when i tell you the food is delicious. every dish was well seasoned and made perfectly. the popular orange chicken was tender. the breading and sauce was just chefs kiss. you can tell they put love into making their food. the vegetable fried rice was so good, you could eat it alone. their vegetable spring rolls had the perfect crisp and the dipping sauce was so delicious. all the veggies in the noodles were cooked to a tender but slight crunch. so you know it’s still nutritional but easy to eat. the thai tea was perfectly balanced. not too sweet, not to much ice. literally just right. my son ordered the lime tea and it was very refreshing. if you’re looking for a healthy balanced meal, this is definitely worth the visit. the staff are also really friendly and kind. they were very kid friendly and enjoyed conversations with my son. it was so sweet. it’s also really clean and beautiful inside. next time we’ll be dining in.

Very good authentic Thai restaurant. We visited this place while on a business trip.The pad Thai with chicken which was very good and flavorful.We had the hand rolled salad wraps with shrimp and chicken wings for appetizers. The Thai tea was delicious. The service was very good. Our waitress was very nice and courteous. Prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

This is not a Thai restaurant. It is a place that sells unidentifiable Thai, Chinese, and Korean food. The tofu in my dish was spoiled, so I stopped eating it, but I still ended up with an upset stomach after returning home. Additionally, both my dish and my companion's dish had an unrecognizable taste. It is clear that they do not even know the recipes for the food they serve.

We dined at Chim Thai Cafe tonight and it was amazing! Huge portions, great prices! Loved the crunchy pad thai and the pineapple fried rice. We ordered spicy thai rolls and crab rangoon too, which were both great! It was very accessable for my 95year old grandmother with her walker too; ample parking and we were able to pull right up to a accessable drop on the sidewalk to enter.

My family and I have been eating at Chim Thai for just over a year and we love it. The food is consistently good and the owner, her husband and wait staff are really friendly. There is plenty of seating and the atmosphere is nice and calm. This place is a treasure to me, I don't know why I waited to write a review.

We order a shrimp pad thai and chim Thai rice and they only give us two shrimps. Like how cheap you this place is getting and for the price they charge, really. I rather go to Mandarin or any other other place. This was my go to place after Mango Tree close, but I will never be back to this rest.

I hate having to write this review because I have only had wonderful food and experiences at Chim Thai Cafe up until tonight. I don't know what is going on in the kitchen, but please consider this as feedback for improvement. Something is clearly amiss and very disappointing. I hope it is just a one off and the quality took a hit just for one night. Maybe someone new to Thai cooking was starting tonight? The fresh spring roll wrapper wasn't soaked adequately and was hard like paper, the plum sauce was more like a sticky honey than plum sauce, and the pad thai was mushy and flavorless. I hope you can fix this as I do so love eating there and want your business to succeed. What I love about this place is the lovely woman who usually greets us and serves us AND the fact that vegetarians and vegans can be accommodated. There aren't many restaurants that have delicious options for us and tonight was far from delicious. Good luck. I hope you get better soon.

The food tasted awesome and the service was great. I can't do spicy and wanted curry that has spice. The owner came out to check with me that the curry will need to have some minimal spice, which turned out to be very ok with the rice on the side. It tasted SO GOOD. and the quantity was so much that it made two meals for me. Most of the menu looked very authentic. I will be visiting here more often.

This place is a hidden gem that is so deserving of more business than it had the night I was there (10/14/23). The Tom KahaGai soup, Thai Rolls and Hot Basil Fried Rice were the best I have ever had. Each dish was as good if not better than the comparable dishes I had in Thailand and Laos last year. Portions were very generous and it ended up being way too much food for me, but I couldn't put my fork down. Thip, the sweet woman who is the owner, waitress, dishwasher, etc was literally running at times to meet the needs of her customers in a timely manner, all while donning a big, beautiful smile, infectiously good attitude, and kind words for every customer. You must consider supporting this very deserving establishment. 😍

I really wanted to give you a one star. I doordashed my dinner yesterday to the hotel and it arrived with no utensils to eat it. The hotel had nothing to assist. I had to walk to a local gas station and ask for a plastic fork then walk back to the hotel. After a long day of working it really pissed me off just to go through that much to eat my food.

Let me tell you, hands down the BEST spicey pad Thai I have ever had. It was so worth it. You’d have gotten 5 stars for sure if it wasn’t for everything I had to do just to eat it.

Definitely my favorite Thai restaurant in Milford area. The food is terrific. Their curries are especially flavorful. Also, the owners and staff totally take care of you and make you feel like family. This is a great spot to dine in, but you can easily do takeout or curbside pick up as well.

The THAI FOOD is Exceptional!! My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant! It's clean, has great ambiance with various lighting and lots of natural plants. It has fantastic food and the service is outstanding! You feel so welcomed by the waitstaff who are always efficient, attentive, and friendly! It's made with plenty fresh ingredients and complex flavors. So much better than Chinese food (in our opinion)

One of our favorites is the Red Curry Duck - the portion of duck surpasses any other Thai restaurants. So flavorful and the duck is very tender. And the house fried rice - WOW! Not to say we haven't had several other dishes which also rate as some of the best Thai food we've had. Did i mention the Sake - YUM!

Fantastic food! Six of us popped in on a Wednesday night and were treated like family! Freshly prepared on site, the spring rolls, crab Rangoon, chicken satay, and scallion pancakes were healthy and heavenly. I had the Pho Chicken, never imagined I'd finish the vat it was served in, but so perfectly prepared I found myself slurping the broth. Pad Thai, was ample and "awesome". This restaurant is a must -- bring your appetite! Service was fast and courteous, everyone so pleasant and happy! Some of us left with take home, all of us feeling pleasantly sated!

We love the Tofu Dancing. A great set of options for vegans or vegetarians. Every single time we order from Chim Thai, we say "wow, was this just a perfect treat!"

Went here for Lunch Buffett (Not listed on Website but 11:30-2:30 $15.95) Over all I was very pleased with the food. 4-6 items to choose from plus salad and dessert. It changes daily but the food I had was the best Thai in Milford area hands down. I have not had dinner but if the buffet food was this good, I only assume dinner is even better. I am sticking with 5 stars as the food was THAT good, but the place has MINOR opportunities to be better… We were halfway done with meal before we finally received our 3 waters. It was not busy just 8 customers at the time, I think they should have water on standby and automatically give them when seated. Another very minor issue, they ONLY give you a fork, I personally at least like the option of chopsticks when eating Asian food. While I might be in the minority on that, at least include a knife, SOME of the food is not easy to eat with just a single fork. Again, the service was friendly so I’m not taking away from the rating for such minor issues but hopefully they will fix for future.

I was on a work trip when I went here on my own for dinner. I got the Golden Wings and the Yellow chicken curry. Both were delicious! The service was also great. You could tell that the owners were very proud of their business and cared that you enjoyed your food. If I’m ever in the area again, I’m definitely coming here again.

I got the Choo Chee Curry with tofu and my husband got the same but with chicken, and we both agreed it was so delicious. It was hard to decide what to order because there were so many yummy looking options on the menu, and the prices are very reasonable. In addition to the regular menu with the details, they also give you a picture menu to give you a better idea of what to expect. We’ll definitely be going back to try something different. I got lost coming home one night in Milford looking for another restaurant, seen chim thai cafe some and my friends stopped in for a few ice tea's I was impressed with my ice tea so I convinced my friends too eat here seeing we were running late, I grabbed a plate of chicken cashew nuts, WoW what a plate not only was it full of food delicious on the flavor the price was on the mark, since we got lost and couldn't not find the other restaurant Chim Thai has become our new restaurant for flavor foods and Chim Thai has not disappointed me and the ice seems to be getting better, so the saying goes if you go to Chim Thai you might not want to go back home to eat

Ordered shrimp panang curry to go, came home and found it was chicken version which is less priced. Also, Pad See-Ew was too mushy.

Order chicken pad Thai to go. Came with shrimp? Weird but whatever. But all the noodles were burnt and crunchy. Someone had laid a few normal, softer noodles on top to hide all the burnt noodles. Had to throw the whole thing away. It was like eaten those uncooked instant ramen noodle packets from the grocery store.

What an awesome surprise to happen upon this little gem of a restaurant on an impromptu visit to Milford. The food was so delicious! The service very efficient and friendly. I tried several dishes...Tom Yum soup, seaweed salad, Massaman curry tofu, and was even treated to fried bananas for dessert. Each dish really wonderful, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. Everything that I've had there has been great. It is an inexpensive Thai restaurant so you need to have the right expectations, but it is one of my favorite places.

I am surprised the bar didn't have more seating and that it wasn't as busy as I would expect for lunch. After reading the two bad reviews...it just doesn't add up in a laughable way. I want to disclose that I do work for the landlord of this shopping center...however, this review is completely unbiased...The owners of this restaraunt are so friendly and sweet and the food was perfect. Great portions in the lunch sized meal I can only imagine how generous they are with dinner. I will definitely be bringing friends from RI and Boston to this spot. <3

I highly recommend this establishment! I tried 2 different beers (give the Singha the edge over Chang), then ordered Scallion Pancakes w/House ginger dip, the Fisherman's Soup w/shrimp & Squid (🌶🌶), brown rice, and the Shrimp 495. The pancakes with dip are to die for! The Fisherman's Soup goes really good with the brown rice, which tones down the heat a bit. And the Shrimp 495...? Exquisite!! Excellent nutty flavor! Facility very clean & neat, quite enjoyable. And the staff was very informative & quite knowledgeable & helpful. Great place for a pleasant & tasty meal!

Good yellow curry chicken and lovely service

I have a serious love for yellow and red curry. The sweet ladies that work here helped me pick my meal. Chicken yellow curry and white rice with crab Rangoon. Delicious! I topped it off with a Thai tea. Highly recommend.

My experience has been terrific, been going here for 4 years. Favorite is the Country style Pad Tai as its spicy but not too spicy, very fresh with subtle flavors...!

This restaurant is one of the worst i ve ever dealt in my entire life, they don't have any manners towards customers in dealing with special situations my experience was as the following:
1- the food described in the menu was missing ingredients in my plate but i said that's fine or whatever besides it was very poor like only 2 shrimps and 5 small chicken pieces also the shop was so smelly and very hot no aircon.
2- this one was the worst wen i m done with my payment via credit card, they wanted to charge me again in cash because as they say that the format of the receipt wasn't familiar to them and a thin short lady was shouting to me to stand aside and her temper was really rough i ve never been subjected to that my entire life and they kept my credit card with them and didn't want to give back my card after so many fights as they were also talking in Chinese and kept me waiting for long time though i made a notice for them that i have an appointment with my obgyn doctor as i only have 2 weeks for my due date they didn't care all they wanted is to scam me, after half an hour they understood that the receipt just needed a signature and they didn't even apologize God i hated everything about this shop i would never think of going there again jesus.

Good food from pad Thai to hot basil with shrimp and marvelous curry.
Then ginger ice cream with chocolate sauce!
