The owner and server were the kindest people ever. I ordered a seafood pad thai - it wasn’t officially on their menu but I saw someone else order it based off another google review. The pad Thai was pretty good - really big portions, not as authentic as I thought as they didn’t give me lime and the bean sprouts were cooked with the dish instead of being on the side but still yummy and suitable for a quick eat regardless!
I honestly don't know what to make of the meal I had here. I was expecting something perhaps similar to Vietnamese, Thai, or even Burmese food. They recommended three dishes. One was chicken with ginger and rice, another was short fat noodles with beef, and the last was a pork soup. Unfortunately, none of them were pleasant. The chicken was tough, bland, and the ginger was almost inedible - stringly and hard (maybe it was deep-fried?). The beef dish was unpleasantly greasy and underseasoned (which is odd for East Asian food!). The broth in the soup had what I can only describe as an unpleasant taste. The best way to describe the overall flavor of the meal is to imagine fresh flavors and then imagine the exact opposite.
Based on the reviews, I would assume I ordered the wrong dishes, but these were the restaurant's recommended dishes. Maybe it was just a super off day?
You don’t come here for the ambiance — you come here to eat and go. The food is decent and consistent, though not the best Cambodian food I’ve ever had. It’s reliable, but doesn’t stand out in a crowd. The service is always friendly, but it’s a bit hit or miss depending on the day. You’ll either have your tab dropped off at the table or be asked to pay at the counter, which can feel a little awkward if you’re not sure what to expect.
The menu isn’t as varied as other Cambodian spots around town, but they do a decent job with what they offer. It’s a simple, no-frills kind of place.
One plus is that there’s plenty of seating for both small and large groups, so whether you're flying solo or rolling in with a big crew, you'll find a spot to settle in.
Parking is pretty straightforward — there’s street parking in the front and a lot in the back. If you park in the back, though, be prepared for a bit of an off-putting entry experience. You’ll walk right past the dumpster, and the path to the dining room takes you right by the bathrooms and kitchen. Not exactly the most welcoming introduction.
All in all, it’s a solid option if you’re in the area, but don’t expect anything too fancy. It’s a no-nonsense, get-in-and-out kind of place.
My first time ever trying Cambodian food, it was amazing. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and honestly priced. The service was great (and fast) and the staff even helped me browse the menu. I will absolutely be going back!
Delicious food all around. Place could use and upgrade, but the food makes up for it. Don't think twice. Just order and enjoy the deliciousness that will drive your taste bud crazy. Finally went back to eat inside for the first time like I said before could use a little upgrade but very nice family atmosphere and lots of people were there we enjoyed our food my daughter didn't like her food too much but she doesn't like too much of anything anyway.
We ordered takeout. Curry fish and aver a seafood rice dish. Delicious and great value! The rice portion is huge, so make sure you ask for a visual estimation of volume to not waste food. We got the regular portion, ate far more rice than expected because of the yummy sauce, but only finished half.

There was some scary situation in the parking lot. Police was called.
To be honest, this place is not even that good. They lack a lot of flavor. I did not enjoy my meal at all and it is very expensive we ordered 3 items and it was over $60. Red Rose tastes way better and cheaper compared to this place. I will not be going back.

I've only been here once but I love it. Very friendly staff. Did looked and tasted great. It is more expensive than I expected. I got a fried rice with pepper beef loc lac and a fried egg on top. Yes all are oily food. This gave a bit oil layer at the bottom if that bother you. But it has the great Wok Hei or breathe of dragon. The rice are slightly burnt. All those cancer causing goodness. The lime sauce was a great touch to cut the heaviness. The fried egg has half runny yellow gold yet it could used higher heat to get the burnt edges.
Although the dish was on the large size. I wouldn't expect you be $20 which is kinda steep for lunch. I mean the value is there. But I think most ppl would spend $15 for smaller portion? Then you add tax and tips on top. Maybe a soda. Man things are expensive nowadays.

Great food
SO GOOD!!

Wow... Hidden gem for sure. Great food, authentic and overall great customer service. Highly recommended for great Cambodian food in Massachusetts.
Great food and friendly service, get the student fried noodle if you like dry noodles.
Maranda treated us great and made sure our drinks was full and accommodated us. The pork belly was amazing and the beef loc lak was as well . Will be back
I ordered a pork chok today, and it was dried. The taste didn’t good like before.
This is my go to place to find loklak and pho noodle soup, great service and the people who work there are very kind and genuine. if I chose a place to eat with my family, this would be one of them!!!!
Try the Volcano Soup
I did not like their menu. Difficult to read and not full descriptions in english and not a good selection for me. I only wanted spring rolls and noodles. Weird.. I didn't see that on the menu only full dinners. So I ended up leaving and going to a different Asian restaurant down the street.
Food was very delicious had duck soup 🍲 😋 and duck on side dish both very fresh 😋 and delicious highly recommended oh Strawberry 🍓 tea 🍵 iced 🧊 oh my god very delicious recommended it 😋 prices very fair
The best authentic Cambodian food around hands down!
Great family restaurant with delicious fresh food-the Pho and ginger stir fry were excellent! Very friendly.
Best Cambodian food around! The oxtail pho is my favorite!
One of the best Cambodian food! I always recommend to all my friends. And my clients!
Great food, great service and by far one of the BEST Cambodian Restaurants.
Probably the best khmer food you can get in Lowell. Very authentic, even my in laws from Cambodia thinks so. Must try if you are looking for good Khmer food.
Every dish I've had has been very good
This was my first time there bc I was visiting family. The food is soo good and authentic. I actually wanted to go back to pack some food before I returned home to Philly.
I come here often and the food is ALWAYS consistent. I rave about this place to anyone looking for an authentic Cambodian restaurant. My go-to is the stir-fried flat noodles in gravy with a Thai tea to drink. I also recommend the iced coffee. My cravings are always satisfied after coming here.
Man oh man great cambodian food. The fish soup was amazing!!
I had visited the restaurant for the first time last week and I have nothing but good words to say about this place. The food was phenomenal, I was recommended samlor machu tiss with chicken and the roasted duck and complimented it with an ice coffee. Although the food was a 10/10, I was even more impressed with the service. The amazing server, Miranda, was quick on her feet, very attentive to everything around her, making sure the atmosphere was pleasurable, and was very nice to converse with. I will definitely be back!!!
The food was excellent and affordable. We have soup, salad and rice for dinner tonight after the tour of Boott Mills.
Authentic Cambodian cuisine in a diner type setting. Plenty of seating. Service was prompt and friendly. Servings are large, well suited to family style sharing. Parking is available behind the restaurant in addition to street parking.
My Fav Cambodian restaurant In Lowell. Staff is amazing and accomodating we go in groups of 15+. We love it here.
I had the stir fried cha kreung frog dish with white rice and it was delicious! The stir fry was flavorful, and there was actually pieces of frog meat. I've been to other places where they cooked it a different way and there wasn't much meat left. But this place does it how I like it. The restaurant also served the rice dish with a side of soup to balance out the meal. Their spring rolls were also good.
The food tasted really good. That’s why they’re getting three stars. Be aware this food will have you in a food coma . My family and I all ate here and while driving back home to saugus we all got head aches and stomach aches . It was honestly one of the worst feelings. I don’t know if it’s the msg but definitely be cautious if you order ; try to order without msg . Customer service was great woman was nice
I ate there several months ago. Food was very enjoyable and flavorful.
Great food. Good for family and friends to come around to sit and eat together.
Absolutely delicious. I have been coming here for 10 years and I am always happy with the food and service. It is a perfect place for true Cambodian food.
Fantastic!
Food was absolutely delicious! Some of the best pho I've ever had. Same for the Thai iced tea.
The staff was very respectful and unobtrusive. The food was authentic and spicy. Great noodle soups!
除了等菜时间有点长其他都挺好
汤头很甜有点怪
Don't get to frequent but I always enjoy my meal when there. Great, authentic Cambodian dishes.
I’ve always been treated exceptionally by staff. Anything you need just ask! Although may be understaffed at times.
Great place to dine for authentic Cambodian food. Great workers as well. Highly recommend to anyone.
AmaZing! Next level good. Fish soup and veggies crushed it. can't wait to go back! This place is the real thing. A must. Go eat but sure you get there before 8PM.
One of the most authentic places in the city. The major short coming is that, they can be understaffed.
I had to wait in line to pay for my check. I've been going here since I was a kid. It's quality food for sure.
My Favorite Restaurant in Lowell...
Girls are wicked nice as is the Owner..
THE BEST AUTHENTIC KATHEW/PHO Hands down
Excellent Cambodian food and service! This place gets packed fairly quickly. Hidden gem.
Fried rice was very bland and disappointing.
Very kind waitress, always delicious and have been coming here since I was kid.
They make good authentic and unique foods. Pig skins and fried rice were really good, pig skins were crispy. Student noodles and dry noodles we had the other day also good. Strawberry lemonade tea is a must try, phnom penh milk tea, green tea also good. My friend said green tea tastes like what she used to drink at home. Waitress is really friendly. Food takes little long time to make. Prices around less than 10 to 20 per dish. Restaurant feels like southeast asia restaurant.
It is a cozy place, real tight and there is not a lot of parking space . The staffs are friendly and professional, great food selection. Tasty and as close to original Khmer food as it gets.
Good place to eat
There was a cockroach in my porridge! Never again
Good food I love it
My family has been coming here for years. We live the food and the staff.
Once received ice cold dough that comes with the pho, that was unpleasant. Customer service is not the greatest. And I’ve definitely had better. Once received a piping hot cup of water when I asked for a refill of iced water.
One of the best authentic Khmer restaurants out there. Humble, mom and pop driven. I love the Phnom Penh milk, the ox tail ka thieu, and spicy papaya salad. The bread came out super fresh and hot. I ordered the tuk kroeung, which is the fermented grounded up catfish. It's very strong so beware. Great food and would definitely come back!
It may a good place for Combodian people and not for others. Online low price menu is a trap. Actual, prices are expensive and the quality is not great.
🤰🏽
Great place for authentic Cambodian food. Offers dine in and the staff is very nice.
Great local place to get Khmer dishes.
The food was alright could have been better the beef sticks was deep fried until it's burnt and crisp and one other appetizer that was deep fried too
Great Service
If I was a local I would be there everyday. Hands down best soups in Lowell (Oxtail Pho, Kuiteiv, Beef Stew, and traditional Khmer Soups)! And for this reason every chance I get I would buy a couple pints of the soup stock to bring back with me. Stick them in the freezer for cold days, you can thank me later!
I went to this restaurant with my girl friends last Saturday. I got duck egg noodle soup! First bite was good. But after I finished it. I felt weird, like my throat so dry. I guess they added so much chicken powder or soup powder in the broth. I don’t think I will return this restaurant anymore.
Food a delicious and good service.
Their duck noodle soup is absolutely amazing 🤩 if you’re not a fan of duck I recommend their ox tail noodle soup also
Very flavorful 🍲
Good food.. good service..
I never been there before my buddy brought me it was awesome good food Quick Service
Ok but service was bad waited half hour for food when I was the only one in there....
Good food at a decent price...service is relatively quick even during the pandemic
Noodle soup with Oxtail are delicious
The pice is too high, I won’t come back, disappointed 😡😡😡
The food was greats it's just the packaging was a bit messy I wish they can get something else besides a foam container like a plastic container
They okay
Love this place
Great place to eat and good service
Love the food. Very delicious.
A great joint to get oxtail noodle soup. If it doesn't leave you full then lord help us all. Their rice paper spring rolls are also stuffed to the gills. Good local spot with all the quality and none of the frills.
Very good food and great service
Great food
Great all around hole in the wall
Food us really great! Very tasty.🤤
Amazing food! Best Ive had in Lowell, service was great..very welcoming people!
Was just there with the family.. Great meal & great service! 5 star isn’t the correct rating for this restaurant.. It’s more of a 100+
