I usually order from here and have been for several years but this time was quite shocking to say the least. My boyfriend and I ordered the same thing, a teriyaki steak lunch box (steak cooked medium for both). This was our first and unfortunately only meal of the day. We noticed about half way through some of the pieces of steak were clearly raw so we did not eat those pieces. The rice was hard in some places as if it had been left out for a long time, overall was not a great meal. Later that night we both got extremely sick throwing up and horribly upset stomachs, couldn’t keep anything down. It’s been about a full day from eating said meal and we both still feel very ill. After this experience I no longer feel comfortable ordering from here again, very disappointed.

Shrimp chow fun was well seasoned, full of flavor, great textures. I wasn't impressed by the fried ice cream at all. The tempura had no flavor. I'd definitely eat the food here though.

I was disappointed to see that tempura was mixed in (which isn't typical) and as a celiac who made a note for the restaurant: " don't use soy sauce - allergic to gluten," I was additionally confused to why there was purple and not brown rice for my sushi. Sauces were used to help color the rice.

The sashimi was good although all was room temperature. The presentation was nice and perhaps the food is better with dine-in service.

100% not allergy friendly if you're a celiac or sensitive as ingredients aren't listed and their rolls deviate from the norm.

I ordered the Pad Thai, it was a bowl of thin noodles with very few pieces of chicken, no sauce, no peanuts absolutely nothing in it. $15 dollars for a bowl of plain noodles. Did I mention no flavor.

My favorite go to thai food. Always fresh and the food is delicious. I have been coming here for 8 years and they never disappoint.

I always get takeout. Thai Currys are awesome, and the black rice is the best anywhere.

They apparently use different variation from other Thai restaurant. Ordered pad Thai that had citrus sauce.. would not recommend!

The Chinese food here is very good. They have hibachi rice which is delicious. We’ve gotten many of their dinners which are excellent portions. They also have sushi which is good but I prefer their meals. We also enjoy going there to eat. They didn’t fully open their dining space since Covid (the last time I was there). However, I have a pleasant experience dining there.

The food was really good and the staff was attentive. Only half the restaurant was open for seating, but we didn't have to wait. Normally just order take out from here, but it was nice to sit down eat.

Charming little local sushi restaurant with friendly waitresses who banter with our kids in Chinese (they are learning it) when we come. Good food, reasonably priced but with a lot if takeout foot traffic. I think they're renovating and there will be more space when the other side reopens.

Quiet restaurant with attentive service and quality food. Tried some of the Chinese and Thai inspired menu and it was all good. Easy parking in the front and at the back.

Food was very good but somewhat pricey for Chinese food. 2 meals with an app was just about 40 dollars.

This is my favorite Chinese place around. The last two times though I did not receive the right order. I always order the house special Thai fried rice. Couple days ago I receive it with LoMein this time I just receive Beef Fried rice.
I pay the extra because I want all the proteins. This might be my last time.

As always, Red Bowl provides excellent food and service at readable prices. The dining room is small, and food can be a bit slow during peak hours, but they are definitely worth it as their food is above and beyond your typical Chinese takeout. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor, and check them out!

I had dinner for my birthday with my family and we had a great night there. Food were delicious and the staffs were very kind. We all got free ice cream for my birthday treat!! Thank you so much!

Upgraded from 4 stars to 5 stars because staff no longer lies about wait times. Food is great and the middle aged Asian woman whom I see during lunch hours is really nice. Also I like that the dining room not only reopened, the background bossa-nova type relaxing music is really, really nice.

This is my family’s favorite Asian restaurant. The food has been nothing but delicious every time. Sometimes the wait is a little long but it’s understandable with such a yummy restaurant. The staff is also extremely kind and understanding every time I’ve called. Highly recommend!!

RUDE. I called this restaurant to place an order. The woman answering the phone ignored my first call, then she placed me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, and then, on the third call, she picked up and immediately hung up on me. I am absolutely confused as to why this occurred. Taking my business elsewhere.

We are Chinese food lovers but extremely difficult to please. In our quest to find a new local Chinese restaurant, we ordered from Red Bowl our 3rd try & JACKPOT.

FOOD: Prepared the way the classic Chinese dish is prepared. Chicken with Garlic Sauce is made exactly as it should be. All the classic tastes are all there, no skimping on chicken & everything is fresh. Spare ribs (both boneless & with bone) cooked perfectly & super tasty. Lo Mein, Wonton Soup, Wings, etc. - so far, we can say each dish will be ordered again.

CONSISTENT. I order the same dish every time & it NEVER varies, Red Bowl cooks consistently.

STAFF: 5 stars all the way. I recently ordered by phone for delivery. I mistakenly ordered my own dish wrong. When it arrived I called the restaurant & told them I messed up. NOT ONLY did they send it back out correctly but they didn't charge me & it was MY error not theirs.

Asian fusion at its best!

Probably better in restaurant, but Used to order from this place all the time. Food was great but seems they are trying to cut costs. We stopped ordering from them because we noticed all of their take out sizes have gotten smaller.. we placed an order for their walnut shrimp but this is the 2nd time they had barely any sauce. It's a 20 dollar dish in a small take out container, you'd think they atleast add more sauce. I'm pretty disappointed. I called them and i spoke to a lady she told me is that this is how the chef makes it now and can not help me. Since we know this is just what they do now,, Will not be getting delivery from them anymore.

My husband and I love Red Bowl! We used to live nearby and would order from them all the time. Their Chinese food and sushi was always spot on. Best General Tso's chicken I've ever had! Actually crispy (instead of chewy or soggy like some restaurants serve) and packed full of flavor. Fresh veggies and rice, and delicious salad with ginger carrot dressing. We usually would order take out, but the few times we did sit in person the service was always friendly. They can get busy on the weekends and occasionally have long wait times for take out, but it is worth it. Wish we didn't live far away now!

If I could rate it any lower I would. Food takes forever to arrive through any delivery service (3 hours as of right now). Been told twice that the order was 15-20 minutes away and it's been nearly 50.

Fast and convenient pickup!

This place is our favorite restaurant in the area. We live in a town that has some of the best restaurants around and we still choose to go to this place more than any other. The owner cares so much about her clients and you can taste it in the food. If you haven't been here, give it a go, it'll be well worth it.

App said 30min wait for pick up. I show up and it ended up being 1.15 hr wait. Never ordering here again.

Just received my pad Thai via Uber eats and it’s ok.. no flavor at all! I’ve had better

This place is not good compared to all the competition you can chose from. The food is bland, customer service is horrible and they can’t handle it when busy in the kitchen. I had ordered food and they sent me a Pad Thai with no sauce or flavoring. Picture dry pasta (not even traditional pad Thai noodles) chicken and peanuts in the corner. Zero sauce or flavor. I called the next day to tell them and they yelled at me why I called a day after. I didn’t realize there was a 2 hour only window for complaints. I didn’t ask for anything in return I merely wanted them to know they’re quality was bad. It’s weird a business in a competitive area would discredit a complaint by saying it took you the next day to complain. It should be noted they were closed by the time I actually opened the dish last night so it was pointless to call them. Also it should be noted the dish wasn’t touched and I offered to give it back to them so they can QC look at what was wrong with it. Again I wanted nothing in return. But the rudeness, blandness of the food and difficulty communicating just makes going here a waste when compared to all the other options in the area. My wife also thought they’re food tasted like mall food. I can’t stress how aggressive and rude they were when I was beyond nice.

Try some of the other options around for more authentic food with people who care about what their customers think.

Absolutely do not recommend if you have food allergies or intolerances. They do not take it seriously, there are better local cuisine options near the area that are more accommodating and careful.

I really enjoy their food, a bit on the pricey side, so I don't eat there often, but you get what you pay for. Would have given 5 stars but when I ordered recently, the convenience fee threw me, yes, I know there's a pandemic. But what is the convenience? I pay extra because someone has to walk it to the lobby...about 4 feet from the usual checkout? And my bill had a suggested tip of over $6...for takeout. Sorry, I am usually a good tipper but after a "convenience fee" I was not feeling too generous.

Red Bowl is a family favorite- we love the Walnut shrimp, Seafood delight, Portabello mushroom chicken, Veggie Pad Thai, Veggie Udon noodles and the Pineapple fried rice. The food is consistently fresh and delicious! JoJo and her husband offer quality food at very reasonable prices!

This place is horrible they charge u tax, delivery charge, and still wants you to tip at least 5.00. They are unprofessional. They went behind my back and charged my card an amount I did not authorize.

I thought it was lame, and I don’t like saying that about a place. The food was okay, though the spicey dragon roll left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably the first time I didn’t finish a sushi roll! However, the place has zero atmosphere, and zero charm - and it wouldn’t take much to fix that. There’s too many lights, way too bright. I haven’t tasted the whole menu but I’m not curious at all, and won’t eat there again.

Great food. We've ordered from here several times and loved the food. We decided to come in and sit down for some food. Our son was very cranky, but the staff was very sweet and wonderful to us, in addition to knocking it out of the park with tasty food again!

I like this place a lot, recently discovered it when buying paint down few stores . I have been twice for takeout. Red curry with chicken is delicious, slightly sweet. Good selection of soups and sushi. I've added it into my rotation and I think it's worth checking out if you haven't done so yet.

Fantastic place. A new local "go to". The food was very good, the prices reasonable and Niel "The laughing waiter" deserves a raise.

Christmas and they were understaffed, yet their quality was superb and the waiter and waitres managed to keep everyone attended to. Great!!!!

The food we ordered was wrong and even though we tried to just get the problem solved, the owner insisted we were wrong. We had ordered this before and it was not the same this time around. The part that is more upsetting about all of this is that the customer should never be wrong. Highly don’t recommend that you order from here or at least have something delivered.

I have never been a huge fan of Asian food but the lo mein at red bowl is very good I would recommend it. Fried Ice cream is also delicious and I would definitely get it again. Staff there is very friendly and are not disrespectful. Definitely deserves five stars.

They go easy on seasoning, which I appreciate. But stick with Chinese menu.
