Thai restaurant
This place has the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten, and they’re consistently amazing too! No matter what you get, or when you get it, you’re going to have an incredible experience. We would both dine in and order takeout and both experiences were top tier. The portions are big enough to have for dinner the next day too. Also the staff are so kind and they remembered us every time! 😊💛
Before the hubby and I moved away, we went a bunch and tried pretty much everything on the menu. The lychee duck, all the curry options, and Thai iced tea are my favorites. Order the appetizer peanuts to add to some of the dishes for some amazing extra goodness 😋
We’re in PA now and oh man, no Thai food even comes close to this gem. Do yourself a favor and go try out A Lot of Thai!
This was our first time here and everything was wonderful! We had three different appetizers which were all amazing! I had massaman curry and my hubs had the drunken noodle. Also the Thai iced tea comes with a popsicle in it!!! The staff were all so lovely and made sure we enjoyed everything and the ambience was cozy! Highly recommend!
1. Plenty of parking
2. Good portions
3. Good food and drink. The food was fresh and authentic. The noodles were fresh and chewy in a good way. The curry had good flavor and a lot of chicken.
4. Service was friendly and attentive. The food also came out quickly.
5. Interior was spacious, clean, and beautiful. They had a bar as well.
The place has a vibe and it’s beautiful. The food was very good. The squid and the sauce taste like the ones I used to eat in Thailand. It brought me back. Never tasted something like that in the states. Crab rangoons made with real crab. Pad Thai has a different texture than others and still delicious. The restaurant was short staffed for the amount of customers and the service was a bit slow.
I love ❤️ this restaurant so much already.. I would say it’s best Thai restaurant in Merrimack NH. Starting with Thai hot tea 🍵, If you are a vegetarian 🥗 then try the steamed butterfly 🦋 & Thai fried peanuts 🥜 to start with add Vegetable fried rice 🍚 is a great main course and salads 🥗 ending with Coconut 🥥 ice cream 🍨 is the best feel ever. I felt like eating 🍽️ a real tender coconut 🥥 in the form of icecream.
The best Thai all around in Merrimack.
I’m definitely one to think “this is too good to be true” when I try a restaurant serving cuisine that I I didn’t expect to find in an area and so I will try it several times just to be sure.
I’m now very confident there is something for everyone at A Lot of Thai. Besides the exceptional service and impressive atmosphere, the quality of ingredients I’ve found here has been unmatched in comparison to other businesses in the area. The dishes are authentic and made with your preference in mind. They are very customizable in the sense that you can make reasonable substitutions like “sub rice for veggies” or “no spiciness” or “extra spicy”.
I’ve just about had half of the menu. Not one dish has disappointed so far. The portions are wonderful, and the price point is right on.
It’s the perfect place to take your friends and family or even treat yourself on a solo date.
A Lot Of Thai in Merrimack is one of those places that I would score 6 stars if I could. This is an absolute lovely choice for great Thai dining. Three of us came here for dinner and enjoyed authentic atmosphere and culinary greatness. Service was very friendly, helpful and prompt. For drinks we had Thai Tea Margarita (mine; it was delicious), Mai Tai, and A Whole Lotta Colada. For appetizers we went with Crazy Roll, Sweet Chili Wings and Thai Fried Peanuts; all were excellent. And for the main courses we enjoyed Roasted Duck Lychee Curry, Khao Soi Salmon, and Mama’s Bowl Tom Yum Seafood. The Duck dish featured great contrast between the spicy curry and the sweet Lychee berry. I didn’t try the other entrees but they were said to be excellent as well, and judging by the engorging silence and the look on their happy faces, I believe them. Highly recommended.
Great option for thai food in merrimack, family friendly - visited with family. Great set of tasty veg options - tried veg pad thai, basil veg fried rice, veg drunken noodles, and peanut veg curry. Spicy and tasty , great value for the price and quick/good service. Worth a visit and repeat for thai food in the area.
I stopped in for lunch , the establishment is very clean , the staff is friendly , the food was presented well and was delicious . The only issue is , their menu , they don't have a lunch menu or meal combinations available .
We visit every week, the food is fresh and so good; great menu. The waitstaff are so nice and service is the best!!
Food was good, staff were friendly, atmosphere was a vibe
The food was amazing! The service was excellent and the restaurant was a very nice environment. I'll definitely be back!
Great space, great food. Definite date night location. Will be back!
- Absolutely divine veggie spring rolls and mango curry (they even raised the spiciness levels for me upon request no problem!)
- Service was stellar! FOH and BOH staff work well with one another, and our waitress was very informative and patient with our many questions.
- Quaint space inside; small, but plenty of room. Very relaxing place for a meal on a cold winter weeknight.

Friendy, quick an delicious!! Think about adding a mocktail menu!
The absolute best Thai food in the area and wonderful atmosphere

Wonderful menu and over the top awesome tasting food. Attentive wait staff. Highly recommended.
Our waitress was so rude . She did not even come once to check with us. Never smiles and always rude to my kids when they ask for sth. She kept saying sorry can’t hear you. If you want to work in food business you need to make sure you have customer service skills to serve the people. Keep the attitude at home

I've been here many times over the past couple of years. Absolutely incredible food, staff, and ambiance in the restaurant. Takeout or dining in, my dish is always amazing. I dont write reviews often but this place really is one of the best around.
A sleek and tasty Thai restaurant tucked into a strip mall. A nice menu and great service. My spouse and I split an entree and appetizer and still brought food home. I would stop again.
No junk fees at A Lot of Thai.
have nothing but great experiences here. Yes Plural. We love to share a meal here with friends.
Im not from around here , and this is my first time here. I ordered the Khao Soi Salmon. I’m pretty sure this is my favorite dish of all time. Absolutely delicious. I had a short conversation with another guest who has tried most of the dishes on their menu and raved about everything. I will absolutely go out of my way to come back here. The service is amazing, atmosphere is great.
It's delicious the food and the beautiful place.

Went on a whim for my wife’s birthday. Awesome experience. Intentionally over ordered so we could have more at home! Authentic all around. Will be going regularly.
Been here 3 times in the last couple weeks. Absolutely love the food & Drinks .introduced to friends of our this weekend and they loved it
Hands down the best Thai restaurant in the U.S.!! I lived in Bangkok for almost 10 years and probably went to over 30 Thai restaurants across the U.S. Must go if you are in the area.
The BEST thai restaurant ive ever been to.
Enjoyed the food. Excellent service.
Ordered a curry dish and was given raspberry brown rice with it. I asked the worker for white rice, who could not understand me in the slightest and couldn’t handle the extremely simple dialogue. Not a problem unless the server didn't get a co-worker or manager who can answer an extremely simple question, which she did not do. I won’t go there again. I'm well aware of different types of rice, that's not the issue, it was I couldn't get my extremely simple question handled.
Yo they jacked the name and food from an actual thai cooking instructor in chiang mai. They also own another location called love at first bite where the stole the name from a bakery in chiang mai! The least you could do is change your name and give credit to the real ALOT OF THAI
We have eaten there 3x in a month. Everything we order is fantastic.
Best pad thai I ever had, except what it does to your stomach later that night or the next day.
I love ❤️ this restaurant so much already.. I would say it’s best Thai restaurant in Merrimack NH. I called to pick up the duck noodle soup and the sweet mango with sticky rice. The food is delicious. The broth was sweet and sour. The duck was rich in fat and the skin was crispy. The dessert was perfectly not too sweet. The mango was ripe and tender. The interior of the restaurant looked cute and clean when walking in. I’d like to go back and have a sit-down experience.
The place has a vibe and it’s beautiful. The food was very good. The squid and the sauce taste like the ones I used to eat in Thailand. It brought me back. This place didn't disappoint. Sunday funday trying a new place. Can't wait to come back and try more.
Would you please marinate your chicken? It is tasteless and rubbery.
The Basil Chicken here is delicious! So fresh! One suggestion is that if you like more than a cup of rice be sure to ask for extra.
Service was a bit on the slow side but once our order was taken the food came quickly. We ordered fresh rolls which were indeed fresh but not what we expected. They are essentially lettuce in rice paper. So if you are expecting any noodles or protein be sure to ask for the add on. We have been a few times now. The atmosphere is good...not to casual and not to fancy.
Always awesome 👌
The food here is delicious. The staff are lovely as well.
We ordered the Khao Soi with chicken, Indonesian fried rice and Thai ice tea with popsicle. Food was tasty.
We went in around 7.45 and the staff started closing and cleaning around 8.30. I guess they were in a hurry to shut down and go home on a Friday night(restaurant closing time was 9pm). We also received the check at the same time. We drove for an hour to reach there after work but couldn't spend much time as we had to eat in a hurry because they were wiping the floors but we'd appreciate if there is a better customer service where the customer can enjoy their time with the food. Overall a good place and lot of options to try from the menu.
I enjoyed The Food. The menu covers the Thai Spectrum.
Incredible find and incredible food!
Fantastic food, decor, service and drinks
Good options. Friendly service. Many vegetarian choices. Very mildly spiced.
This is one of the best restaurants in Merrimack! All of the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Staff will always make sure you are well taken care of. The food always comes out hot and amazing every time. There’s never a bad meal at A Lot of Thai. I highly recommend it!
Enjoyed it! The Crab Rangoon is a must for appetizer. Also try that Thai Tea~
I love their general gaos chicken which is like a sweet chili and their drunken noodles. Staff is nice and willing to help food is good!
The best Thai around! Never had a bad meal here. Always fresh and delicious! Love the decor and ambiance and everyone who works here is so incredibly nice. It’s our favorite place to dine out in the area.
This restaurant is my favorite place to have dinner. Food is great drink is even better. Staffs are super friendly. I love the food and drink here so much.
I like the appetizers! The coconut shrimp and chicken saytay, both so good!
The crispy cashew chicken is actually more like Chinese kung pao chicken instead of Thai flavor, and the pad Thai was too sweet for me🥹
The Thai milk tea with popsicle was good too.
It’s a popular place, will recommend make reservations first.
Indonesian fried rice with burnt rice and no meat at all. It is not the first time. Price is not cheap but it is totally poor and cheap quality. Never going back.
The best Thia in NH bar none
I got soup and the beef was amazing the broth was to sweet and the noodles where a tiny bit undercooked
This was our first time at A lot of Thai and we loved it! The food was amazing. The atmosphere was very cozy and the service was excellent. We did take extra stuff home because we liked it so much, we wanted to enjoy it again later. We had the tofu pad Thai ( egg in it,) and we also had the tarot rice (had chicken & pork in it). All were excellent The vegetarian dishes that we had are below. Highly recommend this place.
Best Thai around! Really great quality and super friendly service. The best Thai in southern New Hampshire for sure.
I had lunch last Friday at the bar and it was one of the best bowls of pad Thai and chicken and I have ever had. The waitress was so nice and friendly. They charged me $3.50 for a glass of soda water, which was served in a half carafe with a straw. I asked her for a refill and she said no I had to buy another one for $3.50.
The owner of this restaurant must be severely out of touch, the cost of a glass of water with carbonation is less than five cents. He makes $3.45 profit and he can’t extend a patron a single refill like every other restaurant in New Hampshire
That was my first and undoubtedly last visit to a lot of Thai and I will surely share my experience with all my friends. I tried to call the owner or email him, but nothing is published and he did not return my call
The food from here NEVER disappoints! When we want a really good meal, this is our go to because everything is so delicious. Our favs are crispy chicken lo mein and the Hawaiian fried rice. The cooks nail it every time & the food service is unbelievably quick too! Drinks are so great as well. Amazing place!
The best Thai food I've ever had and the service is superb. Highly recommend.
AWESOME EVERYTIME
It's always a wonderful experience. I love this place.
I only interacted with one person and she was very nice. It mat have been someone else who took the phone order and that was easy and good service also.
The place itself is small but nicely decorated, very clean and had a good atmosphere for the brief pickup I had.
The food left something to be desired for the price paid.
Toasted Curry Wrapped Salmon - The salmon was an ok sized piece, overcooked and somehow a combination of dry and rubbery. I mostly tasted the spices and may not have known it was salmon if I'd been blindfolded. - I was incredibly underwhelmed by the one piece of broccoli and toddler sized handful of other veggies bits swimming in a container of curry broth. The broth did taste good, though no heat when I asked for level 5.
Crab Rangoons - Very sweet, mostly cream cheese filling. There's some crab flavor and it's softly gritty, so I assume it's ground up crab, but that makes me wonder how much crab is really in there. The sauce is crazy sweet. Put together it's practically a dessert. It's ok overall. I prefer a differently shaped exterior with a better filling ratio, and a more creamy, meaty, savory flavor, but that's just me.
Spicy Pad Thai Noodle - not much chicken, mostly noodles and a lot of spices, but just barely spicy considering I asked for level 5.
Tom Kha - About as much chicken as in the whole Pad Thai - I discovered the largest slice of which may not even have been chicken, but actually a giant piece of ginger. It looked like chicken but biting into it was crunchy in the center, chewy at the edges, and rated like very watered down ginger and not chicken at all - one giant leaf and three mushrooms. I'm accustomed to a thicker soup, this was very watery in consistency. The flavor wasn't bad, I've just had much better unfortunately.
Thai Iced Tea - Fairly typical. I enjoyed it. The popsicle approach was neat.
Overall, filling, satisfying. Not bad but not great. It was ok in flavor, disappointing otherwise and very overpriced for the final result. :\
This place is absolutely wonderful. Its modern and clean while the seating is comfortable and homey. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is exceptional the best Thai food I have ever had. Prices are reasonable for the portion of food.
Not real Thai food, you want surgery pad Thai ….than that’s your place!
This is my favourite restaurant and we go back about once a month. I am a pescatarian and I get more options than most of the places we visit. Their food is always so fresh. My favourites and the fresh spring roll, the Thai samosa, butterfly dumplings for the apps and Jay Pad Thai, Ginger caramelised shrimp for the entrees. Their mango sorbet is amazing.
Incredible food. Simple as that.
Best Thai food we’ve had in the area. Good food. Drinks are excellent, especially the lemongrass mango margarita. Ambience is elevated from your typical strip mall restaurant. Fair prices.
Best Thai in the area - even with Sweet Ginger (another favorite) in the area. Amazing staff, rare dishes (for around here) and innovative and delicious drinks.
Awesome spot! The wings and sticky rice were super good. Lots of good appetizers - favorite was the sweet potato samosas and crab Rangoon. The coconut ice cream is delicious and served in a little coconut shell with coconut shavings inside the ice cream. It was my father in laws birthday and the waitress helped us sing happy birthday and even put a candle in the coconut ice cream which was very kind of her.
Absolutely wonderful establishment from design and decor to food and wonderful staff. Stunning restaurant!
Had the Drunken Noodle, so good!
I had a fantastic experience at A Lot Of Thai! The service was excellent, especially when they surprised us with mango ice cream and a birthday song. The food was amazing too. Our family tried several dishes, and every single one was delicious. If you go, try the Thai iced tea with a popsicle, really good!
Food is always unbelievably good and we've tried most of the menu. My girlfriend is f SE Asia and she says it's the best SE Asian food she's had in NH! Service is always on point as well! Beautiful decor inside too! Don't be fooled because it's in a strip mall, it is well worth the trip and prices are very reasonable!
I love this place! I drive one hour to eat here at least once per month! The food is exquisite!
Amazing delicious food and friendly and prompt service! 11/10 highly recommend! Especially the grilled squid! The duck is great too!
Awesome food. The people were so friendly. Impressed by the hospitality. The price was worth.
A gem hidden in a strip mall. Their avocado curry was amazing!
The best Thai all around in Merrimack.

Ordered their avocado curry, everything was fresh and awesome. Loved their food, highly recommend.
My friend ordered toasted salmon wrap which is absolutely amazing!
Took my bride out for her birthday, I heard good things so we figured we would try it ND we're glad we did. I am a born a raised new englander so my exposure to ethnic foods has been Chinese and Italian with the occasional Greek food. The spice was great, not overpowering but you could feel it. The portions were very large. I had the Thai chicken basil and she had the shrimp and salmon. we also had three dumplings and fresh spring roll. Food was fresh, service was quick and efficient.
The staff is kind and fantastic, the food is delicious. Been two times and both times not disappointed. Highly recommend, may be the best restaurant in Merrimack.
Great find! Very new and nicely decorated restaurant, extremely friendly and helpful staff (they brought the kids some dessert Popsicles on the house at the end) and the food looked and tasted amazing! And all this at very regular Thai food prices. If we lived around here, we would come back a lot!
Beautiful restaurant, delicious, fresh and hot food and always friendly service.
I ordered take-out Spicy Pad Thai with chicken. I was excited to find a Thai restaurant so close and figured I’d evaluate if we should eat there by ordering a basic Thai dish. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. My husband called it, ‘PAD SMUSH’! The noodles were over cooked and stuck together in large globs of broken rice noodle. The grilled chicken was dry. I was happy to see basil leaves were sautéed throughout the rice noodle glob! I’m sure it would have been tasty if executed properly. So poorly cooked, I considered calling to have them remake the meal but decided against it.
Great service and food was great
Everything here is delicious. Spicy pad Thai is excellent. All the fried rice is very good. The crispy duck is probably my favorite. Curry is also excellent. Best Thai you’ll get in NH and probably most of MA outside of Boston. I’ve tried so many and was reluctant to try this place since I was use to being disappointed. but am so happy I did. It’s very good! It took me years of searching after moving here from the west coast in 2013. 3 years of consistently delicious food. Not to mention the restaurant itself is beautiful. Very cute trendy place. Unsuspecting given its location. But I promise you will not be disappointed!
Best authentic Thai food i have had in a while. Highly recommended this place!
Fantastic! This was a random pick as we were down from the Lakes Region at the outlet mall. I saw it had good reviews so we decided to give it a try. It far exceeded our expectations in every way. Great atmosphere, super friendly servers. The food was absolutely amazing. Some of the best Thai food I have had in a long time.
Very delicious food and excellent service. Nice portion sizes and fair prices, too.
EVERYTHING was delicious, freshly made and served quickly! The ambiance is posh and perfect for brunch with the girls (they have purse hooks at the bar) , chowing down with the bros or dating/entanglements (whatever your thing is 😉). If you’re ever in near MHT - this spot is an ABSOLUTE MUST!!
There is ample parking 🅿️ and the inside is absolutely gorgeous. They close in the middle of the afternoon to prepare for dinner.
We came here for lunch a few years ago and we had been regulars since then. The ingredients are fresh. Portions are generous. Staff are very nice. We feel fortunate to have such a lovely restaurant in town.
Food was wonderful, we were seated within 10 mins on a busy night, the only thing was they seemed to be a bit understaffed, or over-sat the staff that were there, maybe a bit of both. Service was still good when we were being helped, they just seemed to have a bit much going on at once, can’t fault them for that! Will be back.
Presentation of food was beautiful but everything was super sweet. Cut back on the sugar and I would give a better score.
Love this place! The food is FRESH and delicious! My husband and I have tried a lot of their dishes and they are all so good! The fresh spring roll (listed on the specials menu) is our absolute favorite! We get it every time we go there! Friendly staff, gorgeous decor, super fast service. Highly recommend!!
Excellent across the board.
Great Thai food!
Food was good. Thai ice tea is great. Service is very good, were very accommodating when we there even past the kitchen close time.
Beautiful interior, clean and modern, the food was delicious, will 100% recommend to anyone
The food is a lot of good!
Stopped in for lunch and was really impressed by the decorations and food. The mango curry was wonderful. The Thai somosas and Thai iced tea (with a popsicle made of Thai iced tea!) were also really unique and delicious. Definitely excited to go back!
Party of 7, everyone said their meal was delicious, the Thia icetea had a popsicle on top, that was very unique.
Wanted to love this place based on the reviews but I continue to be disappointed by Thai places in southern NH. This food was mediocre…not bad, not great.
I’ll admit I got a small sampling but I don’t know if I can look past the rice alone. I love steamed white rice, and what did they give me? I have no idea…some wild brown rice with a pink color? Idk, it was dry and awful though. And then I had the Pad See Ew, and it was alright. Flavors were a bit bland. I also got the vegetarian spring rolls and those were pretty good.
I’ll keep searching for the Thai place that keeps me coming back.
Delicious food, great service and atmosphere! Highly recommend and will return!
A coworker recommended this place a couple weeks ago and we’ve gotten take out three times since. We can’t seem to get enough! The food is extremely fresh and tasty, no matter what we buy. The prices are very reasonable able the staff is very upbeat and friendly. Highly recommend. It stands out amidst any other local Thai restaurant.
Our new go-to Thai restaurant. We’ve only done take out, but the food is always ready on time and the people pleasant. All the dishes we’ve gotten have been excellent. Definitely recommended.
Food was 5/10, service was average, nice decorations. There are a lot of thai places in the area, I wouldn't come here unless a friend brought me.
So good! Awesome food. Awesome service. Awesome atmosphere. Definitely coming back.
Best Thai food around. Fast delivery, and extremely friendly service. A refreshing Thai experience I never expected in NH. Highly recommend
I love this place. Food is amazing... Specifically the dumplings and pad ka prow. The heat is always right when I order. The restaurant itself is really nice if you want to dine in. Can't recommend this place enough!
First time there. The food is unbelievable!
This place is fantastic! My wife and have always loved Thai food and have eatten it all over New England, but their food is so interesting and unusual that it has become our go to place.
Great ambiance and food
This has been my favorite Thai restaurant since my first visit from a few months ago. Really like the vibe of the place and the presentation of the dishes. They offer some of the very traditional Thai dishes like Miang Kham and Pla Goong and also do those very popular items like Pad Thai, Pat See ew, they all taste very authentic and pretty much the same as the ones I had in Bangkok but slightly lighter flavored. I love their roasted duck lychee curry a whole lot!!!
Great experience, quick and tasty Thai dinner.
Food is pretty good. Service is ehh. We’ll see if the next time is any better
Absolutely delicious food every time. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else for Thai food.
