Colorful kitchen serving Thai eats such as curry, noodles & fried rice, plus gluten-free options.
We had lunch at that place. The menu is quite attractive and proposes a lot of choices.
The good is good but I was a bit disappointed though. The ingredients are very fresh but dishes are not as elaborated as I could get in other Thai restaurants. Nothing that prevents you from having a good time.
Service was quite of slow even though the restaurant was not crowded.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is hot garbage on a remotely busy night. The phones will stop working and you’ll end up waiting over 2 hours for you delivery. Don’t waste your time, there are better options in the area. See James C’s review below and you’ll get the idea….
Ordered delivery through Uber Eats. However, the restaurant does the direct deliveries. Restaurant hung up on me when I called 1 hour after placing my order and then the lady on the phone hung up on me after I asked about the order and proceeded to take the phone off the hook. Uber refused to give me my money back because the "restaurant already started working on the order". This is absolutely criminal. Avoid.
Went for lunch and the food was very good. Everything had an authentic roasted or grilled flavor. Little sad that they didn't have thai chilies as a condiment but the dried chili flakes were tasty. Noodles were perfectly cooked and not bloated, stir fry was not overly greasy, and the price was great for lunch. 2 apps, 2 entrees and a drink was less than 40. The only thing to be aware of is the slow service, I wasn't on a lunch break so the 1hr for lunch was fine but I suppose that could be a problem for some. The menu is different for dinner and we'll give it a go in the near future.
NOT THE SAME since they moved. Oh? You didn't know they moved? Well neither did we when we called in our order! And did I mention we weren't told the new address? We drove to the usual spot to pick up our order, only to find a sign on they door they had moved and listed the new (incorrect) address, because it said Main St, but they're on NORTH Main St which is apparently the opposite direction. I made a call and was given the correct address and off we go to the 'new spot'. Driving around the plaza we CANNOT find the place, and I made another call asking 'where are you?!' "We are inside the restaurant Sweet Thai Basil". I ask 'why didn't you tell me that before? How are we supposed to know that?!' She apologized and into Sweet Thai Basil I went to pick up my Gati Thai food. (believe me I KNOW it's confusing). Finally got our food (half hour later) and home we went. Here comes the worst part...the food is NOT the same! My favorite soup was so salty it was inedible...not exaggerating here. Pad Thai, and Pad See Ew tasted nothing like they used to. Just 2 noodle dishes, that we ate, but had no ring of the dishes we ordered. Even the sauce for the dumplings changed, and not for the better. The dumplings were still good, but now we are ISO good Thai food again. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!

Took WAYYYYYYY too long for some mediocre food.

Fantastic Thai food with a cute environment perfect for date nights and take out.
Highly recommend the crab rangoons, and chicken pad Thai.
Love the Tom yum noodles!
Staff was very rude
This is my goto place for thai food. However their takeout food portion is ridiculously small compared to the dine in.
Tasty and freshly cooked authentic Thai food, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Try the summer rolls, green or red curry or pad thai noodles, all quite delicious.
Nice mom and pop store, low prices and wholesome homey food.
What happened here? Used to be really good. Our last - and I mean last- order was overpriced, over-spiced, meagre and just plain not good. I woul not have recognized the papaya salad or the curry as either of those things. Lettuce wraps with wilty romaine is also not a thing. As another review mentioned, prices are not as listed when ordering online. Too bad, we used to like this place.
I used really enjoyed eating here until recently, the food is not consistent. The quality, quantity, flavors and spice level changes drastically from order to order even when ordering the same dish. A plate of noodles or curry will cost as you $25. To me that kind of pricing should come with consistency and some sort of standard. Sometimes the food is burnt, bland or your order is completely wrong. The owners lack accountability. I will never eat here again.
This place has so many flies! But the food is always a hit so I have to keep going. Hence 3 stars on atmosphere
This used to be one of my favorite spots for Thai Food. Since June 2023, their ordering/payment method for dining in where you must use your phone to order your meal. You must pay ahead, with an 18% tip forced into the payment.
Dinning in feels like a take out order. There is a fundamental issue with requiring an 18% tip ahead of the service. I already did all the work on the phone app, they should be giving me an 18% tip.
Tasty food at moderate price.
This used to be my kept secret place in Andover. However, just like the rest of the Andover it became overpriced and the service was just bad. Maybe I went the wrong day. It was the mother days weekend and only one old lady were taking the order and God knows what else the poor woman was doing
I would have recommended this restaurant to anyone in Andover area. Maybe that was a one-off bad day for them and me
Best pad thai ever! Fast service. Food was ample, very tasty, and hot ( temperature). Will come back.
Delicious and fast with lots of options. The food was served hot and fresh. Everything was delicious. The Thai Iced Tea was smoky and fantastic.
As it was our first time in Andover Center and neither my friend and I being particularly adept at following map directions it took us a bit of time to find the street.
They were about to close for their lunch break but welcomed us warmly nonetheless.
The decor and ambience were instantly calming.
The intimacy of the space felt as though we were entering someone's home.
We ordered a vegetarian Pad Thai, spring rolls and a lovely soup.
Everything was very nicely prepared and tasty.
They have a very extensive menu.
Everything looks wonderful.
It is a really lovely spot.
We hope to visit again.
Pad kee mow and crab rangoons are amazinggggg❤️ Super friendly staff, a must try !
The food was excellent and the service was prompt
A hidden gem! The food was fresh, hot and authentic Thai food. Great value, excellent service. We had numerous apps that were just perfect. We will be back!!

Fantastic! Fresh! Great variety! Nice atmosphere!
Great fresh ingredients.
Cozy, delicious and very fast service!
Used to be my go-to place. Quality of service has declined over time unfortunately. I definitely support local businesses but this isn’t one of them I would return to. Look elsewhere.
Went in at 8:10pm and the first words out of the girls mouth on walk in was we close at 9 wich is understandable, but someone came in after me and my partner and not to sound racist but was of Asian ethnicity was seated by the same woman but not told that they close at 9 and this is unfortunate cause they are a good restaurant with good food but will treat people differently. To add to this we had left by 8:57pm and our to go soup order was wrong so we returned it and did confront the girl at the desk about the situation and her reply was thanks for your feed back. Extremely rude wich is the reason for the 1 star they need to put someone in place at the front counter that can treat people properly no matter what time or reason they come into the establishment. You own a business if your running it to the point where you do not accept walk in done in customers at a certain time post that on your cite otherwise treat your customers with respect, and don’t push them off like you don’t care. I honestly would never return again to gati for this simple reason and have been ordering and going there during mid day hours and never been spoken to like that before by anyone while I’m there but I’m sad to say this will be my last time at this restaurant.
Had the Pad Kee Mow (Drunken Noodles). Very good! Will definitely come back.
This is my first time writing a review, but Gati Thai Bistro is so good – I have to! I went there when they first opened some years before the Pandemic, and twice this past year in 2022. It's always amazing and from what I can tell there is one waitress who is a literal superhero and so kind while making sure waters are refilled and guests are comfy and happy. The food is excellent, I've tried multiple dishes because my friends and I usually eat family style. If you eat here, try something new and I know you will like it. Sauces have great sweet/sour/nutty/umami balance. Veggies are plentiful, tasty and fresh. Atmosphere is awesome and reasonably priced for the portions. I love it there. Adult Thai Iced Tea was perfect <33333
I didn’t realize how close this establishment is to my house and I’m so glad to have found it. I placed a huge order for my family and everything was ready on time as stated on the app. The place is small but the food, taste, and quality were amazing! I would 100% go back again
Delicious! The food was amazing. Would recommend. The Thai iced tea is yummy!
Small place great food, try the mango sticky rice. Yummm
Delicious food in a cute cozy atmosphere. The portions were generous and were freshly made. They also have their gluten free dishes clearly marked on the menu.
Delicious! We recommend the thai lettuce wrap and red curry with tofu, pik pow with chicken (little spicy), pad kee mow with chicken (little spicy) and pad kee mow with tofu (little spicy).
Food was excellent. I wish they had more seafood options.
Best Thai food I've had in a long time. Very fresh, not greasy, flavourful food. Highly recommend!
Nice little restaurant. Good vibe, good energy, and good food. The people who work here are really nice, and I would say they go above and beyond to make sure it's safe in there during the pandemic with sanitizer at every table.
The food was delicious but they didn't even give napkins and I asked for the check and they took a long time but I do recommend this restaurant😋👍
Great food and in a nice stop for a quick bite or a big meal. Fried rice or curry are some of my favorite meals. Would recommend the chicken soups as well!
We ordered online for pickup. The food was delicious -- recommend the duck and the jungle curry!
I visited this restaurant several times. My family and I like the food there. The waiters are always helpful and nice.
Delicious Pork Bun, Excellent Curry as spicy as you want. Sticky Rice so good. Grilled beef was so good. I should've got more!
Food was superb but had a very flawed pick up experience. Walked in to get takeout and 2 bags were on the counter. I did glance at the name on the bag I could see and it wasn’t mine.
Staff member behind said counter then proceeded to ignore me. I said I was here to collect takeout and gave my name to which he responded “will be a few mins”.
So I duly waited. 5 mins went by.
Then out of curiosity I moved one of the bags on the counter to reveal the second one. You’ve guessed it, it was my food!! I was literally just standing around while it went cold.
Mildly irritated at this point, a second member of staff comes out, I explain this is my food and I’m just going to go. That staff member tells me no (seriously?) and dashes off to get someone else. A third staff member comes out, finally granting me permission to take my food (that I’d paid for online by the way)
No 5 mins isn’t the end of the world, but you have one job when someone picks up food... hand them the food.
Seriously.
That’s it.
It shouldn’t have been that hard and I shouldn’t have needed to interact with half the employees to just grab food that was sitting on the counter.
Ordered take out and decided to try their tom yum soup, it was AMAZING. Staff here is very nice and friendly, thai iced coffee is strong and food is fantastic. Will be coming here very often!
Good dinner. Mild spice for our dinner selection. Definitely a repeat.
Food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean and had a nice intimate feel. The spicy Thai wings were delicious
Every thing is fresh! Very very delicious!
Really great and fresh Thai food. Best compared to any other local Thai in the Area.. try the 🥥 coconut ice cream...
Authentic Thai food at a good price nd reasonably quick service
One of my favorite places for Thai and they have fast and reliable delivery. Their appetizers are superb.
Amazing food!Friendly staff!!!
Will be back for sure!
Parking situation is not ideal. Very small lot so you have to find street parking. Inside is small. It's clean but doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. The food is tastey and fresh. I got chicken stir fry with vegetables..sticky mango rice for dessert was incredible
Delicious and authentic dishes. Friendly staff. Happy I found this place in Andover.
Good food
Good Thai food
태국 요리 맛집
Phenomenal Thai food! Ordered takeout online which was seamless and convenient. Food was ready according pickup time and everything was great. Definitely the best Thai place in the area. The Khao Soi was spot on and will order again soon! I see this place becoming a go-to spot for us.
Dined here Saturday night after visiting Oak and Iron and had no difficulty getting a table. Most likely since it was absolutely frigid outside. Ordered the Sukhotthai noodles and would recommend them on a cold night. Service was good and the staff was friendly.
Food and ambiance are outstanding. Waitress was prompt but not attentive, ignoring a water glass spill and leaving us a soggy mess. Said waitress ignored order for second round of drinks and told us she needed our table....we were there for an hour and 20 minutes, so not exactly lurkers at dinnertime. Really would have liked to try dessert! This would be a 5 star review if not for the service experience.
Clean, cosy, nice music and amazing food!
Just had the best Tom Yum soup with shrimp I've ever had! Great taste with fresh lemon basil!
Good food, slow service
Pineapple rice was yum.
The wide noodle dish 'Kua' is pretty yummy
Ordered the Thai Lettuce Wrap, Pad See Ew with Chicken and Snap Peas with Shitake Mushrooms with Shrimp. All dishes were good.
Decent thai food. Quantity is less.
I have been looking for some good Ramen for a long time… And this place definitely delivers with the “wild boar noodles” absolutely bomb. Thai wings to die for. Can’t wait to go back for more… Absolute must try
All the food came out great and friendly service.
Great authentic Thai food with great service. Food was similar to how it was during our trip in Thailand. I recommend it.
Excellent service excellent food. Great tasting Curry. Clean bathroom!
Their Tom Yum noodle soup is awesome. I can't find a better flavor profile anywhere else near me. I hope Gati never changes the recipe!
Underrated ..awesome place with great food. Authentic. Could definitely use some lights outside to let people know that they are there and open.
Delicious food, great service and friendly staff. Loved it!
Our new favorite Thai place!
Really good Thai food good service
I ordered Green curry with Jasmine rice for lunch. It was good to be honest but the curry wasn't thick enough, it was more liquidy. Price is reasonable.
Fantastic! My boyfriend and I have been to a lot of disappointing Thai restaurants, but Gati is definitely NOT one of them. We will absolutely be back.
Went for lunch and the food was very good. Everything had an authentic roasted or grilled flavor. Little sad that they didn't have thai chilies as a condiment but the dried chili flakes were tasty. 8/3/18 Edit: Unfortunately the place this review was left for changed. While definitely still pretty good, not what it was. The decor is nicer, but the unreal quality of the food was impacted.
If you're someone that places the quality and taste of food above all other variables one could judge a restaurant by, this is your place. The decor is nothing special, it's also a very small place. No bar, terrible beer selection but none of that matters when the fork hits your mouth. At most places I have favorites, here I'd be happy with anything. The rich full flavors of every dish have me craving a visit weekly. The vegetables are always crunchy, shrimp always cooked perfectly and the Tom Yum Soup... I literally dream about it. I've been here a bunch of times and it's absolutely on point each time. I like Thai food but I LOVE theirs. I have repeatedly embarrassed myself by licking the bowl clean. I can't help it. Best Thai food I've ever had in my life.
Very good food delish nice and toasty clean place good waith staff
Very good Thai restaurant... Extensive menu with lots of options. Very small seating area, and limted staff make it more challenging for very large parties of >10, but the food is fantastic.
real thai taste ,yummy
Fried ice cream and great service!
Wide rice noodles are awesome here
Been here multiple times and multiple home deliveries.. Such a great place. The food and service is excellent.
Awesome place, awesome service and amazing food. Perfect sizes for meals and the food tastes really good.
My family got takeout from Gati Thai Bistro for the first time tonight and we had an excellent experience. The person taking my order was friendly and helpful and the food was ready very quickly, under 15 minutes. I had ordered many menu items with modifications because of some allergies in my family and my vegan diet and they were all executed perfectly with no trouble. The food was delicious, fresh, light and fulfilling. We'll definitely be coming back. We got the vegetable soup, mixed vegetable entree with tofu, the mango fried rice and the crispy spring rolls. Easy 5 stars.
Delicious! Clean, fresh food.
very good, very clean and great food.
Amazing Thai food! Gati shows traditional and excellent food! I will definitely be coming to this reasonly priced and exquisite restaurant.
Greet food!
Basil with chili was good, got it with fried tofu. No chillies though, but spice level was ok, kind of medium. Didn't try noodles but others' looked meh.
Food is good, however, no good vegetarian options. We found out that even the coconut curries have fish in it... Very disappointed on knowing it as vegetarian options on the menu just went down
Good Thai food, cozy atmosphere.
Solid Thai food. Definitely not the best I've had or the first place I'd go when craving Thai, but not bad for the price and experience. They do bento (Asian fusion for the win?) boxes for lunch which come with delicious vegetarian friendly fare even if your main is a meat dish. Plenty of vegetarian options and the soup they give you as part of the bento is ridiculously tasty. The massaman curry I ordered had the correct amount of sweetness, but I wish our server had asked about spice levels, because it definitely could have done with more spice. My fellow diners enjoyed their meals and we left quite full. The huge glasses of Thai ice tea were super delicious and a favorite of mine. Quite cheap and filling for lunch. It's a small place so consider calling ahead for dinner.
Cozy little friendly family place has great Thai food.
Phone order very expensive. Two people over $60.
The food was good, and the service was good, but my only complaint is that the dining room space is small and the tables are *really* packed in there. I happened to go while it was quiet and there were only two other tables filled, but I would not want to eat in here while it was busy.
My food was great (I had a veggie fried rice), the staff was friendly, and the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere. No complaints
Food was very mediocre. Ordered the pad thai & it was quite bland. Chicken wings were over-cooked with the only flavor coming from a side of sauce. Employees were not very helpful. Tried to use a groupon for takeout without knowing & they would not honor it despite it being the last day I could use it. Kept telling them I wouldn't say anything if not for the fact it was really the last day I could use it. Eventually, they said they would need to call their boss who did not pick up. Seriously, no one there could have made the decision? It was not an unreasonable request from a customer. I eventually suggested that the only difference between takeout & dining in is the tip so I would just give them a tip. They said they would have to change the receipt to dine in. I went back to my car to get a tip & realized they could have just changed it to dine in earlier when I tried explaining to them that I needed to use that Groupon that day. I guess they were only able to help if you offer them a tip. Horrible service & the most bland Thai food I've ever had as well to top it off. Never coming back.
My wife and I came back and we're once again treated to friendly service. Food is pretty good. Crispy duck was succulent with perfectly crisp skin. Great ratio between meat and skin. Wife's Mango Curry has little spice that worked well with the shrimp.
We get takeout from One Thong Chai every few weeks and the food is consistently good. We love the Pad Thai and the Drunken Noodle! Highly recommend it.
Delicious & authentic
I got the tom yum It tasted like wet dawg and smelled like it too.
horrible. Duck dish was expensive; duck "medallions" were fatty gristle. The restaurant is tiny, so that the phone ringing in the kitchen was, effectively, ringing in my ear. Probably OK for noodle and rice dishes, but so are dozens of other places.
Very disappointing.
Delicious food and beautiful atmosphere! Very polite staff. Highly recommended!!
I just went to try this place. The food is fresh and authentic.Great experience!
1st time eating here. Did take out. Food was delicious and very friendly staff. My husband even liked it. Which is impressive since he is a very picky eater and doesn't like to try new things. Definitely will go back.
Excellent food. Friendly staff. I recommend the the Pad-See-Ew
Best Restaurant Ever!
My friends and i walk there from school every time we get the chance
