I really love this Thai Kitchen location, which is a part of Thai Kitchen chain, but independently owned. We have been going here for many years, maybe couple times a month. What I like about this location is their exceptional service, good food with big portion and reasonable price. I noticed that they are doing a lot of pick up orders/food delivery, but my orders always come out fast. The lady owner always checks on our table a few times to see how everything is and if we need anything else. After checking out, she always gave us chocolate or KitKat. The restaurant is well up keep with nice decor and homey Thai vibe. I also really like that they have a good kid menu which other Thai restaurants in the area don’t offer.
Here are my usual orders
- crying Tiger (grilled steak served with spicy dipping sauce). I have tried crying tiger at other restaurants but it’s the best here. Tender beef with very yummy dipping sauce .
- tomyum noodle soup (extra flavor) because I want my soup more sour and flavorful
- papaya salad: very crunchy, tangy and refreshing 10/10
Besides these dishes, we also order pad Thai, panang curry, frog legs, fish dishes etc depending on our mood.
Overall, their amazing customer service keeps me coming back. We always left the restaurant happy and super full. Highly recommend!

Thai Kitchen has incredible food and the service was great. The restaurant was clean and bright. The lunch menu has great prices and I thoroughly enjoyed our food far more than any other Thai places we've been to in St. Louis recently. Give Thai Kitchen - Florissant a try! I do wish there were more cashews in my cashew chicken but the spice level was perfect and the fried rice was of a stellar quality. My friends enjoyed their lunch too even though they don't typically eat Thai food. Our waitress was incredibly kind, we forgot our to-go boxes while we were deep in conversation and she chased us out to the parking lot with them so that we didn't forget! Thank you!

I love them ... the only thing I dislike is the fact that I always seem to ruin a shirt when dinning in..lol no matter how neatly I try to eat. The sauces and broths just love landing on clothes.

I've only ever been here for lunch, but the food is amazing and the portions (even on the lunch menu) are huge! The family that runs it are very nice people and always gracious hosts to their patrons (even when they sometimes shouldn't be).
I love the pineapple fried rice, the basil fried rice, drunken noodles, pad Thai, the soups, curries... You name it, they make it well. I like to have water with my meal (they almost never let it get empty) and then take a Thai iced tea to go for dessert.

Update to my previous review from a few years ago. So we have tried other Thai restaurants in the St Louis area. The Thai Kitchen in Florissant is by far still the best.

We chose this restaurant because it had so many excellent reviews. They deserve all of them and more! The food was exceptional! I ordered the red curry with chicken. We also got potstickers. The ingredients were so fresh and the flavors were so robust. It was delicious! And the portions were large. I can eat a lot, but I got quite full before I could finish my meal. The food even looked delightful--I wish I had taken a picture! I requested medium spice, and it was definitely enough spice for me. For reference, I add hot sauce to just about everything. The service was also exceptional. The kind server refilled or drinks often and was very gracious. Our food came very quickly, but we also went there when they weren't very busy. The atmosphere was very pleasant as well. It was just an excellent experience in every way, and it made me wonder why the restaurant didn't have even better ratings. An easy 5 out of 5! If you like Thai food, you will love this place!

The pho here is AMAZING! I ALWAYS have a great experience here. The food always taste fresh, the staff is friendly and the wait time is reasonable. The pho size is enough for dinner and lunch the next day. The spring rolls are sooo good and always fresh. The restaurant is pretty spacious and ALWAYS clean. Thai Kitchen is a hidden gem. I haven't had better Thai food anywhere in the country. I've tried just about everything on the menu and it is always consistent and I'm always satisfied. I've been going to this place for years, whether it is sit down or take out, and I have never had a single issue or even the tiniest mistake with my orders. I don't know how they do it. The owner Aom clearly runs a tight ship and is methodical and passionate. She is also incredibly friendly and makes my family feel welcome.

Love the unique food you can find at this restaurant. Musaman curry and the duck 3 way for sure are some must try’s for those with an extensive palate for taste.

Loved the service from Thai server who could answer questions and gave us honest answers (like they do not use holy basil in their krapow ans kee mao). Food was good, but not as special as their sister restaurant Thai Mama. They served Prik Nam Plar upon request but not with many chilies. I could probably ask for more, but I brought my own. Overall, good choice for Thai food.

This was my second visit. I ordered the broccoli stir fry and added shrimp with fried rice. I get home took one bite and I see a bug on my carrot. I zoomed in with my camera and seen wings. I will never return. The service is friendly.

Usually we go to Pearl Cafe or Mai Lee to get our Thai food but decided to try here today. 3 people got fried rice dishes which they liked and me and one other got the Khua noodles … let’s just say we were not happy at all. We thought is was going to be Kua Mee so deff disappointed at the sight of overcooked clumped together soggy noodles. There was no flavor whatsoever and the veggies were mushy. Most definitely will be sticking to our usual at Pearl Cafe.

Food is SPOT ON each time we visit.

The rare beef pho and spring rolls were savory. The peanut sauce was my favorite. The spring rolls were so perfect. Everything in the restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. This is probably one of the better places in the area to get pho.

This was my first time eating here! Let me just start by saying I’m not getting paid or anything for leaving a good review. I genuinely just thought this place was amazing. And I felt like they deserved the props and to let others get hip! The place was beautiful, clean, and organized! The food was fresh, packaged perfectly for to-go Convenience to maintain freshness/no spillage during travel! We ordered Tom Yum Noodle Soup and the Chicken Pho on the "Big soup bowl" menu section as well as the "Curry Potstickers" appetizer that came with a curry dipping sauce! I could not stop talking about how good it was while we ate it😂. Me, my man, and our daughter all split that and there's still an entire container full. Hopefully it does good rewarmed! I was sad I wasn't dining in this time, but I DEFINITELY will be back to get the dine- in experience!

Best Thai food in the area and it's not even close. Panang curry, pad woon sen, tom yum soup, duck curry, potstickers, and Thai jerky are my go to orders. However, I've had a lot of their stuff and it's all phenomenal. Taste, texture, portions, and service are top notch.

I can rarely give a place five stars across the board, but the food was delicious, the service friendly and on top of things, and the atmosphere was clean and had nice classical music playing. If I didn't live so far away I'd be a regular customer.
The prices were reasonable, too.

We stopped here after our flight back from Las Vegas. The food was really good. Highly recommend this place to anyone that’s in the area

Stopped by Thai Kitchen in Florissant about 45 minutes before closing and couldn't decide if we should go in. We decided to see if they would take us in and they did with open arms. Ordered our appetizers, then looked over the menu and then they took our order. Appetizers came out quick and berfore we had finished the appetizer our meal arrived. They refilled our drinks and the meal was great! Very nice people and we felt like they were really glad we stopped by as we thanked them and left. We will return soon and next time be there a little earlier!

If you like a lot of onion and hard potatoes in your curry this is the place for you!

Excellent! I had given up on decent Thai food, my usual favorite spots have gotten so expensive but dropped in quality. Accidentally happened on this place, not much atmosphere and no beer/wine, but what we ordered was fresh, hot, plentiful: crispy tofu and peanut sauce, red curry, and green curry. Veggies were fresh, no "funky" bamboo shoots, has brown rice option, which is actually mixed with the purple wild rice, even better! Next time we'll try more dishes!

I decided to try Thai Kitchen based on many glowing reviews. It was my first time and all the positive reviews were accurate. The dining room is clean, uncluttered, the staff is very friendly, the food was fantastic, and the prices were reasonable. For most dishes, you need to select a spice level. I selected "Hot" (which is about midway on their spice scale). It was perfect for me. I will be back next week.

Honestly, the woman who is always here is so nice. You always feel welcome. The food is great. They serve a larger variety of Thai food than I’ve tried elsewhere including some good that I am used to thinking of as Vietnamese. It’s all great. I try something different each time and I’m never disappointed

Arrived on time for a take out order and was politely handed a bag with “Thank you, here is your order”. I said Thsnk you and drove home. When I got home I discovered one of the entrees were missing. I called and the hostess said the new person made a mistake and the rest of my order was back at the restaurant. No ne tried to stop me or call me to tell me the order I picked up was incomplete. I drove back and asked for a credit for the mistake. They told me the girl was new and made a mistake. They refused to even consider any type of credit for the mistake. I will choose a place that values its customer and their hard earned dollars next time. It will not be here.

Delicious!! Never had Thai food, but it was amazing! I also tried beansprouts, and they remind me of snap peas. I've passed by it for years, glad to finally give it a taste. I got the sukho Thai noodle soup, not too spicy, could've had a bit more even. Also got the crispy cheese rolls appetizer thing. I recommend this, and my family and I will be going back 😋😁

My first time in and only because I saw a post literally 2mins before deciding what I wanted to eat after getting my nails done. Easy to find excited they were open in a Sunday walked in greeted with a welcoming smile the other customers spoke I was shown to the counter we went over menu made some choices had a seat food was prepared in a timely manner smelled amazing walked food over to me being that my foot is in a boot right know that wad greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back worth every penny

I ordered Pad Thai and Thai Fresh spring rolls online and it got to me really fast and I was very excited. It looked alright.. Wrong noodles for a Pad Thai.. It was the most disappointing food I've ever eaten!(tried to eat) The vegetables were clearly frozen or from a can with some added whole mushrooms that were very chewy and slimy! The spring rolls had one very small sliver of cucumber in them and the rest was all noodle! The worst part was they smelt like BO really bad! Like someone had literally scratched their armpits before wrapping the spring rolls! I cried as I threw the whole thing away! So sad and disappointing! I hope the food is a lot better if I ever go in to eat at the restaurant! Totally not worth the 28$ so this time I'll make it myself!

I've been to this restaurant before and since I don't eat here often I was really excited to have it for Mother’s Day. Everything was horrible and lacked flavor. The two noodle dishes were dry and even though hot were congealed. The big soup bowl tasted like water.

I used to go here a lot and their curry was my favorite around. However, went in there over the weekend recently and it seemed as if they were very understaffed. Nobody gave us menus or drinks until we approached the counter multiple times inquiring. We still were able to order and the food was fine, but the rice was so over cooked it was like mush in the 4 entrees with rice we got.

Delicious food and lovely service

The owners are so wonderful and the dishes are exquisite. I get educated about Thai food and culture each time I visit the restaurant in person for take out. Easy process, friendly staff and attentive, great menu selections and specials, fair pricing so if you wanna treat, visit or order online for delivery or take out, worth the money. Only downside, portioning the meals I hate but hey, gotta watch my "girlish" figure too🤣❗❗❗
