Hire people who bother to read orders ???? Today I got food filled with peppers and onions , I don’t want peppers or onions in my noodles. Is it really that difficult to comprehend that someone doesn’t enjoy crunchy , watery things that taste like dirt in their noodles ? Also I’m allergic to bell peppers , not hot peppers, bell peppers , which if you look at the attached photos I specifically asked to not have in my food . This just sucks and it’s like the third time and you’re closed do I can’t return my order and get a new one.

This place is awesome. We tried Pho vegetable and Pineapple Rice and we liked it pretty much 😋. For dessert we ordered Mango sticky Rice which turned out amazing and apart from these they have lots of options for drinks and wine. Must visit with your family and friends.

We ordered a number of dishes cause we wanted to try them all. The pho was really good, the curry was a little underwhelming--a little to watery for my taste, the pad thai was good as well. The Thai iced tea was unexpectedly good. Overall a yummy experience. 🙂

Service was polite, attentive, and food came out HOT! Our host was very sweet and checked in on us to keep waters filled and made sure we had everything we needed without being pushy. I think one of the chefs ran our food? They were also very polite and brought out HOT HOT HOT and deliciously steaming dishes! Overall had a very satisfying meal that scratched the itch for pad thai.

Parking is limited in Hampden, but not impossible depending on the day/time. The Ave is cute and fun to walk up and down!

I was disappointed with my experience. The staff member at the register ( short Asian or Chinese looking guy to be specific) was unpleasant and seemed annoyed when I asked for recommendations. As it was my first visit, I didn’t feel welcomed. While the food tasted alright, the overall experience wasn’t worth it, and I don’t plan on returning. However, I encourage others to try it for themselves perhaps I visited on an off day and was simply met with an unprofessional staff member who lacked good customer service.

Ordered the papaya salad and tom yum soup, and both just taste very off and not even edible. The green curry has neither Thai basil nor Thai eggplant. Extremely disappointing, likely the worst Thai food I’ve ever had.

Came back to Mona’s today as green curry chicken ordered 2 weeks ago was flavorful. Not so today, maybe they ran out of curry Saturday night they have to dilute the curry by half with water by the taste of it. Obviously quality is not a priority nor do they care if the waiter just walks away after giving him my feedback.

Had a great first dine-in experience today. I got the Veggie Pho with Tofu and Tofu Summer Rolls. Everything tasted just like my family's home cooking!

Also, a huge shout out to Joselyn who served me. She was attentive, friendly, and all around good vibes.

Thank you, I highly recommend this place and definitely will be back when visiting Baltimore!

best buhn mi in town, hands down, no competition. everybodys always nice and upfront about wait times and its usually less than 20min.

Today was the first day I ordered from this restaurant. I had it delivered with Uber eats. The food was just lukewarm that’s on Uber eats Uber eats did not even notify me to let me know my food was there so that’s probably why it was lukewarm. As far as the food I never had drunken noodle before, but these noodles seem to be way overcooked to the point that I couldn’t really eat them. They weren’t Very saucy, but like it says first time I had them. The shrimp was cooked. Perfect to the way I liked it so I did like the shrimp. Would I buy this dish again? I think I will have to go to the restaurant to try versus delivered.

This was my first time ordering from here. I enjoyed my selection (chicken pho soup. In comparison to the place on Rolling rd. I prefer them.

The tofu banh mi is the best I’ve had in a while! The tofu is well seasoned and the baguette was perfect! I’ll definitely be getting this again! We’ve ordered pho from here multiple times.

Best pad Thai I've found in Baltimore. Next best is all the way in D.C. Consistently yummy. Excellent flavor, perfect spice level (#3), always piping hot. Super cute atmosphere, outdoor seating, easy parking, quick. Met the owner today, very pleasant. Haven't had anything else on the menu yet but I'm confident I'd be pleased.

Tried it for the first time today and the entire family was very impressed. We all ordered pho (chicken pho and shrimp pho, both in chicken broth). The flavor of the broth was great, nice amount of toppings, and the chili oil added perfect spice. I ordered takeout but will definitely come to sit in. The restaurant looked clean with an appealing aesthetic. They also have outdoor seating that’s super cute at night with the lighting. Overall looks like a great vibe with even better food. I’ll definitely be back again to try other items too.

I've tried Mona's a few times - the pho is good but a little mild on the flavor side, I'd like a bit more body. The toppings are always very fresh.
Primary gripe is that the peanut sauce with the summer rolls is super super thin - and a few times for takeout they've given the wrong filling (it seems like the order printed wrong and it didn't capture the protein fillings, so it was just cabbage).

It's small inside but it's a serene atmosphere. Took my 3yo to dinner and he definitely had his full and enjoyed every bite.

For the price point, i recommend bohi corner over this. I got the house special chicken, while cooked well, it lacked flavor. Nothing about this place was bad, but overall it wasn't worth it for me.

After a gym visit with a buddy of mine we *needed* some lunch. He chose Mona's. It was a great choice. They have a sort of multi-pan-Asian menu with a nice variety of choices from various nations/cultures. I got the very simple Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken. It was simple but wonderful.

Mona's is really easy to get to, on the corner of ... I don't know what streets; my map app just tells me where to go. But evidently in this part of town there are numerous restaurants and this is a charm among them.

Our waitress was fantastic. She took our orders, took care of us, and was just great. We'll definitely be back!!

Chicken Pho, Chicken Satay, Thai iced tea and Thai Iced coffee are the items I’ve had thus far and all have been delicious. The pho tastes just as good each visit.

I’ve been there several times and like the pho there. I went back ALONE for the summer roll this time but was very disappointed by the service. I was automatically charged a 20% tips. I thought tipping was my choice or at least I got the choice to pick the percentage. Obviously my server thought he had the right to choose for me. Not going back anymore. There are better pho in Baltimore.

First time here & will never be back. Our waitress was unbelievably rude and short. The entire time & this was my first time there because people have recommended at the end my friend ordered the mango sticky rice & once he paid she said “it won’t be good & it’ll make your stomach hurt” and we said why would you tell us that before hand? And she looked at my friend and said he wouldn’t care anyways. Not friendly at all.

The pho is restorative and clearly made with love. The service is always good and everyone is very nice. Best pho in Baltimore by far; my partner and I are here at least once a week!

Second time wasn’t the charm:(
I had been here before and really enjoyed the food, so I went back. But unfortunately my second experience wasn’t good. My food wasn’t made as requested (came out sweet when I requested spicy) and when I asked my server about it, they were very stand-offish and told me to just add the sauces provided at the table. And when I was ready to leave, another waitstaff wouldn’t get me condiments for my take out (ordered as well) without receiving a tip. I usually prefer to give cash tips and I was going to yesterday as well and I did, however they made me feel extremely uncomfortable waiting at my elbow staring me down while I was putting my takeout away in my bag. With this new experience I don’t know if I’ll ever get food here again, maybe after some time I might get takeout but I very much doubt I’ll ever dine in here again.

Summer rolls were outstanding, the burst of mint was excessively refreshing and my favorite part of the meal. The crispy spring roll were also fantastic.

I ordered the veggie pho with tofu because it seemed like the right idea on a cold & rainy day in early November and it paid off. The veggies were tender & delicious, the broth was thin and took very well to the included accompaniments.

I ordered the Veggie pho with CHICKEN broth. It was disgraceful. No type of love. THIS broth definitely did NOT simmer or cook for hours to GET FLAVOR. It tasted like a weak chicken bouillon cube over UNLOVED, UNSeasoned veggies!!

Quick, easy and delicious food

Good, fresh, and hot food. All the dishes were great. The pho broth was very tasty and had a good quantity of beef cuts. The teriyaki beef and shrimp pad Thai are also highly recommended. I will most likely go back again to sample the other dishes.

The girl with green hair was pretty rude all the time,she didn't take my order at my table I screamed my order to her from my table while she was on front desk because she asked me to. She was talking with a friend for so long that my appetizer was ready but she didn't bring to me because she was talking, she brought my appetizer later with my entrée, she didn't bring the drink that I asked for, didn't filled my cup with water, she barely looked at my face or asked if I needed something because she was talking with her friend. A great place for (super) noodles. I ordered one of the pho dishes, and I'd definitely recommend; they're known for it on campus. You're paying a few extra dollars than what pho normally costs, but the portion is massive.

I'd choose this place over, say, Mi & Yu Noodle Bar (@ the rotunda) if you're looking for size over flavor. It was a hearty meal. The Thai Iced Tea was pretty standard but it comes in a tall glass.

My client took me out for lunch, the food were delicious. I ordered the Tai yellow curry shrimp with brown rice. Our server didn't pay attention to fact that I ordered brown rice and brought me white rice instead. That was the only problem we had. A gem in the Hampden area. This is our go-to comfort food place and one person in particular - "Oy or Oi" is just amazingly helpful. Vibrant and happy, Oy is patient in explaining the menu and giving recommendations based on what you would like to have. The iced tea is so good (a bit sweet but that is what the real thing is) and the Pad Thai and the Sticky Rice with Coconut are favorites. Actually, all of the noodle and curry dishes are excellent and having traveled to Thailand and Laos, this is perhaps the place where they get it quite right. Would come back in a heartbeat.

My boyfriend and I got Pad Thai and Pad See Ew, and both of our portions were massive!! The flavors were so rich and I really enjoyed having peanuts on the side of my dish.

The Mona's Chicken Box is fire. I love their J Pop drink as well. Everyone is incredibly friendly and we come here often.

Order for delivery food was not that good at all. I'm not sure if the owner is Laos or Thai or vetnamess because when I taste the pho it just don't taste like is vetnamess cooking it and the chicken satay it don't taste like Thai cooking it so I'm asume it own by Laos..

Eggplant basil dish was missing the rice, the meat in the pho was gummy and tasted old. They charged $8.50 for this “dessert” shown below that was meant to be mango sticky rice but was 1/4 of an unripe mango that was inedible. The eggplant basil dish was pretty decent hence the two star. Unfortunately the customer service and experience was pretty disappointing.

I live in the neighborhood and tried Mona's for the first time. I got the spring rolls and the beef pho. I haven't had pho in a while and WOW was it SOOO GOOD! It really was exactly what I needed while feeling under the weather. It was the best meal I have had in a long time. I am really craving it and already telling my husband I want it again tomorrow. Loved the soup here

Got seated and waited 15 minutes with no service in an honestly not that busy restaurant. We had been the only people sat. Everyone was eating or finished eating and waiting for someone to bring them a receipt. From someone also in the service industry, the entire restaurant could have been easily managed and no reason for us to not have been served for that long with barely anyone there. Disappointing and probably not going to come back. Was really excited to try the food.

First time visit was a success. Friendly, prompt, and attentive service. Reasonably priced and excellent Thai cuisine. Good selection of Asian beers and liquors.

Its pretty price for the quality of the food they serve. Not recommanded.

So disappointed: the red curry was a watery mess. None of the lovely, coconut milk deliciousness I’d hoped for. Overcooked peppers, no other veggies. Just a bad time.and ALL the vegetables were WAY over cooked. Slimy green beans. Really, it’s Thai food: veggies should be crispy and fresh. Won’t go here again.
