Thai Chef Rockville is located in Rockville Town Square. We offer Thai festival themed dishes, along with our fun specialty crafted cocktails!
Delicious food and fantastic ambiance! Came here with family to try it out and we were amazed with the bright and eclectic decor. There is something interesting to observe in each corner of the restaurant. The food was fantastic! The pad see ew is a long time favorite of our families and we loved the way it was made here, probably one of our favorite places to have had this dish. The crab fried rice was new to us and was 10/10 amazing as well! Large pieces of crab were served in a well made fried rice, simple yet delicious. The appetizers were all stupendous but the calamari was the table favorite with its crispy freshness and nice dipping sauce. The food was very reasonably priced for the large portions as well! This has become a family favorite location for us. Would recommend to anyone searching for a go to Thai restaurant.
This place is amazing, from the decor to the food. What a fun place to go, so colorful and unique! The food is outstanding! Me and a friend went and shared several things. Everything we tried was amazing. Specifically the pork and crab dumplings, the grilled pork shoulder appetizer, and the braised beef noodle soup. Can't wait to go back here.
We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday as this was a new place for us. My girlfriend made the reservation which was easy but they also have a 2-hour limit. This is the case with most restaurants nowadays so that's nothing new.
The first thing you'll notice about this place is the colorful decor which was visually a treat for the eyes. The next thing you'll notice is that they really try to make sure you have a wonderful time here. This to some people may come across as trying too hard but I honestly say they value customer service. Our server was extremely nice and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. We were able to bring our own cakes, however they do not allow balloons so keep that in mind.
They were even so considerate that they allowed us to unbox the cakes ourselves as they worried about damaging them trying to get them out of the box. This right here tells us that they actually do care about not only the experience but also the items in which you bring. We appreciated their concern as it was genuine. I could see on the lady's face.
We then were served our drinks with each person of about 20 people ordering different things. Some of us got the Thai iced tea while others opted for the alcoholic beverages or water. Then we ordered a few appetizers as well as our main dishes and ask them to bring them out all at once. Our food arrived piping hot and fresh so fresh in fact that we had to wait for it to cool down. I played it safe and got pad thai and crab rangoon. We also had rice and Drunken Noodles and a few other dishes.
Everyone seemingly enjoyed their food as we had no complaints and everyone talked about what an overall nice time it was. The atmosphere is also very lively and the servers would often check on us and refill our water glasses without having to ask. This is just based on my personal experience of things I've noticed on my first visit here but it certainly won't be my last. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate our friend's birthday and providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Fancy & Fantastic.
I recommend it is one of the best Thai restaurants in my town. Thai Chef Rockville is located at Rockville Town Square, MD. I always enjoy everything from them. Food is so delicious, authentic taste and good quality, service is excellent and restaurant decoration and atmosphere are outstanding.
I have been there many times and never feel upset what I got. My one favorite dish here is Tom Yum Fried Rice, so real Thai street food dish that is not easy to get from others Thai restaurants around my area. Anyway I like all their foods I tried so far. The menu has many choices from standard well-known Thai food to street vendors that some of them are different and unique. This place is so huge (there are 2nd floor and outdoor seating but not available now), and comfortable - nice place for meeting or party with family or friends. (They also serving up cocktails bar)
PS. One cons of this place is no free parking close to restaurant, very limited parking meter spots, but at least there is a large garage building available near by.
You know you are in trouble when a Thai restaurant gives you chopsticks instead of the fork and spoon that is standard in Thailand. And so it was at Thai Chef. The food lacked Thai authenticity … and flavour. Red curry and noodles were overpoweringly sweet. Som tum and fried rice had muted flavour. Staff were efficiently friendly. Venue is fine but a little try-hard. Overall, does not meet potential but is ok for a meal.
Best Thai food in the Rockville area!
One of my fav Thai places. Great ambiance and great drinks! 🍸

Worth the hype
My favorite has always been the pineapple fried rice!
Excellent Thai food in a very nicely decorated and furnished restaurant.
I’m a small girl and I could devour a whole plate of drunken noodles in one sitting because it’s just soooooo good. I ate so much my boyfriend was surprised because it’s not like me lol definitely recommend!
Food was good, not amazing but just good. Which is fine, I only had one dish which was the drunken noodles and it was yummy, I probably should’ve gotten it spicy. The Thai milk teas was disappointing tho, the first Thai tea I had was at PHO NOM NOM, and it was sooo bomb! But this place served a small $5 glass that tasted that was half sugar, half ice. The restaurant was pretty and the staff were nice. Probably won’t be back any time soon tho
We arrived at the restaurant one hour before closing time, and the entire upstairs was empty, and the staff informed us that they could not accommodate a group of five.
Do not recommend.

My food came so quick and everything was amazing. The service was also good.
Food was not authentic Thai but good enough. Asking for hot sauce gets you tiny portion in a to go plastic instead a proper assortment of spice like other places. However, the thing that irked us the most was the server’s desire to kick us out even though the place was not busy and many hours left to closing time. Bill was brought before even one from the four of us has finished eating. Clean up of the non finished shared dishes started before some us are done. Tell your servers to please give people time to enjoy their food or convert it to a fast food place and then we know.
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their warm and friendly attitude stood out the most. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious—highly recommend! 🙏
Birthday dinner with my two daughter-in-laws.
I've been here twice and the food is delicious!! Fun atmosphere too.
The food is incredible! The flavors are unique and extra good! I say unique bc we have tried over 20 Thai restaurants in the area and the flavors were different and amazing! We got the Massaman Curry A+, the Ka Prao A-, and we tried the Southern Comfort A++! So the first two are our basics we try at every Thai restaurant. They were very good, BUT the Southern Comfort was almost just like Ka Prao but multiplied by 10!!! It was AMAZING…lots of lemongrass made the whole dish pop!!!
It’s kind of clubby/circusy inside, but we got ours to go.
I gave this place two chances but it disappointed me both times. Some appetizers are good but the noodles ( Pad Thai ) and the rice are always dry and flavorless. Drinks way too expensive, considering it's just sugar.
There are many other places that offer better Thai food. I guess the only thing that attire people in this place is the Instagrammer location .
The food was excellent, as were the mixed drinks, and the service. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because THEY CHARGED A 20% SERVICE FEE FOR SITTING OUTSIDE. We would have sat inside if we'd been told, it was a significant addition to our bill. No one mentioned it when we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or out; when we asked the manager about the fee, he said it was mentioned in the menu. Of course, we never saw that note, and anyhow by the time you have a menu you're generally already seated somewhere in the restaurant. So, a very disappointing ending to an otherwise lovely meal.
We enjoyed our anniversary there and we're blown away by the wonderful flavors. An outstanding quality of a Thai food. Much better than our Hometown will definitely come back again.
This restaurant has it all—delicious food, outstanding service, and a fantastic atmosphere for dining. Sadly, I’m heading back to Michigan, where I’ve yet to find a Thai restaurant that compares to this one.
Came in for Dinner with my Son, and Husband. Everything was Absolutely Delicious. I couldn’t stop eating. I even got some to go. We had the Dumplings, Wontons, Fried Rice, and the Clay pot noodles (which I never had before, but I’m now obsessed with). I got a Lychee Martini it was tiny , but it was potent. The food was very comfort food, and I liked that it was family style. You can order multiple plates, and share as a family. Would definitely recommend, and I know I will be back. Service was very attentive.
Nice looking restaurant. In terms of Thai food, it's akin to what Panda Express is to Chinese, except in sit down from.
Server took orders and had a few noted to be extra spicy. Dishes came out with no spice. Instead of offering to fire up again, they follow up with some red chili flakes in a little to-go container after repeatedly trying to get the waitress's attention After taking the orders and getting the chili flakes, we never saw the server again until it was time for the check. No water, no drink refills... Nothing. She could be seen off to the side on her cell throughout...
I guess that's what can be expected when they auto charge the 20% gratuity. Won't be back unless I need to duck in for the restroom. Subpar food, poor service.... Nothing redeeming.
The food is so good here. We love the noodle dishes and the after school wontons!
It is a good place but 20% gratuity for all patio sitting and parties of 5 or more, is ridiculous!
Friendly service and amazing drunken noodles! It had some heat to it but not overly spicy
Left hungry.
We arrived at 8:45 PM, and they refused to serve us, saying they were already preparing to close. However, the restaurant’s hours are until 9:30 PM.
**Public service announcement **
Went there on Saturday night and was told they were no longer sitting people. The web says they close at 10pm and we were turned away at about 9:20pm after driving 20 minutes to get there. They should update there hours.
The food was great, and the employees are very kind. They helped out my aunt when she wasn’t certain of what food she wanted, as she didn’t know what they looked like.
Excellent food and service.
Portions could be a bit bigger for the price.
The wait staff was very pleasant and attentive. They gave us extra time to review the menu and answered several questions. The food was very good - we ordered pad si-yu and the Chinese sausage fried rice. Both were tasty.
My complaint (and so 2 stars) is that we asked to be seated outside and no one mentioned that there would be a 20% up-charge on our bill! I feel I was robbed! The outdoor seating is only a few steps out the door from the closest indoor table. I feel this was unreasonable and we wouldn't have chosen to sit outside for 20% extra. The a tip? Sure - I wasn't going to penalize our nice waitress for the owner's tricks!
Note to owner: Instruct your staff to explain up-charges please.
I suggest you try Thai Chef (sitting inside of course!) but I think the owner has stolen the last dollar out of this guy's wallet.
We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday as this was a new place for us. My girlfriend made the reservation which was easy but they also have a 2-hour limit. This is the case with most restaurants nowadays so that's nothing new.

I went to this place around 8:50 when google says it closes at 9:30, and they did not seat me saying they close at 9. Fast forward I try to order take out and the hostess gave us the menu and stepped aside. Few minutes later she just walked right out of the door and left. No explanation or whatsoever to help us take our order. Very unprofessional, would not return to this establishment.
You know you are in trouble when a Thai restaurant gives you chopsticks instead of the fork and spoon that is standard in Thailand. And so it was at Thai Chef. Freshest and most authentic Thai food around, and you can’t beat the atmosphere! Very convenient parking ramp/ garage across the street!
Everything I ate was delicious. We highly recommend the pad thai.
not bad
Amazing and an absolute gem! My sister, my nieces and I shared dishes and they were all delicious. The vibe is super fun and casual and the service was tremendous. 10 out of 10!
Awesome Thai restaurant. The panang curry was fantastic, and the tofu was very well prepared. I love that the menu has labeled vegan options.
Nicely decorated Thai restaurant with bright and loud decor all over. Food is delicious, portions are generous, and service is quick and friendly.
Green and panang curry: Get
These were both delicious and I recommend them both. I think I prefer the green curry as it was more flavorful and packed more of a punch but can't go wrong with either
Food: 8/10
Atmosphere: 9/10
Service: 8/10
Value: 7/10
Good food but pricey. Kinda understandable for the location it’s at.
- atmosphere was great, really pretty interior
- servers were really nice
- entrees took around 20-30 min to come; not bad, but we got a little impatient
- they dont give you spoons or knives, only forks
- 2 of our 3 entrees didnt come with serving spoons ??
- the plates they give you are ridiculously tiny (about the size of your hand) and they have no bigger sizes (we asked)
- tables are kinda small, but it was manageable
- you dont get your own server, we had like 3-5 throughout the night (not a bad thing, just unusual for me!)
items:
- garlic chive cakes 10/10 amazing
- rocket shrimp not bad, but not that great
- thai iced tea 10/10
- pandan-mic drink: tasted fine but they gave the tiniest glass possible for $13, thought id get twice the amount, i dont think its worth it
- green curry was great
- drunken noodles was great
- basil fried rice was alright
I came to this restaurant with my family for a birthday and it was an amazing time! The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly! The decor of the restaurant definitely makes it stand out of all the places in the town center and has a great vibe to it. Will be back soon!
Love, love, love the atmosphere of this place. And the food is delicious. If you want amazing Thai food and drinks, this should definitely be a place you stop by. The portions to price ratio is about equal. Nice staff.
The food and the service were good!
Great vibes. But food was mediocre. And waiters started subtly pushing people out after 9pm by visiting our table every other minute. 🤣
I ordered dinner and one of the ingredients in my dish was rotten. I called to request a refund but it was clear that the manager had no interest in dealing with my request. Very bummed as we had eaten at Thai Chef multiple times and the food was good. Eat here at your own risk.
My wife and I both got panang curry and had a great experience! I was a little disappointed by the lack of heat in my dish since I ordered "thai spicy" but this could probably be fixed as a special request (it was my first time here and didn't have a frame of reference). The prices were definitely higher than you would see at other places with similar quality food but that is most likely due to location.
I must say I expected a little more from the TCW wings I got as an appetizer. The menu says fried wings so I expected something in a crispy batter but they were just regular wings that had clearly been brined but lacked any seasoning on the skin. The sauce it came with was pretty good but I def expected more at the price point.
TL;DR
It was a great ambiance for a date night with great service but you can get similar quality food at much more reasonable prices elsewhere in MoCo.
Wow! What a cool restaurant. The decor is fantastic as well as the service. Apps were great. Green curry I've had better at other restaurants but still very good. Highly recommend.
Spicy!
I was not overly impressed with my salad with steak. The steak was tough and chewy. The dumplings were excellent and the two dishes I carried out were also good. The duck red curry was very tasty.
Real Thai food,
The food was great, I cooked it very well for my tastes.
Came here with a friend for the first time and the interior is super cute! The interior design and decor alone make it worth a visit. I ordered the Tom yum fried rice which was mildly spicy, temperature came out super hot which was nice, but wasn’t able to taste the flavor as much of the dish itself. Ordered it with chicken as my protein and the chicken was a bit dry and bland. Tried their version of the margarita which was pretty good, had a unique flavor.
Suggestions for improvement- Service could’ve been better- Server seemed impatient when we asked about menu items and had an attitude. I’d probably come back to try other menu items.
Well it was my first time visiting Thai Chef, it is a visual in cornocopia. The food is good, not expensive and decent portions. I would eat here again, might try something different this time. I had the 5 spice braised beef, I like spice but something in there was HOT! The beef was perfectly cooked. We also had the chicken Satay and Rocket Shrimp, both were very good.
Nice Thai place to go
This is always a lovely spot with cute decor.
Likely) the best drunken noodles I've had. I tried it with beef and it did not disappoint. Super yum!
Very good food ! Had the drunken noodles or (DUI) and it was fantastic dumpling were great as well. Seat fast and food came quickly
A bit chilly in the restaurant when we sat down. The food was amazing. The dumplings appeared to be housemade and were two-bite size. They were delicious and moderately priced. We chose Peppery garlic fried rice which was lacking in flavor. But we also ordered Southerners comfort which was bursting with thai spice deliciousness. The kaffir lime leaves make it so fresh. I also ordered Spicy eggplant for takeout. I had the eggplant for dinner. It was a little soft but such a beautiful taste. I have been to this restaurant before and really enjoyed the food.
Grabbed food from here for takeout, it took about 15 minutes which was quite fast. It’s definitely absolutely beautiful spot, very instagram worthy! The food is great but I wish there was slightly more flavor and spice in the food.
We got the tom yum fried rice, the basil fried rice, and the massaman curry. It is a pretty expansive menu for vegetarians which is really nice.
The food was okay, I've had better Thai food. What made me rate Thai Chef a 3 was the odor heading towards the restrooms and up the staircase. That was a turn-off for me.
Great service, good food!
Great Thai food served in a hip two floor restaurant in Rockville, with vibrant Thai decor and lots of colors. Many vegan and vegetarian options. Ordered the spring rolls, tom yum fried rice, panang curry; others at the table got the DUI drunken noodles. All was super tasty, well flavored and filling. Staff was friendly. Vibe was cool.
I loved the ambiance. The taste as well as the amount of food was also good. I loved the service except for them mixing up the orders. Definitely will go back.
For me it was just decent. Nothing crazy.
Pros:
Fun decor
Pork shoulder was good
Service was good
Cons:
Mocktails were too sweet and uninteresting
Pork dumplings were eh
This is a cool restaurant. The funky decor is very interesting. The service is excellent. The food is delicious and beautiful and full of flavor. The best Pad Thai I've ever had.
Food and cocktails are FANTASTIC. For and appetizer I had the Rocket Shrimp and Chicken satay. For an entree I had Panang curry with Chicken and a side of wide noodles. For a cocktail I had Lychee Martini but I also tried the Purple Rain and Crazy Thai Lady. Everything was delicious. I wanted to go back the next day for more. The service was lackluster. Not bad just not wowing; however, the food and cocktails made up for it. I went on a Wednesday evening so parking was not bad and I was able to find street parking. I can see it being more difficult on the weekend but a parking garage is located directly across the street.
The place was cool. Really enjoyed it. The food was awesome.
The food was delicious, and the service was fast. Great atmosphere!!
Worth it ! I had the the weeping tiger salad, pork & crab dumplings, and crab meat fried rice. The portions of rice are big enough to share so I didn't need a second entrée I just shared with my partner. Exceptional service. Waiters are nice atmospheres really quiet and peaceful. Music is playing but it's chill and not overbearing. Enjoy my entire experience. If you're thinking about visiting, go ahead and come. !
this place is amazing! the decor inside was so pretty and cozy and everything was delicious! service and staff was great too <3 definitely get the wontons and chicken satay as appetizers, the chicken was SO tender, juicy and flavorful and the after school wontons were the best cheese wontons i’ve had in my life. 100% recommend drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice and duck noodle soup as well. SO GOOD!!
Relatively longer waiting time, food is okay among similar Thai food restaurants.
Inside decorations and location are the highlights for this place which attract young people and families.
Great vibe, better food. Highly recommend! If you like spicey and get the ka-pow, add a side of the red chili vinaigrette. Makes the dish an absolute dream.
one of my favorite places
Thai Chef in Rockville is a culinary gem! The vibrant flavors and authenticity of the dishes make it a standout Thai dining experience. The menu is a delightful journey through Thai cuisine, with each dish expertly prepared and bursting with freshness. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff's warm hospitality adds to the overall charm. Whether it's the Pad Thai, Tom Yum soup, or any other dish, Thai Chef consistently delivers a delicious and memorable meal. Highly recommended for those seeking an exceptional taste of Thailand in Rockville.
Fun and delicious.
I really can't say anything bad about this place at all! The drunken noodles and pad Thai (forgot what the hip name they gave them) were amazing, flavorful, and portions large. The decor was amazing. This is my first 5 star review for any place, but they deserved it.
Really enjoyed this spot. The food was tasty. The music was fun, but not too loud. The ambiance was appropriate for the environment they seem to be trying to create. The mixed drinks were perfect, unique, and absolutely delicious. I recommend.
The interior is so fun and feels so welcoming. The service has always been swift and excellent as well. My go to order is the curry catfish, but I've had the herb garden catfish and panang curry, both are good! Highly recommend, one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to.
Super delicious food, beautiful fun decor and great staff.
We went here for the first time and the food was so good!! We had the calamari, Penang curry and Massaman curry. If you like Thai curry you will love theirs! We will be going back soon!!
Good Thai food and great atmosphere. Reasonable prices for the DMV area. I would eat here again. Try their Limeade, a non-alcoholic house specialty,,,very refreshing. And most importantly they understood when I asked to make it less sweet (the sugar beeties). Staff was very attentive. Heck out their wall decorations,,,very colorful and reminiscent of Thailand. Enjoy this place!
This is a gorgeous Thai restaurant that I have been meaning to visit for ages. The inside is decorated in a fun way with some tasteful pieces in the front and some kitschy pieces in the back that are reminiscent of Thai street vendors. The hostess was a bit curt but she led me to my seat quickly which I appreciated. The waiters were incredibly attentive and helpful. I ordered the Green Curry and the Crab Rangoons appetizer, choosing to start with the Purple Rain drink based on the reviews I read beforehand. The curry packed a great amount of heat but was disappointingly lacking in flavor. The rangoons were a bit soggy but did not taste bad at all. The drink was very cute and well made. Everything was reasonably priced and the to-go containers they provided for the leftovers were sturdy. Overall a cute place for a fun dinner with friends or your partner.
I frequently go to this restaurant. I love the vibes, the food and the service. The price is also very reasonable. They offer the best crispy catfish with dry curry.
You can’t go wrong with the fried rice.
Update! After a few additional visits with the entire clan, I can safely say this is our favorite Thai restaurant in the area. Really fun and festive atmosphere. The decor is the best I have seen in a Thai restaurant. Thai friends even consider it very close to what you would experience in the streets of Bangkok. The food is great, and we highly recommend the after school wonton, the garlic chive cakes, chicken satay, weeping tiger steak salad, the peppery garlic fried rice and the DUI noodles. Another mention goes to the excellent drinks they mix there. The service continues to be quick and friendly and very important, their prices remain fair and the portions generous. Really nice place for a quick bite, happy hour, or special occasion.
I like the crab fried rice .. big pieces of crabs meat
Food isn’t fresh and tastes ok! Didn’t feel like you were eating a Thai food! They charge 18 percent tip for party of 5 or above
The environment and the service is really good. The food is tasty. But I had big stomach pain 2 hours after eating here. I got sick and had to go toilet so many times. I went with a friend and my friend got same issues too.
It's in the heart of Rockville Town Center and walkable with parking garages and open parking nearby at The Spot.
The food came out quickly and was very good and fresh. Portion sizes were good for the price and Thai tea was sweet.
I would recommend this place and will come back to try some of their other dishes.
Note: We came with a party of 6, so gratuity (service tip of 20%) was already added to the bill. Double check your bill before paying.
I was so disappointed to see the previous restaurant at this location close with COVID shutdowns, but its replacement is just as good if not better. The decor is definitely more fun and colorful.
20% service charge automatically added to your final bill. Please check your bill carefully before placing additional tips.
We double tipped the first time without knowing and realized it the second time. We are a party of 3 and server didn’t come to us until we reach out. This is not what other restaurants normally do.
Loved the food and drinks! We had the chicken satay, calamari, pad thai, and drunken noodle. Will definitely be eating here again!
The service was amazing along with the whole environment, good outdoor seating and plenty of space in between tables. I believe this restaurant had a different name before the pandemic and they remodeled it recently. This was a new dish on the menu and it was amazing! Shrimp was cooked right and seasoned amazingly. The fried rice had some toasty rice which means they definitely used leftovers which is amazing. Leftover rice taste so much better than new rice. I also had the curry puffy i forgot to photo but they were actually pretty good sweet appetizers street food . To finish it off we had the mango sticky rice. This restaurant is located in Rockville town center so you can definitely find parking with validation from the restaurant. Recommend checking this spot if you're in the area
20% service charge just for outdoor seating!! There were only 3 of us, so it was not for group charge. They want tip on top of that!
Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee were meh. Regretted to order them. Chicken satay was good. Pepper garlic fried rice had no taste of pepper or garlic. Cat fish dry curry was OK but it was more like curry sauce stir fried than curry.
I don't think we will be coming back to this place.
10/10 Very tasty Thai food and exciting decor!
My friend and I arrived at 7 PM and were seated and served water immediately. We had to look a little harder to find something on the menu that didn’t have the word spicy attached, but ordered the curry puffs, clay pot noodles, and roasted duck curry! The entrees were a bit pricey but the portion sizes were big enough for us to take home and save for a second meal!
The atmosphere of the restaurant interestingly ties together southeast asian aspects (tuk tuks and bamboo lanterns) with vibrant pops of color and definitely catches your eye the moment you walk into the restaurant!
Did not feel like welcome by the restaurant hostess at the entrance (Fri night). Came in around 8:40 to get in (group of 6) and told 10 to 20 wait time and told " if you get in, can you finish your dinner by 10".
After a couple of pleads by our group, she finally checked us in.... Great atmosphere as always in the restaurant.
Waitress was very attentive and great. The food and drinks were amazing as always.
This was not completely what we expected on a Friday night coming to a dinner in Rockville. 0 Stars for hostess and 5 for the waitress and food/drinks.... amazing food/drinks.
We wish the first part of our dinner which is trying to get in and the attitude shown by the hostess never happened.
with all due respect to those five star reviews, my roasted duck, chopped into pieces embraced with unappetizing fat, tasted like wood.
Food: the duck curry's heat level overpowered all the other flavors in the dish.
Service: the waiters need to have more "presence" ( maybe not the best word).
Our waiter came back with drinks for less than half of the people at the table, because the rest of the guests were not asked for drinks orders! 😵💫
Atmosphere: the music ruins the ambiance. I like 80s rock, but it's out of place here. Should I feel like a soldier on deployment to Thailand? 🤷
Delicious food, drinks, with amazing interiors to match. Awesome Thai place in Rockville town center, so there is plenty of paid street parking/garage in a very walkable area. All the dishes & drinks were excellent, highly recommend their mock tails. The service was good & fast. The decor of the inside is so fun & spunky. Only complaint was that the water tasted like sink water but everything else overall makes it worth coming back to
Great
Excellent all around. We'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend.
The food tasted delicious; came out relatively quick and accurate. Fantastic service; they regularly checked in with us without being weird or hovering over us, super quick with requests, and thorough. The seating was comfortable and relaxing.
The food was really good, and the service was fast, and the food came out really fast. I really liked the fried rices and the vibe of the restaurant was really nice. I would highly recommend this gem in the town square area. 👍👍👍
Ok cool place cute vibs. Not sure if the air was not working it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We came for dinner on a Sunday. I had a dead bug in my water. Return that gave new one we moved on. Food was good came out in a good time frame. I got medium spice level it was still spicy tho but the sweet chill made it manageable.
The pineapple fried rice had amazing flavor, but as you get to the bottom there is an excessive amount of oil. I was surprised at how much oil was Pooled at the bottom of the container. They give adequate portions but the price per dish is a bit pricey. Some of the other Thai places around have better prices and better quality food. However, the vibe of this place is unbeatable.
Like others said, service is a little bit slow. We definitely to check out this place cuz of beautiful decor. Food was pretty standard nothing special. Will i come back next time? Probably not
My friends and I were here for my birthday lunch. The staff had an weird attitude, from the host to the server. At a point our server yelled at us, when we asked for a smaller knife for cutting the cake, he got snappy and started mansplaining us difference between a cake knife and butter knife.
Food was meh.
