crispy garlic chicken had a good sauce. The potstickers are on of my favorites as well.

I visited Farmington over the weekend and was craving some Thai food, and I came across this place due to all the other great Google reviews.
I was really craving something very authentic-tasting and spicy, and this place delivered! The owners were very nice (and make a cute couple), and the service was fast. It was the best Thai food I've had, and I've eaten it at many places. I got the Avocado Curry and the Mango Sticky Rice.
Please open up a location in Las Cruces so I can eat this more often! :)

Just moved here from NC and have to say the Thai from this little food truck beat anything I'd had back east. We tried the Crispy Orange Chicken, Chicken Pad Thai, and Pork Pad Kee Mao and all three were excellent. Will be back!

The pad see ew was good but very lacking in vegetables. It was one very strong flavor and needed something to break up the bulk. The thai tea is very strong, most thai tea is hot and then poured over ice, theirs is premade, cold poured over ice so its missing that extra water.

Best orange chicken that I have ever had! While traveling through town, I googled places to eat. This place had so many 5 star reviews, I had to try it. I am so glad that I did! My family tried the Pad Thai, Orange chicken, summer rolls, and shrimp in a blanket. I recommend all of it! The orange chicken was high quality chicken breast, hard carved, lightly breaded, with real oranges in the sauce! We devoured the shrimp in a blanket! Best Thai food that I have eaten. Nice sized portions! Wonderful service, very nice people, enjoyed talking to the owners!

WOW im a Thai food junky, try it in every town I’m in-it’s often the only healthy choice around. I just had Lisa’s cooking last night at pats Thai food truck over by Big R in Farmington. It was DELICIOUS! Very much like my friend Pearls country Thai food in Sedona. Since it’s only 2 blocks from Burg park (the river) we took it down and had a picnic by the water! Perfect end to a day at work good food and nature!

My favorite Thai dish is Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) and enjoy trying this wonderful dish at many Thai Restaurants. I have to say today I was thoroughly impressed with the flavor and spice level. Spice level 3 was perfect just starting to bring a tear to my eye!
I must say Pat’s Thai Food is very close to the flavor of my favorite Thai Restaurant in OKC.

This place is AMAZING! As someone who has spent months in Thailand, this is some of the most authentic Thai food I’ve had in the States. I can’t recommend it enough. Pat and her husband are kind and lovely and they even pulled out a table and chairs for us to eat while we were there. Please come to Santa Fe guys! Thank you so much!! We’ll be back again!

I stopped in today for orange chicken and pot stickers and I was not disappointed! The food is fresh and delicious and the women running the food truck were friendly and helpful. If you haven’t tried their food yet, I highly recommend it.

First time stop. Totally enjoyed the Mongolian beef and shrimp in a blanket. In fact, after tasting one shrimp in its blanket, got out of the truck and ordered 2 more to go before leaving. Luckily we were the only ones there and enjoyed conversing with the cashier while waiting for the food. Plan on stopping there again.

We travel the country and this is by far the best Thai food we have ever had. Everything we ordered from there was so flavorful and delicious! It’s a must if you’re in the area. We had the Pad Thai, Garlic chicken, egg rolls, avocado rolls, and the Satay with the peanut sauce.

Passing through and wanted to try something local. We’ll be back. Flavorful, fresh food and delightful service. We had the chicken satay, green curry and tofu pho. Pho was just what I needed. Thank you Pat and Richard.

Pat's Thai is a food truck, so for the most part, it is take-out only. This place has a whole host of menu items; as many as any Thai restaurant I've been to. I had an order of avocado rolls & pad Thai and it was absolutely delicious! One order could typically feed 2 people. The price is very reasonable too. Anyone who is leery of ordering food from a food truck should give this place a try. I'm very picky about food and this place exceeded my expectations. I'm adding Pat's Thai to my list of 'go to' places!

Delicious, authentic food. Richard is super pleasant and helpful. Pat is a great cook. The Tom Yum here is the best we've ever had. Curries delicious. Sticky rice and Thai iced teas are a nice treat. Sorry for no pictures... We always eat it too fast!!

Richard is who you'll speak to when you visit this place... The food is really delicious, and the portions generous. After a long day of traveling and hiking, it felt like we visited family when we got food from this place. Really yummy this food, Pat is a great cook. Richard and Pat laid out a table and chair for us, and took care of every need. We will definitely go there again when we're in the area next.
