I highly recommend the food here. Got here mid afternoon and got the freshest hottest food. Great food have a bite you will not regret it.

Excellent delivery service by GrubHub! First time trying Thai Food and I recommend before to order, check the recipes on YouTube. For me, Pad Thai was so sweet. I’m not fan of sweet meals when I’m going to eat supper. But, the dishes were visually attractive. Fresh veggies! I loved the soy beans sprouts and green beans. Many carrots for my taste in the chicken with veggies but better than the noodles. No recommended for kids. And serve small portions to your family because, you are going to feel the strong sweet flavor if you eat a lot. We are 4, and we didn’t finish with all of this. Very generous portions! That was great!

Siam 9 is favorite Thai restaurant around. the location is kind of random but it's such a hidden gem. parking is easy. it's great for take out or dine in. the staff is so kind & the food is amazing. my favorites are the shrimp soft roll, pad Thai and the chicken & shrimp fried rice (ask for it alittle spicy!)

Walked in today at 5:15PM. There wasn’t a soul in the restaurant, just the two of us, waited over 10 mins (no lie, probably 15 mins) no one came to the table, we left. Drove 30mins for nothing. Service s u c k s, no wonder the place was empty.

Good news: I'm 45 years old and I started eating Thai food in 1996. I eat a lot of Thai. This is literally the best massaman curry I've had in my life. Typhoon in Middletown ct comes close, but not close enough.

Everything else was very good. Also, the cocktails were poisonously strong and delicious. I only had one and I can't read the menu, but it doesn't matter cus I'm just going to get the massaman curry every time.

I went to Siam 9 on Mother’s Day for lunch. The food was amazing! We ordered Mango Coconut Chicken Curry, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Summer Rolls and Crab Rangoon. Everything was piping hot and freshly prepared. I can’t wait to go back there. I may even go again this weekend. I’m totally hooked! Great food, Great service and very reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?

We just moved to the area from Boston. We had some great food options around us in Boston area obviously so we were skeptical when we ordered from here… and to our surprise the food was great and better then our old Thai place in the city!

I will get straight to it: The food is authentic, delicious, and LEGIT. If you want authentic Thai food, this is one of the best restaurants in the Worcester area.

I have gone here multiple times and everything I have ordered was very yummy. I am pretty picky when it comes to Tum Yum Soup, and their soup is spot on.

Now the negatives: It seems like there is only one staffer that works there, who is responsible for seating, waiting, and taking calls. What that means is be prepared to wait for a long time for your food to be ordered, getting your food, and finally leaving with the check.

I would recommend getting take out during dinner time (and even then, be prepared to wait!).

The staff worker is nice and the food is amazing, so I would recommend going to this place. I just wish if they hired a couple of more staff worker, this place would be absolutely solid.

I drive an hour round trip for this Thai food. It is exceptional cuisine, as a matter of fact, the best in the Massachusetts area if you ask me.

Highly recommend the crab rangoons, one of a kind! All of the dishes are made fresh and tasteful ingredients.

Got takeout for the first time today and they have the best Kra Pow I have had in a long time! When we ordered everything extremely spicy they certainly followed through! The crab Rangoons are the Thai pockets that are nice and sweet. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back soon!

I ordered via grub hub: the drunken noodle with no egg, specified “vegan”, and added a note stating “egg and dairy allergy”. My dish arrived with scrambled egg in it, which I only noticed after taking a few bites.

While the owner was kind enough to refund me my entire order, I think anyone dealing with a serious allergy should be aware of the lack of urgency around allergies at this restaurant. Still gave two stars because management was apologetic and my boyfriend enjoyed his food.

I love this place I always usually get the chicken mango curry Soooo yummy, but recently, my boss told me to try also the spring rolls which I’ve never had before. I have always turned my nose up then for a long time because they don’t look appetizing at all.
But I had some today and dipped in my mango curry and oh my God I’ve completely falling in love with the spring rolls . Love this restaurant you guys are great.

We got takeout here on a Sunday evening and it was tasty! I liked the Pad Thai (although it was too oily/fish-saucy for my partner). The staff was friendly, too.

Amazing food! Panang and Masaman were delicious. I also tried the green curry fried rice which I highly recommend. As a vegetarian the stir fried option was a pleasant surprise - the sauce was flavorful and was a nice alternative to the curries. Give this place a try for sure!

I order from Siam9 at least once a week. The quality of food is outstanding! Fresh and lots of options. The proprietor, Alex, is very kind and has superior customer service. Very convenient location and easy parking.

Tucked in a side strip mall, I did not know this place was there and had some trouble finding it. Food was fast and good, but portions were on the small side. I guess that is good for the waistline. I will go again.

This is our go to takeout spot! We have our favorites (basil fried rice and red curry for example), but order five or six different dishes in regular rotation, and they are all good. The staff is super friendly too, even when you are just popping in to pick up an order. Always makes us feel like they are genuinely happy to see us and appreciative of our business.

Quite possible the BEST Thai food we ever had. Tried 5 different dishes today- Pad Thai, yellow curry, noodle soup with duck, mango rice, tofu Pad Won Sen. All were very tasty. Promptly made for takeout. Will absolutely order from here in the future

We hadn't visited Siam 9 in quite awhile until this week. The food and service were fabulous; definitely the best Thai food in the area!
They even put an extra order of pad thai in our bag and followed up with an email to thank us for our order. We will be back for more!

I think the restaurant got sold, because the food quality has disappeared.

I ordered basil beef, and almost every single bite of the beef was full of 1/4 inch pieces of gristle. I had at least a dozen that I spit out into my paper towel. The restaurant must be buying the cheapest quality beef to reduce costs. After eating half, I threw the rest in the trash.

Pad Thai was mostly noodles, and greasy ground peanuts. A tiny bit of chicken included. Very sweet.

I was craving a curry dish and found this place via Google. We ordered the Massaman curry, Tamarind duck, and Siam Rama w/ chicken, and holy crow was it good! My only regret is that I don't live closer so I won't be able to order more often. You owe it to yourself to try this restaurant.

Well, this was a hidden gem in our town. I’ve shopped next door and never realized that this restaurant was in the same plaza. I know. I know. Today my family and I decided to give them a try, after driving by last week and “realizing” it was there, and the food exceeded our expectations. We had the Pad Thai (my go to), Mango Rice and Red Curry with pork. The food was delicious and it was fresh. We all enjoyed it very much and this was my daughter’s first time trying Thai food, she said it was the best food she’s ever had. Siam, you’ve gained new customers; keep up the great work!

The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The service was out of this world if your looking for some pandemic relief this is the place to order.

The food is good and price is ok, but we ordered at 5:50pm and food will be ready at 6:30pm on the website. No food to pick up until 7:10pm.

Top-notch Thai cuisine all around the menu here: the ingredients used and cooking methodology is something to be admired and aspired to. All vegetables and meats are nicely roasted on the sides with a delicious center to them. Holden is good for both delivery and dining in. I'd no doubt recommend these eats and plan to return again to relive this outstanding eating experience.

Ordered delivery - everything came quickly, and food was perfect! Love that I have the option to add tofu to pretty much everything too.

Outstanding food with quick takeout service. I recommend the spicy khan soi or penang curry but we've had several other dishes and we've enjoyed them all. The prices are reasonable as well. I'd get a cup of tom khai gai (coconut chicken soup) for those trying Thai for the first time.
