What a gem!!!! Tucked in between two other restaurants,Em-Ons was just spectacular. It started with our server, Charlie, who made us laugh and feel comfortable about all of the deliciousness on the menu. It’s quite an amazing menu too. If you know anything about Thai food it is generally very spicy. They allow you to choose your spiciness for the meals from level one to 5. My wife was adventurous at five while the rest of our party stayed with level 3. It was just perfect. We had vegetable tempura for an appetizer and shared the drunk noodles for the tables. Both amazing. One of our party tried the green curry with chicken and could not stop raving about it. Made it even more exciting bc she never had curry before and wasn’t disappointed. We can thank our server for his help in making that choice. The other three meals were just as delicious. My wife, my mother in law and myself had empty plates. If you want some of the best Thai food in Naples you have to visit. I am definitely coming back for more.

But I will definitely visit this restaurant often. Because I love the traditional style here. What about price? OMG so cheap, only $75 for these amazing dishes.

Placed an order online and canceled, then was charged twice for the order I canceled. Called to clear it up and was told to relax and they would call back when it was figured out. Total charge was over $400… awful customer service and would not recommend. Order online and get your money stolen.

20240901 - Update. We came by to see how things were as compared to our last visit 4 years ago. It was much improved all around. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. It was a Sunday around 1pm and they had a lunch menu that included a meal, soup, spring roll or dumpling and a glass of wine for like $18.99. We had three meals and it would have been close to $100 bucks at other places. Not here. Much better price. Good food, good service and good prices. 👍👍

I am SO DISAPPOINTED. Smell upon entering was bad, weird odor. Place FULL of giant mosquitoes, we got bit everywhere, even under the table, couldn't bat them away fast enough. To add to our misery the food was NO GOOD. Simple broccoli and beef had WORST quality of tiny unchewable pieces. Totally overpriced.

We where there to have dinner and i ordered pad se ew a noodle dish and when it came it was totally burned and tasted awe full. I complaint about it and they took the meal and brought it back 5 min later. It was just the same meal only a little messed up so it would lock like a new one freshly made. I complaint another time and ordered a complete different dish only to have a long blond hair in it. We left the restaurant by paying the bill (no offer was made to do any rebate or else) but without a tip. Only to find out that they deducted a 20% tip without our knowledge. I will never go there again!!!

This place was amazing and as far as I’m concerned this is only Thai restaurant in Naples! Their food doesn’t have any extra flavors from other non Thai dishes. I’m in east naples and would drive up to North naples anytime for thisnplace! We had such a nice time and not one person at our table of 5 took any pictures! Trust me it was yummy and the servings at dinner are huge!

Super delicious Thai restaurant! You can sit out on the patio, which we did. I got the Gang Dang (red curry) with beef and it was excellent - tender beef and very creamy with tons of vegetables. I got spice level 2 which was perfect for me.

Something that's been around for that long HAS to be doing something right....

Visiting Naples for the PGA trip for the first time, I was craving Thai coffee. Came here and was extremely disappointed. It was like drinking watered down coffee with ridiculously high amounts of sugar! No flavor. Just pure sugar. Nothing like I know Thai coffee to be. Took one sip and threw it away. Seriously feel horrible for spending $6 on this

Visited this amazing place on our way back to Tampa. What an amazing place it turned out to be.. we had red curry combo and green curry combo and both very delicious. Price was good, quantity was also good and we took the left overs back home. Tom kha side order was also wonderful. In short, we left the place happier than we came. This is what real good food does. A cozy little spot that's been around for a long time. The staff is as friendly and polite as it gets. The chicken satay appetizer and Thai noodle soup (kway teow nam) are a must try. What's even better is they're open through holidays.

I’m Vietnamese and my wife is Thai from Bangkok. We are visiting Marco Island from Texas and happened to find this gem in Naples, while looking for a Thai restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance were all on point. Just a quick play-by-play: We started with the thai coffee and tea that were absolutely tasty. Spring rolls were very light and delicious. Papaya salad with salty crab was crisp and fresh. The papaya salad has a big spicy kick to it but the sticky rice that comes with it helps to tame the heat a bit. We then had the Thai fried rice, pad Thai, and lad na. Each dish was so flavorful and really hit the spot for us. We haven’t had authentic Thai food like this in a while so we were happy to luckily come across this restaurant in our search for thai food. Even though it’s about a 30 minute drive from the JW Marriott on Marco Island, we will definitely come back again before we leave to go back home!

Wow, great Thai food. Pad Thai was excellent. As were the curry dishes. One suggestion, don’t order the calamari. It was over cooked and when we brought that to their attention, they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. Lol. Fortunately they took it off the bill.

Saw some good reviews so figured we'd give take out a try....and did not disappoint. We ordered fried whole snapper and they had it perfectly fried and properly wrapped in foil with the garlic pepper sauce level 3 spice in a tub, ready to combine once ready to serve. Fried rice lunch special was a hit which came along with a spring roll and tom yum soup, which was ok. Lo mein combination was ok at level 2. Papaya salad at level 3 was awesome!! The take out service was very friendly and courteous. We'll definitely go back and may try level 4 spice to get more kick.

Service was slow, food was mediocre. No one ever came to our table when we needed things, I had to get up multiple times to ask for stuff. Their jasmine tea had no flavor. We ordered the red curry gang dang and noticed they changed their portion size of the rice so we had to ask for more rice, the rice was just swimming in the liquid. We noticed that they charged us 6 dollars for two more small bowls of rice which they never did before. There was no sugar in the sugar thing. Vegetables were too hard. All we kept hearing were upset costumers mad about how their togo orders were messed up, all you hear from the workers is sorry multiple times. I used to like this place but now it's just gone downhill, I will not be going here again.

First time here. Very long wait time for food to come out, both of our dishes were missing ingredients that were described in the menu, and the dishes were not hot at all even though we requested them to have some heat. Now with that aside the food that we were served was delicious.

I docked them one star because of staffing issues, that is they are way too shorthanded. I had the Chicken Panang and the Pek Gai Todd which are deboned chicken wings stuffed with good and savory stuff. Overall, I will definitely be back.

I had the Thai soup and the beef was very very old tasted awful so I decided to give it a try and ordered another meal without saying anything to the server he was very surprised that I ordered one more dish and I said that I'll just take it to go after I try the second one and I attached both pictures in here btw. to my own surprise even this other dish which was with chicken had every other piece of chicken old so I am under impression that I was eating leftovers from previous dishes or something that was not cooked or used before. so some pieces of chicken were tasting okay some were totally stale old meat I'm shocked. also the rim of the soup bowl you can see in the photo shows that it was just reheated in the microwave and all of the foam from the beef went on bowl's edge. Broth is not tasty and I think whoever is cooking should really try some pho soup at lemongrass or your Eurasia restaurant in Naples. That's just my recommendation to know what good soup tastes like.

Ordered lunch from here a couple of times. Staff is wonderful and always super appreciative and kind. Food is healthy and good portion size for the price. Love that they allow you to customize your spice level. Max spice level is no joke! One of my go to orders when I need lunch at work. Can order mild for my coworkers who are always impressed.

The food at this place is pretty good, but Google says they deliver. In reality I’ve called this place various times and they have told me they don’t have delivery. Especially if you call around lunch time (any time before 4pm). They should probably not advertise delivery when they don’t actually deliver.

Great Thai food everything delicious

Love the food here. My family do take out at least once a week from here, never disappoints.

Have eaten at this Thai restaurant for 20 years, but recently it did not measure up to the quality we have been used to. Pad Thai noodles were missing eggs and crushed peanuts. Spice level 2 out of 5 was far
too spicy to enjoy. Sad when a neighborhood favorite changes.

Stopped for lunch before a job.. The service Was quick and the food was very good nice large portions.

Best Thai food in Naples, the Panang curry is amazing. Try the Tom Kha soup!
