Cozy place to enjoy some nice Thai food. I believe the place is mostly famous for take out options as there were probably 6-7 tables in the restaurant. We ordered the Thai iced tea- which was not too sweet! Went with mango salad which was refreshing. Had green Thai curry and my friend went with Drunken noodles. Both of them were custom made as per our spicy level. Would definitely recommend them!
Ordered the usual Pad See Ew and for me this is the best amongst many i have eaten around the country . Highly recommend. They are the only ones who have used the correct ingredients for making this amazing dish and the only one that uses Chinese broccoli or kana as the locals say .
We ordered the vegetarian drunken noodles and fried rice and both dishes were fantastic. The drunken noodles were flavorful with just the right amount of heat and a good mix of vegetables. The fried rice was savory and satisfying, with a great blend of textures. Even as takeout, the food was fresh and delicious. Good location and friendly staff. Definitely a great choice for Thai food cravings!
A friend made the recommendation some time ago, and since then, this is my go-to spot for thai and one I recommend to others.
I order the usual basic dishes, papaya salad (mild), drunken noodles (mild, spicy depending on who I'm eating with) Their spicy is spicy - so I'll do one spicy and balance everything out with mild dishes.
Other dishes I have tried that were also delicious: massaman curry, roti canai, curry puff, pineapple fried rice (well-balanced sweet and savory), and thai fried rice.
Im super upset at myself, disappointed, mad, kicking myself for not finding this place sooner.
I’ve lived 6 minutes away for over 2 years and I just randomly googled Thai food and I saw the reviews and location and decided to give it a try.
I went for the Chicken Green Curry, in my many years of eating Thai food this is the first time I have seen so many delicious veggies in one dish. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the eggplant was a sweet surprise. I paired it with a Thai iced tea and it was the best balance to the spicy curry dish.
I ended up ordering a Tofu Green Curry for my Mom and she loved it as well.
I can’t wait to come back and actually dine in this place and try other dishes.
I highly highly recommend this place.
I have a feeling it’s going to be my new favorite Thai restaurant.
Yum
So happy I discovered this yummy little spot! They have weekday lunch specials that come with a main dish, appetizer, and drink. I got drunken noodles with chicken, Thai salad, and a Thai tea. The portion looks deceptively small, but it’s actually very filling. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the taste was flavorful with a good amount of spice. All the veggies were fresh and tea was delicious. Restaurant was very clean and waitstaff was friendly without being overly in your face. Will definitely be coming back to try their other dishes!

They are so slow, they don't care at all. I placed an order, they said it would take 10 minutes but it took 30 minutes, I was wondering why it was taking so long, I asked and was met with a very rude tone.
I order take out and the food is always satisfying and tasty. They have delicious vegan options.
Unhygienic food preparation. Found a hair stuck in my tofu.
Terrible food and customer service. Employee kicked us out after asking for dine in, giving me a to-go bag, and telling us we cannot eat in the restaurant.

First time eating at eagle and I ordered takeout. I ordered the red curry with chicken and the spring rolls.
Overall I would say the spring rolls were good and the sauce accompanied by it was tangy and nutty.
Unfortunately the red curry missed the mark - was unnaturally sweet, watery and the rice I was given was a very small portion. Definitely not a great representation of what a red curry should taste like.
If I were to eat here again I'd likely get something different since this wasn't the most impressive.

So good
I ordered for pick up and the food was delicious. There was a young kid acting as a server and taking my order. he was so sweet and super helpful!
Taste is very good. I am from Boston and there is a genuine Thai restaurant which is my fav. The taste of food is almost same as their food but the portions are too small. I ordered Pad thai and drunken noodle. esp drunken noodle - The food was less than half-filled in the plastic container. The container is not even medium size. wish there was more of that food.
The food is amazing.
Small quiet place to grab a quick bite
Best crab Rangoon
Good food. My only issue is that sometimes they ask the spice level and other times they forget.
When they don’t ask, it can be bland. Pad see ew, papaya salad, and green curry were very good and flavorful when I ordered the spicy level.
Tom yum soup is a bit watery.
The Food was great and the server attentive.
The menu has great selections.
I got the green curry, pad see ew and Tom yum soup. The soup was really good, but when they give spice level options just know it’s actually Thai level spicy so if you’re not used to really spicy food choose a lower spice level. It wasn’t plain like most soup type appetizers you’d get at other restaurants but had depth. The green curry was also really good, it’s made with this coconut base that just makes the whole dish and veggies, you also get to pick your protein so can choose tofu or more vegetables if you don’t want meat. The pad see ew was my least favorite, I thought it was really mild compared to just the soup forget the curry, and for the same price as the curry it wasn’t worth it, it was kind of plain.
Food taste like a poultry shop and instructions are not followed.
The order was wrong. The spice was not mild.
The noodle dish was all noodles. Nothing else.
Drunken Noodle, Crispy Duck w/ Red Curry, and Summer Rolls were amazing and the service was attentive!!!
It’s the best thai food restaurant in NJ! I visited this place several times and tried multiple menus and all foods and service is always 10/10. Thank you for the good food and service!!
Overall five star choice
Best Thai food I’ve ever had! The service is always so friendly and the food is served promptly. It’s the type of meal you keep thinking about for a week after you eat it and can’t wait to have it again.
We tried pad thai with shrimp. Extremely delicious. Calamari also great.
Loved the food! The staff is very polite and accommodating of vegan requests. Had the best drunken noodles and pineapple curry! The prices are reasonable too.
Highly recommend
Pineapple fried rice and green curry was bland had no flavor.
Pad Thai has too much flavor, too sweet and salty, noodle was soaked with watery juice(sauce).
Thai iced tea had too much condensed milk on it.
Saturday night, only one wait staff working. We never saw her after we received our food. We needed more water and napkins, but she never came back( she was never in our area). I had to walk to find the waitress for our final check. Very disappointed with this place.
Hands down best Thai food in the area
It was very cold, no heater inside. Automatically applied the 15% service tax for 2 people. Food was so hard to chew. Think twice before going waste of money and time.
They always have such high quality and delicious food. It is our favorite take out restaurant in the area. We have never had a bad meal. Highly recommend!
We celebrated some family birthdays here last night and everything was great. Food was delicious - we had multiple appetizers and main entrees and everything was lovely. Service was so friendly and accommodating, including serving the cake we brought for the birthdays. Great food and very pleasant staff, overall a great experience.
Very cozy, fresh and welcoming with a greater variety of dishes rather than your ordinary Thai place. Extremely fresh food, variety of flavors, good presentation and reasonably priced dishes. Stopped for a casual dinner and was pleasantly surprised. It doesn’t happen often. Thank you for the unexpected feast.
Great food, cost was high they have adjusted the prices. I would recommend it highly. Thank God for good places like this. They care about the customer.
The food has been down graded, the service is extremely bad they put the tips of 20% on the check automatically and tell you to pay that tip amount with no question asked. They don't know what the word tips stands for! Really upsetting after this meal, do not recommend any one going to this place. We are more upset than you Ms. You must don't understand what the word tips mean is what the customer think about your service not what you force the customer to pay!
Pho was nasty and didn't even served me water at the table.
Eagle Thai - Delicious Vegetarian Thai!
Had an excellent dining experience at Eagle Thai! The vegetarian options were fantastic. The portion sizes were just right, and every dish tasted absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it for some authentic and flavorful Thai cuisine.
I can honestly say that this was the first time that I walked out of a restaurant. The waitress was extremely rude and I will never eat here. There are much better places in the area.
Tom youm With noodeles and Shrimps was so delicious thank you
I use to love this place they cant seem to hire any decent help. Tips are earned not given. Please take some time and try and earn the money we give you
I stopped in a few days ago and picked up a Thai fried rice lunch special that included a veggie spring roll and soda for $13 (tax included). The flavor was fantastic with plenty of chicken and large chunks of tomato. We were very pleased with our choice.
Went here for larb and wasn't disappointed. They have chicken, beef, or pork larb. Most places have only chicken. The flavors were perfectly balanced and portion generous. Also had wonderful Yum Woon Sen which is a salad of shrimp and glass noodles with peanuts and tangy lime dressing. So delicious and I'll have it again next time. And try the fried calamari with sweet chili sauce. All good food in a casual layed back atmosphere. Friendly service.
La comida en el menú se ve muy antogable pero cuando te la llevan no está muy buena
I ordered pad thai from here via Doordash, and I got really sick. I was nauseous, vomited several times, and couldn't eat or drink for three days. I will never order food from here again.
Update: Got a take out. The food is good but for them to put ROTTING LIME in my togo order is disappointing. When I tried to squeeze lime for my pad thai, it just turned to MUSH. For them to think it's okay to do this, is definitely wrong. Good quality food should be given to every customer. Can't think it's okay to do this to some n think they won't know the quality has deteriorated. I know bc my parents own a restaurant.
Came here for lunch. The service was great. We ordered Pad thai, fried squid, and Thai basil. The food was tasty. We really enjoyed it.
This review is for the delivery order I made through Uber Eats last night. I was originally not going to write a review, as I was just going to move on and never order from this restaurant again. However, after waking up this morning with food poisoning and sitting at the toilet multiple times at great lengths, I felt driven to write about my experience.
I regularly order from this restaurant as I thought their noodle dishes were out of this world. Pad see ew is my go to dish here, and generally they make it well with that beautiful wok hei flavor they incorporate with the dish. Unfortunately, 2 weeks ago, it came bland and poorly made. Overcooked noodles with lack of seasoning and poorly incorporated ingredients. I chalked up this bad experience to just a bad day.
What I received last night is an absolute insult to Thai cuisine. The Pad See Ew, I received was the soggiest, unseasoned stinkiest pad see ew I had ever seen. It had regular old broccoli that absolutely reeked with that classic smell of frozen nasty broccoli. The noodles were so pale I thought it was sunscreen with the most overcooked texture. I just do not understand how they had the audacity to serve this kind of thing to any customer, and claim it is good food. I could not touch this plate of food, and normally I am not such a picky eater. To top it off, the Sweet Chili Wings I received were not properly processed and still had hairs coming out of it. Against my better judgment, I ignored and ate around it, as I was absolutely famished. Now I am paying for this with multiple trips to the bathroom. I suspect mismanagement of ingredients is the reason, as the chicken was fully cooked through.
I am absolutely appalled at how downhill the food and the management of this restaurant went. It is unbelievable to the point, that I am for sure without a doubt a key individual at this restaurant is either on a long vacation or no longer with the business. I am not one to write scathing reviews, as I am a huge proponent of local businesses, and I would like them to succeed. I write this so that this restaurant can get their act together and at the same time warn other individuals that are considering this place as an option. I would stay away for sure, for the time being.
I love Thai food.
But it is always difficult to find vegetarian Thai food, where they don't use fish sauce, oyster sauce or any meat etc.
But here is Eagle Thai, I find it. I don't feel the fish smell or anything on my first bite of the food.
I ordered Green Curry as well as masamman curry - they both were staple dish at Eagle Thai. I loved it.
The staff was nice and polite.
I loved the food. and I will come by again.
Thank you for good food.

Excelente comida ,atendimento, e decoração. Perfecto ,maravilhoso!
The fish was not seasoned and she did not give me utensils With my to go expensive order But the shrimp fried rice was good so I am giving them a 3.
Arrived at 9:25 when they close at 10 for a small take out order and they claimed they were closed although plenty of food was coming out the kitchen. If I had ordered through an app such as Uber eats I would’ve been served but in person no.
Quality food and this place is clean, which is what I most consider when I pick restaurants. My husband and I always have great time when we go here and we feel welcomed every visit! Truly one of the favorite places around here.
La comida es increíble. Era la primera vez que probaba comida tailandesa y todo estuvo delicioso. Las personas que trabajan ahí también son muy lindas!
Es un lugar que me parece regular en todo sentido. Comida, precios y servicio
They do probably the best curry in the area.
Great menu, great food. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed the Thai ice tea, appetizers, main courses and desserts.
Prices are very reasonable, we spent $30 per person because we ordered a lot and finished it all.
Saw a steady stream of people picking up.
Been struggling to get decent Thai in Bergen County so this is a good find. Already planning to be back next week to try other menu options.
They have new menu. Friendly service and food is great. Lunch menu price are very reasonable with one appetizer and a drink.
Food is okay.
If you order for pickup, make sure to call them when it will be ready as text message they gave you is wrong.
I've waited additional 40 minutes standing at their restaurant after they told me to come.
Im super upset at myself, disappointed, mad, kicking myself for not finding this place sooner.

Yum
I went to eagle Thai with my best friend who’s from Thailand and we loved it ! The service was great and very friendly and the food was amazing ! We ordered the chicken satay, pad see ew, and pad kra pow and they were delicious! My friend says the food was authentic and similar to her hometowns cooking. Best in the area !
I ordered foods for takeout. Foods were very good and tasty. Thai iced tea was a bit too sweet for me but the smell was really good.
It is cozy thai restaurant with authentic Thai food . I do recommend it
Whoa 😳 best Thai food we’ve had. Fresh quality food, reasonably priced with attentive polite staff (Tee). Highly recommended. Will definitely be back !
It was small but very good
Ordered the Pad Se Ew, drunken noodle, curry puffs, nua NAM tok and pineapple fried rice. Everything tastes really fresh, this is a regular spot for us
Update: we went back over the summer and food quality had hit rock bottom. we ordered the same red snapper but this time they gave us some frozen boiled vegetables with it. the portions were extra small n the price was more expensive. then, during our dinner the new owner or manager starts yelling at the stafff amd telling her off. it ruined our meal and we left as soon as possible.
best, best fish i have had in the US!! this fried red snapper in tamarin sauce was amazzzzing!! fresh, crispy, crunchy. so good that i even ate the gills and some of the bones! they tasted like chicharron (pork rinds)! now the sauce, tamarin sauce was a little spicy, tangy, sour, sweet, n savory what a great balance of flavor!! best meal i have had in over a year!
we also ordered cashew & shrimp stir fry, pineapple beef fried rice, summer rolls, and roti canai.
Good thai food in the neighborhood.
I love the green curry on the spicy level as well as the richness of coconut milk.
Good staff, now they know me!! I come very often.
Love the ambience, too.
The place is good for vegetarians with decent starters and main course options.
Good food at reasonable prices
The food is delicious. It’s tough finding legitimate Thai flavors in the Jersey area that you may easily find in New York City, but Eagle Thai does it right. My go-to for takeout Thai food!
Drunken noodles are usually pretty good. Curry ingredients are a bit sweet which is not what bothered me - DO NOT get the Roti Canai!!!!!! Although it was good BUT legit they gave me in the tiniest container, not even more than half filled up with like 4 litttttttle pieces of chicken and four of the Tiiiiiiniest breads I’ve seen for about $8-$9!!!!!
Best Thai restaurant 🙌👏
Found this place on Uber Eats. The food is decent but nothing to run back to or rave about. The lunch special portion seem smaller than a la carte menu but it’s also a few dollars less. Choosing shrimp as a protein was an additional $5, pretty pricy for 4 pieces in my red curry. The Pad Thai was flavorful and the noodles were nice and springy, a little too sweet for my liking but still very much enjoyable.
The food was perfect and the service was just as good. Highly recommend if you like Thai Food. We have never been disappointed...
Extremely satisfied.. food is taste so delicious
Nice lunch special
Great Thai food , great place to dine in or take out
Fantastic Thai food and a good price. My partner loved her pad see ew, and I loved my (sorry if this spelling is way off) massaman curry. Will absolutely be back.
Great food and fantastic service!
This place is a gem. Small family operated restaurant and the quality is top. This definitely will be my go to Thai restaurant in the area
Best papaya salad!!! Thai basil pork is my favorite. Duck salad is delicious too. But I can eat that papaya salad all day everyday.
I order from here every time I want to eat Thai food. The food is delicious and the staff is really super kind ^^
I’ve probably ordered 10 times this week alone. The food is exceptional. The staff is lovely and they’re super quick with whatever you order. Placing an order now actually ✌️
Excellent food and lovely atmosphere
wonderful caring service, home cooking style, clean, simple, basic solid Thai food, will prepare to spice/heat specifications, very pleasant experience
Pick up Order is late. Order was placed through their website, they didn’t start working on it until I walked in to pick it up. Pick up process is very disorganized. Make sure to ask for your beverages as they won’t prepare them until you ask them. I do not recommend this place.
This is one of the frequently visited restaurants for us. My experience with food here is excellent. My all time favorite food is chicken red curry ,drunken noodles,Tom yum and so on.One word description of food is soul food . It uplift the mood.
Amazing authentic Thai food! By far the best in the area!
This place used to be one of my favorite place to go. However, I am not 100% sure if the owner has changed, but the quality of the food sure did.... It is very unfortunate that now I have to look for a new Thai cuisine as I will no longer eat in the place. The people that worked there were very friendly and nice, but the foods....The food that I ordered was supposed to have jasmine rice, but a plain white rice came out instead. Additionally, some part of the rice was actually cold. The main dish of the order that I made came out chilled (not cold but not hot). Overall, the food was just not the same....
My favorite Thai Restaurant! Me and my family smile as soon as we taste their delicious food.. The food is the best! The service and ambience are always on point, and last but not least the prices are very affordable.
Eagle Thai has the best food and the nicest staff. It's my favorite Thai restaurant by a long shot.
The best Thai restaurant in the cliffside park area that no Thai restaurant can compare anywhere, clean, and good service, to go bags, good ideas, creative, keep food to go, warm and hot all the time. Awesome. I would like to recommend this Thai restaurant to try it, you will fall in love of the food here and will like it so much 😘😍😍
Great Cashew Nut with chicken
Excelente platos
Big chunk of plastic in my tom yum soup (which had zero flavor by the way). Paired with disgustingly sweet Thai iced tea. Coming here was a mistake but the people seemed nice.
This is the best thai food in the area! Over the height of the pandemic my sister and I were ordering from here at least once a week. I always get the chicken pad see ew spicy and it is heavenly each time. 10/10 would recommend! The staff is also just so sweet and kind! <3
Its ok kind people hardly no seafood in my rice
Just ordered from here for the first time. I love spicy food and was drawn in by the ability to order "Thai Hot". I ordered drunken noodles and red curry. The food arrived in about thirty minutes on delivery. I found the spice level to be perfect. The food was spicy but not so hot that I couldn't taste the other flavors. Thai food has some complex flavors so its good that they weren't blown out. I will definitely order from here again. My compliments to the chef, they clearly know what they are doing.
Restaurant it quite small but food is quite good. They cooked well and not spicy at all that good for some people who do want to try Thai food and can not eat spicy/hot ( which original many dishes of Thai food is quite spicy and hot with a lot of herbs:))
Stuff quite friendly.
Small portions and sink water. Great.
(!) Review your bill as they include an 18% “service charge” and on top of that there’s another suggested 15%, 18% and 20% “gratuity” and the usual blank line below the total so its easy to overlook and end up leaving a tip on top of the included 18% service charge. Not cool.
Otherwise its a good eatery.
-family friendly place
-excellent papaya salad
-fair prices and generous portions
-rice and noodles a bit too oily
Everything was delicious!
Best Thai food in town!!
Went for Saturday lunch. It’s a small family run-type joint with an amazing menu, both option and taste wise. Too many Thai joints try to make dishes spicy 🌶 by blatantly adding heat, destroying taste. This was one place where there was perfect amount of heat in dishes and taste was fantastic. We tried both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, from appetisers and main course. And everything was excellent. Thai Iced Tea was good and reminded of popular Indian Cold Coffee.
Seating is very limited so try booking before dine-in, but during my visit restaurant was empty.
Price : $$
Location: 👍🏽
Parking: Street (Metered) Parking
Soso i cant remember this place was good that mean not impressive.
I’m obsessed with the food here. I genuinely think it’s the best, most authentic Thai food in Bergen area!
I love this place!!! The food is delicious and fresh. My favorite is the drunken noodles without the fish sause. Also tried the lychee green tea and the flavor and sweetness level was perfect! Definitely recommend.
The Best Thai Food we had in NJ. It's amazing. Had it 3 times in one week. YUM!
Delicious vegan meal ordered for takeout last night. Look forward to ordering again and trying more of your menu. Fair prices, great authentic flavor. Medium hot was perfect.
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Cliffside Park, NJ. The service is perfect. The staff truly cares about your experience. The Thai food is absolutely amazing – everything I tasted was so yummy. Grilled Salmon, Mango Salad, Sweet Corn Soup and Coconut pudding... Absolutely the best meal I had in a while. Highly recommend Eagle Thai Restaurant to everyone!
Pad thai shrimp was so delicious , i will definetly order again thanks
Like the place, great food
Amazing food
Love this place the food is freshly made.. service is excellent.
Best Thai food we’ve ever had. Very friendly staff as well
Some of the best Thai food! I always look forward to ordering from here! Somehow with the name change the cuisine is even better (same seasonings). Recommend the curry puffs and massaman curry.
Very good, reasonably priced.
It looks like they don't like to do business here
The food was excellent!!!!!
Delicious. My favs curry puffs and green papaya salad. Very nice waitress. Service was quick.
Excellent flavor !!! 100% recommendable
Excellent food and service
I'm in love with this food, flavor is amazing...
The foods was terrible. Every single thing I ordered I threw away. Disgusting.
delicious especially the food during quarantine so good and fast delivery totally recommend if you live in NJ.
I waited over 2 hours for my delivery order that never arrived. I call the restaurant 4 times and no one answered. I finally had to drive to the restaurant to retrieve my food that was just sitting on the table. Obviously the food was cold. AND I was not refunded for the tip and delivery fee I had already pre-paid. Terrible experience.
We ordered takeout from here on Saturday night as a break from quarantine-induced cooking, and it was amazing! Food was ready very fast, pickup was seamless, and the order was perfect. The food was extremely delicious! We especially liked the chicken satay, pad Thai, and crab Rangoon. We’ll definitely order from here again!
Just ok!
Very good thaï food! 😍😍😍
