I moved from Central Texas to the Valley and I have to say this is THE BEST THAI food in the Valley, not to say that it isn’t some of the best Thai food I have ever had, because it is absolutely fantastic. Their Curry of the Day, whether it is Red or Green is absolutely phenomenal. They have a wonderful Crispy Pork Belly, and their spring rolls are fantastic. I would recommend Mod Dang! to anybody who wants to be tantalized with flavor and enjoy a delicious meal. I look forward to trying their entire menu.

My favorite place to eat hands down. I get the curry of the day at least once a week and just got to try their new yellow curry, egg noodle special. It was phenomenal!

Absolutely amazing and authentic Thai food made and served by very sweet people. The drunken noodles were 10/10 and we will be going back to try the crispy pork belly.

Ever since moving back from Houston finding good authentic Thai cuisine has been difficult. Finding this place was honestly a breath of fresh air when it comes to authentic. I would recommend this place to everyone. Delicious food, I tried the pad thai and can't wait to taste the other menu items next time I go!

Best Thai food! Gotta try this food truck if you are anywhere near.

I tried the Tom yum soup and it was delicious! The soup was this perfect combination of sweet heat and sour. I could taste every ingredient they put into this soup. I can’t forget to mention the shrimp was cooked perfectly! My husband tried it and he was impressed with how much he enjoyed it! 10 out of 10 recommend! We are definitely going back to try everything thing else on the menu.

Tried green curry, drunken noodles, and thai iced tea for my first visit. It hit the spot and provided more than enough for two people. If you like it spicy, asking for 10/10 provides one of the better burns you can find in RGV. Thank you for the solid dishes - I’ll be back.

First time here…tried the pork belly and pad tai chicken. Food was very flavorful, service was great. Didn’t wait long for the food and loved the atmosphere. Bringing the kids next time!

I was excited about this experience. Waited in line for a long time. When my turn to place order, cook ignored me and then turned around and yelled "I'm not taking any more orders. I'm too busy. come back another time" So disappointed with this establishment. Will not recommend ever again.

We got drunken noodles, crispy spring rolls, pork belly, and papaya salad on different occasions, and it was all incredible!! It’s not Mexican spicy, it’s like shimmering champagne spicy. Excellent.
