The Korean fried chicken wings are the best wings I have ever had. I got the soy garlic wings and they had the perfect amount of sweetness and saltiness. The drunkard noodles were also really good. There are so many different noodles and rice dishes that I will definitely come back to try.

ACTUAL ROTTEN FOOD, potential food poisoning. I ordered takeout from this place on 11/04/23. When I arrived home, I discovered that all of the rolls that included avocado were filled with rotten avocado. Not oxidized avocado, actual rotten avocado. There was also off-color salmon in a few of the rolls and the escolar was slimy.

As soon as we ate a roll both myself and my wife noticed that it tasted rotten and then we saw that all of the avocado was black in color. We are now both feeling ill and crossing our fingers that it doesn't get worse, especially considering they serve raw fish.

I contacted the restaurant and they at first apologized and said the avocado shipment was rotten and that they would refund us the money. I pointed out that they didn't need to serve the avocado if it was rotten and they said a manager would call in a few minutes to process the refund.

After 10 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 30 minutes, then 1 hour, and now 2 hours, it seems that they no longer care. I've called several times asking when the manager would call. The last two times the woman who answers the phone simply hung up on me. It seems they are not concerned with serving customers rotten food. They certainly don't seem concerned with processing the refund or calling us back. If this is the care they take with their avocados, I can only imagine the state of the rest of the kitchen.

As there has been no response from the restaurant, it seems my only resolution in this case is to contact the DOH and report them. I've included a photo of the rotten avocado for anyone who wishes to see it (it's not even the worst photo). Obviously, I wouldn't recommend eating here, the food safety standards are disturbing and the customer service is atrocious. I'm just hoping I don't end up in the hospital with food poisoning.

Incredibly awful service, we both felt ill afterwards. Clearly, they don't care about the health or safety of their customers. Eat here at your own peril.

Ordered Hamachi Nigiri and Pad Thai, both of which are good indicators of overall quality for places offering sushi and thai. Both were excellent. The Pad Thai appeared to be made to order—which isn't always the case—and the seasoning was well-balanced. The fish for the Hamachi Nigiri was fresh, with a generous cut. However, I wish the sushi rice had been made daily; it was fine, but this is one area where there's room for improvement. Some of the rice was a bit tough. Making it more often would really help.

I kinda assumed it would not be good and food is clealry not prepared by a 'chef' but systems are clearly in place to mitigate that. This place really exceeded expectations. Pleasently surprised!

Edit: Went back a second time and it was the same. The rice was still a bit less than fresh though. If they could fix that, I'd grab stuff from here far more often.

But all the time I order something from there they take a life to be ready, most part of the time they mistake your food for simply don’t read the clients notes or don’t pay attention in the details. I order through the app toast and says that the food would be ready at 7:02pm I got here 7:05 pm and now I’m here at 7:52pm waiting for my order while I make this review. The front desk was clearly passing the delivery apps ordens first. Completely waist or time!!!

I was visiting a family member and we ordered delivery from here. What a stressful disaster that was. The order was supposed to be dropped off and I get a text message from a door dash driver saying his car broke down. I was so confused it never said door dash when it was through their website and if I had known I would have just used my app. The driver was telling me to cancel the order and now I’m trying to explain to him I can’t it’s through the restaurants door dash. So I call the place and the kid working there says he doesn’t know how to order another driver. He didn’t know much about anything, so I went to pick up the order myself. I called door dash they were helpful, but couldn’t help with the refund so I call the restaurant again, says managers come in at night, call again later and they weren’t there that night and so he took my number down. Normally I wouldn’t be such a Karen, but it’s the principle! It’s been three days, no call, crooks took my money. On top of that I wanted a shrimp roll and I got salmon! 75 cents extra for peanut sauce no problem, never got it either. Never again!

From the moment I walked in the place smelled like rotten food. When my food came out half of my order was missing and the food I did get was undercooked. I asked the staff where the rest of my order was at and they told me to "**** off." I can't believe this place treats veterans like this. Don't bother coming here it's a waste of time and money.

It is 12/4 7:30 pm … the customer service, the front desk lady should be fired. Rude. Keeps bullish@tying the time . 10 people are here waiting for orders and the audacity to give us attitude when we were just following her timing. Truly done going here..

We just ordered lunch for 8 and everyone loved it. The Korean fried chicken (soy garlic) was excellent, better than K-Bbq chicken in Allston! We do not have to go all the way to Bonchon anymore. We also loved the sushi rolls and can’t believe we can get such delicious rolls without going into Boston. Also highly recommend the Mama’s Dumplings. They have fun drinks in the refrigerators, like lychee soda, so that was a nice surprise in store.

I ordered through doordash and I wasn’t disappointed. The food was hot and a good sized portion. First time trying this place, I’m from Texas and trying a bunch of new restaurants for the first time.

Great food, fast service and ok staff...just don't order delivery they use Uber eats or Door dash and I only received 1=2 my order it was a mess! But great place just pick up only!

Quick delivery, fresh sushi, best Korean Fried wings and homemade dumplings around!

Do not order Korean soft tofu soup. It is not even close to authentic and it tastes like a mixture of Korean miso soup (Doenjang soup) mixed with left over Yukgaejang soup. It had soft tofu so they shouldn't have given me the wrong dish. Korean beef is a 2 star as it is too salty. They all taste like msg.

Very fresh sushi, we enjoyed the rolls. The sushi pizza was also a nice surprise, of course the crust is fried but not too unhealthy, but tasty!

Bibimbap was delicious, generous portion with lots of veggies. Ordering online was easy although I'd like the option to use PayPal or Google Pay but not a big deal. Lots of options including vegetarian and gluten free.

My boyfriend and I adore this restaurant. They're within pickup distance, and available for delivery through GrubHub and DoorDash. We LOVE LOVE LOVE their orange chicken/shrimp, teriyaki dishes, and curries - especially the buttery red curry.

The food was REALLY good, and when I ay really good I mean really really good. I will definitely be coming back ASAP. The sushi was better than perfect, everything tasted perfect in my mouth. The mama's dumplings were really soft and tasty never had something a good as thi ever in my life. I definitely recommend coming here!

We love their sushi and sashimi. Sashimi has good portions. Great consistent quality. Although the sushi is great I must admit my favorite is their Korean Loaded Fries. Just amazing food.

We will not be ordering from Ginger Exchange again. We have ordered from there 3 times and 2 of those times the orders were delivered with missing or incorrect items. The most recent order that was incorrect, the manager at Ginger Exchange refused to assist because the order was placed through Door Dash. The food is mediocre and the quality control on deliveries is abysmal. I would suggest going elsewhere.

The Korean Fried Chicken is fresh and good. Comparable to Bonchon IMO. I've also gotten their sushi and drunken noodles. Fresh, good value. Good and simple service. I'm glad it's walking distance from me.

A long-time orderer from their Watertown and Symphony locations and really excited to have a local option now. So far the high quality holds up to their other locations despite the smaller footprint. Glad to have them in the neighborhood!

Very happy with the quality of the food. We have some picky eaters in our house and it was super nice to be able to order sushi, noodles, and also pizza from the same location (they are the same as Master Pies as well). The sushi was really fresh and tasty, and the pizza was really good as well. Everyone was super happy!
