Me and my mom went for lunch today and it was delicious. I got the Drunken Noodles with pork, and my mom got the spicy eggplant stir fry with chicken. They brought us a plate of spring rolls to start (on the house) and they were amazing. Super crunchy and the veggies inside were crisp and fresh. The drunken noodles were the best Thai dish that I’ve had. Tried a few bites of the spicy eggplant and it was excellent. Owner conversed with us and was extremely friendly! We will definitely be back.
(PS they ask you what spice level you want. We both did level 4 which was very spicy but my mother and I love spicy food so it was perfect for us. Just take that into consideration based off your personal spice preference.)
The food was good and arrived in a timely manner. The chicken wraps were just okay (chicken was dry), the cucumber salad was great. I highly recommend both the calamari appetizer and the soft shell crab entree - both were excellent. The crab Thai fried rice was really good, but the crab seemed like an afterthought, and was pretty flavorless. The green tea ice cream was a nice finish to the meal. They also have a lovely back patio, which is pictures, but we didn't use.
I had a very nice experience at Sang Tong Thai. A gentleman named Bond was very courteous and explained the nuances of the menu. The Panang Curry was perfect as were the vegetable spring rolls.
I would highly recommend this restaurant!
We plan on returning for dinner to enjoy their generous offerings, including duck entrees.
Bond also mentioned that they would be offering fusion dishes combining the best of Eastern and Western Cuisines.
I can’t wait to try Sang Tong Thai’s innovative dishes!
Such delicious food, so glad I came here with my friend! We both got pad thai and shared the crab rangoon. Everything was hot, fresh, and so flavorful. Our server and everyone in the restaurant were so nice too. Will definitely be back.
Just moved to this town from NYC so didn’t know what to expect… can honestly say, this beats most of the Thai restaurants in NYC in terms of taste and how attentive the staff were.. plus the spice levels are legit! highly recommend!
Awesome thai restaurant. Food was delish. The location Is great, away from the main street. A must go if you are in the area.
Customer service was good but there were too many people ordering for just one server. So please be patient.
Deep fried red snapper and the chicken green curry. Very tasty.
Wanted dessert but was too full....definitely next time. 😊
Kudos to the chef!!

Best pad Thai and drunken noodle

Food was delicious and service was attentive. Will definitely come back.
The House Spicy noodles were fantastic, as well as the Pad Thai. Really a great meal and I can't wait to go back again!
I miss the staff at Sanook. This staff takes too long, doesn’t actually listen to your order and have no idea what they are doing it seems. Food is just ok. Sanook was much better. Not going back here for dine in or takeout.
Great options, very vegetarian friendly, and the service was incredible. Really great and joyful experience for a date.
The food and the service was very good. We tried the sampler appetizer & made notes of our favorites. We'll be back!

The best Thai in our region, this restaurant is a gem.
Best Thai food I’ve had since leaving the UK!!!
Great food. Favorite meal ever. Best eats. Me hungry!!! 🤤🤤🤤 More… more…
Papaya salad was outstanding
My family and I had dinner at Sangtong Thai last night, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic Thai flavors that really stood out. We tried a lot of the appetizers like crab rangoon, garden rolls, calamari, and more. All were exceptional, especially the garden rolls. The salads and soups were out of this world, packed with incredible flavors. All of our dinner plates were cooked to perfection and so flavorful. The owner, Lucky, frequently checked in to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Thai cuisine and excellent service! We’re already planning to go back soon to dine in and take out.
Absolutely delicious Thai food!! I highly recommend. This is the best pad Thai I’ve had, and the house noodles are unbelievable. Lucky the owner is so kind, welcoming and she knows her food!! Love coming here regularly. This place is a must if you are looking for a great Thai experience!
This great restaurant in Haddonfield, New Jersey has only been open one month and my wife and I with friends and family have been there 5 times. The place is beautiful with the Thai art decorating this fine establishment. The food is excellent with delicious variety and everything healthy. The desserts deserve the two (s's) as you will want more and they are all unique and amazing. Try the Mango and Sticky rice, it is reserved for royalty. The owner is very friendly and makes sure that everyone is happy. Give it try, the price is right and the menu fine.
I am a shrink and my addiction is this new restaurant for sure.
Dr. Bruce
New management is great and the food quality and taste has actually improved. Nice ambiance, service, prices and overall experience.
Amazing food!! We used to love Sanook but the new owners food, IMO is much much better, and the service is great! Everyone is so nice.
This place is outstanding! We ate on the patio and it was secluded and peaceful. The service was incredible, the people were friendly and warm. The food was phenomenal. We had yellow curry chicken and it was so delicious and spicy. For dessert we had fresh made coconut sorbet served in a half coconut. Delicious. The place is a bit hidden but having lunch there was the best decision. Highly recommend.
Service was so friendly and welcoming. Most of the menu is gluten free, even the sorbet with the white chocolate shell.
I didn't have to eat GF so they recommended the Volcano Chicken and it was a light and crispy delight. Haloy with the price and atmosphere with soft piano music.
Clean and friendly staff!
Very accommodating and food was one of the better places in this area for Thai food.
Everything was delicious. Sampler is a must. Best Thai curries. Not a bad thing on the menu.
It's no mia mare that was there before that many including myself miss but food is good
Sanook Thai was our go to place for the best Thai food for to-go orders. Yesterday when we tried to order, we found out that it has got a new name with new ownership. But we were hoping that the food would be the same. But it wasn't. Terrible experience. We always order the same two things. We ordered green curry with steamed tofu and pineapple fried rice with chicken with level 3 of spice, out of 5. But the green curry came extremely spicy. We couldn't eat it. And they gave us fried tofu instead of steamed. We live about 25 mins from the restaurant so there's no point going back to change it. Green curry was more red than green. Couldn't taste coconut milk's sweetness in that. Pineapple fried rice was okay. Not like before.
Looks like we need to find a new Thai place now.
The restaurant name changed, and all the recipes changed are changed too! Not the old Sanook taste anymore. We used to enjoy the pineapple rice there, but now it’s more like soy sauce rice, not nearly as good.
The owner is so sweet and the food is amazing. Plenty of vegan options as well as varying spice levels for each dish
This place is a go to whenever I’m in the area. Food never disappoints. Flavor, cost and quality are awesome!
I always enjoy my visits to Sanook Thai. The food is absolutely wonderful, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. It's a restaurant where you can talk and not noisy like a lot of restaurants. The outdoor patio is lovely in warm months. The back dining room is nice if you have a small group...perhaps up to 10. I definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant.
Very tasty food.
One of the best,or the best thia restaurant in the tri state area. The drunken noodles was soso tasty, flavor was to die food. The salmon was to die for. My buddy love the spring rolls. Hand down return with my family.
Since this restaurants felt the need to leave an unpleasant response to my wife's review. I'll go ahead and clear things up.
This is absolutely not our first time at a Thai place as we have had PLENTY of delicious Thai food around here and in Philadelphia. To call us out as amateurs because she asked for bread is quite tasteless. She didn't even mention bread in her review. What she specifically asked for was roti, which is often served at Thai restaurants. The waiter did not understand her request for ROTI so she simplified it as bread. Is she wrong for asking for roti?
No we didn't like our dish but we only spoke about the dishes in our review, which was all truth. Unfortunately you didn't like our review but it speaks VOLUMES about your business to leave any response other than something empathic and making an effort to resolve the issue.
Also, we absolutely didn't leave a tip. Why, because we did not feel like we were provided with quality service and did not enjoy our dining experience. We also asked the waiter for his recommendation about about the salmon before ordering it and clearly were unpleased with his recommendation. Ultimately it is up to our discretion if we want to tip. We typically tip 20% or over but unfortunately there were many things about our experience that we didn't find pleasant and decided not to share in our review until now. Why? Because you decided to call us out about bread and a tip. Very unprofessional.
I can keep going about the things we didn't like at your restaurant or you can let it go and learn that when a customer isnt pleased you do your best to address the issue for us and customers in the future. We appreciate you removing the one meal off then bill. But quite frankly none of it was good! You're lucky I don't drop a list of 5 better places in the area that people SHOULD go to. Now let it go, have a nice evening.
No, just no! This place was so disappointing and there is much better Thai food in the area. It seems like they serve any kind of food because clientele doesn't know better. I sent my food back. A $25 plate of a tiny overcooked salmon with no sear and two steamed broccoli or florets. My husband's plate was lacking so much in flavor. Also who puts tomato quarters in drunken noodles?
Like I said they serve anything. I should have known red flag when the place was empty on a Friday night in Haddonfield.
The best Thai you will find, along with outstanding service. Food is always on point and I Love this place!
Haddonfield’s best!
Food was delicious and great service. We will be back.
The food was good and arrived in a timely manner. The chicken wraps were just okay (chicken was dry), the cucumber salad was great. I highly recommend both the calamari appetizer and the soft shell crab entree - both were excellent. There are better Thai restuarants around!
Delicious food in such a peaceful venue!
The patio is the place to be
Great food and staff. Highly recommend
Woah! This is the best restaurant in Haddonfield (and I’ve tried a bunch). The pad Thai with duck was delicious! The drunken noodles with pork were also so good! The dumplings were delish and made from scratch. Even the Pomegranate blueberry and chocolate crunch ice cream was standout good! I’d highly recommend this place!
It's really nice and quiet here.. The atmosphere here is very laid back. The food was really good and I'll definitely be back.
Great authentic Thai food! Always fresh and delicious - I'd highly recommend!
The drunken noodles are the best.
Very good!
$30 for sticky noodles with some flavor and chicken. Microwaved ramen >>> whatever I just ate.
Very rude staff. They are very rude and lier to delivery pickup guys. They think they are giving them food for free. If this location can’t make food on time then they need to stop taking order online.it’s not only some time it’s always like this. They will say almost ready and make you wait for half hr.
I was graving today for a good sour Thai soup so I decided to go to this restaurant as of it's rating. I didn't ate much, only a Tom Yum Shrimp soup and a pork larb. So I only can make my rating based on these two dishes. The soup was incredibly sweet, tom yum is a sour and spicy soup. This one here was only sweet and you couldn't Taste anything else. Never had such a bad soup at a Thai restaurant. I highly recommend to either rework the recipe or remove it from the menu. The larb was ok, lacking a little bit on salt for my taste. But as the staff was super friendly and the overall appearance of the restaurant was nice, I still give 3 stars.
Awesome thai restaurant. Food was delish. The location Is great, away from the main street. A must go if you are in the area.

Deep fried red snapper and the chicken green curry. Very tasty.
Wanted dessert but was too full....definitely next time. 😊
Kudos to the chef!!
Been to many Thai restaurants in several states…First time here…would characterize it as “ordinary”. Salmon with garlic sauce & vegetables was woefully short on veggies. Shrimp pad thai was flavored noodles and shrimp. Would recommend seeking other venues for Thai food
The BEST Thai restaurant in the USA.
I really enjoyed my meal and service is very attentive
The first time I ate here, 4 years ago, service was quick and the food was great. However, on my most recent visit we had to wait for our food for an hour. Meanwhile, people with takeout orders were piling up because their orders were not ready. While I understand that many places are understaffed, this also shows bad time management because an efficient takeout/ordering system should account for labor shortage to allow for more time.
I have never been treated more poorly.
I placed my order over the phone this evening on Mother’s Day. I waited the 40 minutes they predicted. Showed up at 45 min after and paid. The waitress told me it would be right out and then I subsequently waited 45 min in their waiting area for my food. Many people were waiting over the course of my time, some got their food before me. No one could explain why it was taking so long.
The most unfortunate part was when I asked to speak to the owner he met me with aggression and disrespect. When I tried to speak with him, his response was “do you think your food is the only one that’s being prepared?” I will never order from or eat here again and I hope the owner is ashamed of himself for speaking to me so disrespectfully.
Loved it
OKAY FOOD TERRIBLE SERVICE! I truly don't know what to say, we got our sharing dish (dinner) for an appetizer, our appetizer came second. One person out of 3 received their dinner. The second out of 3 received their dinner 8 minutes afterward. The third out of the received their dinner 10 minutes afterward. Very unfortunate for a very cute restaurant. Sad really. Not worthy of pictures.
Good food and okay service from the sta.
Excellent food. Service is great.
Went here based on reviews posted here and OMG either everyone is lying or people like bland, burnt and overpriced food. Zero stars, if I could. 1/2/2022.
Great Thai food! Kind staff! And a lot of food for the price, looks kinda fancy inside but most people who dine here aren't dressed up!
Excellent Thai food. Great place to eat in or take out BYO.
Very clean, Great food ,Good service . Great place for a date night .
Very interesting flavors. Wonderful coconut soup
Our food was pretty disappointing, we ate Tom Yam Soup, Pork Larb, Pad Thai and Massaman Curry. Everything was lacking balance, all the dishes were overly sweet and lacking seasoning. The beef in the Massaman Curry (one of my favourite foods) was very tough and chewy and lacked flavour, the sauce had a nice depth of flavour but wasn’t balanced, with too much sugar. The Pad Thai and Tom Yam were pretty much inedible, it was incredibly sweet, almost to dessert levels.
The outdoor dining area was very pleasant, we really enjoyed sitting out there. Our service was ok, not very welcoming or friendly though.
Bland food, slow service, not extremely expensive but still more expensive than comparable Thai food. Cannot be more disappointed.
Entrees were wonderful & staff very nice - sticky rice dessert delicious ( check price before ordering)
My lunch was excellent.... Food was flavorful, and delicious.... friendly service...
I've more recently been frequenting Haddonfield and also checking out their food scene which has really been quite good. Living close by in another competing food scene, I realized there are so many and just as good as CC Philly places right in my backyard. So today I went Thai and had lunch at Sanook. It was quite good and service was just fine (they were not busy at all). Since I wanted to relax I sat out on their very tranquil patio. I got the papaya salad which was great! Fresh, vibrant, crunchy, sweet/sour and spicy. Much better than Circles for sure. Crispy Calamari was good although not perfectly crisp however, they were tender to the chew which says a lot. They're a little pricy up against the multitude of Thai places in Philly and beyond but treating yourself to good Thai food anywhere is the point:-)
I have never tasted food this sooooo goid and so fresh. Simply Heavenly!
Our first time there- fantastic meal, we’ll definitely be back!
Had the opportunity to eat out back in under the pergola and the food was fantastic. Service just as good as the food made for a great evening with friends.
I will visit again soon
I really think Sanook has potential if they can adequately staff to meet their business. The food is good and prepared to order. The restaurant wasn't crowded and they only had two front of house people handling take out and dining room. This made for very slow service. Will go back and give another try.
The atmosphere here is superb for Haddonfield. The food is good not fantastic.
However, if you visit when it's remotely busy, choose another place to dine. They have messed up my order 3 times recently. Last time my tofu was cold inside... They did heat up more for me, but this place cannot manage a busy restaurant in addition to take out services. They need more staff, especially for the Haddonfield pricetag.
Been here a few times! Good selection of items and the food is always well done. The seating in the back is very picturesque and comfortable. Lots to do around the area as well after eating.
If you like Thai food this is a very good choice.
Terrible customer service. Unable to manage delivery orders from multiple providers and handle indoor dining simultaneously.
Very nice people. Good food. Good service! Also, they accept Apple Pay..
Delicious dumpling soup, nice service
The food is second to none. The only thing that would make it better is if they would dim the lights and actually light the table candles. The lighting is too bright for dinner.
Food was excellent. Service was just as good.
Great food!
Great atmosphere authentic Thai and super delicious!!!
Severe delays between the estimated order ready time and actual order ready time and this was made even worse by not completing the entire order correctly.
Authentic and delicious Thai food. The outdoor dining space is private and a great spot in warmer weather.
First time. Small plates were very good. Had spring rolls, dumplings and edamame which were well done. Chicken Satay with the peanut sauce was a standout. Will be back to try one of the entrees.
I liked this alot I got the spring rolls and the edamame and I liked them both. I don't like the spring roll sauce though, it's ok. It's sorta like a sweet and sour sauce. They did not have outdoor dining but they did have indoor. It's good value with the edamame they give you a moaintan of them. Very good recommend
Authentic Thai food and friendly staff within a relaxing atmosphere. They also have a very nice outdoor seating patio.
Excellent!!
Relaxing ambiance and tasty dishes. Tea was too light tho. Would def visit again.
Loved it. Food was delicious and fresh. Great options and the most amazing wait staff.
I had the best thai food at Sanook. Spring rolls and puff pastry are highly recommended. Green and red curries had a perfect flavor and spice level. I loved their Salmon with garlic sauce and Sanook Duck special. Great ambiance and delicious food!!!
Best vegetable spring rolls I’ve ever had in my life!!!!
Delicious, fresh food!
Excellent food, excellent location, best pad thai around!
I've been here for lunch a couple of times, and was not disappointed.
Red curry was good, drunken noodles were good. The lunch special was a good deal, portion was a lil small but .... its haddonfield lol.
Our favorite restaurant!
The atmosphere was pleasant and the ambiance was very classy and the food was original Thai not the standard Mum n pop type
Not My favorite Selection
50 minutes to get the order when we dined there.
They delivered off Seamless - that was a plus. Pad Thai and red curry were pretty bland. Not awful but not amazing. Would give them another try.
Best Thai food I've ever had
Sanook is always great. The food is excellent. We eat there quite frequently. The spicy 5/5 is actually spicy :)
The food was good. The portions were small compared to the prices.
The food is delicious and authentic. For the price, portions are a little small, but nothing crazy expensive. I have been many times and recommend so much on their menu! Green curry, red curry, pineapple rice, pad Thai, drunken noodles, etc. There is not a wrong choice flavors wise!
Great food and peaceful restaurant with good prices
Great location in charming setting of Haddonfield...had the Garlic Shrimp delicious!! Outstanding server Sassy 👍
Seriously a can't miss
I love their sweet mango with the sweet sticky rice that comes with it. A great duo to end my meal with my usual coffee. It is a dessert to die for. Their mango is very sweet and it has a silky fine texture - not stringy at all.
They are terrible. Giving order takes an hour .
Love it! Want great Thai food? Come here. Your welcome. 👍
Best Thai in the area - including Philly. Authentic and every curry and noodle dish I have tried is amazing. The Thai iced tea is perfection and it's all just as good take out as dining in.
I always come here on the weekends. It’s hardly busy during lunch. It’s a nice relaxing place to eat. Food is good and the service is always good. Would definitely take family and friends there. Would recommend.
Really like their menu and service
Spicy oranges from 1 to 5. I chose 3 and enjoyed it.
Amazing food, elegant atmosphere, family owned!
Excellent Pan-Steamed Mussels! 🥘
In Tangy Tamarind, Chili, and Garlic, with Onion, Scallion, Bell Pepper, Thai Basil and a Garnish of Cilantro
Atmosphere and Service was excellent as well!
Excellent food. Decent price. Can make not spicy :-)
Food is good to excellent. Service is slow but friendly. Expect to wait and you will enjoy yourself.
I would love more then anything to give this place a 5 star rating but I cannot. We got the chicken pad tia and it was amazing! Amazingly fresh and filling. I loved it with just a little kick to it. The downside is the service, the time it takes from order to actually getting the food is a long time like an hour plus. But if you have the time and in the mood for some great food swing by.
Service was splendid. Coconut soup was delicious. All offerings were visually appealing.
Highly recommended, gourmet restaurant with great meals and friendly atmosphere!
My wife and I love to try new places and as a result rarely eat at the same place more than once. We've taken a liking to Thai food and found this place suits our palate in many ways. The food is spicy enough to be interesting but not too spicy. We also like seafood and there is always something the chef is cooking that week to cover that need too. Small, casual BYOB complete the scene!
Amazing. BYOB however try a Thai tea or a coconut water as well. Food prep and service is well timed. Portions are perfect for sharing. If this was a helpful review please give a 👍
As soon as we walked in the host greated us with a smile. we were seated quickly and service was timely and stayed attentive throughout the entire meal. the menu selection was great and so was the food. we will definitely return when in this area.
