I've been to Kit Chen Thai twice now, and I’m absolutely hooked! Already looking forward to going back and trying more menu items. The food is amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and tastes like it’s straight from a Thai family home kitchen. You can really feel the pride they take in their cooking. On top of the amazing food, the staff is always so warm and welcoming. If you’re craving Thai food that feels like a home-cooked meal, Kit Chen Thai is a must-try!

Biggest issue I had is that it too 50 minutes to get my food. One dish was ready while they were making the other dish. As I walked in the lady at the counter told me it would be 5 minutes for my order to be ready. 20 minutes later the second dish from my order was ready and the first dish was now warm. Recommend being as honest as possible on wait times and customer time is valuable. Drunken noodle dish was really good, the green curry was just ok. Unfortunately there was not much food in the containers for the price.

Sold me a bowl of juice, the chicken was also real light in my entree…
Taste was ok, but don’t play your customers like this.. SMH. I feel a bit of sarcasm in the response, instead of humbly accepting the fact that the portion was off. I also mentioned that my entrée had small portions of chicken as well. Sometimes it’s best to let sleeping dogs, lie and just humbly work on making things better. You don’t have to worry about me asking any questions I will never return.

Ended up being a wonderful, little date afternoon, with my wife Marina, something we can't afford to do often, thanks to stumbling onto this majestic little restaurant. Food very tasty. Perfect amount of spice, got mild, perfect. If you don't like spicy food get no spice! Very affordable for today's prices. Very polite, helpful and accommodating. Very quaint and clean. Nice relaxing atmosphere.

Ordered pad thai curry, with tofu, mild. It was quite spicy, like medium plus level. Hardly any bean sprouts and green onion. Mostly just noodles, with not enough sauce. For the price, and quality I don't think the value is there.

Also with four so-so crab rangoon for almost $7... for that level of quality (not much flavor), I'd say the value isn't there.

We had the drunken noodles and the yellow curry. The sizes were very large and I had to take some back with me. You get a lot of rice. The gentleman and his wife were very nice and pleasant. He explained to me that they the use Thai peppers vs the generic Chinese peppers used by most places. Top notch and very quick service to be honest. I’m not used to such polite people to be honest. Really nice owners. I hope God will bless them.

Food is not traditional Thai and lack luster, I could handle a subpar lunch but just couldn’t stomach the incredibly rude high maintenance woman working the counter. She is in need of an attitude adjustment and needs to learn some manners.
Won’t be back here again.

The food here is great. I love Pad Thia Curry and drunken noodle. Every time we eat in the staff is kind, friendly and make sure we are taken well care of.

If I could give Kit Chen Thai a 10+ I would. I've eaten here on several occasions when I've come to Warren MI. Chicken Pad Thai was delicious (both times I ate it 😋, and today I had the Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken and thought it was too much food for 1 person but once I started eating it I couldn't stop 😅 it was delicious. So friendly owners and staff and delicious large portions, it's a must for Thai food.

I had the medium drunken noodles with chicken. My wife had drunken noodles with veggies and a sweet chili sauce. They were both great and we'll be back.

I ordered for the first time today, dined in and I must say the experience was excellent! The F2 basil fried rice (medium spice) with chicken was fresh and delicious and ready in just 5 minutes. And it wasn't overly greasy like some other places. The cashier lady gave me 2 containers of hot sauce on request, no extra charge. I would definitely return and recommend!

Food was trash. Called and confirmed a remake due to no money back (spent $35) and received the most horrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful, slamming things and talking bad about us in their language. Do not come here!!!

Most excellent Thai food! I've been there twice and loved it both times. Many people don't know how to order the spicyness level properly, I like medium which might be very hot to most. If you're new I suggest you try mild spice level first. I like the Curry vegetable with beef! Crab Rangoon is also excellent. Served hot and fresh in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly staff and clean kitchen. I'll be coming back !

I pretty much order the same thing every time. They are reliable. Food is delicious and of high consistency.

The curry puff's filling was surprisingly sweet. Too sweet. The hot and sour soup was very thick and not hot or sour. The pad thai had no flavor except for oil. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This place is LEGIT and AUTHENTIC. I've tried many of the Thai restaurants around warren and surrounding areas, but this is the best one. Right there with Takoi, for half the price. Must try.

Tasted ok but my pad se ewe was more like a soup. I had to drain about 8 ounces of liquid from the container. Noodles lacked flavor and brown color that I’ve always had when ordering pad se ewe.

Ordered carryout tonight, for the first time. Bangkok chicken for myself and my daughter ordered the Gang Gai.
Promptly greeted by a nice young lady behind the counter. Food seemed hot, just by touching the carryout bag. So that was a plus.
Got home, opened everything up...smelled pleasant, good portion sizes. My daughter loved her dish(She made a statement that the heat was really good with the sweetness)..me, not so much. The chicken was extremely tough, dry, and hard to chew.
The sauce wasn't too bad though..sweet with heat..pretty standard.
May give this place another chance down the road..but I wasn't too impressed.

Ordered house fried rice with chicken. Lots of flavor and I like how the chicken is more thin shredded vs the big hunks of chicken you get other places. Medium spice is perfect. Looks like a very clean place and the lady at the counter was very polite.

I ordered the N3. Pad Se-Ewe with shrimp, medium spicy, with a Thai iced coffee. The iced coffee was a bit too sweet. The dish was too oily, and the huge chunks of omelette was unappealing. Worst of all was the shrimp. This was the first time I stopped eating the shrimp in a Thai dish. The shrimp tasted like they were on their last leg. The chilies they used had way more seeds than actual pepper flakes. And that is how I ended up with stomach pain and indigestion. The free fried veggie roll was a nice touch to the take-out order, but it ended up being the safest thing I ate. I won't be going back. **UPDATE!** I tossed and turned all night and had painful bowel movements ongoing because of the excessive chili seeds. If it were more chili fruit instead of seeds, my GI tract would be fine! I still have pain the next day!

I enjoy this restaurant a bit to much! This is my go to restaurant when I really crave Thai food. They are fast and the food is delicious. At first I was reluctant since I have tried many location but since it is so close to my house, I said why not! No regrets.

We ordered from this restaurant for the first time and got a carry out order of Bangkok chicken. I got the mild and my son got the hot spiced. It was so delicious and the mild had the perfect amount of spice for me! My son loved the hot. The portion was great and were able to get two meals out of each of our dinners. Will definitely order again!!

Man do I love the owner, he makes this place worthy of returning to regularly. The punch card system is also a lovely perk that keeps on giving back to its customers.

My work is located close by this restaurant and we regularly order each week for the whole office. They always have our orders done on time and even on the rare occasion something goes wrong, they happily correct the issue. The food is always delicious and hot, best pad thai curry in the area.

Tried for the first time. Ordered chicken Pad Thai carryout. Food was hot, flavorful, and delicious. Enough for two meals. Spice level perfect for my liking. My new go-to Thai restaurant. Will definitely be back!

When we opened one of my CHICKEN pad thai orders we saw that there was no more than 4 pieces of chicken approx the size of a dime in there. So we went back. The young guy at the front of counter doesn't seem to know what customer service is. He said that the meal was "littered" with chicken through out. Come on dude. The kitchen DID make it right and gave us a small container with chicken in it but that kid and his apple ear pods is the reason they get 1 star. Won't be coming back.

Best Thai in Warren, by far.

If you are looking for a quick bite, this is the place! Carryout only and yes you can dine in but you are your own service. Food is okay and the environement is good. Came here twice and wasn't so bad!

I love thai food and I eat it at least two to three times a week. I went to game stop yesterday and seen this new place. Today my co worker and I both ordered BEEF PAD THAI and it was amazing. This place was clean, friendly and the food was so fresh, the beef was awesome, not one hard piece. This is my new spot.

Second time going here for takeout both times the employees are friendly, order has been quick and, inside is bright and appears very clean! First time I ordered pad see ew (medium spice) flavor was on point, spice was perfect (I like it hotter but first time I always want to taste it) and texture was pleasing crisp greens, juicy meat and amazing noodles! Also the best crab rangoon I’ve ever had out of 20+ places I’ve tried! Second order pad Thai (medium again so I could really taste the dish) same as above crisp greens etc however I feel the flavor was lacking a little bit but I know it is not a heavily seasoned dish so no mark downs for that as it was still extremely pleasant and filling! Price is good for portion size. keep up the quality work! I’ll be back soon to try the pad Thai curry, sorry no photos I ate it all 😋

I'm very glad I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken, and loved the flavor. A big complaint I have with most thai restaurants is there's never enough egg, but Kit Chen delivered. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the noodles were a little overdone and mushy.

What would've been a delicious dinner was ruined by the overcooked rice noodles in my drunken noodle dish. They were completely inedible - a soggy mess that turned to mush as I tried to get a bite with my fork. The flavor was exceptional but it couldn't save the disaster that comes with water logging pasta. Bummer.

Shrimp tempura wasn't hand battered and wasn't served with tempura sauce but instead with orange duck sauce which was a disappointment. Crab rangoon wasn't crispy either. I won't be ordering from here again.

Decided to give this new place a try. Ordered a Shrimp Vegetable Curry, Pad Thai, Vegetable Fried Rice, Wontons, and Thai Iced Tea. A small but clean restaurant. Food was amazing though compared to some of the top rated Thai restaurants of Yelp and Zagat. I liked it better than most. Shrimp Vegetable was spicy, with lots of vegetables and some sauce. It wasn't drowned in it unlike some places where it's mostly just sauce and minimal meat and sauce. It wasnt sweetened like some other Thai places. Pad Thai was sweet, sour, and tangy, I prefer it much less sweeter in taste though, but it was good overall. Vegetable fried rice was AMAZING, so flavorful, hadn't have this much flavorful rice in a long time, it's a must try! Wontons were good too, a bit overdone, but still good. Thai Iced Tea was good like many others. Price is reasonable, great portion, great service! I got my entire order in about 15 minutes. I'd definitely recommend this new place to anyone! Shouldn't be disappointed! I don't agree with those who give it a one star! Ambiance isn't the greatest, but food is amazing!

It's in the mood for some pad pad on a Sunday and what do you know this place popped up on my Google search. Headed that way as it was a new restaurant to me an ordered as a dine in. Great service clean place fast food good food no complaints here thank you very much.

DELICIOUS! I love the Pad Thai & Kow Pad. The food is a little different and very good. The lunch special comes with a yummy spring roll. The dinner portions are a really nice size and definitely worth the money. My order is always hot, fresh, and correct! The space is clean, owner is friendly & polite which is always nice :-)
