Best Satay ever. All the Curry dishes are delicious.
Last time I got the Satay and Curry Noodle with Chicken, which was very tasty.
I'm surprised of the 4.5 rating, should be higher.

Food is authentically delicious. Spice levels are exactly what you ask for. If you're looking for a quiet good Thai spot this is a good choice.

I dined with my sister, mom, and dad. We ask ordered different entrees and each of them were 10/10! The flavors were incredible and everything was prepared to perfection. I can't wait to eat there again!

I've always gotten carry-out from this place. It was a really good place to get lunch from around noon and it ALWAYS hit the spot.

I get home and it is entirely wrong. When I called to tell them, they already knew. Why not call me to let me know? I was instructed to bring the wrong food and they would fix it. I got there and explained how very inconvenient this whole ordeal was and barely got a sincere apology. It was as if I did something wrong and inconvenienced them! Maybe don't let children run the restaurant because they have zero customer service skills. I will seriously rethink coming back.

Portion I received tonight was fairly small. I cheated on Bangkok 96 because this location was a few minutes closer. Never again! Food was okay, very skimpy on the veggies. I would rather pay alittle more at Bangkok where the portions and prices are reasonable.

My favorite metro detroit Thai spot. The food is consistently AMAZING! The service is great! The waitresses are all very friendly and attentive. Food is prepared quickly and always super fresh! I recommend the curry chicken, chicken satay and crispy rolls.

Best Thai restaurant downtown, spring rolls are awesome. Pineapple fried rice is always a hit. Tried E5 this time, delicious.

I have eaten here more than 10 times and the food is always good. They make consistent good food and is always cooked to perfection. The restaurant was a little dirty and the booths are kinda falling apart but the food is amazing.

i ate here 3 years ago and loved it so much! i was finally able to visit again but found that the food was EXTREMELY salty this time around. the portions are still huge which is a plus but i’m so disappointed in the amount of salt in all 3 curries my group ordered tonight. i’m not one to send food back but i feel like i should have as my mouth still burns from the salt, not the spice. i drank 3 full glasses of water just to get by. service was great tho!

Good value for great food. Especially enjoy the soup that is offered with lunches!

Entree is typically good but the crab rangoons are a total waste. A tiny scoop of the cream cheese and fake crab in a big triangle of deep fried dough ... absolute waste of $

Went there Sunday August 4th. Waited 45 minutes after ordering before asking waitress if my food would be arriving soon. She looked up and rudely told me WE ARE BUSY!

That's not my problem. Nor should I have to deal with rude, non caring waitstaff. The owners of this establishment need to hire some kitchen help as this has always been their problem.

Frankly, the food isn't worth the wait. I will never set foot into this place again thanks to that rude, uncaring server and the insane wait times.

What a shame. I used to really like this place.

Good customer service and portion sizes. We tried their drunken noodles with chicken which in our opinion was mediocre. I personally would not return as the dish lacked depth and did not meet my spice level preference.

The food is fantastic, but do not eat inside. We were totally bombed by FLIES. I asked for carry out boxes as soon as our food came. The waitress said sorry about that. I seen/heard her tell another waiter and he said "so?". Kid service.

We really love Thai Vaylia. It's my wife's favorite because of the yellow curry. I cannot get enough of the fried rice.

Great food. Friendly staff. My 2 issues were the limited space for the amount of business they were getting. Which isn't a bad thing at all. Also I ordered the green curry medium with shrimp and when I got it the peas were undercooked. Everything else about the meal was wholesome and delicious. Again they were busy when I went in so I like to give them the benefit of doubt and assume the peas would have been cooked perfectly if I didn't come in the middle of a rush.

Lazy workers. Showed up at 8:09 to eat and they close at 9. We waited a couple of minutes for the person in the front to cash out a carryout order and when it was our turn, the server told us that they stopped serving people at 8:10. It was 8:12 when we got up to the register. Very disappointing and a bad business practice.

Authentic thai food, full of fresh ingredients. You don’t want to miss this gem. Plenty of parking.

So I stopped over here because it had high ratings it seemed pretty busy the carryout girls seem legit all I asked was no peanuts in a veggie melody in my food and this is what I get made the same way but without anything else that's why it's so stupid because they didn't add my veggies in there I thought I made a simple order not appreciated at all I live an hour away from the restaurant I could have got food around my house I got it cuz I wanted to try to head to high ratings you only got a one star from me and that's it

Good food, but if you order take out always check your food. I've ordered twice from them and had something missing from my order.

We've been to this place several times and I always get the drunken noodles mild/no heat. This time I wanted to try something different. I ordered beef pineapple curry. But it was too spicy for me to eat. The waitress realized spices were added and brought me a drunken noodles for free after talking to the owner. That's a good restaurant and a great owner. We'll be back.

Ordered pineapple fried rice with shrimp. There were plenty of shrimp , but there was no pineapple. They also added frozen peas and carrots which were terrible. Probably not ordering from there anymore. 😕

2nd time trying this place, and by surprise I found an unwelcome pest in my food. Yes I complained but I got some story from the owner about no one is perfect, it could have happened any other place blah blah but I am referring to your establishment and he said the food is expensive and acting as if I was trying to get free food...no sir! I was appalled at his remarks. Then he mentioned it could have been missed by washing the broccoli..um sir that's a big bug that can't be missed...just disgusting!! Anyways I am good on this place. One of the best spots I've found in the Detroit area. Never had a bad meal in the multiple times I've ordered from here. The portion size is basically two meals and the pad thai is one the best I've ever had while also tasting healthy, light, and fresh.

This place is a golden gem! I usually get like a sweet and sour chicken but they do not have that… so they suggested the sesame chicken and I added the medium spice (has a GOOD kick) and let me tell you it was DELICIOUS! I highly suggest that along with the crispy rolls!

The curry and spice level are average but consistent. The rice dishes are very good. Portions are large rice cooked to perfection.
The Pad Thai and other noodle dishes are good not great. I like to order curry with my Pad Thai. Very light on the curry and slightly less spicy than I normally eat.

The fried tofu dishes are great(so I’m told). The hot and sour soup that comes with many dishes is smoky and meaty tasting but also has the distinct MSG flavor.
Service has always been great. Food comes out fast and the wait staff is always attentive.

My spring rolls were forgotten and my pad Thai was SO watery. Flavor wasn’t good unfortunately. This place used to be my favorite but the food does not taste the same anymore.

One of the best Thai restaurants downriver, possibly the best. They have rich, consistent flavors throughout their dishes and are very reasonably priced.

TLDR : Small spot, BIG flavor! Definitley need to stop by!

Let me jsut say, the food is immaculate. Brought out to you piping hot fresh from the kitchen and it is one of the best Thai dishes I've ever had. The flavors blended well and I definitly want the cook staff to know that I will be back with friends so they can try it out.

The service was spot on, servers were quick to tend to any question I had, waters were refilled promptly and bills and boxes arrived once they noticed we were finished. I very much like how they handle business and the speed of their service.

Interior of the restaurant is small but seats many. Parking is located on the street or in the rear.

Atmosphere and service was cool. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was BY FAR THEE WORST Pad Thai ive ever had. Maybe they were in a hurry to prepare it because this is nothing like what the reviews said. While carrying it in the bag I noticed that it felt as if water was going back n forth. After settling at home I open it and sees what looks like soup. Iver never seen Pad Thai literally swimming in sauce. After taking a bite I noticed the unbearable, overwhelming sweetness. It taste as if I was eating rice noodles with nothing but sugar. It was inedible. Maybe I caught them at a bad time or maybe thats just how they prepare it. Either way....If I ever do go back, it definitely wont be for the pad thai.

Hot and right Spring & Crispy rolls

First visit and will definitely be back. We shared the satay, crab wontons, and crispy rolls for appetizers. Yum!! The hubby and daughter tried the soups and loved them. I ordered the shrimp drunken noodles for my entree. The food was delicious and the portions are HUGE!! I took half of my meal home for lunch tomorrow.

So I tried the chicken pad Thai because someone in the reviews recommended it, and holy hell is it good. I'm not sure exactly what's in it. But it's delicious. Very unique flavor. Sweet and savory.

I ordered crab wontons and the apple salad. The wontons were huge, but we're mainly a dough you could hardly chew through with less than a half of a teaspoon of crab mix inside. The apple salad hardly had any shrimp, chicken or coconut and their dressing looked like sewer water. I did not see how they can justify $12 for that salad or $6 for those terrible wontons. I was really looking forward to the food,but was very disappointed.

We had eaten here before and really liked it so we tried it out again. The service was good. The food left some things to be desired. Both dishes we ordered were supposed to be mild spice but one seemed to have no spice. The pad pak was watery but flavorful with seemingly no spice. The pad Thai was very watery but still flavorful with good spice. The crab wonton were not great. They were a lot of wonton and very little filling. Most of my bites were wonton wrapper. The spring roll was good.

Unfortunately we likely won’t be going back. Even though the flavor was good there’s just too much lacking and the sauce consistency was the big deal breaker. It may be satisfying to some, but it’s just not our preference.

These new waiters/resses are complete trash and I can say that cause ive been coming here for years please bring the old staff back, I’ve recommended this place to so many people too. The last time they got my order wrong, this time they “lost” my order then when I went to check it there was no silverware nor was there soy sauce if I could give it a negative I would. The rice was good per usual though

I order a red curry dish with rice noodles that is fantastic. I love their food and can’t believe it’s so close to my sons. We dine in and have ordered carry out on occasion.

“Fair” is the best I can say. Watery almost clear sauce with Pad Thai? I had to pour out the “sauce” as it was more like a soup. I won’t return.

The portions are good the rice dishes are 4 stars the curry 4 stars the noodle dishes are 3 or less.
They use a fish or oyster sauce that is pure fermented vinegar based flavor that over powers the dish. In each visit the protein has been over cooked and flavorless. Spice rating is a guess I’ve ordered medium+ and seems very tame my wife ordered mild and was hotter than my medium+ the staff is nice

Probably one of the best thai places I have visited so far! Depending on the time of day sometimes they are packed other times it's very empty. But the food is very flavorful 🤤 I always order the pad see ew but I feel like their portions are getting bigger (not that it's a problem). Def get the thai tea if you enjoy sweets!

The chicken pad Thai was pretty good but I feel cheated out of almost $20 after trying the Thai framed duck. I enjoy duck and I couldn’t eat this one- the meat seemed synthetic and did not taste good. The chicken crispy rolls were also bad.

Authentic thai place if you are looking to have some good thai food in Allen Park Michigan. Food was delicious and we definitely look forward to trying some of their other items on the menu. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places in Detroit. They have a pretty decent sized dining space to hold about 30-40 people at a time.

They have contactless payment and road side parking slots. Bon appetite!

I LOVE Thai food. I have eaten many times in hundreds of Thai restaurants in various countries and I have never been disappointed in any restaurant until I came to this restaurant to eat. I ordered soup and it tasted likechicken bouillon mixed with urine. I left the whole soup on the table. What a disgusting soup! Then my main course came and from the moment the waitress put it in front of me, the smell of urine was excessively strong. I put it to the side and took out each piece of pork and took it out with a napkin, so it wouldn't smell so much of urine. The pork was flavorless. I mean they didn't season it before they cooked it with the vegetables. It didn't have a grain of salt, but since I was hungry I ate it.
My partner ordered pineapple fried rice. That was what I ended up eating since the other was too repulsive. The fried rice had good flavor and enough pork but the pork was very dry and tough. My partner told me that the pieces were too long. He is right. They were long but that didn't bother me.
The only good thing I can say about this place is that they served enough protein in the food, but unfortunately the meals are almost inedible. I will never return to this place. One hour ago, I finished eating and my mouth still tastes terrible -pee. I'll have to buy some gum before I get home to brush my teeth and use mouthwash. The best thing about the food was the cashews and the water. Waste of money and all the food was left on the table almost uneaten. What a disgrace!

This was my first time having Thai food so I was a little worried going into it. I got the Pad Thai and it was SO delicious. I'm definitely going back.

A friend and I went here on a late Saturday afternoon. There was no one else there, so we had no trouble finding a table. The staff were friendly and prompt in taking our order. They seem to do a lot of take out, as there was a steady stream of foot-traffic picking up. The menu is extensive with traditional Thai dishes, available at your desired “heat” level. I had a chicken with yellow curry disk with white rice, medium heat. There was plenty of food on the dish, enough to share with others. The chicken was tender and the curry was very flavorful. The “medium” is fairly spicy hot, but was fine for me. Prices were very moderate. I also had a sweet tea, served Thai style…more creamy than pure tea, which tasted good to me.
