Absolutely AMAZING FOOD!! Went with family here and all had a different dish!! Every dish was spectacular! The most unique was Rama Chicken was the crazy flavor of a peanut butter sauce reduced with coconut oil! WOW! Do not miss this place! Its hard to spot but well worth the effort.

I ordered extra rice and extra crab and paid for it. But no way did I get either. The meal had very little crab compared to when we dine in. Very dissatisfied

I ordered the beef pho to go. I could tell the broth was going to be delicious: it smelled flavorful and looked rich. Unfortunately, any flavor was drowned out by salt :( I was pretty bummed and I couldn’t eat it all. I was also bummed to note that there was no lime or cilantro.

Well for the third time now I stopped by, first 2 times they were closed when sign said open. Today my boss had called in an order for me to pick up and...I will NEVER step foot in that place again. Went up to the counter, woman at register was busy, I know that lunch rush is a risk anywhere but...I stood there for almost 10 minutes and finally spoke up to the 2 women going back and forth. 1 asked if the order had been called in, yes I replied. That was the last time either one of them spoke to me, acknowledged me zip, nada..nothing. Man sitting at the counter said, good luck, I've been here over 20 minutes and they won't even talk to me, he said he would leave but his order was already paid for. I continued to stand next to the register and AGAIN asked can you please tell me anything about my order? Absolutely not 1 word was spoken, both turned their backs to me and walked away...I left, my boss started calling immediately when I got back and continued calling until I left at 3pm and not once did they answer the phone, boss is out her money and no lunch. So disrespectful and rude...NEVER AGAIN. And I'll be spreading the word to everyone I know also.

Manager is rude , refused to serve me because I didn’t tip him last time. I’ll usually tip a younger male waiter but everytime the manager serves me he would be rude and I would not tip him. Yesterday he forced me out the restaurant because I didn’t tip him last time, I don’t tip to people with rude service!!!!

They refused my service because last time I came to order I did not leave a “Tip”. Was told they only serve to people who “tip”. The manager was rude and tried to force me out the restaurant because I didn’t tip last time. I will have my lawyer and police look into this. ASHAMED!!!

Very rude service on only my 3rd time being to the restaurant. Manager says “We don’t make too much you have to tip” and would refuse to serve me because I’ve never left a tip. With service like that why would I want to tip you ? Continued to ask me if I wanted it to go but asked when we walked in “Is it here or to go?” and proceeded to sit us to a booth. Requiring a tip is what makes people not want to tip. Can only tip people who serve genuinely every time. Food is excellent which is why I WAS a huge fan of their food. Can never eat here again.

If you are wanting Vietnamese pho (light, clear broth) don't expect to get it here. What they serve is ok, but NOT the light clear broth I know and love. Pretty much every Thai place that has pho on the menu suffers the same problem. The beef in the pho is also the same as their regular Thai beef like in all their other beef dishes. Flavor was fine I guess but a huge disappointment since I was wanting traditional pho. Wish they'd call it something else, or at least Thai pho. It was also weirdly oily, exact opposite of what I was wanting.

The fried rice was not good either. Oily again, over cooked chicken.

I got take out 2 days ago and ordered the Pho with beef and the wonton soup. The Pho was really good nice earthy umami flavor. But let me tell you, the wonton soup was the best I've ever had, the broth was flavorful and amazing, lots of veggies and a really good amount of wonton, which were nicely filled. I want to buy this by the gallon! This would make your grandmother proud! I will definately be back

My husband and l decided to eat here yesterday while we were visiting from out of town and we must say the service there was great we don't recall the gentleman's name with the tattoo all over him but he greeted us and was very friendly and recommended dishes for us as well since we couldn't decide what to get he also had a great sense of humor and had us laughing food overall was great we are definitely going to come back and recommend this place to our family and friends and hope we get to see the guy with the tattoo again... This place has delicious dishes. I had the Tom Kha soup, Panang Curry, and a Thai iced tea. Everything was fresh and delicious.
I recommend going to the restaurant to eat because delivery fees, including the tip, were high.

This by far has to be the best Thai food I have ever tasted. Were My wife and I decided to stop in for the first time, and we were not disappointed! The fried rice was seasoned perfectly and the appetizers were very tasty. I have already highly recommended this to family and friends!

A great little place for Thai food. The quality of their ingredients is stellar. On my first trip I ordered the Thai Herbs with medium heat (which is sometimes risky depending on the cook). The dish came out wonderful with just the right amount of spice. The freshness and flavor was on par with higher-end cuisine. The atmosphere doesn't match the quality of food, but it is a strip-mall Thai kitchen after all. I just moved into the area, and believe I have found my local go-to Thai restaurant.

The food had good flavor, the crispy fried proteins were not crispy, and there was no heat. Mild, medium, and hot all had the same heat level...none. I would go again, but not my go to Thai place.

Slow service. Poorly staffed. One poor waitress on a fully booked dinner. We waited over 45 minutes for our meals. Watched other tables come and go and our waitress somehow forgot to check that our order was properly submitted.

It was good. I had better. But it wasn't bad. The Meat I had in my green Curry had no flavor but the Curry soup was good.

My favorite Phad Thai in the KC area. Best flavor. I also like that I don't have to order shrimp AND chicken Phad Thai MINUS the shrimp. Too many Thai places only have them in combo and I worry I'm paying for something I didn't even want when they do that.

The food is good. What I order can be different week to week spice wise. Service is always on point! The restaurant is a bit small, so if you have customers who don't have manners (respect for others), their conversations can carry over towards us loudly.

Started with Crab Rangoon and they were the best I’ve had. Thai Spice noodles with beef, excellent and the Jungle Curry also excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We were passing thru town on a road trip and decided to try Thai Spice and we were so impressed. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

I gave a 5-Star rating before. Then I found out the dishes I was raving about being good vegan options, are in fact NOT VEGAN. Fish or oyster sauce is not vegan friendly, so I'll be eating my Thai food elsewhere from now on. Very disappointing for me, but if someone with allergies gets the wrong information it could risk their health - or their life.

Accidentally ordered to this location instead of the KCMO location. Ordered some pho to go and let me tell you, this pho tasted waaaaay different than the KCMO location. It was great at first but then became too sweet. Granted pho tastes different depending on what you addd to it but I think I prefer the KCMO location to this one. Still recommend this locations pho though. I’ll have to try this location again. Maybe it was me and my ingredients. Regardless, still top tier.

Food is ok. We ordered couple of items one was an appetizer. Their sample appetizers come with 3 items (spring rools, egg roles and tiny crab Rangoons) first of all took a long time to serve it. 2nd when they brought up the sampler plate had only 2 out of 3. Egg rolls were missing. We asked for it, the server said I'm sorry we are out, but we are preparing them. So after waited a long time and almost were finished with our dinner we asked for egg rolls again. You can not even imagine what the server's reply was!!!! Well She said; are you sure they weren't on the plate!!!🙄now think about it. 2 older people 65 and 72 years old lie about 2 egg rolls 😅
Well naturally said. No ma'am we did not have the egg rolls. The 2nd server came back and said our cook says no way plate didn't have egg roles. So literally they called us liars. So we are lying about 2 miniature egg roles!!! Very disappointed.

Bad attitude and service from the “lady” at the front counter. Ordered to go, Asked me if I knew what I wanted.. (first time here) so not really but knowing thai food, I ordered what I knew. She rang me up then placed a curled up receipt with the total on the counter, then walked away! She never spoke one word about my total to me. She seemed annoyed and non helpful. Won’t be back..

Didn't know how much I would like Thai food.

Yesterday I ordered a rice dish (the Thai Spice Rice, I believe) and I have to say..they do a really good job with their rice dishes! It came out hot, flavorful, & a very decent portion. The meat was perfectly cooked too. Even though I love curry, I've found their curries to be a bit on the thin side so I won't order those any more. But other dishes - definitely, yes.

I was also impressed with how quickly they delivered food. And not just to me, but to everyone. The cook is on top of it! As is the waitress. She did a great job of welcoming customers, taking orders, filling drinks, etc. Even more impressive was that she looked to be handling the whole restaurant by herself with ease. Great job.

Me and my wife love this place. Chilli chicken is really good and the Beef Pho is very flavorful.

Me and my friends went out for a birthday dinner and the customer service was amazing. The waitress gave us free spring rolls and ice cream (because it was my friends birthday) and was overall a very kind lady. The food hit the spot for a cold December night, me and my friend got the Drunken Noodles and it wasn’t too spicy at all! My other friend got an appetizer meat and said it was filling and delicious. I definitely recommend everyone to come try this place!

This used to be my favorite Thai place but let me tell you about tonight's terrible dry meat and mushy noodles that are overpriced and clearly not fresh at all. I got pad Thai combo medium. The meat was completely dry and rubber. Like eating jerky. If my boyfriend hadn't gone to pick it up and pay for it I'd be calling them and asking what happened to their quality and standards. And the price increases are outrageous. I'm just extremely sad and disappointed. If I had made this I would not serve it to anyone. Took me two minutes to chew the chicken. Nearly choked from the dryness.

Usually top notch, tonight we ordered our regular black soy noodles and they definitely was not what we have had in the past. I couldn’t even eat a third of them.

They have custom hotness level for most dishes. Food's always been excellent except when I tried to be a tough guy and have my sesame chicken Thai hot... Wow I don't know if my taste buds were burnt or it was just too hot to taste the food, but it was barely edible. My own fault, but fun to try!

Flavor was good but meat was rubbery as well as the calamari. My food was cold and came 10 mins before the appetizer and my wife's food. Definitely will not be going back.

We arrived at 2:35, the posted closing time is 3:00. Had been there many times before with great experiences, but this time was very different. 1) We ordered, & asked to substitute crab Rangoon for soup, server said that was ok. 2) The restaurant was very warm. We asked the server if the ceiling fans could be turned on to move some air. She turned just one of them on, but not the one closest to our table. Then we saw/heard the servers laughing among themselves while looking and pointing at us. 3) Our order came, it was good, and piping hot, but there was no crab Rangoon in place of the soup. We asked the server, and she went to the kitchen & came back with a plate with two ice cold crab Rangoon. When we pointed out they were cold, she said they were now closed, everything in kitchen was now turned off, & there was nothing she could do. Today was an overall experience of terrible service, snotty, snarky attitude by our server & others in the restaurant. Will never go back to Thai Spice on Valley View Parkway.

Tried calling from almost 30 minutes to place an order but nobody would answer. Drove 20 minutes to the restaurant only to be told it will be 30 minutes for me to get a bowl of soup. Skip this place.
