I have tried vegetarian version of Papaya salad. My friend ordered Beef Pineapple fried rice and Sweet &Sour Chicken( below pictures represent these dishes). Both were delicious and finger licking. Highly recommend!

Side note: It was saddening to see less customers, I hope we can support this small restaurant to recover from pandemic loss and help them survive and grow. Hopefully it get better soon.

We ordered shrimp rolls, pho, pad see eiw, curried fried rice, and green curry. All the food was super delicious! The only complaint I have is the portions are a little small for the price you pay and we dined in but there were no condiments or napkins on any of the tables.

Among all thai places i go around Minneapolis, i would say this has overall good quality food compared to other restaurants! The best part is that the price is affordable, and i think it's lower than other restaurants, and the portions are big too. I live nearby so i often come here but i believe more people should know this restaurant!

Update: I went back a couple weeks later and ordered pad see ew again and it lacked sauce. Not as good as the first time. Also, don't order the Thai tea unless you like it way too sweet. The khao soi is also very sweet but passable.

The food is Great the prices are Great but the Thai chi tea was absolutely pure stomach distress. It was like drinking something ninty percent suger nine percent milk and one percent tea. Don't get the Thai chi tea unless your a hummingbird. Otherwise stomach distress. Other than that food was outstanding.

The food was amazing and the service was good too. The first thing that our server said was about freshly squeezed juice and she showed us pictures. The place was empty so it was quiet but still a vibe.

This place is definitely one of my favorites. The food is delicious and fast. I always get the Panang curry or the pad Thai. I really like how comfortable the small and quiet dining area is with all the plants. Super friendly family-owned place. I'm always so surprised that this place isn't super busy because it should be!

This was our first time trying this restaurant. What a surprise!!..It's a hidden little gem!..The food is amazing. Cherry which I believe is the owner, is outstanding in customer service... she took her time to find out our flavor of food and recommended different things.. Boi was she right!.. Reliable, fast, good food so far. The spring rolls are really good! The first time I ordered Pad Thai with some spice, and that added a lot of flavor, the second time I forgot to ask for spice it was a little bland.

We used to love this place. The food is flavorful, but the quality of the food and the accuracy of how our orders are filled has declined in recent months. Recently we ordered pad thai, paying for extra vegetables, and received oily pad thai with NO vegetables. They remade it for us, but again oily and with a pretty small amount of vegetables, not what I would call "extra." We ordered tom yum (admittedly a spicy dish) and the first sips were so spicy they made me cough. We've had fairly similar problems at other recent times.

Lo mein noodles - bland
Spicy chicken wings - covered in crushed red pepper flakes. Inedible.
Cream cheese wontons - delicious but small

Disgusting customer service

I ordered the Pad Thai. There are 4 spice levels: mild, medium, hot, and Thai hot. I recommend getting the Thai hot if you want to feel the spice. It was a ton of food.

Some of the best Thai food in Minneapolis. Highly recommend the Massaman Curry & Tom Kha Soup. The spice levels are legit, lots of great heat without covering up the flavor.

This small restaurant hosts the second best Thai food I've eaten in Minnesota so far. Convenient location, excellent service, and impeccable food preparation make this an easy choice for return visits when I'm next in the area. My only real criticism is that the pad thai was somewhat boring, though given that it was perfectly prepared without filmy egg or dry chicken, I'm excited to try something else next time. The restaurant was spotless and the service was excellent and fast, though I did visit during a slow time.

Thai cuisine Express is by far the most excellent Thai restaurant in the twin cities hands down. The food is unbelievable the wontons are delicious and melt in your mouth crunchy and the outside and creamy on the inside like I've never had. We only had three dishes so far and two appetizers but this is our new go to place for Thai food in the twin cities we've been to a lot of different Thai food restaurants and Asian restaurants here in the twin cities but nothing touches this food.

I really enjoy this small Thai restaurant in the Como Neighborhood. Its staples are delicious. I love the massaman curry, fried rice, and egg rolls. I've had a couple of their less common items not taste quite as good, but overall I'd highly recommend. It's one of my go-to spots for takeout. Their dine-in service has been closed since the start of the pandemic.

I would always order Red Curry from this place. I would always ask if it has shrimp paste in it. They would deny it.
For the past 2 weeks they have been claiming that the curry has always had shrimp paste in it. Be careful while ordering from here. They probably dont know what goes in their ingredients. Very nice people though 🙂

Best Thai Food in the twin cities!

Really delicious thai food. Good vegetarian options, very rich taste and quick and not not too expensive. The owners are wonderful. Also try the Aloe Vera drink!

Thai Cuisine Express is an all time favorite restaurant! My husband and I order from them all the time! They are so kind each time and so quick to make the meals! They really are express cuisine! The taste is everything here! Perfect flavors all around. Also a perfect place for vegetarians (and they ask if you prefer egg or not too). All the dishes are fresh and made with care. Love them and hope to continue supporting them!

Their yellow curry fried rice was delicious. Express, indeed; it took them less than 5 minutes to make it. Parking is a bit of a challenge, so be prepared to find a spot on the street.

My favorite Thai place closed and I own a business a block away and decided to give this place a try. You will not regret. We did two orders of the fresh spring rolls which were extremely fresh and they use mint and cilantro. We moved onto the wontons which were crispy, fresh and not undercooked. The chicken pad Thai was so full of true Thai flavor. We ordered it spicy and it didn’t disappoint. My friend got the tom yum soup and she almost started crying with how on point the flavor was. It was quickly made, fresh and not dried out. Highly recommend- this is a hidden gem! This is our new go to spot for Thai food.

This restaurant really surprised me, I went in with low expectations because it was so cheap, but I am so glad I found this spot. The food is incredible (especially the spring rolls and tom kha kai) and the workers are so kind. As a college student, the prices are enticing and the food quality goes beyond the money I’ve spent. I’ve had only great experiences here, and have YET to find anything I don’t like.

This is definitely a new favorite spot of ours! I highly recommend the pork egg rolls and the Pad Thai with tofu! The Pad Cashew Nut is also definitely one of my fav dishes now. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and super fresh.

The peanut curry is insane. The chicken satay and pork egg rolls are so so good. Pad Thai, pineapple fried rice and pad see ew are always a sure bet.
