If you're liking for tasty and fresh Thai food, look no further. The duck, pad Thai, panang cury chicken were excellent. In part, with some of the better Thai places I've been to. Be forewarned however, the price is skew a little bit to the higher side in comparison to other local spots. You get what you pay for however. I'm in.

Bangkok Bistro Thai Eatery is absolutely amazing! I ordered the chicken pad Thai with level 2 spice, and the authentic flavors were some of the best I’ve ever had. Coming from Brooklyn, NY, I have high standards, and this place truly delivered. We also got the regular chicken pad Thai, and it was equally delicious. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for flavorful and authentic Thai food!

Delish! Was able to walk in and get a table for two with no wait on a Christmas Day, the food came out so fast and was so good. Great quick service and good food, can't complain! Green curry was good and pineapple fried rice was incredible

I ordered the Pad Kee Mao lunch special with chicken.

First the salad... Oh my that sweet walnut dressing! I could have drank it!

Now onto the Pad Kee Mao... The flavor and texture of the chicken and veggies were 5 star good. The noodles, however, were overcooked so they were extremely pasty. There was no chew that you expect and want in a rice noodle.

Even though it was a noodle dish and the star of show was disappointing, I didn't want to go any lower than 4 stars because the flavor and textures of everything else were so delicious. Also, I got it to go so it could be that the rice noodles didn't travel well. I would definitely like to try it again. Hopefully next time the noodles will be how they should be and I can increase my rating to 5 stars.

Such a lovely family run restaurant. This has been my go to Thai spot for the past five years. The food is flavorful and authentic but most importantly the people working here are so wholesome. I usually always get the pad thai, drunken noodles, and a curry; all are delicious. Occasionally I'll get one of the duck dishes and have no regrets. I have to recommend the pad kee mau, it is one of the best I've ever had. The roadside noodles, Pad Thai and Pad Kaprow are all winners! I've eaten at a lot of Thai food places but this one is special. The service is always friendly and you get your food so quickly it's crazy. I recommend eating in, just so you can view all of the pictures on the wall. I've never had a bad meal there. Desserts are very good but not to the same wow factor as the meals. I'm always happy going to this place. One thing I will add is the hot dishes are hot but not for the sake of heat, the heat actually adds to the amazing flavor. As you can tell this is my favorite Thai food around. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The food here is very good. My favorite is the massaman curry. It has potatoes and onions in it and whatever protein you choose (I've gotten shrimp and also chicken). The chicken satay is delicious. My daughter likes their Thai iced tea. They accommodate spice requests.

We usually go to a Thai place in Freehold but since it was Valentine's Day, they weren't answering the phone for take out. There is also a Thai place in Pennsville NJ we also frequent. We never ordered from here but since we had Thai on our minds we gave this place a try. Our usual is order is massaman curry and panang curry. Firstly, the portions here were meager compared to our usual spots. We also ordered extra rice and it still didn't equate to what we usually get at the other places. The sauces here were thin and flavorless. If we didn't experience the other places we may have thought this one was good but in comparison it falls short.

Found this place next to Manalapan Diner, I have a great experience with the taste & service, Roadside noodle flavor is fantastic, the spicy Jungle is a new experience for me, hot and spicy but delicious.

Absolutely loved the delicious and authentic thai food. Satay, pad Thai, basil fried rice, avocado spring rolls are great in quality and quantity. They have really good vegetarian options. It is a small place and perhaps dine in over the weekends might need prior reservation but my first time here and i did pickup. Considering the size of the place and how crowded it was when I got there my food was ready to be picked when I got there. Pricing wise this place is more on the expensive side for the quantity of food especially when you take out from this small seat capacity place.

I can't say enough about how much we love this place, family owned and operated, everyone is super friendly and accommodating. It was recently acquired by a new owner Jack, who makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. The food is still amazing, with arguably the best red curry in Central New Jersey. As far as prices, they are one of the most affordable and reasonable options, but don’t assume the portions aren’t adequate. They are very generous, and we usually have leftovers to take home. They have lots of choices, but if you like duck there's is super tender and fresh. The Thai drinks are also scrumptious, you really can't go wrong with this fantastic eatery.

Excellent local venue with massive thai iced teas and a great pad kee mow. Run by a local family.

They ran out of thai iced coffee, which was disappointing; however, look at the size of their thai iced tea!

We visited last week and Wow the food was delicious. We had the avocado spring roll with the peach sauce. It had large pieces of avocado. For dinner, we had the Jungle Flank steak that comes with rice, chili and a bunch of vegetables. We also had the Mango spicy sweet & sour and that comes with rice. Chicken, beef, shrimp and vegetables all mixed together. When we tasted it, we ate it all before realizing we forgot to take a photo of the entrée. It was that good. For Desert we had the creme brule cheesecake.
Hands up to the chef. We met Jack the owner and his children they were all hands on in the entire service. They have great energy and awesome customer service.

Overall good with with generous amount of seafood and protein. Thai ice tea was served in a huge beer mug.

Vegetarian review: Straight-up, this place is better than Thai Thai (absolutely tasteless food overflowing with coconut milk) and Thai Shangri-la (IMO) which is low on the flavor bar for the same dish.

That being said, the young guy that mans the store has a flattering sense of what is spicy for his Thai restaurant. If you are used to eating Fire Sauce at Taco Bell, the number two spice level at Bangkok Bistro Thai Eatery is below it. I imagine spice level number 3 is probably more around it.

I ordered a Thai basil dish with vegetables and fried tofu. Overall, I would say the dish beat the other remaining Thai restaurants in this general area, but on its own it didn't taste much like Thai basil. It seemed like they used salt to cover the lack of overall flavor so be prepared for that.

Lastly, this place is expensive. Very expensive for the quantity of food in the quality of skill in cooking it that you receive at the end. $17 for a smaller than usual size container was a bit too much to charge for.

Even the dry red chili that the game on the side is not typically Thai spicy level. So if you like your food with more heat than you may want to ask for extra red chili powder.

I have eaten take out from Bangkok Bistro many times. For the area it is generally ok for Thai food. If it weren't for today would give 3 or 4 stars. Today in my Pad Thai I bit down on this metal object. I have no idea what it is but I know it shouldn't be in my food. I did not call the restaurant to let them know because I don't want my money back and I don't care about any possible legal recourse. It looks like it could be a rivet or something, again I don't know. Needless to say I need to find another place for Thai food. Maybe I will let them know so they can just be aware.

They messed up the order. They forgot things in an order for pick up. I had to go back and get the food they forgot to put in the bag. And when the meal said vegetarian it came with duck. Requested vegetarian meal. Don’t know what to say good about this place. Get the order right, double check before a pick up order. Our dinner was ruined. Not just they forgot to put stuff in the bag they ruined the order itself.

Had a great experience at Bangkok Bistro & our waiter Evan was extremely kind, respectful and friendly. He always provided top of the line service too.

This is the most delicious authentic Thai food I’ve ever had in New Jersey!!! The staff is incredible and in fact I had to call them after we got their food and tell them how absolutely Incredible it is!!!! I only wish the chef who is Thai would offer cooking lessons I’d be the first to sign up!!!

Before Covid the food was very good, right now I’ve been there many times food changed. I think the ownership changed😥.

I ordered a green curry and there was no rice inside. I drove 30 minutes home and cannot eat my dinner. Who can just eat green curry without rice?! I called the store back and they are telling me they are going to save me the rice so I go back next time i can have 2 rice?! It’s freaking ridiculous! I want my full refund on my dinner plus my time. You cannot even apologize right!

I've been here several times and the food is quite tasty. However, after my most recent visit, I've been experiencing severe food poisoning. Unfortunately, I won't be risking further visits.

I went here for the first time with family. The restaurant does a significant takeout business so while the restaurant was not crowded, the food felt fresh. There was enough food in one entree to have leftovers for lunch. The see eww was very tasty, but note as per the description that it is very sweet. Next time I will try the kee mao. The green curry was quite creamy and spicy. The seasoning of the Thai basil was a highlight. A few people had pad Thai with mixed reviews. My family either loved it or did not like it. I prefer flat rice noodles that feel more fried and less coated in sauce. It would be nice if there were paper towels in the bathrooms so people aren’t locking the door with dirty hands and opening the door with clean hands. The staff were very nice.

It was quiet for lunch time but the food was really good and the service was excellent!
