Chatthai Bistro is an authentic Thai restaurant in Pahrump, NV, founded in 2015 by a U.S. Navy Veteran owner who was born and raised in Thailand. We use fresh ingredients with careful attention to detail, putting love, passion and Thai culture in every bite. Our knowledgeable staff is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience.
The restaurant was empty upon our arrival, but it was quickly filling up with people shortly after we arrived. The waitress was prompt, friendly, and seemed to know the menu well. We asked for some recommendations and we went with her suggestions. Despite the restaurant getting very busy with just the one waitress, she kept up quite well. Our food came out very fast, and the portions were enormous!! We ordered rice and pad Thai noodles, and we will be eating that for the next few days. I understand why our friends highly recommended this restaurant here in Pahrump. I assume my wife and I will be frequenting it regularly.
This is really good Thai food. There are classic Thai-American menu staples, but also Thai foods and drinks that I had never tried before! The server was knowledgeable and friendly, which helped when asking about menu items that were new to me.
I had the Tom Kah with chicken, a pork omelet, and the palm juice. I really enjoyed all three items, and the portions were great for the price.
I also really enjoyed the mix of mostly Thai music they played, plus the sounds and sights of the kitchen.
This was a 10/10 for me, so I'll definitely be back.
The best part about the restaurant was our little server. We didn’t get his name, however he was around 10, and provided us with the best service. He was so kind, diligent, checked in on us multiple times, apologized for keeping us waiting even though it was only a few minutes of a wait time. His confidence and enthusiasm really added to the experience and I am so glad we had someone so amazing to help us. He was so professional at such a young age, will definitely remember this experience. The food was also out of this world, really saucy and spicy, and Lotty the other waiter also did an amazing job. Thank you for this great experience
I love wonderful food. The dishes we were served tonight, simply wonderful!! Granted, I've only had Thai food 2-3 times, I couldn't tell you what's what. The flavors were wonderful, the service was beautiful. I only got the minimum "hotness" and probably could have taken the next level...
Thank you for your hard work.
5 stars because the food in this town (generally) is NOT worth much if you are remotely interested in flavor, but this place stands out in the best of ways. This restaurant (along with all the restaurants around here) don't spice the food as much as I may prefer, but you can choose a higher spice level *and ask for more spices/sauces on the side* and live your best life. In addition, the service was fantastic. Our server was the only one on the floor and she zipped around the room with pure finesse. Thank you to the kitchen staff as well! You are all wildly talented and lovely. We will 100% be back and are eager to tell our friends about our experience.
Thank you very much for knocking our Valentine's dinner out of the park! Even though you were absolutely slammed with dine-in customers, you had our carry out order ready when you said at 5:30PM, it was hot & delicious... and we have leftovers! We l♡ved all of it! Keep up the outstanding work!
Service was 10/10! The food here is great! Only negative is a mixed mango drink I ordered… it tasted like straight mixer/sugar I couldn’t tell if their was alcohol in it haha, so I would skip that next time. All in all this was my favorite restaurant I experienced while visiting Pahrump.

Very authentic and delocious food.
This place is amazing! The food is to die for, whether you eat in or do carry out, and the staff are amazing. The two hostess/waitresses that have helped us are amazing (I know Lottie's name, but I can't remember the sweet blonde lady's name) ! They are so great at providing info regarding vegan options for the dishes, and being aware of the non-vegan ingredients in the dishes. This place stands out amongst Pahrump dining!
I recommend this place to everyone, and have brought at least one big group of people here to enjoy this food with us.
I only selfishly wish that they were open 7 days a week hahaha.
2 stars for an outrageous spring roll order. And not in a good way. This was a to go order. Had I been in the restaurant I would have sent them back.
Each spring roll had 1/3cup+ greens topped with 3 tiny shrimp loosely wrapped. $13.00. Ratio of greens to tiny shrimp unprofessional.
Very yummy food. Love their shumai.
I just spent almost 22 minutes on hold to place an order, I could hear everything going on in the restaurant. If they are that busy they should hire more people!!!
I have a screen shot of the time waiting, but nothing to attach it.
We were surprised by the unique food that was incredibly delicious. We were there on a Friday night and there was only one server and somehow we still got our food quickly. My wife and I were very happy and the meadery next door was a great night cap.
Tasty food! Ordered wonton soup feel back home柴爿馄饨, omelette 吃着像炸蛋也很棒, papaya salad虾米有点难嚼但很入味!pleasant experience 😊
Great food!!! I got the green curry with shrimp as takeout. It was excellent!
Very nice atmosphere where you can see into the kitchen where they cook. Every looks very clean even in the back. They have a little bar area for some unique cocktails. They have covers over the lights so it's not as bright or waiting room looking. Food not as spicy as I would think but it's Parhump and any amount of spice would probably send the town into a frenzy. If you take it home it's even better the next day and more spicy!! Our server was amazing she whipped that place into shape while having to deal with all the usual dumb comments like "can I get negative spice" buddy eat an egg roll and shut up ask for butter noodles to go with that butter brain. They try super hard there and are succeeding. Our server probably got two rushes back to back and was still going strong. Hope to come back anytime as I'm going to ask for 10/10 Spicy and see how that comes out 😄

Never imagined we could find such nice Thai food in a small city like Pahrump. It's not only yummy food, their hospitality, and service is amazing.
10/10 food, 10/10 servers. My new favorite thai place!!!!
Alway great food.
We go to Chai Thai Bistro a couple of times each month, and the food is consistently great!
Always good food and service here. A true treasure out in Pahrump.
The food was delicious! Our waitress was wonderful. I'm sorry for not remembering her name but very helpful and always checking on us and refilling our drinks. Great restaurant!

Extremely friendly waitress, incredible food, great portions, more diversity than a lot of other Thai places I've been to. Came hungry left happy 😁
My husband and I just moved to Pahrump, so pleased with the exceptional service here. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly and welcoming. She had great energy and didn’t skip a beat! The Thai food was on point and probably the best I’ve ever eaten as to I always order the same thing at every place I go to and this is the best by far! We look forward to dinning again soon!
Sharon was an excellent server. Made me the single best cocktail I ever had in Pahrump. The Angel Wings were superb. This place can compete with the best Thai Restaurants in Las Vegas or Los Angeles.
Not the greatest Thao food I've had. It was ok. Server was very nice just kind of overwhelmed as she seemed to be the only server which resulted in very slow service
If you want to cover up food that has been overcooked or badly prepared you pour a lot of salt onto it to mask food that is reheated or a recipe gone wrong, get my meaning?!
This is really good Thai food. There are classic Thai-American menu staples, but also Thai foods and drinks that I had never tried before! The server was knowledgeable and friendly, which helped when asking about menu items that were new to me.

This was a 10/10 for me, so I'll definitely be back.
Very interesting eating experience. Haven't had a lot of Thai food. I loved the spring rolls and chicken skewers. The entrees was good.
Prompt and efficient service and very accommodating for a special diet.
food is ok. portions are great. service is too hyperactive.
Friendly staff and always wonderful atmosphere to eat in.
Food is delicious and accommodating to young children.
Best perfectly made Pad Thai I've ever had! Out of all the available restaurants in town this is the only one I keep returning to for my comfort food. Server was the best!
Great place. Welcoming environment. Never had a problem with the food and I keep coming back. I love their yellow curry, pad Thai, chicken and rice, and the Oreos.
Love this place! Panang Curry and Chicken Pad Thai are our favorites! And their salad!
We stopped in here during a weekend roadtrip based on the reviews! Wow! We were not disappointed. The service was great and the food was delicious.
Atmosphere is clean and quiet with soft music.
We will definitely come back when we are looking for outstanding Thai food!
3pcs of flavorless, small shrimp with dish, hardly any veg, and the sauce was thin and bland. I had hopes, they were dashed
Honestly surprised at the Thai food we were able to get in the desert on the way to Death Valley. Very flavorful with huge portions. Great value. Drinks were also tasty with great service. Would go back.
Food had no flavor but was still good after i requested some seasoning. If your allergic to seafood I wouldnt recommend or be sure to let them know, thats a cool thing, theyll cook everything without for you.
Nice Local's Place for Tai Take-Out, and they are quick 😀
Bomb dot commmmmm. They have some less common items on the menu. All of the food is amazing. The service is fast and attentive. Would go every night if I could
Very tasty along with great service!
We got carry out from here on the last night of a vacation. Glad I found it. The food was really good, the portions were great and the prices were reasonable. Really good break from the burgers etc of typical vacation eating.
Delicious and fresh salad and Tom Kah soup. Beautiful job.
Latest visit 1.10.24 - Easily one of the best restaurants in Pahrump. Food is always fresh, high quality ingredients and delicious. Yellow curry chicken is my favorite. The spring rolls are beautifully prepared and Tom Kai soup is excellent. Satay chicken appetizer is great. Friendly staff who works hard to please. Can't go wrong here.
This Thai place is exceptional. Run, don't walk here.
We were staying in Pahrump as a base for Death Valley, and this meal was by far the best of our trip.
We arrived at 6:30pm and were seated at the bar because the restaurant was packed. If you can make a reservation in advance, I would recommend that. Note that they close at 8pm, as do many restaurants in Pahrump.
Egg rolls, pad Thai, palm juice, stir fried pork basil, all delicious.
Only one waiter for the whole dining room (who would also stop to take phone orders), but she had the best service personality and made the incredible workload look easy.
We had a view into the kitchen and the chef was clearly skilled and running a great team.
The menu had it all. Desserts looked delightful but we were too stuffed from the huge entree portions.
Nice casual mead and cider place next door, too, to check out before or after the meal.
Enjoyed dinner at chatthai bistro. The staff was helpful with pointing out vegetarian and vegan options and accommodating our preferences. The pad kee mao was made spicy as requested and tasted great (It was a shade more oily that I'd like, but still great). The pot of jasmine tea was hot and fresh with refills provided when requested. The restaurant has a very nice decor with a window to peer into the kitchen, nice paintings and wooden fixtures that make the restaurant feel cozy and warm.
Food and service are great
Honestly, the highlight of our time in Pahrump and probably the best Thai we've had. My hubs continues to rave about it. We ordered our usual grub fare such as the Pad Thai with shrimp and Pad See Ew with crispy pork belly. I also got a Thai iced tea since we were on vacation.
The pad Thai had generous portion of toppings. The shrimps were plump, the noodles were al dente and perfectly seasoned. No complaints and my husband cleared the plate without pause. My pad see ew was a big portion for me that I ended taking about half home. The crispy pork belly was the star here since they were fried to a chip consistency.
The Thai tea was a bit meh since I thought it was too sweet for my liking. I would have preferred more tea flavor and less milky sweetness. Overall, I would definitely find myself a regular if I lived here or returned to the area.
Me and my wife do a lot of traveling, and thai food is our favorite food. We have been to over 100 Thai restaurants over the years. This is our new favorite Thai place. The food was amazing, Best Penang curry I have ever had. My wife had the pad see ew, which is what she gets 95% of the time.... and it was her favorite pad see ew as well. The staff was also absolutely amazing. ☆☆☆☆☆
I love wonderful food. The dishes we were served tonight, simply wonderful!! Granted, I've only had Thai food 2-3 times, I couldn't tell you what's what. The flavors were wonderful, the service was beautiful. I only got the minimum "hotness" and probably could have taken the next level...

Super friendly waitress. Good food. We stopped by on our way back from Death Valley and didn’t expect much. But the restaurant was surprisingly good.
Delicious. And a sweet server.

Good food. Good service.
Food was good. The waitress was super helpful and knowledgeable about the food, sauces and spice level.
The Pork Belly Appetizer was amazing.
Nothing disappointed here! The food, drinks and service was impeccable. We will definitely come back.
The waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The only thing I would suggest is using less salt.
Love it
Loved the food the service was great.
We've eaten here a few times and every time the food was absolutely amazing. Spot on and delicious. And Lottie the server is phenomenal. Wouldn't be the same experience without her.
Nice little restaurant. My curry was excellent but my friends pad Thai was just okay. Server was so friendly, probably best server I have experienced in a long time.
My favorite Thai place in town! My favorite meals are Pad Mama, Drunken Noodles and Mom’s Creation salad
I went there last night (06-20-23) to get my dad Thai for Father’s Day and had the worse food service in a long time! The waitress kept on trying push me to order food despite me saying I am not comfortable eating their due to being gluten free and my mom who also is has gotten sick there multiple times. I actually had to get aggressive with my tone to get her to stop (I’m a chill temper person too). Literally never had to do that in my two years of being gluten free!
My family knew which waitress it was too. So seems like it might be a common issue?
I don’t if it’s a coincidence or not but my dad said the food wasn’t as good either.
Stuck to My Thai by the Mountain View gas station. It might take awhile but it’s worth the wait! It’s run by an amazing family and it is the only place in town my mom and never get sick besides the Nugget steak house.
Update: they responded saying they will talk to her and were pretty sure she was trying to tell me my options. As a former kiosk sales person, she reminds of my ex-co-worker that drove away customers
If someone says no because they get sick there and says no 3-5 times that is pushy!
The best restaurant in Pahrump. Ate there three nights in a row, when in town for business and every dish was great.
Artist Jo Owens Murray documenting America one town at and restaurant
Small and very busy Thai restaurant, but the staff really hustles to get your food out quickly. For first timers it may feel chaotic, but they have a system to make sure your order is correct, hot, and delicious! We have never had a bad meal here. We suggest the pineapple fried rice, the drunken noodles, the shumai, and the angel wings. The portions are huge and the spice levels can accommodate any palate!
The best place you could come! After a long day of hiking, getting an ENORMOUS soup and salad here was perfect. We loved everything we tasted. Our waitress was very helpful, accommodating and super friendly. Would definitely come back if we’re ever in the area!
Spring rolls were very large and extra fresh. I highly recommend them.
Wow! The food was fantastic here. Spice level is adjustable from very low to extremely spicy. Big portions.
Food was delicious and generous servings. Our server, Lottie, was very knowledgeable.
Delicious food, friendly staff, warm ambiance.
I won't lie to you. I've been to Thailand in 2012 and got to know one of my absolute favourite dishes: Massaman Curry. Ever since I enjoyed this majestic dish in Bangkok and on the island of Koh Samui, I am on the lookout for it. So I've tried it a lot. Thai Restaurants in Austria, Germany, the USA. It just never tasted as good as the original. Until I stumbled upon this humble place in a Nevada town in the middle of nowhere. There it was: the BEST Massaman Curry west of Chiang Mai!!!! The ambience tho was a bit awkward due to the Chef who was stressed out and ranting loudly. I mean, dude, there is no need to be on high alert! You are a great chef - chill and let your guests enjoy your heavenly food!
While the service was beyond spectacular, the food was okay. Spring rolls were too large overfilled with greens with no carrots or cucumber and little protein. I felt like a rabbit. Peanut sauce was great. Our meals were fine, but one dimensional in flavor; not a lot of flavor beyond the first bite. Meat was dry and didn't add any flavor to the meal; it literally was "protein". And, by the way, there is an upcharge for meat that wasn't clear on the menu.
The waitress was incredibly professional and efficient. If anyone is looking to hire a waitress then offer this girl a job quickly, because someone else will.
I didn't appreciate one of the cooks swearing in the background and not respecting the service staff. I understand being a chef is very difficult, but not grounds to be rude nor swear.
They are busy and once you try them you’ll know why. The food is excellent. The staff although a little understaffed were doing a great job at serving everyone in the room with expediency.
Always had great food and great service there. We have been there a few times. It is almost the only nice non smoking eatery in town.
Great local place...
Small tables and tight dining area but a cozy atmosphere. Waitress seemed overworked but was trying and doing well and we tipped generously. Prices seemed a little high, most entrees at $15.95 on the menu and even higher with the bill with surprise extra charges not announced. A plate of simple pad thai was $18.90 after extra charge for beef. That's a lot of baht! Extra for everything. I think we were even charged for water but it was fabulous. A carafe of filtered water flavored with cucumber slices and an orchid bloom certainly worth the $ and reason to dine here. Food was decent with generous portions but not as flavorful as most Thai restaurants we've visited across the USA.
One of three really good restaurant in Pahrump
Small place, stopped in on a whim coming back from Death Valley.
Excellent, excellent food. I had the Panang curry with pork belly and omelette.
Our waitress was the sole server for the whole restaurant, did a great job and made us feel like regulars.
Would go back again definitely.
I have been here 2 times. The first time the waitress was exceptional. Second time the waitress (different waitress) seemed harried! Had to ask 3 times for a beer glass, was busy on her phone and gabbing with police about a personal problem. Asked for level 6 spice on my food, got none!
My mouth is Watering thinking what I'm gonna have the next time. Had Thai fried rice and side of Peanut Sauce which was to die for. My sister had the Cashew Chicken and it was so Fresh! The waitress was Awesome and answered all questions and gave us suggestions. Be sure to stop if you like this kind of food ❤️❤️❤️!!!
The food is good. A bit pricey. The service is rude and disrespectful as a customer we were shocked to recieve the service we got from a very angry waitress. We also waited a long time for service. They are just too busy for one person to serve the whole room. I had gone there for years but each time we have gone there for diner they have 1 waitress that serves the whole room. I am not sure if this is becuase she wants to make as much money as she can or if the owner does not want to pay a second waitress... but the service is horrible. You have long wait times for anything you order like even silverware or a drink. But I think the most surprising and shocking thing is that each time we have gone in after4 pm the night waitress is brutally and shockingly disrespectul and angry. And so for this reason we will never return. Obviously she is stressed and can not handle serving that many people at once. Nor should she. But she takes it out on the customers. She has said some surprisinlgy rude things to my wife who was not combative at all with her. So for this reason we will never return. As part of the chamber of commerce we were saddened by this and willl not be reccomending this restaurant anymore. Honestly I can't beleive they would keep someone who is repeatedly and blatendly rude to customers to be allowed to contiunue to treat people in this way. I see others on here who have had the same problem with the service so this is not the first time this happened.
Fresh and flavorful food at it's best.
Amazing food and service. Highly recommend!
Surprisingly good food and friendly service. Good place to have your meal on the way to Death Valley or Las Vegas. Great place for vegetarians as the chef is willing to make customize any dish on the menu. Don’t forget to ask about their fried mushroom as it is not on their menu.
Lottie and the cooks were slammed tonight not one seat open . Food was hot fresh and delicious 😋 service was tip notch. Best in town.
WORST THAI FOOD EVER - rather WORST FOOD EVER (if it can be called that)
We went on Christmas Eve so naturally it was very understaffed - One person trying to run the show.
We ordered Pad Kee Mao and Stir Fry Cashew. Order arrived after a good while and Stir Fry Cashew was floating vegetables and cashews in chili water. Pad Kee Mao/Drunken Noodles tasted like chili fried in garlic paste and was inedible.
College students can make better food than this.
This was some of the best Thai food I have ever had, and I’ve had a lot of Thai food. My family and I are vegetarians and the chef was willing to customize virtually anything on the menu to be vegetarian. The place was well kept and adorable, and it was right on the way from Death Valley to Vegas.
Great local spot...
Very very good!
Waitress is the best! She worked the whole room and take-out orders all by herself and never once made us feel unattended!!! The food was extremely flavorful!! Bravo to everyone!! Good find, especially for Pahrump!!
I love this place. I have my curry made special and they make it perfect every time! Curry is my happy place, comfort food. Its a cute little place. The owners and staff are wonderful.
Sehr freundliche Bedienung und superleckeres Essen! Pad thai und summerrolls kann ich nur empfehlen! War aber stark klimatisiert, recht kühl zum sitzen
The food was excellent. It had real flavor. We will most certainly be going again. Word of warning though the heat scale is Thai scale not wimpy American heat scale, so if you can't take real heat then order the lower numbers. But your taste buds are in for a treat.
Not very good Thai food, the drunken noodles only have peppers and onions. Drunken noodles should have vegetables in them. I've had them at a dozen Thai restaurants, even if it's just carrots and broccoli florets, or mushrooms, drunken noodles always has some vegetables. Peppers and onions do not count as vegetables for drunken noodles, they are just fillers. The flavor was decent, as was the heat level, and they didn't forget the Thai basil, so I won't go as low as one star. I wouldn't order from here again though based on my dish missing a pretty big component.
This was our first time at Chatthai and we were blown away with the food, ambiance, and service! The meats are very fresh and the veggies are cooked to beyond perfection. We have eaten at very fancy Thai restaurants in Vegas and none have compared to the spices and exciting flavors here. Everything is great, but don't miss out on the crispy pork belly (paired with Pad See Ew was amazing)! Portions are large so order plenty and have another meal at home the next day without leaving the house! Chat's a chef not to be missed in Pahrump if looking for Vegas quality.
Pad Thai here is amazing!!!
Food is very good! The chef has to wear hat to be more hygienic. We got a hair in food.
Chatthai Bistro, thank you for the excellent meal. This was our second visit and just like the first the food was prepared well... Very well in fact. My apologies for the preconceived notions I may have about the quality due to Pahrump's small town status.
Loved that I was proven wrong and that I now have a favorite eatery in the area! The fresh rolls, curries, and noodles dishes are wonderful. Such excellent customer service too. Really appreciate the time taken to explain the dishes and answer our questions. All around great experience! Thank you!
Just great! Delicious thai food! Excellent service! Best curry ever!
Incredible food! Best Thai food we have found in Nevada and California. A special treasure in Pahrump. The Papaya salad was fresh with a bit of Spice. The curry was so flavorful. Amazing.
It's a mead and cider bar. Specialty brew made there. They have cheese and cracker plate but encouraged to order from the restaurant next door or bring your own. Their brew is good depending on what you like. Nice place and staff. They have board games or bring your own. Overall fun place to relax.
This place was good... period! The establishment is nice and cozy. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, well-kept and relaxing. The host was the chef's/owner's 7-year-old son (talk about a confident, nice and professional young man with a super, bright future ahead of him.). We were seated immediately
The service was great and attentive. We were given great information about the food besides the great, well-written menu. We had the chicken fried rice, the flat noodles with shrimp, the sweet shrimp soup and the fried pork belly, which emulated a Mexican chicharron. For dessert we had a decadent mango rice pudding... OMG! The food was a solid 9.1 out of 10. The dessert was out of bounds! (It's in season as of the writing of this post.)All the food had a homemade feel, smell, look and taste to it. Great!! Will return again when in town in the future.
WOW, this place is really great! Went for the first time last night, and though it was super busy, our waitress took the time to explain the dishes to us and give recommendations. I had the yellow curry and it was delicious. Wish I had a bigger stomach so I could have tried everything, it all looked and sounded so good 🥲 I'll definitely be back!
Excellent food…came in last Saturday server was terrific!
Amaizing food
This place got crowded quickly. The owner/ chef came out to help the soul waitress and then he had our food to us in no time and it was delicious!!
I was delighted when I saw there was a Thai place in parhump! Went and was not disappointed at all! Food was awesome and fresh! The chefs son was helping seating people. Very proffessional! ANd he was what? Maybe 9 or 10???? What a pleasant experience!
The waitress was very nice and helpful. The food was very good with a nice serving left over for lunch tomorrow.
We were actively ignored by the waitress/hostess when we arrived. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes, she rudely informed us that we couldn’t place a takeout order because it was a small business and they were busy. It’s understandable if they were booked for the evening, but being actively ignored and spoken to rudely is unacceptable for any size business.
Really great food my husband loves pork larb I normally get pai tai but tried something new called mama noodles was really yummy glad I tried something different. Friendly staff and great prices
Lottie was our waitress and was absolutely amazing! The restaurant was super busy but she took the time to describe dishes and answer our questions. Plus, she was so cheerful and her explanations were top notch. The food was super delicious and there were really good options.
This place is amazing!
Only 1 cook. They were packed. Took a while to get our food. But it was delicious. Ill go back.
I’m from Houston, Here on vacation to celebrate my oldest son’s college graduation/birthday. We don’t see each other too often as we live so far away from each other. So we really cherish our time together. He was so excited to bring me to this Restaurant. We walked in and the restaurant was super busy, which gave us high hopes. We were seated after standing there for about 10 mins without even a greeting, and was taken back by the service. We ordered the spring rolls as an appetizer which we never received. We were seated for at least an hour + before I even received my drink( a vodka Martini with olive juice on the side). That was completely wrong it had lime juice in it! She eventually gave me the right drink after I explained how to make it. We were still patiently waiting and asked the waitress how much longer it would be and she said she would check. As she went to ask the cook ( which is eye and ear view) he started cussing at the server in front of everyone as they continue to argue very loudly The table seated next to us got up and left in utter disbelief. Waitress came back and said our order was up next. Imagine to our surprise when the table who arrived after us received there food before us!!! 😡. As we finally decided to go ahead and leave , as we are walking out the waitress says to me “he just finished wrapping your spring rolls”.. I mean REALLY???? It may have been an off day for the restaurant however, it isn’t hard to let people know how long the wait will be. They should be honest about timing and let hungry customers decide on their own if they’ve got 2 hours to spare!!! That’s called plain old CUSTOMER SERVICE. So sad that we cannot get that time back and were left in tears because of how ATROCIOUS the work ethic is here! And feeling bad because I just would never dare to walk out EVER. We were literally so hungry that We just came home and ate leftover pizza. Just to be clear, I do not EVER leave bad reviews unless it’s 100 percent absolutely earned. Negative stars for me , and my son is even embarrassed to have even suggested this restaurant. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Worst experience ever.
Every single thing we ordered was delicious! Food was really tasty and portions were huge.
Service was on the slow side because there was a single waiter taking care of all tables but she was friendly and did her best to get things moving. If you can afford a bit of waiting, the food won't disappoint you.
This place serves authentic Thai food. The food is prepared using high-quality ingredients and presented with care. If you are in Pahrump, NV stop by this place for dinner. I knocked one star off their ratings as service can get really slow when they are busy.
Awesome food! Awesome service! Awesome waitress!
Food was ok. Spring rolls were great but Drunken Noodle was too oily, and Pad Thai was too sweet. We assumed a regular sized dish, but in fact the size was super large and we could have ordered just one to share. Shout out to the server though as it was very busy and our server seems to be the only one handling all tables, takeout calls, and seating, and was still able to remember the order of when and what was requested.
Very delicious food . We ordered deep fried mushrooms, it was very crispy and delicious. Yellow curry , Thai fried rice was delicious. Especially the waitress was very helpful and provided very good suggestions 👌👌
Food was just descent, not worth 1h waiting
Overpriced and both the the pad thai and fried rice had an oatmeal consistency was disgusting, threw it out and made a frozen pizza.
We are from Singapore and stopped by on a road trip. Ordered the yellow curry which tasted amazing. Great service too!
Would def come again.
The absolute best Thai food I have ever had!! Everything is so fresh and flavorful. I dream of this place when I head north for the summer. I can’t wait to get back and it’s always my first stop back in Pahrump. The Tom Kah soup is unbelievable!! The spring rolls are bursting with flavor. The Shrimp Curry is my favorite thing on the menu. There’s never a wait for a table and the service is friendly and attentive. Don’t miss this place.
Excellent. Food and service is excellent.
Amazing. Everyone at the table agreed, probably the best Thai food anywhere, not just in Pahrump or Nevada, but anywhere. Friendly service, incredible food. AMAZING!
Great food and excellent customer service! First time eating there, but definitely not the last
Amazing! Fabulous service, huge portions, tasty, tasty tasty! This was our 2nd visit and so pleased.
My favorite Thai; superb curry dishes!
Wonderful food!
The food here is excellent! Lottie, our waitress was super helpful with the menu and really friendly. I recommend chatthai to everyone!
Great food great service!
A little bit pricey and I unfortunately didn't like what I ordered but that's my fault. Otherwise service was good and the for was hot and fresh.
Wonderful food. Love it.
The best !!!!!
Excellent paddai curry shrimp & rice. Even their rice wine was a bit sweet! Surprise find in Pahrump, NV!
Absolutely delicious! We had the spring rolls appetizer, 4 on a plate and they were big! I've never had Thai style spring rolls but they were awesome and the peanut dipping sauce was a perfect compliment to them. My friend had the chicken and shrimp pad thai and I had the pad mama noodles with chicken. Pure heaven on a plate! Everything was cooked perfectly and hot, temperature wise, and came out in a timely manner. We had the most lovely server by the name of Lottie, such a delightful personality! Will definitely be back!
Great food. Excellent service.
