Insanely delicious. Every plate was fantastic. So much flavor packed in every bite.

What a fun surprise! I loved the vibe, the bar, and the wallpaper that created an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. The wine list was extensive, such a great range of wines from all over the world and gently priced. The food was exceptional! Pork shoulder curry had such a wide range of flavors, spices that were so elegantly balanced. The breading on the pork belly was clean and not greasy as well, and the tuna tartare was fresh and delicious. Absolutely loved the whole experience — one of my favorite parts— open until 2am! Highly recommend coming here on a date night or with a group of friends and ordering a multitude of bottles with food!

Bank and his wife Pimmy are so friendly they just opened about a month ago. The restaurant is so nice and intimate.
Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Another incredible dining experience by Bank, with the wine list to match his food.

Anyone with a Thai craving or looking for something different from food or wine in Vegas needs to go check out Jipata.

Jipata is a wonderful wine bar in a bit of a hidden spot. Bank is a great person to talk to and an excellent chef as well. I am happy to have found out about this place and I will tell the few other wine folks I know to keep it in mind when in Chinatown.

First off, the ambience and vibe is great. The music and the dark browns and navy blue interior with the cool Edison lighting and chic. Interior is fantastic.

Obviously, we don't go to restaurants just for the ambience, but it does make you feel comfortable. The food was great as well. If you have had any of their food at other concepts, like Chada, Chada Street, Lamaii, or The Patio, you would know that the food is always on point.

We had the Drunken Spaghetti with bacon and shrimp and that was a little bit spicier than I expected. We also had some very traditional dishes like the braised pork shoulder panang curry, the crab fried rice, and the pad Kra Pow with egg. All hit the spot and they can edit your spice level.

The service was great, the food came out really quick and we were in and out in 70 minutes. We certainly could have lingered a little bit longer, but we were off to get some ice cream.

Definitely worth going and having a few dishes here.
