The fried rice needed some type of sauce for flavor but there were plenty of vegetables. The sushi rolls were good, especially the chucky roll, as were the appetizers we tried.

But we ordered so much food that I didn't notice till we were finished eating . I highly recommend this place for Thai food in the Springfield area .

The food was delicious! The wontons were superb, and the Bangkok Chicken was phenomenal. The sushi we tried was very pretty and tasty too. I will go back if nothing else just for the wontons.

We called back and told them about the mistake. The same guy that yelled at me before tried to blame the mistake on me. Then tried to give us a free order of crab Rangoon or give us the spice to take home to add to our food. The "chef " refused to remake the order. The guy on the phone was rude and made my wife cry on. They offered a discount as if that will make our current order correct. It makes me worry as to what they may do if I go back for the "discount ". I also ordered a sushi roll with extra Wasabi. I can't attach a picture to show how it was given to me. Looks as if it was just tossed into the container. There is a smaller than normal dab of Wasabi. Very poor customer service.

My soup was very watered down today. After one bite I asked for a refund and was told that since I ordered it there was no refund. I have only rarely not loved their food. Very disappointed in their customer service today. Will not be back again.

We went to Thai Palace and Sushi for the first time yesterday for lunch. Our table had been freshly cleaned and the dining room was also very clean. The waitress was very nice and helpful in helping us select our meals. The food came out very hot and the ingredients were fresh and so yummy! We had the Kung Pow Chicken and the Mommamia and Tiger Sushi. All I would highly recommend! I will be back for sure!

This is treat night for me and my wife. That once a month splurge. Great rolls.

It was so amazing ! I loved my food so much! Everything was hot and fresh and tastes perfect ! I got crab ran goons which were the best I've ever had ! Spring rolls which were so amazing and the sweet n sour chicken with rice. It was all perfect. Absolutely recommend!

This place is close by our house so we go here but I think the price is a little high.. They do have a rice soup inside as long as you dine in that is really good I think all it is ground up rice with hot water but nevertheless it's delicious.

Awesome place!!!

We use to order this place at least once a week, but now days we might get what we actually ordered or we might not! I don't know if it's the 16 year Olds running the front or the language barrier from the front of house to the back but they couldn't get a order right if you typed it on a letter head and hand delivered it! The last 4 of 5 times we have ordered its been wrong now and today was the last time we order.

I highly recommend Thai Palace. All the food I've tried is exquisite, the staff is friendly, the place is clean and inviting, and best of all, the prices won't break the bank. It's my favorite restaurant in Ozark.

Fantastic food and service. We stopped by randomly on our road trip back home from Branson to KC, and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and the friendly and helpful server. We ordered a variety of different types of appetizers and dishes, and all of them were fresh and flavorful. This place is a real gem.

Great Food, Good People

Always the go to if you can't figure it what you want to eat. The people are friendly, on their game of getting food out quickly and always smiling. Kudos to you Thia palace. Will be back and harass the waiters and waitresses. They enjoy the bantering.

My wife and I waited for over an hour for our order, and when it finally showed up it was incorrect . Maybe 12-15 people in the restaurant and we where the second table of the day to be seated... first and last time we will visit this place.

One of our favorite restaurants always have fresh food and great service. They also have to go service too. Stop by and take some home for the family bring them in or order for lunch.

Stopped here for lunch while traveling. The mossamen curry, sushi, and drunken noodles were delicious. Atmosphere was clean. Our server was great too! Would definitely recommend and come back again when back in the area. Delicious Thai food.

On this visit, we had Thai tea, spicy California roll, California roll, Tempora shrimp roll, and a Mamamia roll. We enjoy Thai tea every time there. We have also eaten the different stir fries & Currys they offer, and we haven't been disappointed. Everything is fresh and delicious.

I had the rainbow roll and it was made fresh with fresh fish one of the best ones I’ve had.
Cashew chicken was very good also.

This is not a Thai restaurant. This is more like a generic Asian restaurant. Service is slow and food all tastes the same in fact all the dishes we ordered came with the exact same sauce and no spice. The only thing near any kind of real Thai food was the green curry which was mediocre at best. The one thing this place does well is really make you wish Yi’s in Nixa was still open.

Terrible customer service - great food. The food is always great, and we love it. The service is terrible. We will get a 25 minute estimate on our food. It often turns into one hour, an hour and a half, or last time, we picked up our food over two hours after we ordered it. Showed up on time, and they charged us before food was ready so we were on the hook. Then it was “10 more minutes.” Then it was another “Just 10 more minutes.” When we asked if we should just go home, they said yes and to just come back before closing in an hour. Then we got back and they’d given part of the order to someone else (not uncommon). Finally we got the food and it was delicious. I wouldn’t even have a problem with the wait times if they would just give us a reasonable time estimate. Just say “Sorry. We are short staffed. We won’t get to your order for at least an hour and a half.” Basically we only order this food when it’s gonna be something extra for the evening, and we have no schedule that day.

Ok, we’ve been coming here for years. Love the food, but we have been here for an hour. We could have went somewhere else in the amount of time we’ve been waiting. The place isn’t even that busy. Have some respect for the people that keep your business open by respectfully letting them know how long they MAY be waiting. You may lose them for the visit, but it’s better than losing the customer permanently.

Day after Christmas, one server, full house, and still amazing service and food!! Not sure what her name is, but she is a great server/multi-tasker/with a lovely disposition!!

People were nice, but I wasn't impressed with the food at all. Not what I was expecting for Thai.

Had lunch here today. This was hands down the most bland Thai food I've ever had. Had the Tom Kha Ghai for an app and it was nearly clear from being watered down and had almost zero flavor. I had the chicken red curry for an entree and my wife had Pad Thai. My curry didn't even have enough liquid to cover the meat and veggies and the Pad Thai was just noodles that were drenched in a sweet sauce. I should have known better when I walked in and didn't see any other patrons. I would steer clear of this place if what I experienced today was normal for them.

I try to order online their phone is busy or not working. And they're really short on staff.

This place was AMAZING me and my dad were coming home from Branson and decided to stop for some Japanese food just to try it and it was worth it the food took a while to come to our table but the wait was so worth it the sushi was really really good along with the Crab Rangoon the customer service was very good as well, definitely going to eat there again soon!☺️

The food is phenomenal and today they prepared it very quickly to accommodate for our lunch break! However, the waitress is extremely rude. This isn't the first time she's been hateful. Today she seemed extremely bothered that I decided not to get a salad, because they didn't have the Thai salad anymore. She asked multiple times very curtly if I didn't want the regular salad. I said no, just the sushi is fine. She did not bring us utensils to eat with for over 5 minutes, when we asked for them, she told us we had to wait. She never asked what we wanted to drink. She watched us grab our own glasses from the bar and pour our own water. Then she proceeded to ask all the other customers if they wanted refills on their drinks. She tossed the check booklet next to me and said our ticket was ready and walked away.

It's really sad her poor customer service has to reflect on the restaurant. We very much enjoy their food and how close they are.

The service here was great but the food was just lacking flavor. My wife and I both got the basil chicken which at most places is a spicy dish. I ordered the large lunch size and she had regular size. Both portions were about right.

Sushi wasn't good, cashew chicken lacking flavor, chicken fried rice lacking flavor, fried chicken overdone. I work in the restaurant industry and I know when food has love behind it. Unfortunately, the food showed me they don't care about their customers.

Being a local Ive ate just about everywhere in town. This is the worst sushi i've ever had. The rice tastes like dish soap and is not worth even trying. Save your time and money and drive 0.5 down the street to Maru.

I'm super disappointed in the service here tonight. I ordered sushi, boyfriend had pad Thai, daughter had soup & son had chicken fried rice. Took 40 mins for my sushi. By the time the rest of my family got food, more than an HOUR had passed. Not one employee came to talk to us about why it was taking so long. I will think twice the next time I feel like I want to eat here.

I've been coming to this place for a long time I really do enjoy the food. Today is Wednesday September 15th. I called for order I was on hold for 11 minutes. And then they hung up on me. So I drove to the place order my food and I was still waiting for five minutes while she bust a table. They only had one worker working in there. Not good business appeared they've lost a lot of customers there were people waiting to sit down and people trying to calling and they could not get through. Great food but bad service

These two stars belong to the food. It was very delicious. However, it took over 40 min to get sushi and longer to get our main dishes. I read reviews from months ago and the business responded when someone mentioned the long waits or cold dishes, but obviously they have not improved these. Our wait staff did not seem to operate so much as wait staff but did more take out ordering and payment. All of our drinks were empty and not one of us got a refill the 1.5 hours we were there. I had to take the bill up to the counter and the woman working just stared ay me waiting for me to initiate a conversation when I was literally handing her the ticket and had said I need to pay the bill. Then after repeating she got it. I understand if they were having a rough night but this, according to these reviews seems pretty normal. This would be a fantastic place and would generate more revenue if they turned tables faster. My suggestion is if you really want the food order takeout. Otherwise plan on a couple hours.

Not a lot of flavor, I had ginger chicken not any fresh ginger or garlic. The rest of my party where disappointed too. Thai food is usually so flavorful, this not so much.

I love their Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. Usually you can call ahead and order for carryout, and they will have it ready for you within 10-15 minutes--which is really quick! The girls who have waited on me are always very friendly and helpful. So glad Ozark has this gem!

Service was terrible even though when we were seated there was only one other table occupied. It took over 40 minutes to be served our food. I think they may have had to make a run to Price Cutter behind them to get my food. I ordered the dynamite shrimp and chicken (listed on the recommended favorites menu) and all it consisted of was fried chicken and frozen breaded shrimp with sweet chili sauce on the side from a bottle. Very disappointing.
Also, after asking for a to go box 3 times and waiting almost 10 minutes, I finally just went to the shelf and got my own. The server watched me and said nothing.

Very busy, took almost an hour to get food from time we came in. Sushi was warm. Main dishes had cold spots, not heated through. The two young ladies working were very pleasant and professional. They weren't rattled by customers expressing frustrations over delays with their orders. From what I could see, it looked like there was only one guy working the kitchen. I think I'll give this place another shot. Anybody can have a bad day.

Ordered a Thai tea, drunken noodles and spring rolls. The tea was more like all ice with a splash of tea and the rest half and half. Noodles were bland and the spring rolls was just lettuce. Waist of money...I won't be back.

The Sushi was the only thing decent about our experience. My wife ordered sushi and soup which was served at the same time as our appetizer. Me and my daughter waited another 20 minutes for our food to arrive. I ordered the sesame chicken, she ordered the sweet and sour. Both Chinese dishes were so bland they weren't worth eating, sauces tasted like they had been watered down to nothing. My wife would buy the sushi again but with service and quality I wouldn't return with a gift card for a free meal.

Placed orange chicken & sushi order to go. Was told that meal would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived it was twenty more minutes until it was done. Looked at food in car to see if it was correct. Got home and upon eating food it didn't taste like orange chicken at all. Sushi was of poor quality and small size.

I'm a General Tso fanatic. And I love Chinese food. I've been in the food service industry for 20 years. And this is some of the best tasting Chinese food in the Nixa/Ozark area. Spring rolls were fresh and crispy. General sauce was on point. And the fried chicken was fresh and crisp. Me and wife were not disappointed. We will definitely be coming back here.

Got home with someone else's order. 30 drive not going to turn around and drive back. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting on my drink and asked twice for it, she said oh yeah and never brought it. Doesn't answer the phone when we tried to call them. There was nothing in the order we got that I could even eat. Ended up having to est leftovers. We paid over 40.00 for food we couldn't eat.

We are in Ozark Mo and we came across this gem. I had the Mango Curry and my wife had the Basil Stir Fry. Way above expectations. I can't wait to try more on this menu.

Pretty blah and not near as flavorful as every other Thai restaurant I’ve been to. Sushi is ok. Prices are a bit cheaper. I’d go only if I was in a hurry and on my way through...not if I was craving good Thai.

It’s really borderline Chinese tasting....I mean....they have general chicken. That tells something. None of the good Thai places I’ve been to have general chicken.

I’ve ordered from here a couple times now and the food is SO good. They’re super friendly and they’ve always managed to get my order right so far, even though I make a lot of modifications to it
