BEST Chinese food in the area!! and yummy Thai food!! This is a takeout. It's always very clean and well lit. Friendly, fast service. The food is fresh, delicious and always large portions. We always get Beef & Broccoli, Chicken &Veg in White Sauce (if you like Moo Goo Gai Pan) and Thai Rice Noodles (for the spicy), which has shrimp and chicken. The Drunken Noodles was a fav before they took it off the menu (Bring it back! 😭)
Btw, their Shrimp is always fresh, big and they don't skimp.

So it's hard to find a good Chinese restaurant here in Baltimore... From my days as a child, a chicken wing from an Asian restaurant consists of a drum, flat and that third piece sold together, this establishment sells them separately. It is a total rip off when they should be sold together.

Because I didn't know they were being stingy with the food but want to charge regular prices, now I have to purchase more food from somewhere else to satisfy my family.

Messed up my order.. I get all the way home, and to my surprise,I didn’t have shrimp in my dish. Called them and they owned up to misreading the order but wouldn’t offer me a refund for the missing shrimp. It’s a price difference between what I got and what I actually ordered. Only offered to make the shrimp for me another day since I couldn’t come all the way back for them to remake it. JUST THE SHRIMP THO.. To me that’s not owning up to your mistake.. why do I have to drive back to you to get what I came to you for in the first place. This place is NOT near my home at all. And by now, traffic is terrible and I already picked up my child. It would be a HUGE inconvenience for me to return for just shrimp.. The “chef” was not trying to make his wrong right.. I even offered to bring this WHOLE DISH untounched back tomorrow for a refund.. but the “chef” said just for the shrimp. Like EXCUSE ME? Like I did something wrong?? I will never order from them again and I’m contacting my bank. This is simply not what I ordered and they aren’t trying to right their wrong and at this point I don’t even trust them making another dish for me after the attitude I received like I did something! I placed the order online so it wasn’t even a language issue. The order was right there on the computer for them. No apology no nothing! BAD BUSINESS!

This is my favorite Chinese place in the area but unfortunately my favorite item, the pork steamed dumplings, have been unavailable for months…it’s quite frustrating since all the other Chinese restaurants in the area still carry dumplings but their food just isn’t as good. Please bring back the dumplings!

Best Chinese food in the Park ille are and maybe the whole Baltimore area. Their food is always on point and from the fact some nights towards closing time you can't get an order in assuming because they got more orders than they can handle before they close a lot of others must think their really good to. They'll always be my go to Chinese restaurant as long as I live in the Baltimore area.

First time here the other night! Apps are fantastic! No breading on the kung pao and its an 11/10.

This food here is ALWAYS good. The biggest surprise was how good the Thai food was. My favorite items are the pork dumplings, drunken noodles and spicy basil fried rice. Sometimes they’re not the fastest but I know for a fact the owner takes pride in the food quality being consistent, which I personally appreciate more over speed. Definitely recommend!

Win li is amazing. Their food is always fresh affordable and is prepared in a timely manner.

I have a milk allergy so finding somewhere to accommodate is hard. This place always takes into consideration my allergy and changes to menu items if needed.

I drive from harford county to this restaurant just because of the quality and tastiness.

Personally if you are complaining about chicken wings you should’ve gone to a royal farms or wing stop. Don’t let that review influence you.

I LOVE ordering from here, and Winli holds a special place in my heart for soo many reasons. Everyone in the area I've spoken to knows of Winli just the same. They have the best flavors, and portion sizes are just right. Living in the city had soo many options for asian takeout, but moving to the county, this place just blew me away.

All-day combo platters are the best bang for your buck. I always order their egg drop soup, which is DEVINE. This place seriously the best, owners are always super friendly and personable.

This has quickly become one of my favorite places. The vegan chicken is very good!! I have gotten food a few times here now and the quality has been consistent. I plan to keep coming here for the foreseeable futute!

I wanted to try a few things from this place before making a review. I've eaten here a few times in the past few months. My go-to place started going downhill so I decided to venture out and find something new. I came across Winli and decided to give it a go. Their food is very good. You don't get that typical oily/greasy feeling in your mouth after eating the fried options.

For starters: The eggrolls are tasty and the crab rangoon hits the spot. I've tried both the shumai and the fried pork dumplings and they're both solid choices.

My partner is a fan of house lo mein and he says its some of the best he's had in a long time. We have also tried their general tso's chicken and chicken wings and they're both great choices. I had never had szechuan beef before, so I decided to give that a try and it was also a hit! The beef was tender and the sauce was slightly spicy. All the veggies in the mix were great.

Now onto my favorites. I'm a huge fan of the pineapple coconut fried rice. I dont know what it is about it, but it just hits the spot. Slightly sweet with a mixture of proteins. I recently discovered my new favorite dish: the walnut shrimp. The shrimps were huge and that sauce was fantastic. My partner, who isn't a huge pineapple fan, really enjoyed this dish as well - which came as a huge shock to me since he doesn't usually care for sweet dishes like this one. This might be my new go-to dish.

The food here is slightly more expensive than the other place I used to frequent but I am happy to pay the price for a better quality meal. I'm looking forward to trying more food from here!

This restaurant has the widest variety of everything known to man yet everything stands on its own flavor wise. The prices are very good and they seem to use only top shelf ingredients.
We happened by this restaurant and are darn glad we did. You should too.

This place is yummy and affordable. Good vegetarian options - lo mein and general tso’s tofu were both way above average. Ordered online through the restaurant website and everything was ready quickly.

GREAT food for great prices. Highly recommend. This will be our new local place. We particularly love the hot and sour soup. And, very nice staff; one time they forgot our soup, called me before we even realized it was missing, we came back and they gave us a free soda when we bopped back to get it.

Finally, an authentic Chinese takeout restaurant! Call ahead for pickup, it'll save you time. Spicy dishes actually cooked with real chili peppers. Pad Thai not overpowering sweet. Everything fresh, not overcooked.

Was on the hunt for good Chinese food in Hamilton/Parkville.... Finding some decent places here, and some iffy places there. Finally stumbled upon Win Li, what a day....... Would like to start it off by mentioning how spotless the place is. Looks as if its scrubbed daily. No dust, no trash, and very simple. Very friendly customer service, and willing to explain any dishes without hesitation. I've ordered General Tso's, Szechuan Shrimp, Pineapple Coconut Fried Rice, and MOST IMPORTANTLY Crispy Honey Chicken. Realistically expected some food orders are better than others, but one thing for sure; every one of them has been delicious. Can't speak on the Thai food portion of their menu, but I would trust anything that kitchen whips up.

I am very pleased with the steps that are being taken to minimize/prevent contact.
My meal was hot with generous sized portions.
I was hoping for non-greasy Chinese carry out and that's what I received.
My new go-to spot Asian dpot.

I walked in to order, and they had signs asking for orders by phone or online because of the Covid-19 virus. I went back to my car, popped up their location on Google Maps, and placing the order was simple. They said it would be ready in 45 minutes, so I ran another errand, and came back to get some extremely hot (temp) food! It traveled well for my 10 minute trip. The hot n sour soup was loaded, lots of tofu and button mushrooms, and it seemed to have a nice load of spice without too much sour. The shrimp and mixed veggies was very well done. Best brown sauce I'd had in a while. I did the upgrade to brown rice, and it was nicely done as well. They were taking great precautions in the store to keep themselves and the public safe.

This was my first trip to Winli. I will be back!

Line was busy for 15 minutes. Finally got through. So they told us the order would take 2 hours, I get it during this time, then hung up on us before we placed our order. We didn’t even bother calling back. Food is good but customer service not so much

Food is very good but orders are rarely ready on time. This time our order wasn’t even started at the time it was supposed to be ready.

The dumplings are to die for. The place is small but very clean. Order ahead because it does take a while for them to make. I gave it 4/5 as the Thai food I had was not the most authentic but pretty tasty. Next time I’ll have to try a signature dish.

I can't speak to the dine-in experience because I got take out, but our food was AWESOME. Shrimp and chicken egg foo young orders were fluffy, delicious, and the gravy was fantastic. Egg rolls were fresh and did not taste like old fry oil as they do at some other restaurants - didn't leave any greasy feeling on the fingers at all. I suspect that the crab rangoons weren't fried at all but instead baked - the wrappers were crispy and perfectly cooked without being overcooked or greasy, and the insides did not taste overly sweet like other places do - almost tasted like some other seasonings were added, like scallions or onion. The sides of rice were plentiful, fluffy, and well cooked - emptying the box made an actual bowl of rice, not a mushy box-shaped rice brick (you know what I'm talking about). So excited to order from this place again!

Terrific! Had the Szechuan Shrimp, everything was fresh, seasoned perfectly. The white rice was fresh and fluffy. Now, i know what Gordon Ramsey is talking about when he speaks of white rice as being fluffy and delicious! Probably do it again for lunch tomorrow!

We've ordered from their twice and the food was really excellent both times. So many restaurants go overboard on the salt, but this food really stands out for the beautiful way flavors meld together, not dominated by seasoning, but by the vegetables, meat, poultry that make up the dish. It has FAR surpassed our previous "go to" delivery. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed. I'm especially fond of the steamed dumplings! The filling is to die for!

I've only been once but I've been dreaming of going back since. The food was superb and still piping hot when I got it home. Plus, HUGE portions!! I had the drunken noodles and my wife had red curry, and they were both amazing. Next time I'll be trying some of the more Chinese entrees, but the Thai options were incredibly tasty. I only wish they had delivery!

Having been here twice in one week will definitely make this carry out my all time favorite. First bite of my hot and sour soup, I knew this place was a winner!. I am a connoisseur of hot and sour and right off the bat I saw what I was looking for... Wood ear. It's a fungus that grows on fallen wood, especially the elder wood! It is know for its medicinal purposes mostly by the Western part of the world. It has been written that the healing properties include sore throats, sore eyes, jaundice and used as an astringent! I looked this up, however, I did know this was good for the body!! Okay. . Enough of the little educational background. . The broth was slightly thick as I belive it should be with bamboo shoots, cap mushrooms along with tofu and sprinkled through was fresh chopped green onions. The rest of the meal followed suite! Sesame chicken so tender I cut it with a fork. I don't recall ever having chicken quite that tender and moist. The fried rice was full of rich flavor and skimping was not in the chefs vocabulary. Also got an order of fried wonton so creamy and just lightly fried to perfection. For about $10.00 for a meal so freshly prepared and a side order you just can't go wrong with this gem. Get used to seeing my face because I'm coming back again and again!
