Thai Restaurant
Fun atmosphere. Very slow at 12:30pm lunch. Salad was not my favorite but only bc it was a mustard dressing and I don't like mustard. Egg rolls were fantastic, crispy and soft fluffy insides.
Red curry lunch special (spice 3/10) - Fantastic, rich flavor and great heat.
Pad See Ew (spice 4/10) - Always my go to and it was perfect here, especially with beef.
The place is adorable, food is awesome (based on my one dish), service was great. There is a stage for music, but I didn't ask when they have music. However, there were music videos of Thai musicians playing and singing. Awesome!! I ordered vegan drunken noodles with tofu. There is a steamed or fried tofu option. I ordered level 4 spice after my server asking me what I wanted on a scale of 1-10, and telling me that 3 was medium. 4 was pretty spicy, but perfect for me.
Mood - Self Reflection
My relationship with food comes from years of things not always being in my best interest. Isn't it funny how food never judges you. Food is always consistent with what it provides. It entices the senses. Sight/ Touch/ Smell/ Taste/ and Hearing ( yes that crunch sometimes provides solace)
Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to a table. We were agreed if there were any questions. This isn't my first time at the rodeo, so we didn't have any other than what do you recommend. Menus were given and drink order was taken.
Opted for hot Tea of course, chicken Satay, and Red Curry. I had no clue the flavors that would indulge my senses that day. This place did not disappoint in the slightest. It provided the solace I needed.
Interior is quaint yet large enough to host a larger party should you have the need. Everything was very clean. Music was playing in the background.
Would def recommend- pricing was reasonable and the portions were very nice. The customer service we received was so hospitable and courteous.
Location is Craig/ Decatur- ample parking
I used to like this place but after our food we received a couple nights ago I'm done wasting money here. 50 bucks for two entrees and a appetizer is crazy. The curry we got tasted nearly inedible they had put way more spices than usual and it was just gross. The pad Thai was okay but the portion was very stingy. The chicken satay is also such a weak portion for 15 dollars we got 5 lil skewers. Some of them the meat was tough and just low quality. We won't be wasting our money and this rip off establishment anymore and I hope other customers follow suit. These Thai places have become far too comfortable ripping off customers. Do better suns thai
This use to be one of our favorite spots!!!😭🥵 I just ordered a carry out of Panang Curry 🍛 Heat level 2/ medium. It was way to hot 🔥 🥵 to eat!!! I called to have them fix it. They said they couldn't because I left the building with it!!! And told me they didn't put any heat in it. I've been coming here for about 7 or 8 yrs now and have never had a problem. I always order the same thing. I'm not sure if management has changed. It's sad to see a business treat loyal customers like this. Needless to say we won't be back 😞😞
Walking in the vibe is beautiful and relaxing. The waitress was very informative regarding the different dishes on the lunch menu (my son's 1st time with Thai food). Pot stickers and sauce were PERFECT. My daughter had the Green Curry. The rest of us had the Pad Thai Chicken. Level 2 spice was just right for me (I'm slightly sensitive). 3 is the mild, I am speaking for all 4 of us.... we were ALL sad when we finished our meal.
I am a devoted foodie, I have 24 Thai cook books and make Thai and Japanese food often, im saying that I believe I have a very high appreciation for high-quality food preparation .... and I am VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDING SUN'S THAI FOOD & JERKY.
I hope you enjoy your experience as much as we did, I'm confident you will.
Boy...I'm telling you my mouth is on 🔥 📛 fire!!! Well last time I had someone order the spicy fried rice with chicken for me. And it was perfect it wasn't too hot.
I should have asked for the low spice. You have a scale from 1 to 10 and I pick 10. I'm literally drinking water and a smoothie to quench The🥵 Thirst LOL but it was so worth it! But next time I think I'll go down to a 3 level.🤐🥵.
Miss Sun's place is cozy and at certain times they have karaoke night? The food here is awesome! Just don't order a level 10 if you can't handle the hotness.🥵
Food was very fresh tasting and spice level 3 is pretty spicy, spicy enough to sweat so don't get ahead of yourself if you aren't into it but if you are I definitely recommend trying this place out. I got the spicy mint chicken and drunken noodles. Everything was so rich and flavorful and the service was polite and made us feel at home.

It's ok, not like it used to 3, 5 years ago.

Slow, terrible service for delivery drivers. They always take long time to make orders.
This restaurant has good food, however their customer service is terrible. My first time getting food from here they called me saying i need to "come right now" (i was in my car about 5 minutes away) to get my food. I explained i was close AND early, the woman on the phone with me kept repeating herself. Today i ordered take out, and not only was the wait time pushing an hour with only two tables sat, they ruined my order. I had ordered the pad see ew as spicy, but it was entirely inedible. I was raised in a household where REAL AUTHENTIC spicy food is made everyday, so i have a high spice tolerance. When I called the store with my complaint about the food, they said it was on me and the kitchen can't guess how much spice I can handle. (mind you, I ordered 2 orders of the pad see ew, one mild and the other spicy and they tasted the exact same.) They continued to argue with me on the phone and talked to me like I was stupid. The man on the phone explained that the spice level is dependent on how much chili oli they add. They clearly did not even check the spice levels, as they were THE EXACT SAME. The service is terrible, and unfortunately I will not be coming back to this establishment again. Such a shame, the restaurant has so much potential but the workers are rude and inconsiderate. The owner needs to read these reviews and perhaps do something about the numerous service complaints. MIND YOU, MY FRIEND AND I ATE TWO BITES 30 MINUTES AGO (our mouths still hurt.) AND OUR STOMACHS HURT AND WE HAVE HEARTBURN. IT WAS ENTIRELY INEDIBLE. IT IS NOT A CONCERN ABOUT HOW MUCH SPICE I CAN HANDLE WHEN IT IS HARMING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

highly underrated Thai restaurant. I think the plaza that it's in sets the wrong atmosphere but once you get step inside it's a wonderful vibe and they have music playing there sometimes. The beef jerky is ridiculously good and the masaman curry is crazy. just be aware that this is a Thai place. so when you order on their 1 to 10 scale of spiciness three is already spicy in American standards. 9/10 restaurant. good portions and great food.
This used to be my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas, but I have celiac disease and their pad Thai is no longer gluten free, so I’ll have to find a new Thai spot. I’m sad.
Amazing food and service! Was a little warm in the restaurant, but no other complaints and our party was very happy.
Food was delicious BUT on multiple occasions they gave me curry that was only %20 meat/vegetables and pad Thai that had 2 or 3 pieces of meat, very stingy on servings
The times I've gone the food is always fantastic when it comes to flavor and presentation. The staff has a great attitude there! So far it's the only Thai spot that I adore.

BEST THAI FOOD! The spice is serious and it is consistently more flavorful and amazingly delicious!! My husband and I Have been coming here weekly and will continue to.
The live music from hell i will never go back.
Always the best. Always fresh!
I just keep going back to this Thai place over others because their panang curry is sooooooo good! I asked for extra veggies and boy did they deliver! I honestly can’t get enough. It’s spicy, and extremely delicious!
Thai foods...
I love it...

Fantastic food, friendly service and wonderful live music!

Very polite and great server. Food was delicious one of the best Thai food in Vegas I’ve tried. Lunch specials was perfect for me. Place is small and can be discouraging from the outside but inside is cozy and decors are nice. They do live music too never seen it though. Recommend this place for Thai food in the north Las Vegas
Fun Thai restaurant with live entertainment depending on when you go. The curries are my favorite!
Came here on a Sunday with my family excited to try the food because we buy her jerky from the downtown summerlin market.
Their hours state they open at 12pm, we arrived 12:02 and a one middle aged man, and a young woman was just arriving (they seemed to be the owners) so we have them some time to open up, and 30 minutes later, another party arrived to try to open their door and they were still closed despite their open sign being turned on.
We left and ate elsewhere.
Excelwnte sabor
This is an awesome place!!!! The food, I tried a plate and it was really good, the service was much better but the ambient was fantastic, its a must visit place to people that lives here in Vegas, it's so relaxing and calm, the decoration and music combine perfectly, so far this is one of my favorite places to come to eat and relax.
Great Thai food
The BEST mfn Thai food you'll eat around here. I would highly recommend adding this place on your food bucket list
My go to place for amazing Thai food! I eat here at least once a week. My fav is the tum yum and they can make it really spicy for you!!!
Small family owned business with authentic food that is packed with flavor and packs a punch! If you don't like a lot of heat, ask for a "1" out of "5" as their food can be spicy. A couple of our favorites are their pineapple fried rice (hold the raisins for us) and the spicy mint pork. We order a heat level "2" for both.
This place is amazing! From the food to the customer service. I have literally eaten here 3 times in one week before. Everyone who visits from out of town, including my kids just can't get enough. My daughter orders the Masaman Curry and says it's the best she has ever had. I have tried multiple dishes here, and I have never been disappointed.
I love their Thai jerky, the drunken noodles are wonderful and I always look forward to the mango with sticky rice when it's in season ❤️
Food is good but service and wait time is horrible. I waited an hour for a pickup order.
I was very disappointed here. The food was ok. But the service was not. The server was too busy eating to serve me. Then he rushed my Thai tea too me and it had too much cream. Then, the curry came out with a tiny spoonful of rice. And they know you will have to ask for more, so they can charge 2.50 more for another spoonful. They also don’t give a refill on tw. (Amazing Thai up the road does and their curry tastes better) but they also treat the customer better. Not coming back. They made it very obvious that they don’t care much about customer service. And they are okay I g Freddy games instead of providing a fair situation. Forty dollars later, my soul is still insulted.
Overall just very disappointed with the food. Probably the worst $80 meal I’ve ever had.
We ordered the Thai jerky (felt like a must because of the name of the place) the crying Tiger beef (had seen a video of it elsewhere and felt I had to try it, this being a place that happened to be close to us and had it on the menu, we had to check it out) pad se ew with beef and yellow curry both of which are Thai staples for us. Jerky was exactly like other Thai jerky I’ve had other places, not bad. Pad se ew came out next, it was bland, seemed like it has just been stir fried in oil, and was absent of spice (we ordered it spicy). The cry tiger beef, lord save your $15, I asked the waiter what cut of beef it was, he didn’t know, but the photo on the wall reassured me it would be a thick juicy seared steak with dipping sauce. I asked him if thats what it was, he said yes. What came out was thin charred strips of what tasted like a cut up Burger King patty, same grey color too. They should just take that off the menu if that’s what they’re serving. Last was the yellow curry, we had asked for spices for the bland noodles, so he may have told the kitchen to make the curry spicy but it was like they dumped a laddle of those dried red chilies in there. It came with one ice cream sized scoop of rice. By that time I was over it, I didn’t want to ask for rice to go so I didn’t take the curry. We paid the bill, tipped the waiter 20% but won’t ever be back.
Food and service was amazing!
Order took an hour ,thats 30 minutes past the projected 30 min after we called it in so prepayed for it and tipped and sat for that half hour ,during which time I decided to purchase a can of diet coke for $2.75 and enjoyed that until our order arrived .Got it home the pad thai was a mushy looking mess yet I still tried it yielding an inedible rotten shrimp ,prompting me to spit it out onto my plate and thats as far as I went before tossong the whole mess into the trash can ,where this place's food/service belong . First and Last time for this place .
One of the greatest Thai restaurants near me. Absolutely love this small restaurant.
Food was great
I have eaten here a few times I always order yellow curry chicken and it’s delicious anytime I love my food spicy and this is definitely spicy 🌶 Plus live music and karaoke what’s not to have
I ordered online they charged me twice and I never got my food 😡
Very good
Boy...I'm telling you my mouth is on 🔥 📛 fire!!!
I have ordered takeout 5 times. 2/5 times the order has been incorrect. The first time my order was incorrect, I didn't discover it until I got home. This time ordered Thai beef jerky, pad Thai no spice, pad see ew spicy, and pineapple fried rice medium spicy. This time I checked the order in the car and it was incorrect. The pad Thai was spicy, pad see ew had no spice, and the pineapple fried rice had no spice. I brought it back in and asked for a refund. I asked for a refund but they refused. They offered to add the spice and take off the spice. Not sure how they could do that. I asked for them to remake it at first and they refused. There was some back and forth but no resolution. Originally when I ordered the pickup time was 40 minutes from when I placed the order. I couldn't wait another 10-15 minutes so I left, I had a toddler in the car screaming and a 2 month old crying. Obviously, I can't dine in or wait around. The customer service was disappointing. They almost made it seem like it was my fault, luckily I ordered online and I was able to prove my order was incorrect. The cook came out and said she made everything with no spicy. Why? That's not the order. And why is the pad Thai spicy if you didn't add spice? The fact that this place is far from home, lack of customer service, and 2 incorrect orders is more than enough reason not to return. They lost me as a customer.
We used to love this place! We have been coming here for years but as of late the quality of the food has really gone down the drain. My pad Thai was just a soggy mess as if it had been sitting out for a while and the papaya salad my husband ordered was just awful. We are never coming here again. It’s not the first time we’ve had bad food from here. He last four times it’s been the same. So that’s it for us. Time to look for a new Thai spot.
I'm not exaggerating when I say I haven't had thai this good in literal years. Reminds of the stuff I'd get at the temple in LA, or the small mom and pop shops in my old neighborhood. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places as well. If your looking for a quality, casual place to go with friends or family, this is a great choice.
The pinapple fried rice was amazing. Highly recommend
Unfortunately, my fiancée and I came for a quick lunch. Ordered Tom Yum and Green Curry. The Tom Yum came first. We actually waited 10-15 minutes before i had to stand up to find my server so I can ask where the green curry was.
After sometime the green curry arrived. Unfortunately, the Green Curry is anything but green and they used a chinese satay oil spice to heat up the dish rather than real spices. (The oil sitting on the top and the non green curry were dead give aways)
Anyway, we paid for the meal as it's a small business but didn't eat the food because of the disappointment in the service and the dish. Overall not a great experience.
I recommend using proper chilis in your recipes, and a better process for front of the house. The server seemed to have his hands full with only 2 tables.
To top it off, the owner "sun" who advertises her face on the restaurant seemed to not care about the experience her customers were having. We were very verbose and literally talking to the server 2 ft from her. I'd question an establishment with an owner that doesn't care much about the customers satisfaction.
Based on previous reviews and my experience here, i think the owner should really start taking these reviews and customers seriously, otherwise this restaurant will lose a lot more business.
We ordered crab raccoons and for 8 pieces they give you a half full little cup of sauce.
Great Thai food and atmosphere. Go on a karaoke night.
We loved the Tom yum soup, house fried rice and pad Thai noodles. Service was a little slow but food was on point.
My wife and I have been ordering from them for approx 8 months. When we first started this was 5* hands down the best!!! The last 3-4 times we have ordered the food quality has diminished and the taste of the food is getting bland. In addition, the amount of meat has greatly decreased to the point where my chicken pad Thai barely had any chicken in it.
We will be taking our business elsewhere for now on.
Good Thai food . Clean and fresh. Fast service . They also do Delivery for you Devils Lettuce Connoisseurs that are couch locked .
The Thai tea, pot stickers, and hot & sour soup were delicious! But so disappointed with the drunken noodles.
The noodles were really chewy and overcooked. The chicken fried rice had the flavor of burnt….. unfortunately we probably won’t be coming back.
Good food.
Amazingly sad how much the quality of food has gone down in the past year. I user to get pad thai and fried rice all the time but they must have changed their recipe. Pad thai went from a homemade taste to the box you find the frozen aisle. It's disgusting.
The food there is delicious I got the cashew chicken and I got the sticky rice which is the best sticky rice I've ever had. I got it to go and I got it home and the container broke the gravy spilled all over my floor and on my chair on my feet and everything was cold the sticky rice was hot but the food is delicious just if you order out or go to pick it up or something I would just eat there for hot food and then I would bring my own container to bring it home because the containers are so cheap and flimsy it was a mess and I missed out on my gravy which was delicious but I'm going to go back.
Outstanding food and the lunch specials are the best.
Ordered by phone & picked up yesterday. Tom Yum was VERY salty. I like salty food but this one is a NO.. waaaay VERY salty that my system couldn't take it. Had to add lots of lemon & water to be able to eat it. Red curry was watery & VERY salty as well, i didn't order a curry soup & thats what I got. We couldn't enjoy the food. Wont be coming back!
Excellent choice for Thai in NW Las Vegas. We have some amazing Thai restaurants and this is one of them. Very affordable add delicious.
The best thai in the area.
Excellent restaurant! I thoroughly enjoyed the food, ambiance, and soothing jazz music that played while I dined here. I ordered the ginger chicken with mushrooms, pineapple fried rice, Thai tea, and fried bananas with vanilla ice cream for dessert. As soon as I took a bite of the ginger chicken, I began to nod my head, and I never stopped shaking my head as my taste buds loved everything I ate and drank.
I have a low tolerance for spicy food and the level of spicy ranges from 1-10. I specified that I wanted my ginger chicken to be a three, and although tolerable, it was too spicy for me. A level 1 on the spicy scale was just right for me.
I also liked that they give such large helpings. I had to get a to-go plate because I unwittingly ordered dinner for two without realizing it. The male staff member gave excellent service and emanated a welcoming vibe. He also steered me away from the sticky mango rice because it is out of season ( I appreciated his honesty). I love mangos, and I wanted to try the sticky rice. However, the male employee said he wouldn't recommend the sticky mango rice until May, when the mangos are sweeter.
This restaurant is official, and I will return! The pricing is reasonable too. The two dishes I ordered, dessert and Thai tea, came out to 38 dollars and some change.
Great tasting Thai food at reasonable prices.
Good food. Worth a visit.
I was going to go to pei wei but im too hung over and its too hot to drive all that way plus rush hour. Settle for something close, sun’s thai food. Terrible!
First the menu on google maps is incorrect, they don’t have hawaiian jerky or even the small size, back it up, first, first call goes right to voicemail had to call back not sure if this family resturant survived covid, back on track now. Basic drunkin chicken noodle, lady said 1-10 spice, 3 is average (3 is is the new zero), got it home, there was 2 broccoli’s, dirty pan brown noodle and a decent amount of chicken chunks but all i can taste is SALT, my lips have since cracked and are beginning to bleed, bottom line no your limit don’t drink and drive at night and don’t drink soo much that the next day ya don’t wanna drive 10 mins longer for a better meal. 👎🏼👎🏼
Spice lvl varies. Pad thai 6 is not as hot as fried rice 6. 1-10 and 3 is medium? Still delicious Thai food.
Food was pretty good when I ordered for pickup the online price was different than when I got there they tacked on a $2 gratuity to the bill online ordering doesn't show that $2 ain't no big deal but they should disclose that online
my fave restaurant hands down. best thai food in vegas, esp their chicken pad thai, fried rice, sweet & sour; the most delicious salad and soup that comes with your lunch specials i've ever tasted; their amazing chai iced tea; and of course the best locally made jerkeys i've tasted. thankQ
If you are looking for a good, inexpensive Thai restaurant, look no further. The food here, whether it's an appetizer, entree or dessert, is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend for lunch or dinner.
I've been going to a lot of asian resturaunts and I am so happy! This by far was my favorite place, it had a really nice vibe inside and the food was great! A lot of the food was misspelled but it was very funny. Would recommend!
Food is beyond good.
I've been at least 20 times in the last 2 months. The food here is always delicious. Staff goes above and beyond. I'm surprised and grateful the place isn't packed from open to close.
The best hot soup in town
My favorite spot to get Red curry, this is my favorite dish and I have been to several places to try it and this is hands down my favorite one so far, definitely recommend it.
Ok service. Our food was cold. Asked them to heat it up and they took the food. 15 min went by and our waitress came out and said she would ask them to heat up the food. Another 15 min went by and they brought it out luke warm. On the way out the door they were carrying in a stack of chafing dishes. Not sure they actually have a working hot plate or microwave.
Best thai we've ever had! we just traveled from Seattle just for Sun's!
Great food. Good is delicious and very reasonably priced. Great 1hr lunch place. Service kind of slow, but they're sweet and family owned and always get us out in time for work during lunch breaks. Just let them know when you sit down. The level 3 "medium" curry was pretty spicy compared to other places. I would suggest spicing down if you're sensitive. Delicious curry.
This place never disappoints! The panang curry is outstanding and the garlic pepper chicken keeps us coming back. Warning. You may be tempted to pound on the door at 0300 to get more.
Absolutely amazing food. Just go.
The best Thai food we've ever had. We are so glad it is so close to home as well! Make sure to get the Thai fried rice!!
Co-workers and I have lunch from here at least once a month and they never disappoint! We usually have the pad thai or the pad see ew. Food is always fresh and the service is nice 👌 recommended!
The food here is excellent! It's hard to find good Thai restaurants in the Northwest area of Vegas. Growing up eating Thai food, I can say this food is "authentically " Thai. The beef noodle soup, chicken larb, and panang curry are wonderful dishes! The pad Thai and basil chicken are excellent choices as well.
Delicious and prices are great. Good size portions.
Great hole in the wall! Inside is a little run down but the food makes up for it.
I ordered lunch today at 11 a.m. and was told it would be ready in 20 min. I arrived 25 minutes later and was told it would be another 5 minutes and 15 minutes later still no lunch. Finally at 11:55 I said I will have to cancel and she said too late you paid, you have to wait. What a nightmare.
My favorite place to get thai in vegas!!! great atmosphere and food.
Great Food!
Go for the lunch specials
Two stars because the food is actually delicious but their prices are not as fantastic, customer service is lacking, and consistency is terrible.
I ordered tom yum Kai soup Thursday and the container was all the way full. So excited to get so much soup and didn’t mind the ten dollar price tag since it was delicious and a good amount.
Ordered tonight and got a 3/4 full thing of soup for the same amount called to ask about it and they said that Thursday and tonight they actually gave me too much since a bowl is only half and a hot pot which is $3 more is the full container. They said that they’ll make sure to make it more clear that it’s only supposed to be half full for $10.
Ordered a plate of pad Thai chicken which is the same price of $10 and that was a healthy portion and also delicious.
We won’t be back for the Tom yum I guess since $10 for half a container isn’t worth it but also $13 isn’t worth it for the whole container.
Yummy
Love their food and the prices are not expensive
Very good service, waitress was patient and understanding, I ordered a beef pad Thai with a 3 spicy level and it was delicious, definitely would recommend
Our first Thai restaurant experience in Las Vegas and I wasn’t impressed. Wanted shrimp rolls but they were sold out, so we order garlic pepper shrimp and combination rice $30 for a small serving I don’t recommend
We had the lunch special. It was very good. Customer service was fine.
Awesome food, I love the Thai chef here, I come here at least 2x a week. Great deal on lunch special.
We visited from Utah hoping to find a quality Thai place in Vegas, and I think we found it at Sun's. The jerky is deep fried and served with a delicious sauce. We got the pad thai, and it had a quality spice to it, but they also had options to go more mild if needed. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and authentic. The owner stopped by and was extremely friendly and made sure we enjoyed our experience. The wait staff was also a joy to be around. We will definitely make this place a regular stop as we pass through Vegas from now on.
🔥 📛 👨🚒 🚒 🧯
The price is higher and you getting less food. The rice was very wet tonight.
Food was fresh and hot. Veggies were scarce in veggie dishes, fried wontons over fried and oil tasted old. Greeter was friendly and prompt.
Ordered online and added to the specific direction section...asked for mint chicken. With ground chicken, and recieved chicken pieces...I recieved no steamed rice with the meal and spent over 50 bucks...I've ordered in past and food has been good and hot and made the way I order it.and always comes with steamed rice...But not today...
Nice place to hang out, good food, good service.
I ordered a plate of “Spicy Mint Chicken” for me and my wife. They asked what spicy level would I like, I wanted a spicy level 7 for me and a spicy level 3 for my wife because she doesn’t like to spicy.
These people made the same batch of chicken with the same level of spicy and it gave my wife an asthma attack.
Think twice about ordering here they will mess up your order, especially on UberEats / other delivery apps.
Would give negative stars if I could.
What a Wonderful hidden gem! This is the real deal! For me it's a 4 way win: food, service, funky decor and music. Haven't had a bad bite in the 10+ things I tried. As previous posts said, warning, spicey level 3 is medium. I really dig the music too. It has an old Vegas style vibe.
We've never eaten inside the restaurant so this is based on take out or delivery only.
Have ordered 4x so far and everything is excellent! MUST REMEMBER their heat scale is very hot! My husband loves hot food but will only get a 4 at most. Myself, usually a 1 or 2.
Pad thai lunch special was delicious!
For dinner I usually get the green curry with chicken and comes with white rice. I usually get 2 meals out of it! So amazing! My husband gets thai fried rice with chicken which is delicious and we get appetizers like the chicken satay.
It's all very fresh tasting and flavors complex. We had to wait a little over an hour when we were on lock down but everybit worth the wait!! Just wish I took pictures!
Wow, the food is fantastic!
Really enjoyed food recommend everyone to try this place!!
Very disappointed. We've eaten at Sun Thai several times and have ordered from them in the past as well. But ever since the "Pandemic", when we've ordered from them, the quality has gone down. I always order the spicy fried rice with shrimp, wether I am dinning in or for delivery. The last two times there has been at the most mybe five shrimp in my shrimp fried rice. So when I ordered this time I mentioned it to the person who took the order. I even asked how many shrimp are suppose to be in it because when we dine in, there has never been a issue. So our food comes and what do you know, It had four shrimp and a piece of one...I didn't say anything before because the lockdown had started but we wanted to support Sun Thai during this time. I would think that if you are receiving returning business especially with all that is going on, you would make sure those customers are satisfied. And if it was brought to your attention, you would really make sure that the order would satisfying for the customer. Very, very, very, disappointed to the lack of attention! On a good note, the spicy rice was good ( even though the shrimp was missing), curry soup great, the thai jerky was pretty well ccoked and drier than usual but still had great flavor, eggrolls good:) The spicy fried rice with shrimp is my favorite that's the reason for the 2 stars this time.
I ordered 5 dishes and none of them tasted good. Didn't taste good at all, meat was very hard, vegetables over cooked. Looks like 5 day old food, just warmed up in the microwave.
Best thai food I've had in my entire miserable life but this place makes it woth living
Rude staff
Great food and great prices!
love this place.
Pineapple fried is the best also combination chow mein
Always love the food and the staff are very friendly.
Pad thai was great and wonton soup was flavorful
Beautiful vibes gorgeous culture! Beautiful people
Their spicy fried rice was not great at all , Really salty & they add to many onions and pepper to the point where you could hardly have fried rice in your mouth. Their plates are not clean at all , spotted some food stains and i scrapped it off which was very disgusting. Right when I walked in , it didn’t spell really pleasing . They made us sit right next to the bathroom , and right when my husband went inside the bathroom, the bad smell came from the men’s bathroom, their toilet was clogged. I decided to go into the womens bathroom & I found it weird how a mirror was right in front of the toilet ..... I do not recommend this place at all .
We absolutely love this place. Location off of Craig and Decatur, truly delicious food and fabulous staff. They have an excellent variety to choose from and our big family has tried almost everything on the menu.
Green chicken curry at a spice level 5 is my go to. Fabulous chunks of white chicken meat, bamboo, Thai basil leaves, I ask for
Chunks of tomato to compliment my bell peppers. Absolutely delicious and spicy. If I’m sick, this soup will help me feel better as it gets my sinuses going!
The beef noodle is amazing. A delicious warm beef broth accents of Thai basil, onion base as well. You get beautiful huge noodles. The entire bowl is delicious.
We like the crab rangoons, shaped like triangles but in depth flavor. Very delicious with or without the sauce they bring you.
Pad Thai is always a hit and amazing as well as their Thai fried rice or pineapple fried rice.
Pricing isn’t bad, if we take the family of 5 it’s about $60.
Great flavors
Me encanta la comida Thailandesa y mas porque te la preparan en el memento
We went in for lunch and it was a great, delicious meal for awesome prices. The serving size was perfect to leave me satisfied for the rest of the afternoon.
Great atmosphere and amazing karaoke presenter with a great voice, so even if there’s no singers for karaoke he will entertain. Plus food is good.
We have dined here many times over the past few years. We love the pad thai noodles. I think that they are better than any other than we have had here in town. We also love the pineapple fried rice. It is a great mix of sweet and savory. In addition to that, they are very accommodating to our vegetarian lifestyle. The cherry on top of this place is their Karaoke nights on Friday and Saturday each week. You can enjoy your favorite thai dishes while singing your heart out whether you can sing or not and enjoy the other patrons musical stylings as well.
I love the papaya salad!
I really love this place the food is very dam good y'all ok
Food and atmosphere was great
To greasy. Not a lot of taste
Best Thai food in this area
One of the best in town
2nd time here and even better than the first which was good. Delicious
The worst Thai food i've had in Vegas in 27 years I've lived here. We picked up food on our lunch and got the Tom Kha Kai soup, Beef Panang and Yellow Curry with a Thai tea. We were not given the Thai tea. The soup was pure sugar which was supposed to be mid spicy. I can only assume that they used way too much coconut milk. it was already separating. The curry was watery and should be much thicker. The potatoes were still raw from the yellow curry so edible. The panang was the best out of all of it but the meat was a pink color and should be brown. They will never get my business and I will spread the word to not order from here.
Lastly, I told the manager I wanted a refund and she said to bring the food back! Really, I'm on my lunch and I'm going to drive all the way back to get my refund. Here's an idea, have some customer service and refund my credit card!
Amazing little mom and pop shop.
The massaman curry is absolutely delicious!
Good food. Nice eviroment. Prompt service. Nothing bad tonsay.
Ordered the Pad See Ew and shrimp fried rice. All great!
Amazing atmosphere great for the kids or date night!
Best Thai food
Tried this place today after seeing its reviews and I was not disappointed. Great food, environment and service. Must try if you're looking for authentic thai food on this side of town
Karaoke and Nice Food
didn’t answer the phone
The lunch specials are very much worth the price! Great value. The service was kind and quick as well! I ordered the red curry chicken lunch special at a spice level of 5 (just above medium) and it was great! Of course, I really enjoy my food with a little spice. Although I would especially recommend this to anyone with a spice-loving palette, they have plenty of less spicy items as well.
