Family-Owned Thai Restaurant
We found this restaurant while visiting a candy shop across the street because of the smell! I said whatever that food is smells delicious! We looked around to find where it was coming from and found Siam Orchid! The next time we went out for lunch I knew exactly what I wanted to try and I am so happy we did! Amazing friendly service, delicious flavors.
I got the Cashew Chicken, spice level 5 and it was amazing! My boyfriend got the Sesame Chicken and it was delicious as well. We will definitely be going back soon!
Went to a couple of local places with a friend. Some were closed, some had 3 hour long waits. This place was open and ready. The environment was clean and had a pleasant culture. There was a nice smell when walking in. The food was lovely and the waitress was kind and cute. Great stuff overall.
My wife and I have lived in SE Asia and spent many months in Thailand. The papaya salad at this restaurant was the most accurate and delicious I've had in the states. The mussaman curry had a great flavor balance... just excellent. Process were wildly reasonable and the service was attentive and gracious. My new favorite restaurant in Cincinnati.
We visited here for a random Tuesday evening dinner, and took a seat outside. The table was very wobbly, but no big deal. The egg drop soup was outstanding! It looked, and tasted, like it was made fresh for me. We loved sitting outside, as it was a wonderful evening out. They weren't very busy, and the service was good and prompt. Our food was very good as well, and the portions were plenty. I ordered the siam chicken spicy 3, and we also got the sweet and sour chicken spicy 5. It was 🔥 🥵 but very tasty. We enjoyed our experience, and will be back for sure.
100% the best Thai in Cincinnati! The quality and service are unmatched. While the service was prompt and attentive, the food was hot, flavorful, and abundant. I will be recommending Siam Orchid to anyone who will listen!!
My wife and I got dinner here on a whim a few weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was a Thursday night so the restaurant was quiet, and the server greeted us enthusiastically and took our orders quickly. Food was very good (not the best Thai food I’ve had, but still great), and the atmosphere was cozy. We live nearby, so it’s definitely a spot we will be revisiting again for a reliable dinner.

Alelways a delicious choice! Have had nothing but good experiences when dining in, or getting carryout.
Never disappoints. Friendly awesome service, great intimate atmosphere, and excellent food at a reasonable price.

Only got carry-out but it was great. Warning: hot as blazes. I usually get extra spicy but the 4 was my upper limit.
Ordered takeout. Loved the spring rolls! Big portion of Pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. Everything was delicious! Will definitely try again!
What a surprise for a true hole in the wall! The spring rolls were very great but they were tasty! The red curry chicken was delicious!
Great food and service.
Delicious Thai food.
Excellent food and quaint setting. Limited outdoor seating. Try the pot stickers, fresh spring rolls and pork crispy paad thai.
Our favorite Thai restaurant in the tri-state! Must visit!
My sister and I had a fantastic meal here, enjoyed sitting outdoors on a sunny fall day. Highly recommend the food. Such a delicious meal for a great value. We dined here at lunchtime
Went with the chicken pad thai at a Thai spice level, and the dumplings as well. Huge portion size, and very good, I liked the amount of crushed peanut and the bean sprouts gave a nice crunch as well. The black sesame on the dumplings added a nice lil something as well. I probably looked like I was absolutely dying from the spice level, but it was exactly what I asked for and exactly what I wanted.

The best Thai food around!!
It is hard to find a good Thai place, but each time I've been here, I have not been disappointed.
Best Thai food in NKY

The other day, I ordered takeout. I got potstickers, crab puffs, and pork Thai fried rice. Everything was amazing. The guy working the front and answering the phone was incredibly polite and professional. The spice level is very on point. You will start to feel the heat at level 3. The portion sizes are big, and I was able to save my dinner for lunch the next day, which was a double treat. I've also had pineapple fried rice before, which is killer too. Treat yourself.. Go here!
Some of the best Thai food around!
Tasty, but SPICY HOT for the level we chose.
Good Thai food place.
What a fun place to eat. Small, clean, great food.
Love this place!
Amazing restaurant! Amazing food! The owner is so sweet. My husband brought me here for our first date 11 years ago. I was scared to order because I don't typically like most foreign foods. I am willing to try anything but I'm boring and picky lol. My husband loves spicy food and I do not. He has been eating here for several years before he met me. His whole family loves it here! I ordered the chicken fried rice for a long time. It was simple and I knew it was safe. The flavor was incredible! I was hooked! Waayyy better than any Chinese chicken fried rice I've EVER had. In the last few years I have ventured out to try the Sesame chicken. Again... AMAZING! If your palate isn't adventurous, you have to try it! It's sweet like a sweet and sour chicken but the flavor is so much better! Doesn't taste artificial like sweet and sour chicken at a Chinese place. The consistency of the sauce is thicker too. Wonderful over rice! Best of all, the chicken is so lightly breaded it's ALL chicken. Sweet and sour chicken at Chinese places are always all breading and hardly any chicken. It's my new favorite dish here at Siam Orchid. Even my picky teenager will eat it! My husband loves the Chicken Pad Thai and the Chicken Thai Spicy. He always gets the hottest level. This is our favorite place to go, especially for date nights! I have brought my family over from Cincinnati and they too have really enjoyed the food here! There is a kid's menu for picky little ones. Heads up, Siam orchid is always closed on Sunday. Lastly, their soft drinks are not fountain drinks, they're cans of soda. Some people may not mind at all. I am sadly a fountain drink snob, so I always know to order water when we go. Great beer and wine selection though! 😉
Honestly the best thai food i ever had. I went there with couple of my friends and shared different dishes. We had crab puff satay and spring rolls. They told us that the springs rolls were made by their grandma which i thought was amazing. And I had crispy duck for my entree. It was so amazing, no words can describe how good it was. This place is a hidden gem!

Have only had take out and it is great! Had a chicken dish with spinch and broccoli that was delicious. Also, the egg drop soup is the best. Will be back. They also have wine and beer. That is a plus. I will try the duck next time.
Overall a great little restaurant in the heart of Bellevue Kentucky. But it was very slow. The food was delicious and worth the wait. The staff was extremely friendly. But it was very slow. Again though it was worth the wait.
Gud fud
The very nice Thai restaurant in town :)) the food is great also the service. I like all curry here.
I’ve been to this restaurant several times and love the pad Thai
Stopped by for lunch while in town for work. The restaurant is in a quaint village and is a cool little stop. The employees and owner were very friendly! I ordered chicken pad Thai, food was great and ready very quickly. Would recommend!
Never been disappointed from the food here, amazing small setting that's calm and quiet
Left before being served due to argument in the kitchen.
Their food is top notch, love it.
It took forever to place our order and food took longer than we were told. The waitress did say they were short staffed as to why we asked how long to receive the food. It was very delicious but portions could’ve been bigger. Thai iced tea was very good too.
Food was excellent, service was good as well. A place one should visit, especially during lunch.
Always excellent, friendly service and good food. The boyfriend was not impressed with the pad thai, but everything I have had has been excellent :)
I also don't think the spice levels are very consistent, so I opt for the less spicy options.
Great food, and fresh. I asked for a side of hot sauce and didn’t get it. Not a big deal, nice people, but it’s an oversight that should not have happened.
Delicious Thai food and friendly service.
Best food around
The food was great... And so was the server the only downside is a can of coke is almost 3.00 with no refills
Ordered over the phone, was told it would be 30 minutes. Get to the restaurant about 35 minutes later. Talk to the girl at the counter about my order. She verifies my name and the items on my order which were spring rolls, 2 Siam Chickens, and a tea. I pay for the order. A few minutes later after she makes my tea another girl comes out from the kitchen to finally inform me that they are out of the chicken they use to make the Siam Chicken, their SIGNATURE DISH. This is after waiting over 30 minutes to go pick it up and after PAYING FOR IT. Zero communication between the kitchen and front of house. Asked to be refunded and left. 2 stars because they let me have the tea for free that already took a drink out of.

I sorry cant even give one star got chicken fried rice the rice taste burnt got generals tso the chicken was soggy and cream puffs they taste like cream cheese only and the satay it was like sliced pork chop on a stick I am sorry but all that food was so disgusting gross nasty best thing was the service nice people but terrible food
Wow all I can say. All The soups are perfect, authentic and amazing. The noodles are home made in the past see ewh, can you say delicious!! You will! The spicy level is on point for Thailand! Bring your Kleenex. Love this place!
I cannot express just how much I love this place. The food is to die for, servers are super sweet, but the location is a bit inconvenient as far as parking goes, and the building itself really needs an update. But, its nice and cozy.
Always get the Chicken Pad Thai!! Delicious
Food was amazing and very authentic! Sprung rolls were very yummy and cashew chicken
The service and food were wonderful.
Really delicious food, nice atmosphere, great service!
Excelent
Food was amazing the waitress was doing very well had great service and the decor was amazing!
Excellent food and service. I will definitely be back
Nice restaurant, the food was excellent, server was friendly. Prices for lunch were very affordable. Would recommend.
One of my favorite places. I went there yesterday for my birthday, crab puffs and spring rolls are the best.
The best wontons and spring rolls that I've ever had in my life 🤤
Awesome Curry Soup. Hot Sake burned my friends palette. Overall, it's a good place for Thai food and it's small business.
Great food! Very nice staff! Fantastic art on walls.
Quaint little restaurant on Fairfield Ave. Service was quick. Menu was via QR code. No off street parking. A couple of outdoor tables. Chicken and broccoli was good. Spice level range is 1-5.
08-13-22 : Visited Bellevue and was very pleased with my lunch at Siam Orchid. My Siam chicken was delicious and the level 3 spiciness was just right. My wife had the Massaman curry with beef at level 2 and was very happy with it. Our server did a good job even though she had to handle incoming calls for take out as well as assisting dine in customers. I am happily raising my previous 3 star rating back to 4 stars. Looking forward to my next visit!
Had an enjoyable lunch. Ordered Siam chicken at level 3 (hot) on their 5 level spiciness scale. This was the correct choice for me. Food was spicy but did not overpower the flavor of the food. Service was good and I thought the price was fair. I will definitely dine here on future visits to Bellevue.
*** Returned for the first time in a year and was a bit disappointed. Food was good, but portion size was smaller than previous visits. Also mixed up the spiciness level on my wife and my order. Hers was hot instead of medium, mine was medium instead of hot. Based on this I have lowered my previous 4 star rating to 3 stars. Hopefully next visit will be up to previous standards.
Good food
The food was really good but service was a bit slow. (That being said I will be going back!)
Went in for our first visit after going to the aquarium. Food was fantastic! Best Thai food we've had since moving to NKY and maybe ever! Our young kids loved the chicken satay, they had 2 orders and fried rice. We had the Thai tea, Chicken Thai spicy and green curry. My husband loves super spicy food and the 5/5 had him sweating and loving every bite. We will definitely be back soon, great food and friendly prompt service. 10/10!!
The food is so good. And with so many selections on the menu I will need to make 3-4 visits back and I can’t wait.
The steamed mussels are fire. I can eat them daily
Siam Orchid is hands-down the best Thai food you'll find in the Greater Cincinnati region. Great variety, quality, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Truly amazing Thai Food! Authentic.
The family that owns/operates Siam Orchid are very gracious!! I love this place!
Cute little place! Great tofu and large menu.
Love their chicken pad Thai and chicken lo mein. I have had other dishes, all good, but these are my go to. Their spice is 1-5 and they don't mess around so be cautious.
I was shocked at how good this was. Food was fantastic, the staff was extremely polite. I can't wait to return for another dish.
Second visit, and the red curry was yummy both visits. Casual, and reasonable prices. My favorite Thai Tea, of any in the Cincinnati area.
Employees were cordial and the food was amazing. I am definitely a repeat customer. Try their curry, you won't regret it.
This is my favorite restuarant in the greater cincinnati area. Best kept secret in NKY. Ive yet to have a meal I didnt love here. Any time friends from out of town come by this is where I take them to eat.
A regular stop, once or twice a month, for us, sesame chicken is great.
Normally the best around but tonight was not good for the first time ever the sesame chicken was over cooked, hard and dry. We will give them another chance.
Small cozy family run restaurant offering a broad range of Thai dishes. Ample street parking. Nice ambience. Attentive wait staff. Food was delicious. We ordered the seafood tom yam and the green curry, both of which came with a choice of white or brown rice. The seafood yom yam also came with salad with a choice of ginger or peanut dressing. I especially like the seafood tom yam (see photo), which has a generous serving of a variety of seafood in tom yam broth. Highly recommended!
Amazing food great tasting, fresh & great spice. Atmosphere was warm cozy & friendly. I would recommend
The food and service is amazing. I drove 19 miles for this meal. It did not disappoint. Worth every mile for sure!
Best Thai/asian in the area. Love going there.
EDIT: 5 years later I am still in love with their food.
Excellent. My pad thai was really good. The staff were also extremely helpful.
Food and service was great
Been going here for over 10 years. Prepare to be amazed!
I've eaten here a handful of times and the food has been pretty good but my partner and I recently ordered and ended up with food poisoning. She and I only had a breakfast bar prior so we know it was this restaurant. Really disappointed and wish this hadn't happened. The restaurant is pretty much ruined for us now and we won't be back.
Attentive and patience server, coming from Asia to be able to taste such authentic Thai food in America is a real treat! Will be back again and again….
Average food.
Great food and great selection plus they have kids friendly menus also
Great food! They have gluten free options as well if you ask. I typically get the shrimp pad Thai and ask for them to make it gluten free.
I was excited to try this Thai spot when i arrived in Bellevue. I'm a huge fan of Panang and hoped this joint wouldn't disappoint. Unfortunately it did; there were three people in our party. One person received her meal, and the rest of us were served our rice. After about ten minutes, the second guest got her meal, but her rice was ice cold by then. MY food took five or ten minutes longer to arrive, and when it did the duck meat looked like it had been boiled into oblivion. The sauce was watery and I wasn't impressed. It wasn't too bad i guess, but the service was bewildering.
The food is really good.
Great food. What a pleasant shopping strip! Was so nice to be away from Cincinnati and it was a few minutes over the river in Kentucky for a peaceful lunch between museums.
Potions were nice size and the pad Thai was better than places at home that people claim to be the best.
Food is always delicious, always fresh. Stall is friendly. Great place!
Best Thai food in the Campbell Co area
Sorry to say, but tasted like bad Chinese food. Had pad thai, but tasted like bad lo mein oily and just soy sauce, none of that quintessential balance of salty, sweet and sour tamarind/sugar, etc. Rubbery chicken and shrimp.
Best Thai food :)
Great food, lovely atmosphere, kind staff!! I recommend the Siam chicken!
Great food, good service
INCREDIBLE food and cute presentations. Friendly staff and owner! One of my favorite restaurants in Cincinnati because everything I've ever ordered, I've loved. Support small business!
Amazing food that is always on point plus I Absolutely love the people that run this establishment they remember you by name how you like your food..etc
AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE!!!!!!
Very friendly people own and operate this delicious local place. Large portions of wonderful food and a great selection of beverages
Reeeeaaaalllly good food. Best when eaten immediately.
Excellent food, excellent service, reasonably priced. Can't beat it!
Amazing food.
Really great food.
The best Thai in Cincinnati imo.
Just not that good. The tom yum gai tasted more like gravy than the fresh lime and ginger flavors one expects from the dish.
Curry was thin and light on paste.
I wish I could like this place more 😭
Good food
Very consistent
The food is always very tasty!
One of my favorite places!
It's a busy little place. If you have to wait for your food. It is well worth the wait. As for how spicy. I go with a one.
It was delicious 😋☺️
The wife and I spent our 20th Anniversary at a nearby bed and breakfast. We decided to walk to the local park and saw this Thai spot. We love Thai food so we went in.
I was not hungry at the time but I did not want her to eat by herself, so I ordered some Pad Thai. The service was quick. In ten minutes, we made our way to the park to eat.
The food was delicious and I ate up every last bit. Usually when I am not hungry, you can't get me to eat. This time I did.
We shall definitely stop by there when we travel through Kentucky.
My wife and I fell in love with this little gem 8 years ago and it has not diminished. For vegetarians, the tofu pad Thai is savory and wonderful and it's never sitting in its own juice getting soggy. It's always perfect. The staff are wonderful and caring. The orchid idc one of our all time favorites.
Literally the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The male server was absolutely dreadful. Came to our table once. No refills. Had to go get our check personally to leave and he had no clue who we even were. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Better than I remembered! Pleasing Pad Thai, loved eating outdoors!
Always a favorite place to eat!
BEST Thai food in Cincinnati!
What a lovely place. Outdoor seating and excellent fresh food. The service is amazing.
Always great food.
Great Thai food in a great location! The staff is very nice too 😁
Everthing was divine!
the food is absolutely incredible--seriously best thai food ever!! employees are so friendly, highly highly recommend. great prices too!
Siam Orchid is amazing and a Bellevue staple. Would give it 10 stars.
This restaurant's food and service are ALWAYS excellent. Everything is cooked fresh and beautifully presented. Sometimes I try something new and it is soooo good I order it again and then take it home for the next day. The prices are very fair, especially considering the quality of the food.
Not impressed. Ordered Lo Mein on the side and paid extra to receive half a container of what was basically plain fettuccine noodles. The crab puffs were nothing but cream cheese in Philo dough. The shrimp Lo mein had a bland off flavor. The only thing decent was the chicken fried rice. We were very disappointed. I won’t be returning.
ordered Chicken Red Curry, medium spicy with white rice, Satsy with peanut sauce and fried Spring Rolls with Plum Sauce.
First day of the spring rolls with the plum sauce. Those were very good then I ate the Satay with the Peanut Sauce. The chicken for the Satay was very good, the peanut sauce that came with it was not really a sauce it was ground peanuts in an orange gelatinous stuff. And the stuff really didn't have any flavor. The main dish though was a major disappointment it was chicken red curry which is always made with coconut milk there was no coconut milk in the curry it had look like a lot of different vegetables that might have been delicious but it had a huge Basil Leaf laying on top of it so all I tasted was basil no coconut milk taste the spice was on point but it was tasteless and I couldn't eat it first of all because I asked for white rice and they sent fried rice which taste nothing more than like a burnt Wok.
I will not return there for the over $20 I spent the only thing that tasted good was the spring rolls which were $3.50.
I unknowingly called 3 mins before they closed and they answered and still took my order for pick up! The lady was so friendly, and stayed late to fulfill my order. Food was delicious- chicken Thai spicy was my favorite and the steamed dumplings are some of the best I’ve ever had! Pad Thai and Lo Mein are delicious as well. This is some of the best Asian food in the area. You must try! And don’t forget to add their cold sake, it’s available with your to-go orders and the perfect compliment to your meal ;)
This restaurant is wonderful! Me and my wife are vegetarian/vegan and the options are delicious, just about any dish can be made to your liking. Anyone looking for meat based options will surely not be disappointed either. Please support this local business now and in the future!
