Diner Review №2

My favorite place for Thai noodles so far.

Diner Review №3

This is one of my favorite Thai places to eat at specifically just for Boat Noodle Soup. This place doesn’t get super busy and they also open pretty early. The service is pretty fast and they have a variety of Thai dishes.

My main reason for coming here is specifically the Boat Noodle Soup. If you’ve had Pho, Boat Noodle Soup is pretty similar but with a more heartier taste to it that just makes it worth it. A hot warm bowl of noodles and meat is all you need to want to come here.

This was also our first time trying the Roasted Duck Noodle soup and I actually really like that as well. It has a much cleaner flavor but still has depth to it. The duck is pretty good as well and they give you different pieces of the meat so that it can change it up a bit.

Just like any other Thai place, you can always choose your spice level for whatever you feel comfortable. They have a spice tray on the side as well so you can add additional heat/flavor to your dish.

The vibe of the place is pretty chill as I’ve only really been here in the morning. It’s nothing fancy but just enough aesthetic to feel like you’re in a Thai restaurant.

Diner Review №4

Very bad attitude.no hospitality at all.

Diner Review №5

Had some bomb pad see ew, very reasonable prices & portions. Great service.

Diner Review №6

Good food. Good service.

Diner Review №7

Food was okay but the packaging was very disappointing. I have never seen any restaurants packed any sauce like this before. All the sauce goes in to the plastic bag. It was supposed to have two sauces on the side. How hard is it to put the sauce in the 2oz small container with the lid on? Like the driver has nothing to do with this too. No matter how careful you are with the bag, if you just put sauces like this it gonna spill over no matter what.

Diner Review №8

Don’t buy their yellow curry since it is not yellow curry it should be named “cost cutting curry” since no bamboo shoots , no bell pepper , no vegetable just onion and some smelly turnip” along with few pieces of chicken . It is not curry it is slurry since the broth so thin and runny to save coconut .

Diner Review №9

Food was Burnt STOMACHE ache after eating smelt spoiled spent almost 100 literally food burnt and rotten smelling 2 time I ate there got got sick

Diner Review №10

Great food amazing little restaurant

Diner Review №11

Order

Diner Review №12

We've been coming to the Jones and the Fort Apache locations for years. I remember their price was cheap before the inflation, but even with the inflation 12 a plate is still cheaper than other thai restaurants in Vegas that charge 15-19 a dish. Their food is really good too. We went to Weera the day before, and wished had gone here instead. Service is always good too either dining in or take out. For some reason though they serve smaller portion for take out on my last order.

Diner Review №13

Been coming here for years. I absolutely love it! Food is excellent, full of flavor. Price is great, you can't beat how much delicious food you get for what you pay. Best Thai in vegas

Diner Review №14

Delicious. I love srimp. Just the right amount of portion for a small belly. Didn't want to take home leftovers. I got spicy 7. Not too spicy.

Diner Review №18

Good food with great prices

Diner Review №19

The fried rice is really good, full of wok flavors. Pad see ew is good too, not too oily. I tried the crunchy noodle with seafood and wontons. It's piled high with with fried noodles.

Diner Review №21

I'm visiting from Canada and have eaten here twice in a week because the food is absolutely phenomenal. Full of flavour and very generous portions. The service is fantastic. Very quick and friendly.

Diner Review №22

Excellent thai restaurant!!! Becoz of that mama ans her hand! Amazing cook. Amazing taste and just great! Love it and will go here always!

Diner Review №23

Good Thai food had Thai soup with noodles spicy #3 large portion took home for next day.

Diner Review №24

Diner Review №25

Diner Review №26

Dropped in and ordered the Mongolian Beef, medium spicy. A bit more spicy than medium, but that's ok with me. If you don't like lots of spice order medium. This is probably the best I've ever had, so flavorful even through all the heat, you can taste the flavors. I also like that they add mushroom too it, so good.

I read some reviews about the portions. It may be smaller than most places, but it's also cheaper and I found that there was plenty of protein. So a good value in my opinion.

Diner Review №27

Delicious food.

Diner Review №30

Combo Pad Thai ( Spicy) was the best, and Gluten-free. My tried mine, and ran right in to get an order.

Diner Review №31

Good food and good service

Diner Review №32

We tried several apps and two entrees we will be back! Food was great and staff was very friendly and attentive.

Diner Review №33

Diner Review №34

It's a sure shot when you're looking for real Thai noodle dishes. More Bangkok food than the Northern Thai food.

Diner Review №35

It is my takeout spot! It is so good and everything is very affordable.

Diner Review №36

Beef noodle soup used to be the best in town. But today it was just average. Broth changed I think. New owner ?? Green papaya salad is very good here too. Great service and a nice chill spot to eat well.

Diner Review №37

Diner Review №38

Good food

Diner Review №39

Cheap and delicious! Love it! Aloy MAK MAK!!!😍

Diner Review №40

Average noodles… skimpy on some of the vegetable ingredients. Egg was fried tarred. Seemed cook wasn’t there even tho not so busy.

Diner Review №41

The most important for me, quality food and great service!

Diner Review №42

It was suggested to try a restaurant a few doors down but there was a long line and I was not in the mood to wait but was craving spicy Asian food.. Wow! This place did not disappoint.. it was amazing!! I decided to try a special instead of my usual pad Thai noodles. I tried the CHEF SPECIAL: S5 MA KUER SONG KRAN !! AMAZING! just the spice I was looking for!! Don't wait in line next door, come here and get the delicious food quickly!

Diner Review №43

Decent authentic Thai & Lao. Affordable pricing. Good place for lunch and dinner.

Diner Review №44

Food tasted like cat food.

Diner Review №45

I love the Thai ice tea and the Pad Thai I been coming here for years.

Diner Review №46

Came here for lunch. It's a good spot for a quick lunch. I had the Thai style Tom yum noodle soup. It was actually one of the better ones I've had in Vegas. I ordered spicy 7/10 but it could have been spicier. The flavor was good. The fried fish cake was good but it made the broth a little more fishy than I would like, but only very mildly.

If I was in the area again, I would definitely come back and try other dishes.

Diner Review №47

Food is very basic, meat is tough, 10 in spicy isn't very hot. Playing music from the radio so long commercial breaks. Liked that there was no wait.

Didn't put out spicy trio for us even though other tables had.

Small portions.

Diner Review №48

Diner Review №49

Decided to give this place a try when the place next door has a consistently long wait time, and glad we did! Their food is good and the price is reasonable. We really liked their roasted duck curry.

Diner Review №50

The food is good and the service is fast. Love this place

Diner Review №51

I highly recommend this Restaurant. The food tastes great especially the Khua kai, calamares, pad thai , moo thad over fried rice, bbq pork over fried rice & thai coffee.. worth to try👍😊 The service & Cleanliness is very 👍

Diner Review №52

Good food, just had a bit of a wait. Outside of that pretty nice 👍

Diner Review №53

Diner Review №54

I ordered the calamari and the panang curry. Both were good, although I could barely taste the coconut and peanut butter in the curry. Next time, I’ll have to request extra of both. Other than that, I’ll be returning. They have many different things I want to try.

Diner Review №55

The food was horrible staff service was good but the food was horrible.

Diner Review №56

Diner Review №57

Food was amazing prices were great an the portions were big bold an beautiful love this place

Diner Review №58

Ordered seafood salad, very bland, not enough authenticity. The combo fried rice had absolutely no taste to it, lacked basil, raisins, cashews and tomatoes which are mandatory for Thai fried rice. I had to add some salt to the rice for flavor. The green curry was ok at best 6/10 for flavor. The spicy eggplant was 8/10. If you are looking for a quick eat this is the place. If you want good authentic Thai then you have to hit up Archie's on Rainbows or Weera Thai also on Rainbow

Diner Review №59

I love the combo beef noodle soup.. It's same as Thai boat noodles.. One of my good to dishes 😋

Diner Review №60

Diner Review №61

One of the last real and great Thai Style Noodlehouses in the city. Fresh ingrediants and very authentic.

Diner Review №62

Will always continue to support this Thai Style Noodle House. I travel to this particular noodle house because they still use their family secret recipe. Everything on the menu is very flavorful and unique. I really love this establishment and I hope this place keeps being supported and nurtured. A big thank you to all the staff at this location. They are working very hard to provide such great service for this difficult time. I highly recommend THIS location compared to the rampart noodle house which is why I travel out of my way to go to this particular restaurant.

Diner Review №63

The location by the 2-15 and Tropicana location is the best location! The one Cheyenne and Rampart changed everything and we stopped going to that one. If ain't broke don't fix it.

Diner Review №64

Diner Review №65

One of the most unique things about this restaurant is their food selection comparing to other "Thai restaurant". The menu does have a lot of non Thai food but if you read it closely, you will find some hidden Thai food gems that you won't be able to find elsewhere. We have been going there for few months and anytime we want to eat Thai food, we will head over there. One of the cons is the price about 2-3 months back was a little lower but we understand that inflation is hitting everyone. If you listen closely when they speak in the kitchen, they're speaking Thai so I rather trust a restaurant that is owned and food are cooked by Thai. Every time we go there, we choose something different to order in order to taste what unique food they have on the menu. We love this restaurant and we will continue to support them.

Diner Review №66

I ordered the Wonton seafood soup and I thought it was good but felt really really tired afterwards. I think they put a lot of MSG in to their food.

Diner Review №67

2-15 and Tropicana best location!! They other locations do their own thing and it not good

Diner Review №68

Excellent Thai food! I've been here a bunch of times - the staff is very nice and the food is delicious! I'd highly recommend the Red Curry & Jungle Curry. If you're in the neighborhood, check this place out!

Diner Review №69

Came at 1 PM on a Sunday in October 2021. The food was edible and there were a lot of fusion-like items not seen at other Thai places.

All in all, pretty 'meh.' I've been served better food and drink (Thai Iced Coffee) at other Thai locations. In addition, the food arrived staggered (my lunch companion had their food a solid 5 minutes before mine arrived, both being entrees). Was severely disappointed at the lack of substance in my order (S5; eggplant with shrimp and chicken), having but 2 shrimp and less than 2 ounces of ground chicken (never have had chicken served like that).

Wasn't particularly bad, just won't be back again in favor of other places.

Diner Review №70

So I had to fight down the urge to write a snarky review for this spot. The problem is that I have eaten at dozens of Thai restaurants over the course of my lifetime. A few have been really good, some have been pretty bad but most of them have been solidly mediocre. Experiencing all of these places has helped me form my taste for Thai food and and based on all available evidence, what I like in this category is the stuff that more discerning palates favor and an understanding of what constitutes really good Thai food. I base this on other reviews, conversations with friends and acquaintances whose taste I trust and a lifetime of living in Seattle before I moved to NV where we had a very good selection of Thai restaurants to choose from covering the full spectrum from good to bad.

The other thing I developed was a good sense of exactly how much meat should be included in pretty much every dish. Instead of bashing these guys, I want to tell them that their food and flavors are outstanding. Their portions are OK and their prices are solidly within reason per the average. The amount of meat in their portions however, is NOT on par with the norm. I'd say there was a fair amount of meat in my Beef Noodle Soup but other than that, the amounts were not good. We also ordered Chow Mein, Pad Thai and Yellow Curry and the amounts of meat in those dishes was below expectations. The chow mein had the most meat per the rest of the ingredients but this was the one dish that I felt was not large enough. The Pad Thai and the Yellow Curry had an amount of meat that was well below expectations. My wife is one of those people who is done with a dish when the meat is all gone and she ended up chucking more than half of her yellow curry.

This spot is in the same strip mall as The Magic Noodle so I'm never going to go there for soup only. Their beef noodle was very good and above average among my favorite Thai spots but the Magic Noodle is in another realm entirely and they are always #1 for my soup needs. Because of their location and the overall quality of their offering, I would hit this for takeout on my way home on a regular basis but I won't do it if I'm; a) going to have to listen to my wife complain that she doesn't have enough meat and b; going to have to watch her throw out half of her dish. I understand that there are shortages at this moment and cost concerns and striking a balance is hard but we don't have these issues at Lucki Thai. They are just not as well geographically situated to serve our needs. If they fix this, they will see us frequently.

Diner Review №71

It was just ok very small portions perhaps it was what I ordered but nothing special slot of Thai places around that are better than here . Everything was bland not a typical Thai food experience for me. I ordered the spicy basil shrimp and it was almost 12 dollars and came with four small shrimp. Service good however but food just ok

Diner Review №72

The food tastes very good. I like it very much.

Diner Review №73

Diner Review №74

I like Thai food I miss traveling around

Diner Review №75

We came here while we were in the area checking out the little strip mall, food was amazing, portion was great and prices even better. For the amount we paid, the portions were really good, compared to big businesses. Place was very clean. Small, but cozy, family friendly. Lots of take outs, and deliveries it seemed. Totally recommend checking this place out, it's kinda a hidden gem honestly.

Diner Review №76

Yummy!

Diner Review №77

Diner Review №78

Very rude customer service

Diner Review №79

Ordered chicken pad Thai among other food. Everything is bland and the noodles are so dry I have to use a knife and fork to cut through it to eat it. I spent so much money and I probably won’t eat half the food I ordered. GO TO THAI STLYE HOUSE 3 on lake mead and Fort Apache they cook their food with flavor and I had never had an issue with my food from them. Change your cooks house 2!!!!

Diner Review №80

Diner Review №81

My wife suggested this Thai place and WOW! Even though there wasn't another table when we entered, there was a constant flow of pick up orders.

The duck fried rice was very good, the egg plant dish was outstanding (next time I will bypass the beef and ask for more delicious egg plants. Tom Kha chicken soup was so flavorful.

This place just became our favorite Thai spot. I was a big fan of weera Thai on Sahara but they have competition now!

I will have to return to try more dishes and make sure they are consistent with their high quality food, but I am confident because the young lady who helped us was super friendly and definitely suggested great dishes.

See you again soon!!

Diner Review №82

Great food at great prices

Diner Review №88

Regular customer. Duck soup and duck curry are my favorites. Orange chicken has tempura batter and remains crispy even for take out.

Diner Review №89

Thai Style Noodle House is an EXCELLENT Thai restaurant. We order about once a week (using Uber Eats) and the food is ALWAYS tasty, hot, and delicious. All Currys are great - I love the Pumpkin Curry. My husband loves mango and sticky rice for dessert. Definitely recommended!

This place is right by my chiropractor and I've been known to place an order before getting an adjustment and then going to get my food afterwards. The ambiance is minimal and, therefore, I've never bothered to dine in. Yet, the food is delicious a ld travels well.

Diner Review №105

We wanted to visit a competitor in the same mall, but their wait was quite long. We came here instead and we were quite pleased. The pad thai was excellent though it was different than any that my wife and I have ever had. The spicy flavor added to the pad thai noodles had a similar flavor profile to that of buffalo wings only a bit milder. It was surprisingly good. The pad see uh was also different with a milder spiciness than we usually have, very tender noodles and the added baby corn was an unusual addition that enhanced the dish. If I have any complaint, it was that the food took quite some time to arrive at our table and everything came out separately with almost 5 minutes between dishes. If not for that timing issue I would have given them 5 stars. The food is excellent.

Diner Review №123

OUTSTANDING!!! Wish I had the power to give them a Michelin star... The pot stickers were off the chart great, the Duck Curry was outstanding, the Mango with sweet sticky rice made me want to go to the kitchen and hug someone... Price well don't tell them but I would pay double and still feel good about it.

My food was really really delicious. They didn’t disappoint. My first time trying this place. You cannot go wrong here. I ordered 2 dishes. Not a big fan of ordering for take out but the dishes were both F’n delicious. I ordered the roasted duck egg noodle soup with a 7 level spicy. And I was sweating pretty good. The broth was the best I have had. I did expect a half roasted duck like other places I’ve been, but it was char siu bbq roast ducked that was minced. The 2nd dish was pork lad nar with level 7 spice. And it was super delicious. This place is great for a perfect sized portion of classic Thai dishes. The prices are all around 7.50 and up. I can’t complain about this place. The servers were very nice and take out came out very quick. I will support this mom and pop shop any day.

Diner Review №141

Ordered Uber eats from here. They kept the driver waiting and she mentioned they were rude. They left out the drinks, messed up the order and I only received a partial refund. Avoid this place!!!

Diner Review №142

Priced fair for considerable portions. Service is great even when the house is packed. Food is delicious as always.

Diner Review №143

I ordered a pad Thai from this place. Let me just say that the staff are friendly, but the pad Thai was weird. Salty in some places, bland in others. The noodles were also undercooked or overcooked, I couldn't tell. Also FYI pad Thai contains nuts and the shrimp is not deveined.

I've searched all over for a good pad thai and finally found it. Prices here are very good (went at lunch) and the quantity is good. Not only was my lunch good with my "0" spice request, my lunch partner got an "8" and she said it was very tasty and hot. She never thinks things are very hot, so that's high praise. She said they got it not just spicy hot but with good flavor, too. We'll be back.

Cheapest boat noodles around...I love boat noodles...ask for no sugar on everything you eat, then it should tastes like what it should tastes like...haha!

Diner Review №153

Had ordered delivery in the past and it was fine, but ate inside for the first time today and we were a little disturbed. The bathrooms are disgusting. No paper towels and the doors, door handles, and light switches are caked with dirt. We were grossed out by the server switching from sweeping and mopping to serving our second order of food without washing her hands (while we watched her)... she denied it when I asked her about it. We just won’t be back.

The food is ok and at a low price point, if you don’t mind where it came from.

Diner Review №154

Diner Review №155

Decent food. Not the best, but given the quality of food I've found in Vegas, these guys are pretty decent. The prices are reasonable, the food fresh, and it isn't bad. Very small if you want eat in. I've only done take out

Diner Review №158

Love this spot! Prices are very reasonable and portion sizes are good. I really enjoy the BBQ pork and Chinese sausage fried rice and spicy basil rice plate. Pad thai and Tom kha are also wonderdul. I always order to go and haven't dined in, but the staff is always extremely polite and pleasant. Food gets made very fast! I think the longest wait I had was 15-20 minutes when they were busy. Small restaurant but a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

Diner Review №159

Diner Review №160

Great food and great service. Will definitely eat there again.

Diner Review №161

Awesome. Always good

Diner Review №162

We order to go and the customer service was okay. We order seafood wonton soup and they gave us a completely different soup.

Diner Review №163

First of all, I am a huge fan of the Roasted Duck Curry. I have been for several years (previously, would order from Rampart location). Based on that I would give 5 stars. However, this past week I went twice. Ordered the pepper chicken and then the Mongolian beef. I found both meats to be average quality at best. This may be due to preparation style. Also, each dish came with sliced mushrooms, which were obviously from a can. Definitely not fresh sliced, which I prefer. Just minor details, and since prices are low, I guess you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay a little more for better quality than spend any money at all for something mediocre.

Apologies for the TMI. Also, it was my observation that during my two recent visits on January 24th and 25th, all of the exterior trash cans at this strip mall were loaded to the hilt with garbage. Additionally, the right hand door at Thai Style Noodle House appears to have been broken, and repaired with some kind of makeshift patchwork. The doors to several other businesses at this plaza appear to have been vandalized. I would think the management company for this property would want this otherwise beautiful piece of real estate to look 100%. This kind of image may fly out on the east side but this is Fort Apache! I know it's not quite Summerlin, but close enough.

Diner Review №171

A HIDDEN GEM
There is something about Asian Culture that exudes the epitome of what servant leadership is about. They just take care of you without any questions. They make you feel that they were born into this world for that reason. Coming from a similar feeling, I can really appreciate the big picture.

Recommendations were amazing. I even customized a few dishes that are indicative of Thai Food with their assistance. Tom Yum soup with Clear Noodles and a Shrimp Red Panang Curry. Topping it off with the classic sticky (deliciously f$@kin amazing) rice with Mango.

Service is on point. Food comes out fast and flavors are different (in a great way) than I'm used to with Thai Food. The weather is nice & chilly and I wanted something to warm me up. I asked for it. I got it. Now I'm heading out, barely spent anything, and have sweat dripping down my forehead. I am someone who loves spice but you don't have to get anything here spicy. They make sure to ask you up front.

Thank you Thai House Family. Can't wait to come back!

Diner Review №182

I ordered Delivery to my job which was estimated to take about 45 minutes and they got there in about 20 minutes which was very impressive. I ordered the shrimp pad Thai and the crab Rangoon. The pad Thai was ok, nothing special and no nuts sprinkled on top which i found disappointing. The crab Rangoon seemed under cooked. The dough wasn't crispy and it was full of cream cheese and chives, literally no crab at all. Sad to say but i will not order from this restaurant again.

Diner Review №191

I really love the food here and the prices are very reasonable! We have dined in, ordered for take-out, and we've even ordered from here on some of the delivery apps (Post-mates, Uber Eats... one of those). We've never had a bad experience.

The only thing to be aware of is that they do not mess around when it comes to spice! This has never been a problem for us because my husband and I both LOVE spicy food, but we've found that some Thai places tone it down if you order a 10 and they don't think you can handle a 10. Not this place. When you ask for a level 10 spice you GET a level 10 spie. My limit at other places is about an 8, but at this place it's a 6.

Love this place and will keep getting food from here!

Awesome food.. Great Pad See Ew, Pineapple Shrimp Curry. Crispy Pork is one of our favorites, it's Chinese broccoli with what's like chicharon or some kind of fatty pork bits. If you don't like it too crispy let them know. Thai iced tea was good, as usual, sweet and creamy. Thai iced coffee, good in it's own way.

Amazing value. Rice or noodle and meat dishes for under $10. Quality food.
