My family and I have been regulars here for longer than I can remember. Unfortunately they came under new management recently who jacked up the prices and significantly changed the menu and recipes. I used to love the Pad Thai but unfortunately the new management made it significantly worse. The food is all much more bland and lifeless, definitely not worth how expensive it is now. What a shame.

Got take out for the first time tonight. Pad Woonsen, Chicken Noodle Soup, Lemongrass Chicken and Shrimp, and Red Curry. Each dish had basically the same chicken and veggies. The flavors were severely lacking, the chicken was overcooked, and overall it was just plain boring. I like Thai food, but I won't be eating here again.

Another fantastic meal here. Everything is served hot and fresh cooked to order. This outing we had Prik Khing extra spicy with seafood. This had nice size shrimp and scallops and muscles and squid. Fantastic spice combo. We also got the cashew nuts combo with chicken. This was excellent as well We started out with an order of chicken satay. The peanut sauce that accompanied it was especially good.

Nice quaint restaurant in Chelmsford that serves a variety of Oriental and Thai foods! I usually meet up with a friend or two here to get some authentic Asian foods. Very tasty and decent portions. Restaurant is kept clean and waitress service is Excellent.

We visited today with family. It was a treat from me for my family and there was a booth empty which needed almost no clean up. The restaurant manager asked us to sit at a table which was very closed to the door step. When I requested "Can you provide us that booth" . She said "No I can not , I am busy" . In my view if there is any shortage in staff she could politely tell us . "Can you manage to sit here as I am the only person today ?" This is hospitality industry and we go to a restaurant with family to relax and enjoy good food with good atmosphere. We ordered Appetizer , soup and main course and told her not to bring the main course immediately . But to our surprise she brought everything at the same time . And the table was not big enough to hold all the dishes at a time. The food quality was okay . But the taste of treatment was the worst. Luckily we have many more options around the city. This is probably our last option when nothing available.

Thai Jasmine is a relaxed Thai spot with a traditional menu and booth seating. They also have a full bar with specialty cocktails.

The food is delicious and authentic.
The service is friendly and attentive.
The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.

One of my favorite places

Food is good. But restaurants without a wifi is boring i came to the restaurant to do my work plus to enjoy drinks but , they have wifi and staff doesn’t know the password

We have been here a hundreds times and their soups have always been my go to when someone is feeling under the weather in my home. The last few times the soup broths are overloaded with garlic and most recently my chicken soup only had two slices of shaved chicken in it and half of my husbands crab Rangoon were empty. Sad to see this looks like it’s going downhill

I have my lunch here and taste is ok. But when i ordered spice red curry for dinner they gave sweet un cooked red cury. This happened in multiple instances. Are the treating customers don’t care if if its take away. I would never ever order again and avoid going to this restaurant in future. They lost a regular customer. Pathetic, Pathetic….

Taste is not good. We ordered spicy and felt like they mixed vegetables separately and rice and chicken separately as the spice levels for each was different as if they were never cooked together. Won’t recommend or eat again.

When I got my order and came home when I opened the red curry box and started to pour into a bowl it was literally water and the rice with the tofu tasted like rubber and also the red curry was tasteless my my family did not like at all…😠😔

Friendly staff, the place was clean and the food is good.

The yellow curry dish is incredible. It is very mild when it comes to curry dishes and remains flavorful even as leftovers. (The reviewer named "Eagle" should stick with frozen foods - Trader Joe's is okay - and avoid any Thai restaurants.)

A great lunch spot with a nice assortment of yummy Thai favorites on the lunch specials. They adjust the spice level to my request. I always have enough left to take home.

Pretty basic “Basil fried rice” was Not at all tasty! Rice was not cooked properly and not hot…

I ordered a mild Yellow chicken curry, yes mild and it came out extremely hot and spicy...when I told the waitress that I cannot tolerate the spice, she said the only thing they could do it take it back to the kitchen and add coconut milk to it. Still was very spicy! As I couldn't finish the dish, I took it back home and had to add sugar to it. The other food were fine like the thai curry triangles but the soup was just sugar water. Not worth the money.

I've never eaten here but sometimes order takeout. In comparison to other Thai restaurants in the region, the food has a better flavor.

Moved to the neighborhood recently. Thai food is my favorite. Ordered takeout from here for the first time. Tom yum soup, Pad Thai, Pineapple fried rice, Basil Combination Specialty with chicken were all delicious, hot and fresh, large portions. I am glad I found Thai Jasmine.

When I can. I visit here. The chicken yellow curry and the garlic wings are great.

I've never dined in here but carry out a lot. The taste of the food is better compared to other thai restaurants in the area.

Ordered food for pickup through DoorDash and patiently waited outside of the restaurant for the order to show as complete, since I didn't want to walk in and make it more crowded during the whole pandemic going on. After half an hour of waiting decided to come in and check if something was wrong with the order, turns out it had been ready the whole time and customers are somehow expected to just guess when the order is ready, walk in and shout their name. I tried to ask the receptionist about why they don't have any notification system whatsoever, she just told me she had never received a complaint like mine and suggested calling the restaurant management next time. Aside from the rude attitude, they did not put any cutlery and or even a single napkin in my bag. Speaking of the food itself, it was the worst Pad Thai I have ever ordered in my life. Avoid this place.

Very good curry dishes , excellent portions however somewhat on the pricey side! But it's chelmsford. Lexington thai restaurants are even more expensive!

Solid Thai food. We've been there a couple of times - once with a party of 10 that they were easily able to accommodate in another room. Have also gotten takeout from here several times and it's always good

Great food and a friendly staff

I've become a regular at Thai Jasmine and for good reason. Excellent flavorful food. Savory noodle dishes in sweet and spicy sauces. There are a few Thai restaurants in Chelmsford and they are all good, but Thai Jasmine just had this certain I-don't-know-what about it that makes me choose it over the others. The folks that run it are super friendly, good people that reinforce my decision to spend my money there. Sometimes they will throw in a little freebie like thai rolls in our weekly take out order for being repeat customers which is awesome. They also offer a small rewards program where for every x amount of dollars your spend, you get a discount on your next order which is very generous on their part. If you're looking to get take out or come in to have dinner you can or if you're looking to sit down at the bar and have drink, they have that too. You can't go wrong here.

Great Thai food in Westford. It was a very special place

A friend and I found Thai Jasmine through google when we were desperately searching for Pad Thai in the area. Today was our second time visiting and the food was just as good as it was the first time.

The Crispy Chicken Pad Thai is to. die. for. We’ve ordered it both times (and one time with delivery through Door Dash). This time we also ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice, Coconut Shrimp, and the Shrimp Tom Kha soup.

Large portions (we have left overs for days), hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS. The Tom Kha soup was perfect for a cold New England day. Excellent prices, too! We plan to frequent Thai Jasmine often.

My Beloved and I love this restaurant!!! We had to move to Missouri for school, but every time we come home for a visit we make sure we come here. It's the best Thai food I've ever eaten. The staff are lovely, and the portions are generous.

Ordered pad thai with crispy chicken. Chicken flavor was good but the pad thai was unbelievably bland.

Here's my experience with Thai Jasmine...

Me and my wife with 5 kids decided to go here so we can save money on lunch (it was after 3 so it was dinner no biggie)

We got appetizers to share among my wife and kids and a pineapple fried rice I got beef noodle soup (was not the best)
We got charge with an automatic gratuity with basically 2 meals seeing as we shared them amount each other. (I think you guys could've talked to each other about this first) so we end up not saving any money at all.

While we were still eating this guy seems to work on the kitchen came and basically raided our table for food that we are done with (we were being rushed out the restaurants) very unprofessional chef/waitress/ Viking man from Lowell. You lost me and my family plus any of my friends that goes around that area after Kimball farms.

Their curry dishes are worth trying.

Don't be deceived by the overall decor; the food here is delicious. The menu is varied but not overwhelming, permitting them to focus on what they do best. The Spicy Pad Thai with Jumbo Shrimp is delightful and filling. Very friendly service, especially at the bar.

Clean food good taste.

The food is pretty good. The past few times I've gone it has not been as good as I remember it. Also there was an incident last time I was there where I felt like the wait staff were ignoring me and my girlfriend. Other than that one time though service had been great.

Food used to be better, not anymore. Service is terrible. The manager/server (only male person in the restaurant) is rude and not service oriented. As some one else mentioned, i felt the food was leftover. Also, check your credit card statement to make sure they bill right too.

One of our favorites! We go several times a month. Crispy vegetables, excellent curry dishes and good size meals! Never been disappointed. Our kids love it too. Very consistent and always great service!

This restaurant is pretty standard as far as Thai food goes. Nothing special here, but nothing was bad, either. If I lived nearby, I'd probably go again. Nice decor and the waitress was friendly.

Tasty authentic food, quiet atmosphere

Food was quite good. Service is bad. "The Hustle" started when I went for lunch on Saturday and was told they'd be going off "Dinner pricing", presumably so they could turn a profit off the empty 1980's dining room. Waitress delivered water but never took a drink order. I asked for coffee and all they had was decaf (and she didn't offer to make fresh?!?). What kind of restaurant doesn't have coffee? They also bug you to buy a side of rice once you get your meal, which presumably cost them a nickel. On the plus side parking was easy with all the spaces open.

I got the pad thai to go, and it seems like they gave me left over food. The chicken tasted especially odd and 4 hours later I got a nice spell of food poisoning. The pad thai wasn't even that good.

Decent Thai food, the curry is pretty good. Be aware that during dinner time the dishes do NOT come with rice, you have to order it separately. Fine for take-out, but when dining in... that's kind of ridiculous.
