Thai and Vietnamese restaurant
I have been eating pho for many years and this place has THE BEST pho I’ve had anywhere. The food is delicious, the waitstaff and the owner are super nice people, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. Tonight, we enjoyed a freshly made, succulent chicken noodle Pho Ga with their perfectly crisped, creamy and decadent crab rangoon, along with their Bangkok fried rice. When I tell you this Thai fried rice is perfectly seasoned, soft and fluffy, with chicken, egg, onions, Chinese broccoli, tomatoes, scallions and carrots. On a scale from 1-10 this rice is somewhere over 100. I also had a cold, sweet and tasty Thai iced too to wash down all the incredible flavors. I highly recommend stopping by here and ordering lots of food!
Highly recommend for vegan/vegetarian! They provide the flexibility to make many dishes with vegan options. Be sure to check with the server as some dishes may contain fish sauce or meat broth.
Our server was super friendly and helpful to accommodate my vegetarian diet! I had the watercress noodle soup, it was so refreshing and delicious!
Will be back soon !
Nice spot for Asian noodles. Taste really hit the spot on a winter like day in April. Menu offers many noodle and rice dishes. Had 2 different soup noodles and one curry. Taste was great for all of them, although Tom Yung noodle was a bit light; seasoning could have been a little stronger. Service was fast and attentive. Definitely would recommend.
Was told about this place from my brother, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a pho tom soup 🍲 with shrimp 🦐. I'm not gonna say it was bad, but I'm also not going to say it's the best soup I've had it was okay. I liked it. The broth was not too heavy as other places. It definitely did have flavor, though it came with a good amount of shrimp as well. My brother got the pho Sate, which is a bit spicy, has a good kick to it, and had a good taste to it. The crab Rangoon was a good appetizer as well. My partner and my daughter got the chicken pad Thai that I thought had too much chicken over it takes away the display of noodles. The noodles were really flavorful, I would definelty recommend. Service was awesome they were really fast and very polite. Overall, I had a good visit and experience to the place, so I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
Wifey was looking for Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls for dinner. We happen to find this lovely restaurant as we we were walking on Mass Ave. The staff were very accommodating as soon as you enter the door. Menus are given as soon as you're seated. We ordered the spring rolls, some noodle dish and Som Tum. While waiting for your order, the ambiance of the place reminds you of a relaxed homey feel. I was surprised with the texture and taste of the food. The blend of umami and saltiness of the plate complemented with veggies and the noodles. You can also taste the familiar wok hay in these dishes. Wifey was very pleased with the spring rolls as the peanut sauce accented the crispiness of the veggies in the filling. Regularly, the staff would politely check on you if you need anything. Will definitely come back to try the other items in the menu. If you're looking for Thai or Vietnamese food, would highly recommend this place.👍
Flavorful Pho Experience at Noodle Market
I recently dined at Noodle Market and opted for their Pho Dac Biet, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The dish arrived piping hot, boasting a fragrant broth infused with spices and herbs that danced on my palate with each spoonful. The tender slices of beef, accompanied by chewy rice noodles and an array of fresh garnishes, elevated the experience to new heights.
What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly, and throughout my meal, the attentive servers ensured that I had everything I needed. Their friendliness and professionalism enhanced my dining experience, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
Overall, Noodle Market offers not only delectable dishes but also a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service. Whether you’re a pho enthusiast or simply seeking a memorable dining experience, I highly recommend giving Noodle Market a try.
First time visiting, we ordered the Crispy chicken pad Thai and the Curry Noodle. Pay attention the little pepper 🌶️ icon because it was very spicy, the curry coconut sauce was the die for. Yes, it was that good. The pad Thai was one of the best dishes I have ever had and we really love ordering Pad Thai to try it out. Wanted to order some Pho but the Noodle Dishes sounded really good, and we were very impressed 👍!
Really yummy soups. Pad Thai was excited good. Vietnamese spring roll were all lettuce, so one star off.
Really good pho & shrimp spring rolls are really good as well👌🏼
Cozy little place with delicious food and very kind staff! I can tell it will be a new favorite.
Food is ok. I had better. Place smell funny.
Really yummy soups. Pad Thai was excited good. Vietnamese spring roll were all lettuce, so one star off.

Consistently good food, friendly service, and very fast.
Ordered drunken noodles and market noodles soup, both delicious. The pho broth was excellent and the slightly sweet pork a creative touch. Definitely coming back to try more dishes.
I've been here a couple times and have had the pho, drunken chicken noodle, and seaweed salad. The house-named pho was excellent and packaged to-go thoughtfully. The drunken noodles and seaweed were both good as well. Prices are good for what you get compared to other fast casual take aways in the area. The staff are very responsive and kind and the inside is pleasant.
I ordered takeout. I was charged $2.30 for onions. I received no onions. I was home and did not want to travel all the way to restaurant, so I asked for $2.30 credit off my next takeout order while picking it up. The cashier refused to refund it. I won't return to this restaurant.
Loved the staff! 100% helpful and just great!
We're out of towers, got carry out and took to stay place...food was really nice but bland in flavor.
Would try again, maybe ask for a spice level? But again, service was Great!
Lovely place
Great Thai and Vietnamese food! Friendly service
good
I highly recommend! The service and staff are awesome! The food is amazing! I have sat down to eat many times. I decided to try to see how the delivery was and ordered online for delivery. The food arrived HOT and delicious and my friends from out of town loved this place and want to go back next time they are back visiting!
The drunken noodle is covered spicy oil and nothing else. This is not how they used to prepare it. I miss the rich brown sauce.
Fantastic Pho. My wife had soup and I had a vermicelli bowl. The grilled pork was so good. It really tasted like it was grilled over flames. Unbelievable. The pho soup my wife had was filled with nice large pieces of tendon and tripe. Outstanding broth. Food was fantastic. Service was just as good. We ended up eating here twice.
Very vegetarian and vegan friendly.
Highly recommend banh mi (can be vegan or vegetarian). For dessert, coconut pudding is FANTASTIC!
Highly recommend for vegan/vegetarian! They provide the flexibility to make many dishes with vegan options. Be sure to check with the server as some dishes may contain fish sauce or meat broth.

New to Arlington. Big menu of Vietnam and Thai meals. Quick service and tasty food.
Would definitely come again! Got the crispy wonton, pho, and pad thai- all pretty solid.

Had many unpleasant visits at this Noodle market due to the girl that takes orders most of the time. She has been quite impolite for a few months now while we have witnessed her being better mannered with other customers, do not want to pull the race card here but cannot ignore that either. We used earlier to tip always tip 15 to 20% for eating at the restaurant and after having a few rude interactions we started to tip rightfully for the experience but never less than 12%. She also always gave trouble for when we ordered on the spot and emptied the plates into our boxes to avoid plastic containers and unsustainable practices. Another older person was very nice in similar situations. The last time the girl was very being rude from the beginning, did not serve water and was quite disrespectful. We have finally decided to never visit this place again. Liked the food but is not worth the emotional toll for us.

Amazing food, service was quick and courteous. I had the papaya salad and crispy chicken pad Thai, and both were outstanding.
Good food, I had Pho and spring rolls.
Had an event in the area, so this was the perfect spot to grab a bite. I had the Tom yum soup and needed a doggy bag to finish the rest later! Excellent service, highly recommend
Love their food
Chicken broth ridiculously salty. Asked if they could fix it was told it is premade. Also had the crispy spring rolls that are bought frozen from restaurant depot. Some stuff was pretty good though.
Got Pho, was tasty. Nice staff
I had an experience at this restaurant that I'd like to share. While the food was excellent overall, I was disappointed that the Cashew Chicken dish lacked any cashews. As a customer, I didn't expect to inspect my dish for missing ingredients. I mentioned this to our server, and it was a bit disheartening when I was told I should have pointed it out when the dish was served.
I'd like to suggest that when a dish is served with one of its main ingredients missing, an apology and a discount on the bill would have been a more appropriate response. It's important to consider that as a customer, my focus isn't always on scrutinizing the food, especially when I have my infant with me.
Arlington offers a variety of dining options, and we can easily choose alternatives where we don't have to worry about such issues. With a more customer-centric approach and a touch of empathy, I believe this place could achieve a higher rating. The food quality is indeed praiseworthy. No photos as we ate every grain of rice!
BEST VIETNAMESE AND THAI ICED TEA IN 1000 MILES!! 👌❤️🔥💯💯💯😋 I couldn't believe how delicious, flavorful, not to mention artfully crafted Thai Iced Tea which unfortunately has become a rarity this day in age. 110% recommended, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Wish I could eat here everyday for the rest of my life
This is my absolute favorite restaurant! Everyone here is so nice, and their pho dac biet is my top comfort food. I would probably live here if I could, it's that good.
I've gotten their take out and delivery too, but I love dining in because of how great everyone is.
It's a travesty that I haven't written a review before, I don't know how this happened!

Tasty foods and soups.
This place serves both Vietnamese and Thai food. For Vietnamese selection it seems like pho is dominant. We had grilled pork with rice which is great, more on the sweet side. For Thai selection, we had crispy chicken pad thai and chicken drunken noodles. The dishes were all excellent. Will be back to try other dishes!

My girls have loved this place for pho for the past 5+ years. We go there weekly. I really enjoy the Tom Yum noodle soup, the fresh rolls, and the vermicelli noodles. The staff are friendly, attentive, and fast. Best place to get pho nearby
When I’m doubt I go to Noodle Market for their Drunken Noodles and Lowmein. Best staff super efficient and so friendly.
Very bad service.
First, Asked for beef to substitute chicken in my dish. But the food still came out with chicken and no beef.
Then, Our toddler dropped food on the floor and the waitress asked us to clean the floor. She said her job is only to clean the table. I asked if a customer accidentally spill food onto the floor and if she’d ask them to clean. She was silent first and then still try to argue we should clean the floor. We cleaned the floor. But very not happy with this service, or rather no service. Parents with young kids should stay away from this restaurant
Very less quantity, not great taste. Weird staff
Closest pho to me, so I eat there frequently, but not the best I've had.
Oh my goodness, do I LOVE noodle market!! Their vegetarian pho is fantastic, the best veggie broth I've had anywhere! They're always accommodating with special requests and the staff is so friendly!
Unfortunately, I've moved and am not close enough to order all the time, but I always stop in when visiting Arlington.
Highly recommend.
Noodle market is my favorite noodle place!! The food is always so good and the service is amazing. Everyone I bring here loves it as well!!
Absolutely scrumptious draw dropping toe curling Thai tea. The noodles are also exquisite. The employees are the sweetest and the food comes fast. I 100% recommend!
Everyone is so friendly. Food is great.
Ok for a quick bite, ok service. Decently priced Parking is usually not a problem since it's on Mass Ave
The food was very good. Their level of spicy is definitely spicy, and has a lot of underlying sweetness to it as well, so if you are watching sugar, be mindful of certain dishes. The food comes piping hot which is great! The primary employee/waitress up front was rushing us to order and was not very friendly. When asked about drinks, she told us they didn't have hot coffee and didn't offer any other options, seemed very much like she wanted us to be rushed out of there. We ended up only getting 3 dishes to speed things up. However the lady that brought the food out to us was very kind and checked in later to see how we enjoyed the meal. The meals came out quick!! The location is great and the ambiance is nice. There are options for vegetarians which is helpful, but if you have nut allergies I would definitely clarify those up front. There is a paid parking 🅿️ lot walking distance from this location which is really useful.
Simple restaurant with excellent food.
Great food and service. One of my favorites in the area.
Very good food and service
Food is really good. Price is affordable. Potstickers were the best I have had in a while. Service was so quick.
Good service and staffs were nice. Good location and clean place.
everything here is ultra delicious
I would give this place 5 stars but the service is awful. One of the waitresses was very rude when we asked her to switch tables. She then continued to pressure us about giving her a 15% tip for the second time since we visited last.
Great food!
Thai dishes was better.
Service is good, and the environment in this restaurant feels very nice. I ordered the tofu banh mi for takeout which was excellent. They have a good selection of other vegetarian dishes which I look forward to trying in the future. My banh mi did have three jalapeno slices originally but the third one fell off the sandwich in the bag. The dishes were completed quickly; if you order a sandwich be sure you don't let it sit as the sauce will soak into the bread and make it soggy, but of course this was not at the fault of the restaurant. My friends ordered several meat and seafood dishes and they all liked it very much. I recommend Noodle Market.
Very very disappointed with the service of this place. I ordered food that required they remove the standard chicken and add tofu instead, since I am a vegetarian. I get food with the chicken removed and no tofu added. When I enquire about it, the lady at the restaurant argues with me and tells me it is all my fault coz I did not explicitly let her know that is is ok to charge extra for the tofu. I told her it is fine if she had charged me extra, but I would have liked some protein in my food. But then, she ranted on and on, and said it was my fault even though I gave explicit instructions to substitute the chicken with tofu.
Just very disappointed. I am 7 months pregnant and really wanted the extra protein. Instead I got bland food w/o any protein charged at full price and an earful from the restaurant about how this whole thing is my fault.
Good food. Friendly service. The Tom Yung Soup is maybe the best I've ever had. Really flavorful.
Fantastic food, and super friendly staff.
Great food!
Got a piece of metal in my fried rice. Please be careful!
Great food and great service. This restaurant passes all of the tests. Would recommend their homemade limeade.👍
We love Noodle Market! Very nice friendly staff, and great Thai and Vietnamese food with lots of vegetarian options. We get the banh mi often to have as a picnic by the pond.
Food was tasty and ready on time.
Great food and service
Rude customer service all round from the delivery driver to the girl who called to confirm the order.
Best Pho I've had in Boston area!
Food is fantastic. Try the Pho it is the best around.
Yum-o for the tum-o :)))
I love this place. Food is great, not too expensive, and most of all the staff is super friendly. We will definitely keep coming back.
Decent pho, but there's definitely better out there. This is also the only place I've been that's refused to steam bean sprouts prior to serving. Other noodle dishes seem more worth the time and money.
Super annoyed. Ordered a flat noodle dish and pad Thai but asked for flat noodles. Got there and was told that they wouldn’t put flat noodles in for no other reason than they “just won’t do it” ? Just so odd
Major yumbo.
Great folks there. Super fast on the food delivery. Extremely tasty food too; filled with flavours and nice spices.
I ordered beef salad, sweet and sour seafood noodle soup and banh hoi. Beef salad is 8/10, banh hoi is 7/10 and seafood noodle is 6/10. Overall, it’s good and I will come back to try more dishes.
Pretty bad Vietnamese food. Had the chicken Bun bowl. Chicken was far too salty.
Solid food, great flavors. Went for a picnic and was disappointed to find no utensils or napkins in the bag. Made do with a sauce cup lid...
Tasty Takeout!
Great noodles and a fantastic fresh-made limeade
Excellent 7 spice chicken noodle! Chicken moist and just enough amount of spice. Great addition of kale. The rice noodle was just right. Thank you for all your hard work and generosity to Covid-sicu. Anna, RN
We ordered curbside takeout -- the food was delicious, the price reasonable, and it was ready when promised. Highly recommend!
The Kimchi udon is out of this world. Haven’t had a bad meal by them. Constantly coming back here for its modern yet cozy atmosphere, plentiful drink selection and tasty selection of noodles prepared every which way you could want them
Great pad Thai with tofu and drunken noodles. Love the crab Rangoon. Friendly staff and quick service.
I LOVE THE HOT BASIL FRIED RICE!!!
Charming little spot with good selection of Vietnamese dishes.
My husband and I have been to this little place almost every week in the past month since we first tried it last month. The food was tasty at first and fresh with good amount of vege and not greasy which is a big requirement for us when we eat out as most of American restaurants cook food with too much oil or butter. The portions of pho is a bit small compared with other Vietnamese places. I am updating this review because our latest meal here was a real disappointment. The potstickers were barely warm and my husband’s wonton noodle dish had not-so-good tasting pork in the wontons.
Really nice servers. Always would go back for their quick serve yummy food
First time here and definitely won’t be the last! Everything was excellent :)
It's a decent local Thai/Vietamese restaurant. There is nothing outstanding, but everything I've had is pretty good as a quick lunch/dinner choice.
There Pho is an OK size - not really enough when I'm hungry. The broth and rice noodles in it are pretty good, but the beef tendon in the soup was still cold when it was served.
Overall, it is a good place for a quick bite when you're around town!
very good. great variety. good prices
Just ok food. Servers were decent. Nothing super special. To me just didn't have the authentic taste I was craving for.
Went there the first time with a date. And it was very good. And because he has traveled to 60 countries, and Vietnamese food he really liked. He said this was on the top of his list. Even thou
There isn't a good restaurant's Hopkinton.. and so far I do agree
Bad service, the price on menu says different and charged peoples different! When I called. They were not pleasant or try to resolve the issue. They hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Will never go back
Excellent Pad Thai and Bahn Mi!
Friendly and great food.
The Noodle Market has wonderful Thai and Vietnamese food.
Been wanting to try this place for a while. Unimpressed. Will give it another chance but not as good as I had hoped / expected.
Not a bad place but a bit unexciting flavors.
Friendly staff, lightning-fast service, reasonable pricing and delicious food - the crispy chicken fried rice is the most flavorful rice dish I've ever had!
Solid noodles and Thai focused dishes in the heart of Arlington center. Good selection of vegetarian choices, also willing to make anything vegan. Friendly, quick service at lunch with a great lunch menu that included soup/appetizer (small extra charge) and large main dish. I didn’t get a drink, but total was $11.30. Great tastes and value.
Soup was nice but they only included minimal meat.
Food is sub part for the price. One of my family members found a piece of glass in her food and they gave us is a free Thai tea which would be nice except that my she does not even like Thai tea. We requested a refund just for that one meal. They denied us and told us to leave. After this I decided to give it a second chance but it did not go well. The staff was rude about the tip and expected a 20+% tip for very little time/effort. After all this I will not be going to the establishment ever again.
Perfect pho!
I walked in for take out. There was no line and the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere felt causal but still trendy. I had to wait for 10-12 min in this instance but the food is consistently good. From others, this restaurant gets quite a bit of business but when I went in it was fairly quiet. I must have hit a slow period.
Very good price/performance.
Thai-managed pan asian noodle restaurant, many Vietnamese dishes with a Thai interpretation, (such as the pork in the "bun" had been marinated in that classic Thai way much like the grilled "ping moo" you get from street vendors, had it have been Vietnamese it would have been strictly dry, awesome appetizers and great vermicelli bowls, much flexibility available as to choices of meats and rice/noodle styles, overall a very friendly and imaginative establishment
We made a special trip here because the menu looks terrific, however, when we entered the restaurant, it overwhelmingly smelled like vomit. I mean overwhelmingly. We had to leave immediately lest we would just add to the problem. They need to close the place and have professional experts clean to certain health codes. Two stars simply because I am hopeful that they can get this clean up done, but really, they shouldn't have been open.
Enjoyed a fine dinner with my family. Quickly and politely served.
If you like noodles or pho, this is the place.
Amazing pho, crispy chicken pad thai.
Excellent service- food comes so quickly.
Best thai food!!!
David -“i like their food”
Good prices, amazing service, great food!
Really want to like this place more because their food is okay but their pricing is ridiculous. Never have I been to a place that advertises a lunch special but says the extras are only available to those that eat in--and then get charged the same price if you want to take it out. So no soup, salad, or appetizer with your "lunch special" unless you dine in but we're gonna take the same amount of money from you! And then when I asked for a sweet chili sauce to go with my entree the girl at the counter had the nerve to say it would cost a dollar for a half-filled little cup of sauce. Are condiments only free to those that dine in too? You're better off going to the many other Asian restaurants in town and getting the full value for your money.
