Thai Love NY is an authentic family-owned Thai restaurant serving the true traditional Taste of Thailand. We offer the best Thai dishes and appetizers in the entire Syracuse area. Order online for delivery or pick up. Better yet, dine in with us to enjoy the full Thai Love NY experience. We are happy to accommodate various food allergies (Gluten, Nuts, Seafood, Dairy, Soy, etc.) and dietary requirements (Vegan, Vegetarian, etc). Choose your Spice Level 1 - 5 (Mild, Medium, Hot, Extra Hot, and Thai Hot). Most dishes can be made not spicy as well.
Went here for my birthday with my family, and it was amazing. Huge portions, good prices, excellent food. Meals were prepared to the level of spiciness ordered. The heat is not just for heat sake. There are layers of flavor within the heat. Service was a bit slower, but it was still really good. It's worth the drive from Homer.
If you like Thai food, you're fortunate to live in Syracuse as we have three excellent Thai restaurants, Lemongrass and AppeThaizing downtown, and Thai Love NY in Mattydale. On a recent visit to Thai Love, we ordered four appetizers and two entrees to share. The red curry had tender chicken and the Thai grilled salad had an abundance of flavorful sliced steak. I felt the summer roll went best with the sweet Thai chili sauce, although the peanut sauce was also delicious. The noodles and dressing on the yum woon sen salad, and the brown gravy on the drunken noodles were excellent. And, we had food left over to take home. One warning. If this is your first time at this restaurant and you're asked how hot (spicy) you would like your dish on a scale of 1 to 5, you may not fully enjoy the food if you choose a number above 3. The wait staff here equates level 3 with hot. But, I would define it as very hot, and at level 4, I was unable to finish a dish even though I ate rice to cool the fire after each bite. It wasn't till after I'd had a couple spoonfuls of green tea ice cream that the pain finally subsided. So, you might want to proceed cautiously up the heat scale. UPDATE-1: I can highly recommend the coconut shrimp appetizer. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, the coating crispy, and the dipping sauce delicious. And, an abundant amount of shrimp were provided at a very reasonable price. I ordered Gra Prow with pork for my main. Although, I requested the spicy heat at level 2, the initial impression of a mild sauce developed into an enjoyable slow burn. The vegetables, including bamboo shoots and bell pepper strips, were excellent and there was plenty of pork mixed in. For dessert, I took the owner's recommendation to try the banana fritters with green tea and vanilla ice creams, whipped cream, and what I believe was a drizzle of carmel sauce. It was a fantastic way to finish a delicious meal.
While visiting the area, my fellow flight attendant Patti called my hotel room and asked if I wanted to order food for delivery. After searching Google, we decided on Thai Love NY. When the food arrived, everything we ordered was there. Unfortunately, little simple requests such as plates for 2 and chopsticks w/ napkins were not included. Aside from that, I ordered my favorite thai soup the tom kha soup. It was very tasty but lacked substance. There was hardly anything aside from a lil' amount of mushrooms and 3 small piese of chicken. I also ordered the summer rolls. They were fresh and delicious, especially paired w/ the peanut sauce I requested instead of the sweet thai chili sauce, which was incredibly tart rather than sweet. Definitely something to pair better w/ a fried egg roll, wonton, and / or rangoon. Last but not least, due to the higher price for a chicken pad thai, my co fa and I chose to go in on half the order. The food portion was good, but unfortunately, like the soup , it lacked meat, vegetables, and above all, the famous scrambled eggs. There was none to be found. All in all, I loved the flavors, but we both didn't appreciate the price to food ratio. There were a lot of noodles but nothing else. There was a lot of soup but nothing but those 3 strips of chicken and mushrooms. I would recommend the owners and management of this restraunt do their own investigation and find a solution that will keep them in business and get customers' lining up at the door. Not to forget to mention returning for some good tasty food that matches the prices charged.
First time going just from a google search and a want for Thai food. From the outside, it looked kind of sketchy, however, inside was absolutely beautiful. Even with limited staff, the service was extremely quick and courteous. Our food was out very fast, probably one of the quickest I've seen. The food...was absolutely FANTASTIC. Some of the best Thai food I've had.
Ordered takeout during a lake effect snow warning: the food was ready in less than 10 minutes, cooked to order, and so delicious!! We got tofu pad Thai and veggie pad see eiw and they were huge portions—but no leftovers because it was too delicious to put down.
Food is amazing clean place great staff and very quick to serve the food!

Best Thai food in Syracuse that I've found! Really quality. I would highly recommend going! The prices are a bit on the higher side for Thai options, but it's worth it for sure.
We often order for take out whenever we are in the area. Love the food. Best Thai around I’ve found. Recommend the Green Curry!
My favorite restaurant in Syracuse
Wonderful restaurant. I've always had great service and tasty food. They have gluten free and vegan icons on their menu for what is or can be modified to be gluten free/vegetarian/vegan. They have been very knowledgeable about which of their dishes contains gluten and have even called me when I ordered something online that is not gluten free but had put gluten free in the comments.

love the vegan options love love love everything is always so good! please never stop putting the mango sticky rice into a heart shape, always makes my day🥹
Got the tom yum soup (hot) and pad see eiw (medium). Both with chicken. First, VERY drastic difference between hot and medium. Not a problem, like both, just fyi. The chicke, however, was atrocious and ruined the food. Not "velveted" at all. Very dry and tough, not seasoned. If you take a flavorful base (soup or stir fry) and throw in unseasoned boiled chicken to "top it off" you get this result. Next time I would get the tofu maybe that would not be so dry. The base of the meal was great however, both broth and noodles, but the flavor and quantity of chicken made approximately 35% inedible.
No flavor vegan pinapple bowl
We absolutely love this place. Food is always good. Unfortunately they just upped the prices again and I just don’t think the quantity and quality justify the price anymore. I could see certain items going up, but to increase everything across the board to the same price no matter what the dish just seems steep. Sorry Thai love NY.
Terrible experience. We asked to separate the table and were told to leave. I would never recommend or visit again.
Too sweet, not traditional thai food...disappointing.....
Delicious and customizable, servers could use a bit of training on manners, other than that it's very good!
This was the first time we ordered food for pickup... and I had the veggie bowl and ot was so delicious 😋 and the summer roll that is made with veggie and shrimp and it comes with peanut sauce so so delicious 😋 I will definitely going back to try other veggie dishes they have ...
Had dinner, was disappointed in the meal. Last time I was here I couldn't wait to get back but something happened on the menu and dood. I was sad to see.
Within no time at all I was greeted, asked for table preference and seated. My servers were very attentive and polite, also making sure I knew I could substitute ingredients for vegetarian options. The food matched the service, some of the best in the area!! Highly recommended
Edit: haven't been in years because I moved. Came back today and had phenomenal service, delicious food, and for a good price. I will absolutely stop here anytime I find myself in town
food came out immediately after we ordered it, within 5 minutes. amazing food wish I could eat it every day!!! 10000/10
They're very rude to you if you're a delivery driver. I asked to use the restroom and they said no. So I said wow really and then the lady at the counter told me I could go ahead and cancel the order! I told her no that I was going to pick up the order I was getting paid to deliver. Fine if you don't want people to use your restroom, even if they're helping support your business with delivery, but the rudeness and attitude is just unprofessional. I can't say anything about the food but I wouldn't eat here based on that interaction alone, but suite yourself
Ordered $60 for takeout..Pad kee mao noodles had so much liquid in the container everything was mushy. Prig pow was mostly oil. Prices are a bit high for the portions and quality. Restaurant was much better before covid.
Food is always excellent and tasty. We do takeout. Available very quickly.
Great flavors

Consistently outstanding Thai food! Our favorites are the Drunken Noodles and Green Curry- both can be made really spicy which we love. Online ordering and ultra fast pickup is an added bonus as a Mom with small children!
Outstanding authentic Thai food! I will eat here again! Food comes to the table really quick and staff is really welcoming.
Food was authentic Thai. Both is us had Pad dishes and soup. The Tom Yum was one of the best I've had. Excellent rich flavor. Definitely planning a return.
This had the best Thai food that I've eaten in quite some time. The food and service are excellent.
Food always good Chris the owner I was the frist customer he had when he frist open before covd. Waiting staff very helpful and friendly. Come out eat some good Thai food.
Best Thai food in the area, tons of great vegan options
Bad experience. They charge 15% tip and provide no service. We had to run to the kitchen whenever we needed something. Taste was mediocre. Never going back.
Prices have consistently risen over the last few years, but the food is phenomenal, and well worth the current pricing. The restaurant is clean and well kept, and the online to-go ordering is very smooth, fast, and convenient.
The pad thai, pad key mow, curry, spring rolls and thai tea are all very delicious. Service is fast and friendly. This is my favorite thai restaurant in the area.
Love, Love, Love… the food is scrumptious including the yummy peppermint tea… the service is impeccable- Thanks Lana❣️
If you want fresh Thai food definitely come here. Takeout is quick, servers are great. Definitely one of my favorite spots
Always great food. Very clean
Pricy but good
Best Pad Thai in SYR!
The pad woon sen is an absolute delight! Have been frequenting this place for the better part of 2 years and can confidently say that it’s the best Thai food in Syracuse! The waiters are very polite and super flexible in regards to menu modifications and dietary restriction/allergens. The price may be a little higher than some other Thai restaurants but the large portions and high quality, authentic Thai food makes up for it!
I would disregard the recent reviews 1 starring it and bickering about the service. Unless you are an extremely unpleasant person, the waiting staff is unbelievably polite and will literally break their backs to ensure that your dining experience is exquisite.
“Thai Love NY” in Syracuse provides the most appalling service I've encountered.
Facts:
-Disrespect
-Arrogant behavior
-20% service tax excluding NY tax
-Charges for credit card
-Violating social norms or rules
-hatred words
-Inquiring about the bill leads to disrespectful treatment and an unjust 20% service tax for groups of 5 or more.
-The behavior of the two ladies working there was outrageously arrogant on customers; they blatantly ignored our requests. She even told us to not come back anymore.
-They even charge more if you pay through credit card. A business that continues with such poor behavior cannot sustain itself. Be cautious, as if you don't tip, they might boldly tell you not to revisit, right to your face.
-I strongly advise against visiting this place—I've never had a worse dining experience. If you are soft and gentle then don’t go. They may provoke you to get into trouble.
-Don’t be deceived by the 4-star rating. Make sure to read about the worst experiences there as well.
Best Drunken Noodles I've had in Syracuse. My wife loved Thai fried rice as well. They offer pork as a meat option which I have not seen before.
We were introduced to Thai food at Sian Square in Great Barrington MA 2 years ago. We love it so much we eat there 2 or 3 times during our yearly visit, and even took a detour there on the way to Maine this summer. We have eaten at many local Thai places trying to find one that even comes close with no luck.
Thai Love NY does more than come close. This is actually a bit better on all counts. So much so it will likely stop our yearly visits to the other place. Awesome Thai food 10 minutes from home! The people were nice, the bathrooms clean, and the food was amazing. The only negative thing I could even say is our vegetable egg rolls were really oily. Like a puddle left on the plate. But they were super tasty. Cancel your dinner plans and go there now.
We were two groups vegan(5people) and meat eaters(8people) on two different table, two different checks. We did dine in! Food was excellent and had good time until bill comes. 20% service tax was already added and we weren’t sure if we had to tip on top of it or not! When asked about it, they said “IF YOU DONT WANT TO PAY, DONT AND NEVER COME BACK” Quite taken aback and perplexed with their behavior, We said we asked you for clarity and never said we will not pay! She replied saying if you are asking means you don’t want to pay. They behaved like an uncivilized hooligans and spoiled our evening. To top it, we still had some food left on the plates and asked for the boxes. She did not even wait till other person get the box and took away plates. It was very disrespectful and disturbing.. and yes, we completely paid and left the place with real bad experience and would never visit again.
Definitly a hidden gem! Great food, attentive staff, prices are reasonable!
This hdden little gem in Mattydale, NY is a MUST EAT! The food, atmosphere, staff and owners are phenomenal. I will always visit this restaurant!
Shrimp chips with peanut sauce were a nice starter. Tom Yum Gai was rich & tasty. The only knock was one entree came to the table too early-- several minutes before the 2nd. Red curry was excellent & Pra Ram Long Song were both superb. Friendly & efficient staff. Cute decor!
Very Fresh & delicious Thai food….
Not too much spice…but just perfect…
Loved the veg spring roll, Mango sticky rice, Thai fried rice & drunken noodle…
Made our order perfectly according to our customization.
Highly recommended!!
Will definitely go back
Ordered take out for me and my kids the other night. Food quality, and portions were great. Thank you so much!
The food was spectacular and plentiful. Service was helpful and speedy.
Great lunch spot quick service and the Pad Thai with chicken. Was excellent order with hot spice very good.
Always pleasant friendly,and tasty
Went here for dinner with my husband. The food is to die for, everything was absolutely delicious. Best food we've ever had. Server was very nice and attentive and food came fast. The soups are amazing as well as the mussels and the gelato. Amazing experience and I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know!
This is a very solid Thai joint in Syracuse, and I don't have anything to compare it to in the area, since I haven't been here long enough. I ordered a panang curry (always how I judge Thai food, fair or not) and what I thought was a fried rice--instead it turned out to be a spicy basil stir-fry. No problem.
Both dishes were good but not spectacular. The chicken is sliced more thickly than I'm used to and in larger pieces. The panang curry was flavorful but with a slightly coarser texture than I'm used to, and the flavors were--hard to describe, but less complex than I expected. The stir fry was tasty as well, but some of the bamboo shoots were a little undercooked and crunchy.
I went to pick up my meal curbside and have no complaints. The line was busy for a few minutes, but once I got through they brought the order right out.
Had a wonderful dinner after our flight was cancelled. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff.
Reliably excellent Thai. First visit back since COV-19 and so happy that they are still open! All ingredients were fresh and very well prepared - exactly what we were hoping for. Service was outstanding as usual. There was a small error on the bill but it was taken care of quickly and without any issues. Highly recommend!
1000% would go again. Service was great and food was amazing. We ate family style and were FULL after 3 adults and 1 kid shared 3 meals and an appetizer.
Great Father’s Day gift from my kids
Pineapple rice is good. Come with a real pineapple.
Best Thai food around! Great service; fast, friendly and correct. They literally bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and will do pretty much anything to ensure your food is perfect. One of the best allergy friendly restaurants around. It's a household celebration when we get to go here!
Thai Love NY in Syracuse, NY has become our go-to spot for incredible Thai cuisine, and it's no wonder why. The combination of amazing flavors, personalized service, and the warm hospitality of the owners, Chris and Sonny, has kept us coming back for over five years.
From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a smile and treated like family. Chris and Sonny have consistently taken great care of us, ensuring that our dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. Their passion for Thai cuisine and dedication to providing outstanding service truly shines through.
One of the highlights of Thai Love NY is the emphasis on fresh, made-to-order dishes. Every bite bursts with vibrant flavors and showcases the authentic taste of Thailand. As vegans, we're thrilled with the wide array of options available. The menu offers a fantastic selection of plant-based dishes that never fail to satisfy.
When it comes to recommendations, the green curry and pad pak are absolute must-tries. The green curry is a delightful blend of aromatic herbs, spices, and creamy coconut milk that creates a symphony of flavors on your palate. The pad pak, a stir-fried mix of fresh vegetables, is a perfect balance of textures and tastes that will leave you craving more.
Don't be afraid to request a bit of spice in your dishes. Thai Love NY knows how to deliver that perfect level of heat without overpowering the flavors. Whether you prefer a mild kick or a fiery explosion of taste, their kitchen is skilled in customizing the spiciness to your liking.
We have been loyal patrons of Thai Love NY, dining here at least twice a month, and during a time when my husband's office was close by, we found ourselves indulging in their delectable dishes two to three times a week. The fact that the restaurant is always bustling with patrons attests to the quality of the food and service they provide.
The cleanliness of the establishment is commendable. Thai Love NY maintains a tidy and inviting atmosphere.
An added bonus of dining at Thai Love NY is that you can indulge in their mouthwatering dishes without feeling overly stuffed. The portion sizes are generous, allowing you to savor every bite without sacrificing comfort.
Whether you're a vegan or a lover of authentic Thai cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit.
We had dinner here. The service was Phenomenal. The food is good. You won't go wrong visiting this establishment.
They charge you extra for paying with a credit cad. A business may offer a discount if consumers pay in cash, but it is not lawful to charge more at the register simply because a consumer uses their credit card. They don't offer a lunch menu, and with a credit card, I ended up spending $20 on a Pad Thai when average price of a Pad Thai in Syracuse is between $10-15 at lunch hours.
The food is average and highly overpriced in my opinion. I can say the thai iced tea is good. I’ve tried every thai place in the area and this ranks pretty low.
Très bel endroit! La nourriture est excellente et le personnel est très courtois !
La nourriture est très fraîche et délicieuse! Ce restaurant vaut le déplacement!
À essayer absolument lors de vos déplacements!
Shrimp Pad Thai had two pieces of shrimp only and the fried rolls had enough oil on it to fill up my car. Over 30 dollars and you have to pay a credit card fee of a dollar. Waste of money.
Came in from out of town and arrived shortly before closing. They welcomed me in with a smile. I had the pineapple fried rice served in the half pineapple. It was by far the best I have ever had. The fresh pineapple was sweet and juicy and a nice flavor contrast to the spice. The service was very fast and everyone extremely friendly. I highly recommend and will definitely return on my next trip to the area.
If you like Thai food, or if you've never had it, this place is not too be missed!! In all my travels, from NYC to NoCal, I always stop for Thai food and there's no place I've ever been that holds a candle to this small joint!! You MUST have Thai food if you're in the Syracuse area!
It's ok. The Massaman curry wasn't the best I've had. It was actually a little bland. I'm used to more vegetables in my curry. The food was really fast. It's like they're trying to be fine dining but have sicker numbers on all the tables and booths. It's a little pricey, too. It was $37 for my lunch. It's an ok place to go but I don't think I'll come back.
This place has great food and service. I had the pineapple curry which was delicious. The showstopper was the Banana Fritter dessert!! Highly recommend!
My wife and I flew out of the SYR airport. We arrived in Syracuse with time for dinner. The Pineapple Curry was delicious, but the Pra Ran Long Song was even better. The service was fast and courteous. We will definitely come again.
Great Food. Poor service, cold restaurant (in winter), and the door chimes constantly going off, took away from enjoying my meal.
I can’t wait to go back here. I’ve enjoyed food from many Thai restaurants in Syracuse, but this one is my favorite. I ordered the outstanding mussels in Thai basil sauce as my appetizer and green curry chicken as my entree. Not only was the food prepared quick and with excellent service, but it all tasted amazing. The ingredients here are all fresh and quality and this is the only place I’ve ever encountered Thai eggplant, which was delicious. I just want the owner to know, every time I’m in Syracuse, yours is now my go-to destination for Thai food.
Delicious food and friendly staff!
We had a table for 10. The food was delicious and had many options! Staff was friendly and no waiting on apps or dinner. It was a little cold, but the ginger tea warmed me up!
Best Thai in Syracuse
Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have found this place!! The staff is excellent!! Attentive and accommodating like every restaurant SHOULD be. The food, So delicious the picture shown is their #N6 Thai Noodles with peanut sauce. By the way, if you like peanut sauce, this is the best peanut sauce I have ever had. Perfect location, plenty of parking. The cleanest restaurant I have ever seen. Even the bathroom was Immaculate!! If your ever curious about the cleanliness of a restaurant, take a look at their bathroom, if that is filthy, that says A LOT. Recommend this place to EVERYONE!! I will be a regular customer from now on. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!! And I wish them all the best of luck
A little overpriced $7 for a soup is high and the food was at best warm not hot when it was served
I've been missing authentic style Asian food since I moved from Canada (we have some excellent restaurants around where I worked) so I'm always looking for savory and flavorful food options.
This is a solid Thai food restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. Our food came out much faster than I expected.
My yellow curry was a bit more spicy than expected (I went with mild). The Jungle curry ordered medium was what my partner expected.
The prices were a bit on the high side particularly for the appetizers. 2 eggrolls $10. The curry dishes were priced about what I'd expect. Bring cash as credit cards are charged a premium (we used cash as the menu is CASH price ~ so be cognizant of that when ordering).
All in all a good experience. For a treat when we're in Syracuse I would say we'd definitely go again.
I was craving Thai food on Sunday and my usual spot is closed Sundays. I searched for Thai restaurants in Syracuse, read reviews and Thai Love NY got great reviews, so I figured I'd give it a try. Am I glad I did. I had the Pra Ram Long Song with chicken. The peanut sauce is perfect - just enough kick to make it interesting and the chicken was tender. The dish was loaded with baby corn and broccoli, and served with perfectly cooked rice. It was enough for two nights (although I had to restrain myself from gobbling it all down the first night). I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Thai food!
An excellent choice for Thai food. If you can handle spicy, ask for the "Thai level" spiciness.
My hubby and I decided to try Thai Love NY for the first time today. We love Thai food so we were really looking forward to eating here. We went around 3-4 o'clock so the restaurant was very quiet. We were seated right away. I ordered Pad Woon Sen with tofu (hot) and my hubby had Thai Peanut Sauce Noodles (mild). We received our meals very fast. Our noodles were delicious! At other restaurants when I order something hot, it's not hot enough, but my Pad Woon Sen had heat. Next time I'll order it with medium heat😄 For dessert we ordered Coconut Ice Cream and Mango Sticky Rice. One word--YUM!😋 We'll definitely eat at Thai Love NY again, but unfortunately not on a regular basis since they are on the pricey side. Overall though, great food and great service. Highly recommend👍
Good quality food.
Very authentic Thai food. Excellent service and always with a smile.
This was our go to Thia restaurant. The last two times weve ordered there has been a significant change in the taste of the food. The first time we ordered after they opened back up after the pandemic the food has lack of flavor and the ant of the food was also decreased.
We gave it a second chance over the weekend we spent a little over 74 dollars the food had absolutely no taste at all nothing, nada. My teenager even mentioned "this food tastes like nothing". We have a few dinners with different heat levels none were marked so it was a guessing game/taste testing.
Sadly to say we will not be ordering from Thia love NY any longer.
Delicious food, super nice staff, very well priced for the quality of food. Got the Pad Thai and Spring Roll, both were incredibly tasty and more than enough in quantity. Highly recommend and also conveniently close to the airport if flying out or in.
Really great Thai Food and likely my favorite Thai in the area. Had a big order this evening and they nailed it. They even have gluten free options and that's a huge win for my friend group! Everyone was extremely happy with their individual meals. I had the pad see ew with tofu and it was made to perfection. They have mild medium and hot options, I got mild and there was zero detectable heat for my palate. That's something I prefer as any heat can sometimes be a deterrent for people. So what else can I say but...Thai love it!!
Expect mandatory 18% service charge for any group of 4 pp or more. If you are paying by credit card, they will charge you 3.25% of the total.
Too pricy for the portions.
Service was excellent, food great! Nice atmosphere! Willing to Veganize any dish!
I was shocked at how amazing this food was and I got it delivered. Usually food loses quality when gotten as take out this did not! The coconut shrimp is some of the best I’ve ever had and the mango sticky rice I’ve never tasted anything like it! It was heavenly! I’d give it more stars if I could!
Excellent food great service highly recommended.
Food was yummy and ready super quick. Service was great and professional. Huge portions so we definitely have leftovers for lunch. All in all a good choice.
So, yesterday my sister and I was in Syracuse for business and we did some research beforehand for good Thai food and found this place! I must say this place was a great find! What made it such a great find is the excellent food as well as pretty good service we received. We ordered Tofu Tod (with a side of peanut sauce), Massaman Curry, Yellow Curry, Red curry fried rice, and for dessert Mango Sticky Rice. We also got some Hot Green Tea to drink with our meal! Every single dish was amazing. In particular, my sister and I both loved the tofu tod and the peanut sauce. It was probably the best peanut sauce we have ever had! I also thought the Massaman curry was the best that I’ve ever had! Dessert was great too! My sister thought the mango sticky rice was one of the best she has ever had! Aside from how amazing the food was, the prices of them is just a tad high for my liking. The service we received was very good. It’s good service that everyone should receive no matter what restaurant you go to. To conclude, amazing food and definitely recommend going here!
Shrimp Fried rice was very good. Many menu options. Service was very good. Restrooms were clean. Great experience.
Atmosphere is great and good staff. The food is good however for some reason this is the only Thai place I've been to that is completely unable to make their food spicy. I've went there three times, each time requesting the hotest (thai hot) they can make and was disappointed each time. First time I thought maybe the dish somehow absorbed the spice. Second time I thought maybe they think I can't handle it because I'm not thai? The third time I specifically asked them to go crazy, not hold back, it tasted pleasantly spicy (as in a medium-hot anywhere else). Good food, but if I am paying $60 for a night out then I expect a place to manage something so inherent to their cooking.
Great food and friendly service
Both currys we got were tasteless and had very clearly been watered down. I've never had Thai food that was so bad I didn't even want to finish it before.
Food was great staff was vary accomidating. Awesome place
Food is great and food can be made as mild or spicy as you like. They even have a house chili sauce. Service is friendly and attentive.
Excellent food. Just wish they had a smaller portion lunch menu. Great service and very fresh!
Delicious food, easy parking lot access, and friendly staff
Very tasty Thai food! Always delicious and an amazing staff. Definitely recommend their Panang Curry and the mango sticky rice, but really all of their food that I have tried is delicious.
Good food. Pretty standard Thai food. Nice service. My card got charged three times for the food, so just be sure to check your statement afterward. It's three weeks later and still not resolved.
I travel for work and this is my favorite spot in the Syracuse area. Server was so attentive and nice, food was absolutely amazing! Love the Thai Rice!
She came out and demanded us to tip after we ate and said we have to tip 18% and told us to not come back anymore. Literally forcing us to tip and she said if we don't tip don't come eat. She said you don't tip that's "why your bad". I don't know but a restaurant can't demand you to pay tip, and she said if u don't tip you clean the table, it makes no sense not coming here no more demanding for tips.
I heard it was good, but I was really happy with how very very great it was. Food was amazing and very flavorful. Portions very generous. It's a little hard to spot on the road. The sign isn't big or well lit. So when you go keep your eyes open.
My family and I eat here all the time and have never been disappointed, until tonight. We had it delivered and my wife and daughter's meals was fine, but my dish (Pad Thai) was awful! It was definitely yesterday's noodle at $15. I could not separate the noodles in its container using to forks, so I picked it up to put in a larger bowl and it came out all stuck together in a large brick shape. When I tried to separate to "fluff" the noodles, it just wouldn't come apart. Everything just broke apart. I'm not sure why they would hand off such a horrible dish to a customer that really enjoyed their food. I will probably give them one more chance, chalking it up to a bad night!
Just visited December 2021 for was far below what I’ve experienced in prior visits. Hope the cook was just having a bad day
Food was delicious and reasonable priced. Service was just ok, seems like they could use more help
Went back and they have more servers. This place is fantastic
Friendly staff, pretty good flavor Thai food, I wasn’t sure what to expect so was pleasantly surprised to find a good spot for Thai around here.
My group ordered shrimp pad thai, chicken green curry and chicken fried rice, all three were good. Portion was pretty big so great for sharing. Summer rolls with peanut sauce were good too. Their thai iced tea was a bit too sweet and it felt like they didn’t put much tea in compared to the ones I usually like. Mango sticky rice was also a bit too sweet for me and skippable imo.
Overall a good option if you’re looking for a Thai spot and are hungry! The flavors were pretty good :)
Food was good
I lived in Thailand for years and I always love seeing it done right.
Best Thai in town. Highly recommend.
Very quiet place to talk and be in the moment with someone. Stay off your phone and Talk with your friend, partner ... who ever and enjoy amazingly delicious Food. We went for our Anniversary dinner and left extremely happy and satisfied. We had a young waiter who was very on top of things. Filled our waters when they got low, made sure we had everything we needed, was always fast and Polite when we asked for things. The Atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We got chilly by the AC so they turned it off for us, which I thought was super nice. We will definitely be going back asap. Everything on the menu had PICTURES I feel like every Menu should do this! It's nice to SEE when reading the description. I can't wait to try new things here.
Delicious!
A perfectly good Thai restaurant. It has the standard Thai tastes while isn't special, is reliable.
Wow so so good. Whenever I am in the Cuse definitely going back! The staff are awesome and the food was delicious
Always delicious lunches
Good food and service. Got the shrimp and calamari appetizers and chicken pad thai and all were decent.
Just one minor note: The decor struck us as strange. They had signs referring to NYC roads and neighborhoods and informational signs about ingredients on the wall. Perhaps "eclectic" is the right word.
Anyway, if in the area, this place is a safe bet if you're looking for Thai food.
Absolutely THE best yellow curry I have ever had and it was a huge portion. Great atmosphere and comfortable! Excellent menu. We had called ahead to reserve a time and they actually had a reserved table waiting for us with our name so we had did not have to wait for a table to clear. Our server, Paige, was FANTASTIC...funny, friendly, and helpful. She got a big tip. All the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating to ensure a great experience. I highly recommend Thai Love NY as the best Thai restaurant I have ever patronized. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Absolutely no need to blame staffing shortages for telling someone 5 minutes for their order and then telling them at 15 minutes that they are welcome to cancel it if they don't want to wait.
Absolutely delightful. Full of flavor, just the right level of spice, and accommodating and kind.
Absolutely amazing food. One of my favorite places to order from on upstate NY!
Best Thai in Onondaga county!
The quality of the food was fresh, and it was very tasty. Their menu is made-to-order, so it's customizable. They have many vegan options, which grabbed our attention (girlfriend and I) and bought us here. Many Thai restaurants won't customize green papaya salad because it's pre-made or they have preconceived notions about how it should be made, well they do customize it, and it was good. The only caveat with this is the cost ($12.00) for the portion size it is a bit off, but it makes up for that in flavor. The service was good too, so will be back!
