Food court Menlo Park mall
Food was made quickly and pan fried in the wok right at the front. The workers were kind and direct. I got a chicken pad Thai and it was filling. My only issue was the sheer amount of oil that was left on the bottom because it looked like it was drenched in it. The flavor was there and it was spicy as it should be.
My go to spot for whenever I am around. The workers are always so nice to me! They always have a smile on their faces and it makes you want to come back! Food always turns out great open, mid-day, near closing food is always consistent!
Conveniently located in me ko park mall. It’s perfect mall food . Not the ones you get in original thai restaurants. Chicken is dry and not that juicy . Quick service and nominal price .. spring rolls were good . Mango chicken is the best here . Always prefer it with rice … overall average experience…
My boyfriend and I was there Sunday and the food made us sick. We order the chicken and shrimp combo and the shrimp egg roll with the mango lemonade Boba. The only enjoyable thing was the Boba. In the past the food was so good but I am not sure what happen sunday.
The Menlo Park mall food court has so many options to choose from that you’ll be spoilt for choices. I stopped by this place to try it out and was pleasantly surprised.
I had ordered the shrimp combo with rice and sides and it was on point. The shrimp was fresh and tasty, the fried rice on point and the price was decent. The portion size is huge considering the price so I was satisfied with the offering here.
If you’re into fast food and also want something that won’t break your bank, I’d recommend giving this place a try.
I was trying to order food here one time and the person serving me was so rude towards me. I did give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and tried the food, but the chicken did taste like cardboard. I did not like this place at all. On top of that they did give my friend attitude as well the day after. Was not treated well and the food doesn’t taste appetizing.
Ordered two beef combos, not really worth it since it’s 1) very little beef and 2) extremely salty. I’ve been to other Ruby Thai’s that had much better food, not sure why this one is kind of disappointing.

ELVINA IS THE BEST Employee!
best food on menlo foodcourt!! everyone must try…
The food was good, taste are delicious. Will definitely come back.
I love the Pad Thai so good 👍 😋 a lot of sauce, exactly what I wanted to eat it 😋😋
Not a good experience. Hair was found and when the issue was addressed, they refused to give a refund.
I found a bug in my food 🤢 if you care about cleanliness DO NOT EAT HERE . 0 stars !

Omg horribleeeee servicee do not eat here
If I could give this place no stars I would. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE I found a piece of hair in my food. I went back in the span of 10 mins to politely ask for a refund and was told no and and the food was changed. Why lie and say the food was changed when the tray was full? They wear no hair nets or gloves
Too salty,, so I wasted almost and went to Chipotle
This place serve me today a vegetable that contains bugs, makes me think that they don't have control with their food, otherwise this is totally gross, for sure you lost a loyal costumer.
Ruby Thai Kitchen Is Located From The Back Of The Parking Entrance And Located From The Food Court Entrance
Cook. was rude and ignored my Questions very unfriendly and unprofessional

It was disgusting and they wouldn’t give me my money back
Prices are very reasonable versus the other fast food asian restaurants in rthe food court. The food has flavor and there's a good selection to choose from.
The service size is decent but they were a little cheap on the entree size.
Friendly service
Bad attitude and service. She feel mas bc I asked her for other napkin. Very bad attitude
There was a metal spring in my food….
Great place for vegan, there’s a lot to pick and very cheap! My favorite is eggplant with garlic sauce, tofu pad thai and vegetable curry, the portion is very big, 1 order could feed up to 3 people, overall, great experience!
amazing place, very nice food, and always taste very fresh! just love it.
The food was bland and overall disgusting. The cashier kept urging me to step up so she can keep taking customers while I was clearly uncomfortable and didn’t want to bump into the next person. I told the cashier the food container was opened and she still packed it in the plastic bag . So much sauce is spilled from in the bag! I
Food's good, but expect an overcharge on an item cause it happened to me.
Beware! I bought a fountain drink(sprite) from them and didn’t realize how dirty my drink was with a bunch of black particles floating around. Their machines have probably never been cleaned. Buy you drink from a sealed bottle stay away from their fountain. Tried taking the best picture but doesn’t do it justice.
My boyfriend and I just love coming here! The Pad Thai and Thai Sweet Tea are fantastic! We totally give this place an 8/10! Def worth the price!
Great Thai Food restaurant located inside of the Menlo Park Mall Food Court! Delicious Thai food served as entrees over rice or noodles, along with steamed vegetables! Can also order as sides, along with a variety of beverages. Favorite is the Thai Chicken over White Rice with mixed vegetables:-)).
Best burbon chicken
Nice size portions.
Tasty, nice Spice
Today was my wife and I is first time eating here and I was shocked at the amount of food they gave me for 14.00.I had rice with large amounts of bourbon chicken, coconut chicken, and orange chicken and let me say the food was well done not to mention tasty. My wife tried the bourbon chicken too and was well pleased.Lastly their demeanor was good.
The cook to order Pad Thai is as authentic as it gets. It will be a 10 minute wait while they prepare it. The spicy version is quite spicy so only get it if you can tolerate pepper.
Food is average but staff is horrible, they talk too much, especially the Indonesian ones 🤦♂️. Just calm down just because you’re the only English speaking staff! We just wanna grab our meal and leave! Not talking about where are we from which isn’t your business.
I was want to Edison mall long time ago , try they food , food was amazing, must try it!
Before I decided to buy food from here, I was read all of the comments like how to food tastes. Now I agreed with comments that it is not authentic Thai. Just keep that in mind. food flavors reminds me of wok food, Panda Express etc. So, if you like those foods, you might like it here too.
Whenever I want quick Thai food for lunch, I stop
at this store in Menlo Park Mall. The price is reasonable. Like chicken combo is $8.99. Food is always hot and very tasty. The employees are little rude. And sometimes they don’t understand what are you asking even though you repeated at least 3 times. But overall great place for quick Thai food.
Ordered the noodles with spicy chicken and broccoli, there was so much oil in the container I felt sick afterwards... broccoli was good. Noodles had no taste. Ordered this with Uber Eats so like $20 down the drain lol never again
I’ve been patronizing this place for sometime. When I tell you they lost me as a customer !!!! Three to four times a week I order two orders of coconut shrimp and a side. My last visit a customer in front of me asked for a sample he was given no resistance and I attempted the same thing and was denied. I want to believe race had nothing to do with it but couldn’t help witnessing them communicating in a common language (not English ) welp that experience will save me $80 week
The food is amazing & the Thai tea is the best I’ve ever had. Service is ok but the food makes up for it. That’s why I give it 5 stars
Calling this a Thai restaurant is like calling McDonald's a Scottish restaurant. It is a steam-table food court place like Panda Express or Asian Chao, no better or worse than any other.... EXCEPT for the excellent Tom Yum seafood soup! That, with a Thai iced tea, has become just about my favorite lunch at the mall, and I've never had a soup like it anywhere else.
Super rude and rushing, I asked for a drink and the woman said “no drink” and the other lady in the back told the woman ringing me up “don’t listen to her.” Like excuse you? You work in customer service
Great food, excellent service, inexpensive.

Excellent Pad Thai with Shrimp, wok cooked to order, Menlo Park Mall food court. Delicious!
The food is awesome! The staff is nice also. They had some hiccups when they first opened but now they are much better and can speak English. I come about once a week.
Menlo Park mall Menu says 7.99 for shrimp and fish . The lady at register charges me 9.99 when asked about it she smiles and can’t speak English . Will never eat here again . Was not going to make big deal over 2 dollars with a line behind me . I also work in the mall and will never eat there again .
Dirty place
Hard to understand staff. Food is good.
They gave $2 short change for my daughter’s(14years) purchase. It is intentional rip off as she payed by herself. Be careful when you get changes from what you get.
Thanks for giving us samples. I kindly suggest you not using plastic forks for it. Simple wooden stick maybe?
Thanks for your consideration.
I love their tofu dishes! The portions are huge and the prices are reasonable.
Large portions of fish
Poor customer service! I ordered vegetable and was told that they were out and that they were closing. 9:12pm! I understood and I simply ordered something else. However, someone came soon after as I waited for my food and ordered something that they were clearly ‘out of’ and closing and they turned around and said they would make it for him all while I stood there. After I pointed this out to her, she
said ‘ me no speak English’ Really, really Ling Ling, you don’t speak English? I only wanted some veGetables with my sweet chicken.
I have to hand it to you that was truly absolutely stellar service.
Good tasty food with reasonable price
The food is good, and the service depends on who is working at the moment. From the expertise of the manager at how she handles stuff, you can tell she has been working this job for years. Unfortunately some of the other staff members aren't as good, but it is most likely due to them obviously having a lack of experience, so it is impossible to fault them. The food is good, some of the best food in the entire mall, but of course isnt the best. It is all up to opinion. The real problem this place has is customers being rude or not sure what they are getting. One woman said that the place was bad to the whole line of customers i was in. She said that their service was terrible and slow. It was slow cause she was constantly changing her mind and the only person there who ordered enough food for 3.... And at the last minute asked for iced tea... Don't be this kind of person. It is incredibly demeaning to the cashier, and from my experience as a cashier at a store, these types of customers are usually the ones causing everything to go so slowly.... So please, be kind and also know ahead of time what you are getting. It makes everything go smoother.
The food is ok, but service terrible! I used my debit card and was charged 5 times! I went up there the next day to speak to the manager and he said he will call me once he reviewed the transactions and he never did. Now I'm writing this review and I have to dispute the charges with my bank. I probably won't go back here and if you do USE CASH.
Not authentic Thai but modified American foods. Price, foods and services are just average.
Tasty but not salty.
Rice is bomb! The mango chicken is sweet and spicy. They actually made coconut shrimp for my girlfriend on the spot we just had to wait 5 mins. The fried dumplings were so good.
