Let me say the customer service here is great. The guy always hands out samples when you walk buy which is what actually made me a customer. The chicken is sweet and crunchy (some might say too sweet) The noodles surprisingly had a bite to them and were not soggy. To me this is like american-chinese food, although i have not tried the thai items on the menu like pad thai. The price is high ($12-13 for pic shown) but the portions are huge. Overall would recommend
Tried their mando chicken. The chicken was ok. The rice was flavorless, the broccoli was so plain. It does not taste like Thai food at all. Pricey for what you get. Would not come back or recommend. Customer service was very poor , the lady was rushing me had a terrible attitude, there was no one else in line and it is only 2pm
We were just looking for something quick to eat while shopping at Willowbrook Mall and decided to try Ruby's Thai Kitchen. I have to say... The mango chicken combo is off the hook. I got the mango chicken ,pork fried rice, sweet plantains and a spring roll. It was fresh, delicious and so tasty. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back again! Thank you Ruby Thai Kitchen for a great meal and awesome customer service.
It looks like you're getting big pieces of chicken. When you cut into you are luck if you get a little chunk of meat. All you get is a few fibers of meat with all this filler of bread or flour coating. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN! WASTE OF MONEY! Buy something where you can see the meat, if you buy something coated make sure there is some meat in there. If I could of shared pics of what I'm talking about I would of. This sight has nowhere to share pictures. I had to dump what they called "Mango Chicken" it should be called mango sauce dipped fryed bread coating.
If only i could give zero star... The lady at the counter was rude af.. my mom specifically said less sweet in the thai teas, she made them extremely sweet. She did not even say it's been pre-made, which makes me mad. What got me even angrier is the fact that she's being rude after my mom asked her to mix some more water to reduce the sweetness. She didn't even apologize for it.. The restaurant should hire more of these employees, so the business will thrive...
Charged an egg roll as a 3rd meat choice. Food was bland. Do not recommend
Taste so good

Check your bill. They are charging $0.25 for a paper bag even when you don’t get a paper bag. I pointed it out to the cashier and she said that they tell her to charge this fee regardless

The place is nice and the man handing out the free samples is very nice and everyone loves him but the food is a little too sweet so my stomach hurts.
Pad Thai noodles are decent, chicken is not so great (more breading than actual chicken) but it’s alright for a quick meal nothing fancy or above average.
I only ever order the noodle soup. Prepandemic, the fixin' bar was open to the purchasing customer. Then during the pandemic they wisely closed the option for obvious safety reasons. But it's at least 2 years since the world opened up and the fixin bar is still not open to soup customers. Now the problem is the staff control the fixin ( the spicy pepper flakes, the dried onions, soup seasoning) and they ARE STINGY AS HELL. God forbid you ask for more cilantro or more pepper. They catch a case and give you the smallest possible "extra" you've ever witnessed. One extra cilantro leaf, .00001 pepper flake! It's ridiculous! And on top of that the price went up to an insane amount. 2019-2020 a noodle soup was like $9-11 now it's like $18-21. With less fixings and a smaller soup container. I can't go there on a regular anymore. Just once in a blue moon. The sad part is they don't care about these reviews. They won't do a thing to improve unless they are losing loads of money or they're getting investigated be the authorities. Smh.
I always get the rice and either bbq or mango chicken, it's so good.
The service here is not bad. However, the food is not fresh. The mango chicken is so dry, tasted off. I bet it was mixed in with yesterday’s because it wasn’t good! There were some fresh pieces and some absolutely inedible ones. The food is not consistent and very pricy. Do better.
Horrible food, never fresh, and rude staff. I was charged for a paperbag I never asked for and upcharged for an eggroll i was told was included in the meal I ordered. Paramus location has better food (the sauces are COMPLETLEY different colors for the same exact item). I will never come here again. $16 for bland rice, stale chicken, and cold broccoli is absurd. Gas station food is probably better and will give you the same amount of diarrhea.
Terrible place. I’m so upset they overcharged me . The mango chicken on the board said 12 something and they charged me $15. In addition the ladies are super rude and are rushing which makes you as a customer rush . They don’t even take their time
Used to love this place!
Since inflation clearly prices are up everywhere, however, quality is 100% down and they are overcharging for ANY and all reason.
WAH! so sad to say to that to the lady's face :) and online that i no longer will be giving them my hard earned money. :):)
response back was she has been in business for 15 years + in business ! *** ok and so has all other businesses that have closed down. LOL
:(
First off, be aware that they charge you $0.25 cent for a paper bag without notice. We definitely didn’t need it so it would’ve been nice to have a choice…
We got the fried rice with shrimp. Shrimp was just ok at best. The rice tasted bland and was a inconsistent: little undercooked here but cooked fine there. I don’t eat at malls often and I’m not sure if this is the quality to expect at malls?? But this was subpar for me.
Soggy rice smells bad
Food has no taste.
VERY OILY, thin noodles had no taste, BBQ chicken tasty but very dry tough. Bad👎
This IS NOT AUTHENTIC THAI not even close! This taste like generic Chinese food.
I order from this place often. I always order through a third party seller. I thought it was from a high end restaurant. Come to kind out it’s literally at willowbrook mall. The food is delicious. I love the grilled chicken noodle soup so yummy
Needs better reviews-Why is the reviews so low? The food there was so good also you get a lot of food for a great deal

Food was good and hot . Clean first time trying . Would get again . Portion size was good
For the price you pay ...(9$ for rice/noodles and 2 items).... this food is seriously underrated. The flavor is consistent every time you go, and the nice people always let you sample which ever food item you want to try. Definitely check them out, the food is good!! I recommend either the bang bang chicken, mango chicken, or the BBQ chicken!
Mango chicken breading could be thinner and more crispy, but the sauce was good.
pad thai is absolutely insane
The food is no good, didnt taste right at all. I wonder if theyre taking health precautions at all.
amazing food. i’m in love 🙈🙈
Good noodle, but a bit pricey in my opinion
They put so much food on my plate just so they can charge me more. They put barbecue chicken even though I asked for chicken broccoli. And when I went to tell them they gave me the broccoli, they wanted to charge me more.
Be careful of the BBQ chicken. It is either expired, undercooked, bad sauce, replaced with pork or combination of the 4. Either way beware. Their service is fast. The plantain is dry, it needs more sugar. The rice and bang bang chicken is fine. I regret not getting the BBQ chicken at the Master Wok because the line was too long.
The best spot in a mall full of good food court options. Everyone loves the smiling man who gives out samples. I like that the food is out for you to see, there's an option for everyone.
Also if you come near closing time they are always the last to close. I really appreciate the diligence of the workers.
Very hard Mango Chicken. Old tasting cheese wonton and egg roll. Room temperature food. There are other options that I will take for now. Sorry.
Its different every time. Sometimes it's good other times your stomach is upset for hoursssss
Good service. Samples of their specials. The guy was very nice and the workers were kind. Wonton and friend's meal was good.
Love this place in the food court. They gave multiple free samples and generous portions. Everything was tasty and well cooked. Also the staff is really friendly. Definitely cared about their restaurant. I am definitely eating here again!
