The friendly server/cashier checked the order to make sure we had everything. We are planning to return.

This business is permanently closed It went dead some point in early November with no explanation. Number died online menu died note on the door said that they were closed for renovations but I just visited the new business and was informed that it was permanently shuttered that they let it collapse and were gone like that. Hopefully Google will do the diligence in removing this business because there is a new Thai place there and like many other people it's misleading that this business is still listed as open on Google

I don't know how the food actually is. Whenever I'd call, they pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I guess they have so many customers that they don't need any new ones and don't need phone orders.

Fabulous experience food is very delicious. Unfortunately they are moving locations and today was actually their very last day so I was blessed to meet the owner and say thank you. I ordered the coconut soup which I upgraded with beef and shrimp. It’s definitely one of my favorites I will specifically come back just to order the soup.

They rang in the wrong order. Then didn't do anything to fix it until 10 minutes later when they finally called the owner to see if they could make me the right order while yelling at each other. I just walked out because of how awkward it was.

It is nice to have a Thai spot close to my home. I usually get Panang curry as spicy as possible. The service is good, but the location could use some refreshing to make it more attractive.

I always order from Siam plus and they have great food but one day I ordered on the phone and they made my food so wrong and they put things in my order that I specifically said not to because I don’t eat it and allegeric to it anyways she said she couldn’t replace it so I asked if I could get my money back but I also couldn’t get my money back for food I don’t eat….which is rare for a restaurant to say and the lady was very nasty and mean at the desk!

Ordered for takeout. I’ve eaten at many Thai restaurants and usually my experiences have been great thus far. It all changed when I ate from this place which easily was the worst Thai food experience I have had. I ordered basil fried rice and got something completely different. I also ordered some red curry which they claim is a favorite. However this dish was so sweet that it was inedible. It’s almost as if they mixed the curry with a bag of sugar and served it to me. What a big shame to Thai cuisine!

where do I even begin? I called at 8 PM. Trying to order just an order of noodles. And the guy on the phone said “10 minutes can you hurry up or be here in 10 minutes we are literally closing up” when I got there in less than 10 minutes he was on the phone with someone and then, as I walked in, he held up his hand to my face and proceeded his conversation for two minutes, saying “hold on I’m actually dealing with a customer right now” this is so absurd and unprofessional, this was my first time there, and definitely going to be my last I don’t recommend

Best Thai food in Westland. I love their Chicken Thai fried rice. Their spice levels are really what they say they are. (Mild is mild, hot is hot and very hot IS VERY HOT). Service is great! My food is always made fresh to order and hot (temperature) when I pick my order up. Would recommend if you looking for a Thai restaurant.

Ordered take out food was super fast and dining area looked nice but of course it's take out only no big problem the pandemic has alot of places take put only food is good pad thai is solid not the best I have ever had but a good solid option. Crab Rangoon is really good it's a bit different from other ones I have had these are a little spicy and comes with a different kind of sauce not sure what it is but it's good

I had crab A4. Crab Rangoon 6 and ND7. Drunken Noodle and this is easily the best Thai food around. This is my first rodeo and I couldnt be happier. The medium spice has some kick to it but not too much. The crab rangoon is the best ive ever had. I had a go-to place that was closed and I picked here as a runner up. They are the king now. I ordered via DD and I’m pretty sure DD runs the prices up but this place is worth the money.

Ordered “Rad Na”. The noodles were stuck together in a big ball in the center. I don’t mind paying almost $13 but the quality should be up to par. I won’t be returning unfortunately. Seems that post Covid Thai and Chinese has gone down everywhere overall.

The food had changed. I’ve ordered from this place at least 10 times in the last 6 months. The last two times my food was very bland, not spicy enough and the vegetables weren’t cooked long enough. They say they haven’t changed cooks but I beg to differ. The taste has changed significantly. I have to find a new Thai spot.

Been coming here for years and they are by FAR the best Thai restaurant within a 100 mile raidius (at least). I recommend the Curry Pad Thai with shrimp!

As many of you know, when I share my experience about businesses in Westland, I often only share good experiences. The bad experiences, I often do not post about because they are usually minor, but this post is not the case. This is a recommendation NOT TO PATRON. Horrible customer service can ruin a meal.

The experience with Siam Plus - Thai Cuisine was extremely horrible. The attendant was extremely rude. She did not like the fact that she had to use Google Pay when that is an option she offered when asked. Her responses were sarcastic and entitled after that. She wouldn't listen to me on how to use my phone to pay. She huffed when I asked for a receipt after she asked if I wanted a receipt, in which I said, "Yes." When she didn't bring back the receipt, she said, "It's on your phone." She didn't want to provide utensils. As I left, she made a huge celebratory noise. (This is not the first report of poor experiences at this restaurant from others. Because of mixed reviews, I wanted to check it out myself. My experience fell squarely with the poor reviews.)

Mmm hm, another good Thai restaurant to add to my list. They have fun and tasty appetizers, delicious soups, and traditional and specialty entrees on the menu. My order was accurate, hot, fresh and ready when I arrived. Spice levels were on point as well. Dining room is still closed, but carryout is available even on Mondays when my other favorite Thai spots are closed.

Chicken pad thai was delicious left my lips tingling on medium heat. The Won ton soup was different from what I'm used to. Loved it would order the soup on its own for a light lunch.

Pickup was quick, easy, and safe. The Wild Curry I ordered was hot enough to make me turn red and sweat, but it was so delicious that I didn't want to stop eating it. Also, their Thai tea is amazing.

Got a door dash order yesterday from here and loved everything I got! I’m so leery of trying new restaurants, and I’ve tried several different Thai places. This one just became my new favorite!
I got the pineapple fried rice with chicken, medium spice. DELICIOUS! It was so full of flavor and spiced perfectly.
I also got the spring rolls and chicken satay. Omg. Both were so good. I love love love the cucumber salad that comes with the chicken satay.
And I also got a Thai iced tea. Not too sweet and just perfect.

I use to love this place, not anymore. Today was my second time getting pickup here in the last month and both times the food has been horrible. I decided to call to inquire as to WHAT HAPPENED! I was told new owner and new menu. Time to find a new place for Thai Food, This was definitely my last order here.

I used to frequent this place because I was in love with the curry fried rice with beef. What made this amazing is I love spice and they did spice so well with keeping the food flavor a priority. Well I went yesterday and unfortunately they changed the recipe and the curry fried rice now is completely different than before. My opinion which is based off my experience is the new recipe is horrible compared to the old and I will no longer be a customer unless the old recipe is brought back. Sad to give this review however I’ll miss the old recipe and hate the new search for a new go to restaurant. If the owner reads this please bring the old recipe back so I can enjoy your food again.

The best Thai food around! I’ve been looking for a good place. This is it! My 5 year old son who is a super picky eater fell in love with their yellow northern curry soup. I’m shocked.

My wife and I have coming here for a few years now and really like the curry, however I ordered our usual today and not only did it look different but was so salty we could not even eat it! I spoke to the girl at the register and she told me they are now under new owners. I am very sad to hear that and do not think we will be back. Clearly someone in the kitchen has no clue how to season the food. Very sad.

Tried tonight for the first time. I had the garlic stir fry and my fiancé had the drunken noodles both with chicken and medium spice. We also had an order of wontons which were light and airy. The food was fresh, the lady work the counter was friendly and very nice! It was delicious! We will definitely be back.

Only issue me and couple of colleagues have is with the lady who takes the order. She has been rude to us many times, and most of my colleagues stopped vising this place. Once, We have ordered mild food, she gets it spicy and explains us with an irrational logic to cover the mistake. Surprisingly, she speaks broken English and complaints that our English is not correct or understandable. Her attitude is not healthy, and I have stopped visiting the place.

But the Food and Ambiance is great. I am a vegetarian and they use no fish oil in the foods. Curry Fried Rice is my favorite.

The food is very good, the attention to detail is not. Their curry is exceptional and their wait is very reasonable. The spicing is hit or miss depending on who's seasoning that day, but overall, the food is good.

We used to order here multiple times a month, but recently their lack of attention has driven us away. Rice isn't being included with orders of curry, spring rolls are so cold they might have been refrigerated, and spices are getting swapped (my wife eats mild and I eat medium, a big enough difference to make her meal inedible). We will definitely be going there less but will continue to check back to see if their smaller issues are fixed. If they are, I'll happily change my rating and frequency of visits.

I lived in Thailand and enjoy visiting Thai restaurants to critique their authenticity. I would call this particular restaurant a poor value for the money. The atmosphere: furniture looks like a chinese buffet restaurant. Music is jazz. The only thing Thai are the cheaply framed pictures. The cuisine: very americanized and indistinguishable from general chinese restaurant food. Noodle portions are huge, tables lack typical thai condiments, garnishes are lazily tossed on the side. Overall I'd say the dinners cost >$4 than they are worth. Overpriced fake Thai food. Food arrived timely but Server never brought my drink order.
