When i use to live in CALI i thought aside from Thailand it was the only place i could eat good Thai food.. until i came here. Everyone is attentive the FOOD is a whole chefs kiss. Everything is amazing here

Since working @ L’Oréal, which is across the street, an employee invited me to lunch here. It was the first time I tried Thai food and I loved it! I haven’t tried anywhere else. The service has always been good up until yesterday. I ordered my food online but I wanted to eat there because my lunch is too short so I waste time walking back to work with my lunch. I think they were upset because when 2 women served me food and water, I said THANK YOU and they both ignored me. They smiled at their other guest but looked serious with me. I used to eat lunch there everyday so I deserve respect! I don’t know where the guy and girl that treated me so nicely went but these 2 women make me not want to eat there again.

I ordered the drunken noodles for takeout, and I was absolutely blown away! The flavors were authentic, bold, and perfectly balanced—exactly how I imagined. The noodles were delicious and cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice. On top of that, the service was impressively fast, and they did not disappoint me in the slightest. Highly recommend if you're craving flavorful and authentic dishes!

One waitress attempted to make us pay for a dish we did NOT order, and then blamed it on us for “not clarifying our order”. She made the nastiest face and walked back into the kitchen after 5 minutes of argument. Do not go to this restaurant, they are terrible people. AND the tofu was bland.

A very good and original Thai restaurant in Clark. It is located in a convenient Plaza, with plenty of parking. It is relatively small, but nice interior design, modern and welcoming.
The service is good and fast, food is really excellent and not greasy or heavy. The ginger duck is excellent and the flat noodles with beef very good. BYOB.

I’ve now been here for both lunch and dinner and had good experience both times. Service seems good and we have tried a variety of dishes from soups to entrees.

For a place within a quick drive of Cranford/Clark area I’ve come to like Imm Thai.

Note that their heat levels goes from 1 to I think 5, but to get Thai spicy they go up to at least 7. It’s also possible to order dishes not spicy.

This restaurant is fantastic. The food is great and so is the staff. My favorite is tge drunken rice with beef. It is so good.

I was disappointed with the service during my visit, as the waitress was unprofessional and came across very rude. This behavior made the experience uncomfortable for my family and did not meet the level of service I expect. I hope the management addresses this to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for future guests.

Very rude waitress. There was no clarification of our order and the waitress demanded that we pay for a dish that was not included in the order. Despite the waitress’s mistake, she continued to argue, raise her voice and demand us to pay. Without apologizing, she left the table with a nasty mood and ruined the family dinner. Please avoid!

Absolute trash. If you are the average suburbanite who would not know good food if it slapped you in the face, then you will love this place. If you have any exposure to quality cuisine then you will certainly be disappointed. The vegetarian penang curry had HUGE chunks of raw vegetables in bland thin sauce. It was made with no care at all. Spring rolls were greasy and tasteless. Jersey has the absolute worst food. YUK!

Imm Thai has really great customer service and that’s consistent with pick up, delivery, and eating at restaurant. The ambience and interior of the restaurant is very clean and balances modern with traditional wooden and art decor. There are Maimon and other curries are flavorful, that can be tweaked and spiciness, and don’t feel gentrified in taste. The appetizers are good portions and all with fresh ingredients, including the spring rolls, the chicken wings, and the shumai. The noodles overall whether glass noodles or noodles in drunken noodles or Pad sie ewe, soak up the stirfry beautifully and still are chewy without being gummy whatsoever. The quality of the proteins are also pretty good and the shrimp always feel fresh! Overall, we love this restaurant and it is constant delivery and pick up queue. Its affordable neighborhood is a great way to spend time with your family for a casual dinner night out. Highly recommend!

Been coming here ever since I started working in the area 2 years ago. This is my #1 go-to spot anytime I'm in the office. Quality is 10/10, employees are extremely kind, food is incredible and fresh, portion sizes are healthy for the price and will leave you satisfied!!

I've eaten in store a number of times, brought friend groups 3 times, ordered online, but this last time the food was so bad it was not worth the money at all.

It was edible, and warm, but this had no real flavor and just did not taste anything like the dishes they were supposed to be. Doing a total rush job on food shows.

Basic response from manager was tough luck.

Second time I’ve ordered a beef dish to
go and got chicken instead. I didn’t say anything the first time but this is getting ridiculous, especially when they charge more for beef.

Where's the Chicken?
First time here , I ordered ginger chicken with drunken noodles , I had two pieces of chicken with a lots of noodles. Not good . Won't be back.

This is our favorite Thai restaurant and the food is always good whenever we order takeout. It's a little pricey but they have good portions.

I love (good) Thai food and this establishment had good reviews, so we tried it; huge mistake. The shrimp in my pad thai were not fresh, they were downright bad, spoiled, with a rotting, sulphuric, fishy aroma, to say the least. We ordered takeout and I made the mistake of not opening our dishes there. After reading some of the other reviews, it wouldn’t have mattered, as, apparently, there are no refunds for spoiled/rotten food or any raw duck they serve.

At any rate, I don’t need a refund, it will be refund enough watching this disgusting dive go out of business for serving such vile, disgusting food and treating customers so poorly.

You are correct, over the last four years I have had a total of five reviews, all one star. When a service provided is extraordinarily awful or food perhaps is rancid, such as the shrimp your restaurant served my family, I will absolutely do my best to warn others, so they do not make the same mistake we did.
Shell food poisoning is very serious, I’m glad we placed the food you served us where it belongs, in the garbage, so no one in our family got sick.
Now that you have brought this to my attention, I will try to provide reviews to establishments which provide good service, who have employees/owners who are respectful to their clientele, or who serve great and safe-to-eat food, none of these describe you, your employees and certainly not your spoiled, rancid food.

The WORST experience I have ever had in the restaurant/food industry.

The following topics will be addressed:

1. Lack of customer service
2. Lack of professionalism
3. Distasteful entree

Visited here based on a recommendation of some friends and I absolutely love Thai food. Was about to depart the state and we stopped here so I can eat before boarding my flight. We started with 2 appetizers (spring rolls and curry puff. Curry puff was a little on the sweeter/saltier side to my liking but it worked) which were pretty good. Ordered the ginger duck for my entree. Ginger is one of my favorite seasonings and have never gone wrong with ordering a dish including it. I have also had great experiences with duck as well.

The owner (didn’t know at the time) served me my entree.

First STRIKE- The sauce
Immediately, once the owner placed the plate down on the table, I knew something was off and it was the sauce. The sauce had a very thick and slimy consistency as if too much thickener (most likely cornstarch) was used. Decided to still give it a try since looks can be misleading. And as noted without even checking the consistency with a utensil, it was proven when I picked up with my fork - slimy!

Final strike- The Duck

Despite the sauce, I decided to try the duck. As soon as I tasted it, I knew I was one. It tasted as if the duck was just slaughtered - RAW! So gross!

I shared how displeased I was with my meal with the waitress in hopes I could get something else. She went to the owner(who once again was the one who served me the dish) and immediately I heard the owners’ loud voice from the kitchen addressing the situation. I would like to add that I was sitting close to the entry point of the business and was able to hear her from the kitchen! That’s how loud she was!

Now what did the owner do?
She sent the waitress out to me instead of directly coming to me herself to professionally address the matter and told me the policy includes no exchanges or refunds. To add, if something else was ordered, I would have to still pay for the raw, slimy dish. Waitress sincerely apologized and I thanked her for her apology but was and am very displeased with the owner.

Never have I ever!!!

Firstly, if this RARE policy (which I have never heard or seen at any restaurant that I have visited) is something that is enacted, it should be discussed when a customer arrives so he or she can choose whether or not he or wants to place an order or continue to dine at the restaurant. Secondly, such a policy should not be in fine print on a menu, not visible to human eye.

In retrospect, neither visible (or in bold or reed colored view print) or a discussion of policies are discussed with potential customers because that would lead to lost profit.

Let’s just say, I paid for all our meals and WILL NEVER be visiting here again! Such a horrible experience and I hope that before others visit here, you know the truth of this business with their disgusting food, customer service and professionalism from the top (ownership).

This establishment puts Thai restaurants and the beautiful culture to SHAME! Very dishonorable.

P.S. Of course, I will continue to visit and enjoy food other Thai restaurants because I love the food and culture way too much 💛

They have a few grilled items that have plain vegetables. The lemongrass chicken was great, grilled with a little glaze. Plain veggies, and I chose the sticky rice. Sticky rice is so delicious! The grilled items are a good way to eat out without all the fat and sauces. It's a pretty nice dining room but they do plenty of take out. Our waitress was kind of blah.

I have eaten here many times and it is consistently delicious. But today was different. I ordered the Angel Curry (which I have ordered before) and this time it tasted like dish soap. I tried to still eat it but it was terrible. To make a long story short, the manager (owner) said I could return it, but I would be charged for that meal and the meal they would replace for me. I have never heard of such a thing. The manager read me this statement on the menu. It wasn’t that I wasn’t happy with the taste of the food, something was wrong with it. She was quite rude and unprofessional. I’m giving it 2 stars because my friends enjoyed their meal. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

This was our go to place until it turned out quantity over quality. My last order I’ve ordered fried calamari with shrimp and it had a black hair in it!! No thank you ! Also their soups are no good anymore . They barely put anything inside . Won’t be ordering anything from them anymore !

Let me just start by saying I have been eating Thai food for many decades. I know what good Thai food is and this is not it. I ordered the Tom Ka and grilled beef salad. The soup contained almost exclusively regular uncooked mushrooms with like 2 slivers of red peppers. It did have 3 nice sized shrimp, but the flavor was nothing like I have had before. It is usually spicy with a hint of sweetness. This had no heat whatsoever and was sickeningly sweet. The salad was not a salad at all. Way heavy on the “dressing”, if you can even call it that, and hardly any lettuce, cucumber, and tomato. I can’t even eat this meal. Total waste of money. I will not be back.

Always good. I had lunch here for the first time. I liked the lunch combo because you get a variety. I had carrot soup that was so good. I never had that before. The rest of the lunch was perfect as always. I normally have dinner here, but the lunch combo was great.

It is a traditional Thai restaurant and the owner is very friendly. Food is definitely delicious.

Came to sit down and eat with my family, however was disappointed when I asked for chilli sauce and was told by waiter that it would be an additional $2 for this. Never heard of being charged for sauce at any establishment especially since we are paying customers. I had to question her 3 times to make sure I was understanding correctly. Added a pic of the chili sweet sauce that was $2.

The food was delicious. The service was great she actually told me they were going to be closing when I got there in an hour and 15 minutes and she let me order anyway and my food was at the table and we were out within the hour.

I’ve only ever had the Thai Spring Rolls and Hot Pepper Beef but it is seriously so delicious.

My review isn’t about the food. The food was amazing. I initially came here a few months ago and asked the server what was vegan. She told me all noodles could be vegan if you order it with tofu and remove the egg. I fell in love with the food and ordered over fifteen times since.

My main issue is with how misrepresented the food was and how the food was supposedly vegan. I looked up how to make drunken noodles at home and found out that most online recipes called for fish and eel sauce. I had no idea that that was standard practice. I was going to order today but the recipes online gave me pause so my husband called to just double check and was told that ALL noodles contain fish sauce. I’ve been vegan for many years and now i’m extremely upset that I was misinformed by the waitress and have consumed the food so many times. Please avoid if your vegan. There might be some curry dishes or rice dishes on the menu that are actually vegan but I don’t trust that at this point.

I have been here multiple times now and Imm Thai has become one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the area. The place has great atmosphere. They give you a small salad which is always a nice start. The drunken noodles are the standout for me. They are definitely one of the best. If you are a fan of Thai food I highly recommend that you give them a try!

First time customer and definitely coming back ! I had Pad Thai & my husband had the pineapple fried rice half beef / half shrimp and we cleaned our plates ! We also had Thai Ice Tea which was not too sweet just how I like it . For dessert we had Fried Ice Cream , super good with the raspberry sauce . Also had the Thai spring rolls and the peach sauce was soo good

WOW! My new fave Thai restaurant in town. My friends took me and the 3 of us all ordered the Pad See Ew lunch special! The sauce was perfectly sweet and savory, noodles were chewy and you could see the wok charring too, delicious!! Service was also on point and super friendly. I literally just called to place a order for 15 items. It’s around 7:30pm on Jan. 13th, 2022. Whomever they have answering the phone is so disrespectful. I’ve been ordering here for weeks and all large orders as a regular customer. This guy was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. “Are you going to place the order or not?” Is what they responded with not only 1 time or two, but 4 times. If they’re going to have expensive food, at least put in the time to have professional staff to make it worthy. By far the worst and last experience I will have with them.

Great quiet and quaint location. They have a great menu and even clearly mark each gluten free/vegan/spicy dish on the menu. When you ask for extra spicy and you ask for 4x, trust me they mean it! We also ordered calamari and shrimp that were cooked to perfection! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!

OMGosh, the Drunken Rice w/Shrimp is SO delicious. I try to go to Thai restaurants in new areas, I visit, for work/vacation. I found this place from a review of another local Thai spot. I'm SO glad I took a chance. I'll definitely be back. The food is well seasoned. Pam, who took my order over the phone and rung me up, was very personable and engaging.
