For us, service is always as important as (if not more than) the food. In this case, it sucked because we actually liked the food before the incident. We had asked for an extra cup for the toddler after ordering $35+ worth of food. They said it will cost 50 cents and without cash, they said we don’t take cards for 50 cents. Went to sarku japan right beside it and they gave us cup+lid+straw without hesitation and no charge. We didn’t even order from them. It is interesting when a business makes a small decision like this. We are never going back.
I Love their wonton noodle soups 🍜 🍲 🥣 especially during those cold winter days in Massachusetts! They make the wonton noddle soups from fresh yellow noodles 🍝. It does take a little longer than 5 minutes but it is worth the wait. Be careful of not getting your tongue 👅 burned from the hot noodle 🍜 soups! I also adore their other selections of noodles soups that are equally as great!
used to love this place until they gave me SEVERE food poisoning. please be careful. shocked they don’t have food safety violations.
Large amount of food for a good price. The flavor is great and the texture is perfect. I don’t like hard rice/noodles or overcooked chicken which happens a lot with some Chinese/Thai food places. Ruby Thai always get it right!
Ruby must be a first name, because Thai is NOT WHAT THE FOOD IS.
Why is it called Thai when there is no Thai food offered?
Why is food court food being offered on Door Dash?
This is extremely disappointing.

It was good!

Please please don’t eat their mushroom chicken. I got severe mushroom poisoning/ food poisoning from eating that on December 21st in their Natic mall food court location.
Mall Asian food.
Chicken was pretty good.
Beef was literally inedible.
So don’t get that one lol
got food poisoning from here the food was gross
It was quite busy, but delicious! The rice and chicken are good portions at a great price! Wish I took pics!!
Nice chicken
Excellent food and good service
Horrible service, when I told them they gave me the wrong order they grabbed it and said “giving your money back” pretty much saying they won’t make it right with customer, I showed them a picture and what they gave me was another different soup.
Delicious, affordably priced, and great vegan options! I will eat here whenever I come to the mall 😁
Hours not posted anywhere, hours on Google not accurate, closed before 7 on a Sunday.
Very good! I recommend the mango chicken! Went back twice during a mall trip because it was that good!!
Even though it’s the same company, the one in providence is much better
I eat here every Saturday. Good flavor, generous portions, and the consistency of a Michelin starred restaurant.
Yeah it's a no for me, it reminded me why i stopped eating at food courts. Food is poor quality, and i doubt that everything is fresh
Disgusted the food looked great, but i ordered a plate asked for the fried rice and for the 2 sides i asked for shrimp and green beans. The person loaded the plate with rice, but gave me like 4 shrimps I thought for the price thats not right I said wait can you actually put shrimp, he said extra 2 dollars. I said fine he places 1 shrimp extra. At the register I questioned why the lady infront of me had so much more and not charged "extra". So the man serving heard me asked me to show him i open it move the beans show him he goes to add two more and the guy next to him apparently owner takes the plate says to show him receipt I do and then he takes shrimp out says its only one extra places it back into the food he's serving mind you I had by now touched my plate with my hands. I said wow i paid for that. I want my money back maybe he thought i wasnt the type to speak up but i pointed out how disgusting that was in a time of Covid and that I paid.he after people begin to look he says its only 8 regular shrimp extra is two shrimps which they didn't give the whole plate with extra had less than that. Reason for the whole fuss. I told him I would call a health inspector and then he goes and places the same dam shrimp back on my plate. Back and forth asking for the receipt. I was so disgusted, since I had paid I grabbed the plate with whatever it had took a bite and felt like puking it was soggiest shrimp ever. After all that mess...I'm not usually the type to argue over food or fight with people but I really wanted to throw that plate in the guys face. I threw it in the trash where it belonged and had a slice of pizza from the Sbarros next door their service was fast and excellent, the pizza tasted like pizza ten dollars for 2 Slices, worth it.
Personally not a big fan of asian food but this was delicious the chicken the rice was flavorful and just so good. Friendly staff. Highly recommend

I was quite excited for the pineapple fried rice, but unfortunately was disappointed in it. The seasoning/powder they use on it was just very overpowering. Almost as if they just doused it in curry powder and with every scoop of the spoon, you get a nice big whiff of it. The mango chicken fared much better, just sweet enough for me and added much balance to the plain veggies that I got as well. In terms of mall food here, RTK 's the cleaner option since it's not too salty or fatty looking. I may go to them again, but opt out of the rice...especially when I found a sliver of pineapple towards the end.
Delicious noodles and very large portions
5 stars considering this is a mall food court restaurant.
Pad thai was good for mall food, rice was nice, meats were well done.
The tofu dish was surprisingly good as well.
Looking at the other options in the food court I would highly recommend this one.
Awesome grilled chicken and wantons.
Comida deliciosa
Ruby Thai has pretty good Asian food for a food court restaurant stall. I like their noodle soups (beef noodle soup and seafood noodle soup) and their stir fried noodle dishes. It's pretty good, though probably not the healthiest food. It seems very reasonably priced for the portion size as well.
We decided to try out Thai food and it was a great experience. The dishes selected had decent portions for sharing and were absolutely delicious.
Muy buena.
Great mango chicken
Ruby Thai Kitchen has some pretty good asian food court food as they give good portions and they have some variety compared to other outlets in the mall. Overall, they have a nice staff and it isn't too busy.

Loved this place. The best food!
The mango chicken and fried rice is the best
Yummy! I love Ruby Thai Kitchen. Mainly kind staff, plus they give you FREE SAMPLES! Bonus! Orange chicken tastes awesome, but i would recommend trying anything from them. I also love the Chow Mein and Fried Rice. Prices just decent. Great place at Natick!
