4pcs beef = $22.75. Unbelievable

Diner Review №2

Unfortunately, this restaurant has some very bad news, they have no competition with respect to Thai cuisine or Thai cooking. This place ranks amongst itself, there are many Thai ‘themed’ restaurants near Mayuree, be it as it may, this is the only Thai restaurant worth eating at.

This is my favorite restaurant in all of Baltimore. I'm not a vegetarian by any means, but I actively order Drunken Noodles with Tofu here. It tastes like a savory roasted marshmallow. The sauce is absolutely "lick your plate clean" level of delicious. The Pad Thai here is just food candy - so delicious. I've eaten every dish on their menu at least once, and I've never once been disappointed.

If you're looking for a great meal, this is most definitely the place to go!

Diner Review №6

Loved the food here, would describe as upscale Thai food, although it's not pricey. Seems like a lot of take-out orders being picked up, but the dining room is really comfy and nice. Would highly recommend for dine-in. Kid friendly, staff is super nice.

Diner Review №7

The food is fantastic and a wonderful atmosphere

Diner Review №8

Great food. Had the drunken noodle, Tom Yum soup, and calamari. Will definite return.

Diner Review №9

Excellent tom yum and panang curry
Friendly staff

Diner Review №11

Great food and great staff. Our waitress was so sweet and kind, plus it seemed a kid of one of the staff members/ owners was asking to help and she brought me my soda and was just so cute.

The pad see ew was wonderful, and my friends said their orders were also great. They served a local beer that my friend absolutely LOVED.

Diner Review №13

Love it. Good food and service.

Diner Review №14

Food, atmosphere and service was A++. It is a quaint spot bursting with favorable entrees and wonderful libation!

Diner Review №15

Carry out: Delicious, perfect spicy drunken noodles and cheese wontons light and yummy. My new favorite Thai Restaurant.

Diner Review №16

This food was so disappointing! I love Thai food so was excited to try Mayuree Thai during my stay in Baltimore. However, this is truly one of the worst experiences of Thai foods I’ve ever had. I had the Penang curry and it was bland - zero flavour. The dumplings were dry although the taste was ok. Thankfully the mango sticky rice was good but the portion was tiny. I ordered this as Takeout, but if I had eaten in store, I would have asked to take the Penang off the bill - it was that bad! 😭

Diner Review №17

amazing vegatarian pad thai, i loved the tofu and all of the vegetables were super fresh!

Diner Review №18

Diner Review №19

The food is really very tasty, but I'm so disappointed with the value for cost. I spent $17 on a pork belly meal that came with 5 small pieces of meat (each is about an inch long and 1/3 inch wide) and a half a handful of green beans. That's not worth $17, and now I still have to make myself a second dinner to feel full. I was looking forward to a good meal and now I'm just genuinely sad. I probably won't be back because it feels like I'm gambling on getting enough food or not.

Diner Review №21

Not sure if the positive reviews are fake but my food was not good. Ordered wonton soup and it was received with a dead fly in it but no wontons. My daughter’s vegetable pad Thai had tofu, which was not what she ordered. My pad kaprow was supposed to have ground meat, but it was just vegetables and shrimp in a tasteless sauce (though spicy). The sauces (dumpling sauce and peanut sauce) for the garden rolls were gross, and the crab and cheese wontons were all cream cheese. No flavor, definitely no crab. Will not eat here again. Wish I had seen the dead fly before eating anything else.

I can’t speak on service or atmosphere as this was ordered for delivery. Thankfully DoorDash refunded my order.

Diner Review №22

Fantastic!

Diner Review №23

Great place. The food was wonderful, hot, and amazing. Servers were polite and kind. The atmosphere gave you an Irish pub feeling, but it’s a Thai restaurant. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed :)

Diner Review №24

My happy meal. Love this place. Thai hot chicken pad Thai with spring rolls is the key to happiness

Diner Review №25

The food here was amazing. The bartender was very sociable and the drinks were great

Diner Review №26

My son, eager for a change of pace, suggested we venture into the realm of Thai cuisine. I must confess, upon entering, I was utterly taken aback by the décor—tastefully appointed, with a warmth that set the stage for our meal. Our journey began with fried tofu, paired with a peanut sauce so delectable that it nearly eclipsed the appetizer itself.

For the main course, I indulged in spicy drunken noodles with shrimp, while my son opted for a vegetarian Pad Thai. Both dishes were undeniably delicious, but I must admit, his Pad Thai was nothing short of remarkable. The sauces, in particular, were an exquisite symphony of flavors. We shall most certainly return for another taste.

Diner Review №27

Super cute spot. The food was very good and flavorful. Would definitely come back!

Diner Review №28

Diner Review №29

A very good and flavorful Thai restaurant. I love my food spicy. The staff here assume that most don’t want that level of spice. After a short conversation the waitress agreed to bring out my curry at the spiciest level and it was so good! They really let the chili peppers carry the flavor. It was strong and delicious.

All the dishes our party received were top notch. I would certainly return.

Diner Review №30

Love this place! My friends and I (group of 8) have eaten here twice and loved it each time.

Diner Review №31

Portion sizes are getting smaller a year later.
My most recent order had approximately 3 oz of chicken and 3 shrimp. Complete waste of money for $21.00 + $4.00 for extra rice.

Now I’m ordering something else to eat.

Diner Review №32

Our second time there. Garden rolls are simple and delicious. The Red Curry and Pad Thai were great.

Diner Review №33

Diner Review №34

Diner Review №35

Best pad Thai in the city. And great all around menu.

Diner Review №36

Diner Review №37

Ordered carry out from here a few days ago. Got two drunken noodles, one medium spicy and the other very spicy. The spice of the “very spicy” was no different than the medium spicy. The drunken noodles did not taste authentic to authentic Thai flavoring , color was very dark and tasted more like Chinese carry out. Pad Thai was good. Prices are reasonable but seems like spice levels lack consistency.

Diner Review №38

Diner Review №39

This place is so good!!! The ribs fell off the bone. Everything, food and service, was excellent. A bartender in dc recommended it, and I am so glad I tried it out.

Diner Review №40

Diner Review №41

Very good authentic thai food. Its like being in someones basement. Great service. Resonably priced.

Diner Review №42

My bestie and I stopped in here today for lunch while walking around the neighborhood. We were very happy with our meals, the service, and the atmosphere! I ordered the vegan version of the tofu pad thai, which tasted wonderful. My friend ordered the chicken pad see ew and really liked it. We shared the spring rolls and the mango sticky rice, which were also great.

I’d highly recommend this spot for lunch :-)

Diner Review №43

Food was excellent!

Diner Review №44

Ordered delivery. Pad thai was some of the best I have had in Baltimore. Drunken noodles and red curry were good.

Diner Review №45

Very tasty but poor value as the portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up. Tastes great (5 stars for flavor) but over the past year they've made the servings smaller and raised their prices.

Diner Review №46

Great Thai place. Excellent service and amazing drinks. Only thing I’d want is for them to add pineapple fried rice!

Diner Review №47

Diner Review №48

Authentic Thai cuisine in a comfortable setting. Prices are reasonable and the service is very good. We go frequently when dining in for Thai, but they have carry-out and there are always GrubHub etc. drivers waiting for delivery orders. From curries to stir fry to specialties of the house like the catfish, try it if you haven't.

Diner Review №49

Best Pad Thai in DMV !!!

Diner Review №50

Diner Review №51

Ordered takeout and everything was delicious. There was a small issue with one of the dishes but it didn’t affect the taste. Would definitely recommend trying the fresh spring rolls, best I’ve had in Baltimore. Definitely worth stopping in for a bite or taking away.

Diner Review №52

Diner Review №53

Diner Review №54

Great service, great food.. recommend to check for yourself. Street parking is limited but it was worth it.

Diner Review №55

Love the pad Thai and drunken noodles. They make their food Asian spicy - I love it!

Diner Review №56

delicious and quick highly recommended!

Diner Review №59

Diner Review №60

This is the best Thai restaurant in Baltimore! I always get spicy shrimp pad Thai and it’s DELICIOUS!!!

Diner Review №61

This place is so nice and cozy! Our server was attentive just enough and the food was fresh and well coursed ! The cocktails are decent for the price too :)

Diner Review №62

I really liked this place when I dined in. I ordered it via doordash today and asked for it to be spicy and instructions were not followed at all. The food was mild at best. When i called back and asked for it to be remade, they completely denied their fault and just said add some hot sauce to it. When I asked if this would have happend for a dine in experience wouldnt they remake the dish if its not right, they said no, we would give you hot sauce to add. Absolutely ridiculous!! 20$ for drunken noodles that were flavorless.

Diner Review №63

Unbelievable all that I can say
🥂💥🍽👨‍🍳🥇🇹🇭 🥇👨‍🍳🍽💥🥂

Diner Review №64

We were in town for testing at Hopkins and came here because of other reviews. The food was EXCELLENT! The variety of vegetables and quality of food was far beyond what we expected. We will definitely be back anytime we are in the area. I am from NYC and this is one of the best Thai restaurants I've ever been to.

Diner Review №65

From the moment we walked in Anthony made our dining experience amazing! Great drinks and amazing food! The sauce for the dumplings were *chefs kiss*. I had their drunken noodles which were amazing! I heard the pad Thai was even better i will definitely be trying those when i return!

Diner Review №66

I had the best first impression of this restaurant! From the moment we walked in Anthony was amazing! The drinks were awesome and the sauce for the dumplings were literally “chefs kiss”. I’ll definitely be back to try their staple pad Thai! I had the drunken noodles and those were soooo flavorful!

Diner Review №67

Diner Review №68

This food takes me back to Thailand. You can taste that the drunken noodles are cooked at high temperature, see the chicken is charred, and savor the carmalized flavor of the sugar balancing the spice of the fresh chili pepper. 🙏

Diner Review №69

One of my favorites in Baltimore

Diner Review №70

Diner Review №71

This food was so good! I ordered it on door dash. Even with it being delivered, it tasted hot and fresh. I had the wontons, which were spiced well (but a little heavy, as is the nature of wontons), and the pad Thai. It was one of the better pad Thais I've had, they had a lot of peanuts and tofu and veggies. And the portion was so big I was able to ration it for multiple meals :) And it’s well worth the cost, which was pretty standard

Diner Review №72

Best dumplings I’ve ever had and amazing cocktails

Diner Review №73

Diner Review №74

The drunken noodles were absolutely delicious, and the aroma was incredibly enticing, like a burst of goodness!

Diner Review №75

Best thai food in Baltimore ! They are artists! The tavern is also nice. Lots of unique drinks for the adventurous.

Diner Review №76

Diner Review №77

Food was delicious! We had the catfish and curry beef entres. You can’t go wrong with either. Also, we enjoyed the spare ribs appetizer. Lastly, I tried the Thai IPA and honestly not too bad. I recommend trying it!

Diner Review №78

Delicious food and great service!! We loved it! Mai tai, dumplings, chicken satay and 3 flavor chicken. All amazing!!

Diner Review №79

We ordered take out - the food was good and packaged well for travel. Not pictured is the won ton soup which was a little bit different than a traditional one, still delicious. I’d definitely like to try eating at the restaurant and see what the food is like served hot and fresh!

Diner Review №80

Diner Review №81

Best Thai food ever had.

Diner Review №82

Best Pad Thai in the city. Bar none. Probably some of the best I've had anywhere.

Diner Review №83

They allow door dash to place orders before they are even open, which is noon...40 min, wait for a order suppose to be ready 20 mins before I arrive!!don't place online orders and expect them fast or even warm won't return..place looks super dirty also!!

Diner Review №84

Diner Review №85

Great Thai food and friendly staff. Make sure to specify if you want your food normal spicy, because otherwise they will tone it down significantly without telling you if you look like the type who can’t handle spice.

Diner Review №86

Sat down for a quick lunch bite, and I had a great time! The Tom Kha was great, and Kua Kling was very snackable. I plan on returning soon!

Diner Review №87

I love living and eating in the best city. Keep up the good work!

Diner Review №88

Great and fast service , food was great

Diner Review №89

It’s ok, not the best Thai food I’ve had. I’ve tried the chicken/shrimp dumplings, pad see yew, drunken noodles, pad thai.

Diner Review №90

Really good food and service. I had the Pad Thai with Wild Little Thing beer and it tasted delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Diner Review №91

Diner Review №92

Diner Review №93

Closed Mondays. If you valued your customers you'd keep Google maps updated. Be better

Diner Review №94

As good as or maybe even better than best Thai food I have ever had....flavors were amazing and so fresh. Cant wait to go back and try more options.

Diner Review №95

No taste of food
Useless place
Dont visit

Diner Review №96

My favorite Thai place in Baltimore!

Diner Review №97

Great ambience, friendly staff and our food was delicious! The lychee collins cocktail is so good!

Diner Review №98

Ate here for the first time. It was wonderful! The space is beautiful and the service was great. Got the drunken noodles and a few starters. Worth a visit!

Diner Review №99

The Pad Thai might be the best I’ve ever had. The portion is on the smaller side than what I’ve gotten at other Asian restaurants, but the quality makes up for it.

I ordered the crab wontons too based on other DoorDash reviews, but the restaurant didn’t give me dipping sauce so that was disappointing. They were excellent wontons.

Update from 4 to 5 stars: after ordering the pad Thai for a third time I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever had! Lots of bean sprouts, finely chopped peanuts, green onion, and the tiny pieces of tofu make the dish incredibly flavorful and aesthetically pleasing.

I also tried the steamed dumplings, what a treat!! Absolutely delicious.

Discovered this little treasure in Baltimore. Close to Fells Point, Canton, Harbor East and and Harbor Point without the high pricetag for good quality. Everything is delicious. Be ready for a flavor party in your mouth.

Diner Review №105

Diner Review №106

That place should have a much better rating. It's one of the best Thai places I've been to in a long time. We had the Drunken Noodles and the Cashew Rice dishes, both were outstanding. You must try the place. I travel and can't wait to come back on my next Baltimore visit.

Diner Review №107

Diner Review №108

Loveee their pad see ew. Some of the best I’ve had.

Diner Review №109

Delicious food and nice people!

Diner Review №110

Great Thai place! Portions seem a bit smaller than other Thai places around, but still great taste!

Diner Review №111

Diner Review №112

Good food and good range of vegan options. Loved the mango pandan sticky rice.

Diner Review №113

We were in the Baltimore area and on our way back wanted to have Thai food. I searched quickly and found this one with great reviews. We read on the reviews that getting a parking spot is an issue and that is definitely true. But we found something on a 8 min walk. As soon as we entered, I found the place to be very welcoming and warm. We were immediately attended and given a seat.

Items we ordered:

1) Veg spring roll - 4/5. Pretty good to get started with appetizers
2) Thai tea - 5/5. Amazing and must not miss. We had to get it twice because it was so good.
3) Penang curry with chicken - Again 5/5
4) Drunken noodles with chicken - 5/5
5) Mango sticky rice - 5/5. We had to get this one twice as well because it was very unique and delicious!

Overall a great experience and the customer service was exceptional. The servers were very caring and sweet. They made sure you were satisfied with the food.

If you are in the area, please do not miss this. Even if it's a 10 min drive from the downtown. I would definitely visit again if I am around the area.

Diner Review №114

Got takeout and the food was great but it looked nice on the inside and am already thinking of getting it again soon

Diner Review №115

Family owned gem of a restaurant in upper Canton area of Baltimore.

Diner Review №116

Great authentic food. It's a family run business, very good food and service. It's a "feel good" after eating, and btw, do drink water they serve - so clean and tasty.

Diner Review №117

Diner Review №118

I love it, not expensive and believe me, good food:-)

Diner Review №119

Diner Review №120

Such authentic flavors! We loved the larb, drunken noodles, and the crispy pork!

Diner Review №121

Service was great. Their classic drunken noodles with shrimp were good.

Diner Review №122

Mayuree Thai tavern has a great ambiance and always friendly staff. Try their drunken noodles! Dining in or takeout- the food is always prepped quickly and served hot and fresh.

Diner Review №123

Awesome food and great service!

Diner Review №124

I went here for a meeting on a Thursday night. The place was quit and east to communicate. The food tasted amazing. Our server was amazing as well since I mentioned on the phone while reserving the table that we were having a meeting and he didn’t rush us out of the door although the restaurant closed.

Diner Review №125

Pad see ew was completely flavorless. Bland meat, noodles, and broccoli. Threw it out shortly after tasting. Don’t order takeout from here.

Diner Review №126

Ordered for delivery through Caviar. WAY too expensive for the quality of food. Crab and Cheese Wantons were gross... where was the crab? Doesn't even look appetizing, we knew we were in for a rough time when we opened those boxes. Yuck! So disappointed. I was looking forward to some delicious Thai food to cheer me up, but I fear I'll be falling into a deeper depressive episode after that meal. Thanks Mayuree Thai Tavern. Couldn't even finish my meal. $80?! for that? Y'all must be joking. Where's my refund, I'm gonna go buy some real food 😤

Diner Review №127

Dumplings and wonton soup are a must!

Diner Review №128

First time dining at mayuree thai tavern, I never thought that I wouldn't like Thai food, this cuisine was excellent I enjoyed it very much. Delicious, I will definitely go back again and again!!

Diner Review №129

Seeing similar comments, so I guess the lesson with this place is don't do take outs/delivery orders. The portions were terrible, food was oily and dissatisfying, not anything worth the price. The food did not resemble what looked like amazing meals in the pictures. I won't be spending my money here again, but if you're going to I guess your best bet is to try dine-in.

Diner Review №130

Absolutely fantastic environment I love it there

Diner Review №131

I get the panang curry here at least once a week, its so good. They are also fast to put orders together. I wish the portions were a little bigger but the price is reasonable so that's fine.

Diner Review №132

LEGIT, delicious, cozy upscale and unique feeling inside the restaurant, and affordable! This place is fabulous and is being added to the weekly rotation!

Diner Review №133

Food and atmosphere good.
Location is in a charming block of residential row homes. Parking however is a challenge. Waiter’s are very knowledgeable about how food is prepared. I was told by some of patrons
that menu selections are not authentic. Nonetheless I will say….that meals are delish!
Go here! You can’t go wrong.

Check out a tofu dish!

Diner Review №139

Highly recommend for Thai food experience in Baltimore. Staff is super friendly. Tasty and Authentic flavors. However, Portions could improve. Drunken noodles were excellent!

Diner Review №140

Diner Review №141

Ordered from DoorDash. Panang curry was watery and bland. Dumplings were bland, too, but the sauce redeemed them. Tom kha was just ok.

Diner Review №142

Fresh made, authentic Thai. Green curry with tofu was amazing! Drunken noodles a must have! Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Diner Review №143

Both myself and my wife were once big fans of Mayuree in the past. I don’t know if it’s under new management, or the chef just had a bad night, but their food has slipped precipitously from what we knew it to be. We ordered take out. I ordered Pad khing, which was akin to nothing more than boiled vegetables and chicken. Hospital food is more flavorful. The same could be said about their larb salad and pad Thai dish which fell far short in the flavor department. We can now unfortunately cross off Mayuree from our growing list of restaurants here in Baltimore that have somehow lost their way since the pandemic.

Diner Review №144

This restaurant was surprisingly goodddddd. The Pad See Yew was soooo darn good. We had fried ice cream and it was the absolute BEST l've ever had so far. 😋 Oh the Chicken Pad Thai was also delicious.

Diner Review №145

This place is our absolute go to whenever cooking dinner feels like too much. Their tom kha soup with tofu is truly one of my comfort foods, especially during the pandemic. Mayuree Thai is a gem of the Canton neighborhood!!

Diner Review №146

I hate to say this but everything went wrong with this meal I got on ubereats. They seem to care more about dine in experience than Uber eats customers!

- Calamari - limp and oily
- papaya salad- inedible I took one bite and it didn’t taste fresh at all
- drunken noodles -they literally put 3 shrimps in the drunken noodles and it is way too spicy like other reviews said

They seem like they didn’t try at all.
I won’t be going back ever again.

Diner Review №147

Still the slowest place ever.

Diner Review №148

Had the spiciest pepper of my life in my curry.
Everything is so fresh & vibrant here. The owners & staff clearly take great pride in their product. I’ll tell whoever will listen about the summer rolls.

Diner Review №149

Great food! This was a hidden gem for me. I worked nearby but never knew about it. Atmosphere at the bar is chill too. I would definitely come back many more times.

Diner Review №150

We enjoyed the refreshing and delicious Papaya Salad as well as Pad Sey Ew. Drinks, dinner, and service were great.

Diner Review №151

Ok so after reading all your reviews i had to order the Drunken, oh it was soooo good!!! I asked for extra spicy and man it was spicy!!!! I also the red curry extra spicy, let me tell u i have been in Baltimore for 2 years and this is best out of all Thai curries i had! Some make it too sweet or too thick or put unnecessary veggies. This was just the perfect consistency and flavor and it was HOT! Love it love it love it!!!

Diner Review №152

Nice customer service

Diner Review №153

Diner Review №154

A simply fantastic family-operated restaurant. Authentic Thai food with great price. Their mango sticky rice is the best dessert I have had!

Diner Review №155

Diner Review №156

Ordered 5 items for takeout. Sat down at the bar and had a great draft beer while we waited for the order. Got home and only 3 of the items were in the bag even though the receipt listed all 5. At least the food was good!

Diner Review №157

Delicious food with great service at a reasonable price. Best Thai food I've had in awhile! Needed to ask for some spices for some heat but was absolutely worth it

Diner Review №161

I work here, great food amazing staff ,clean ,neat and worth trying Thai food ,I'd recommend their drunken noodle or patai noodles or their patee you both noodle dishes are so good

Diner Review №162

Very yummy drunken noodle! As a Thai, their Pad see yew and drunken noodle is legit. If you like spicy, ask them to make the drunken noodle as "Thai Spicy". Heck if you can speak Thai, you can ask them as well!

Diner Review №163

Dumplings are super tasty, the pork belly has a fresh lemon twist that helps you forever find more empty stomach. Finish off with a cocktail and mango sticky rice for a wonderful evening.

Diner Review №164

Diner Review №165

Diner Review №166

Delicious food and fair prices! They really do their tofu right for any of you veggies out there.

Diner Review №167

I ordered 2 pad khing bowls (1 tofu, 1 chicken) through Grubhub, and the restaurant forgot to add one of the sides of rice. I called to resolve the problem and one of the workers delivered the rice to my door within 15 minutes. I offered them a tip for the trouble and they refused. Food was amazing as always! I love the spring rolls & tofu especially, and the pad khing is our new favorite. Will be eating here again soon :)

Diner Review №181

Best papaya salad outside of Bangkok!

Diner Review №182

Eaten here twice so far, once for takeout and once dine-in. The food - pad Thai and pad see ewe - has been very good both times.

Diner Review №183

Awesome delicious authentic Thai food! The bar is amazing as well! Such a great atmosphere and a guaranteed fun time! Highly recommended 👍

Diner Review №184

Ordered delivery and the food was hot and delicious when it arrived!

Diner Review №185

Good food. Friendly people. Took too long on service

Diner Review №186

Great, different Thai food!

Diner Review №187

I picked up 3 entrees and some appetizers for the first time from here. The food was made quickly and there wasn't much wait time. The food was overall expensive, any add on costed extra. The noodles portion size was fine. But rest of the two curries the portion size of curry as well as accompanying rice was so small that it was totally disappointing. The taste was good. But knowing the portion sizes, it felt like a rip off. I am not going back there again.
