We are vegetarians so our choices are limited however they had a good selection of vegetarian options and very tasty. The crispy spring rolls were delicious.

The hot ginger tea my wife ordered was exceptional. I am not a tea fan and even I liked it very much - too bad I am not a tea drinker.

And best part of the restaurant are the traditional Thai dresses the hosts wore in the restaurant - adds to the ambiance and experience - thoroughly enjoyed it.

This place is EXCELLENT! I’ve had a lot of Thai food, mostly on the west coast in California… the Midwest normally doesn’t do a great job at it. But this place? It was incredible! The Panang curry was perfectly flavored, the pad Thai noodles were so good, and the pad se ew noodles were on point as well. My only sadness? That this place isn’t closer to where I live. Can’t wait to return again!! And their crab Rangoon’s were melt in your mouth incredible

I love Pad Thai! The food is delicious: we usually go for lunch, and the lunch meal comes with soup, salad, and a spring role, all of which are fantastic. The staff are friendly, we come in enough that they know us and remember our typical orders. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated. Service is fast and the food is always top notch.

I must have drank 6-7 glasses of water, and my lovely server was sure to keep the water flowing with a big smile on her face. The portions were large and the price was very reasonable. My wife likes her pad thai with just a little spice and our server was sure to differentiate her food from mine and my wife relayed to me that her spice was on point. I can't wait to return and try some other stuff, but not sure I won't be opting for the same wonderful culinary experience as I just had. Also, the location is wonderful. I had no idea Carmel was so beautiful! Truly an unexpected gem!

Hate to be that person, but I WOULD give it NO stars if I could or negative 5. Did a pick up order and the lady wouldn't give me and my husband two waters, we asked once over the phone and then in person. She didn't even fill the one water she gave us entirely up. The pad thai itself was also the most flavorless I've ever had - you're better off making this at home yourself or even just buying it in a frozen microwave tray at Walmart.

I used Uber eats. Pad See Ewe arrived hot; Chicken Satay was warm at best. Chicken Satay was very dry... shrimp in Pad See Ewe still had "tail on". I've never experienced any Thai restaurant charge extra for Shrimp then to not detail them. Certainly not worth almost $30+ for dinner.

So delicious and left full. The service was quick and server was nice. Immediately upon arrival she gave us soup and it was great! They put their rice in a heart shape for us. Super cute! I loved everything I ate and didn't have to worry about gluten or dairy.

This was my first time having a meal from Pad Thai. I ordered carry out: chicken satay, a side salad and the tofu pad thai. My meal was ready before the guaranteed pick up time, the portion size for each item ordered were larger than I had expected. And the taste? So, so delicious!! I am so glad I tried this restaurant. I will most definitely be ordering from Pad Thai again.

They never disappoint!! Beef and broccoli, cashew chicken and pad Thai is fabulous and you get enough pad Thai for a few meals :) Flavors are amazing and the workers are very very friendly!

The restaurant was so nice looking inside I was a little disappointed I ordered to go, instead of dining in. The food was made very quickly, nice sized portions, and is great! They even lined my to go box with foil so everything stayed hot longer. I'll definitely go again and I reccomend checking this place out if you haven't!

This is my favorite Thai place in Indy. Excellent pad thai, pad ke mao, chicken coconut soup, mixed veggies. The servers are always attentive and kind.

I've only been here once, but it was a very good lunch. I really enjoyed the Thai Fried Rice. Certainly planning to be back in the future.

The food is amazing and priced very reasonably. This is a go-to for me when I'm looking for a place to grab a quick and filling dinner! The staff are also some of the nicest I've met :)

Get the Mango Curry

This is my first time visiting the area and I love it. So nice place and great service their food are tasty I love curry and you can tell them medium spicy they brought you just right. My hubby has got fry chicken and so crispy exactly what he liked. I had seafood salad so yummy and huge one, worth it to try believe me. I and my hubby definitely coming back very soon. The service here was very very slow. Our dinner lasted two hours because we were waiting for service. Food was ok but waiting on them took FOREVER! There was only two tables. The food was good no complaints. If we were served we would have ordered more food but we couldn't find someone to help us.

Pad Thai is by far the best Thai food we've had in the Indianapolis area! The service is always great and the inside is very nice. Everything we've ever ordered has been fantastic. Our favorites are the Seafood Panang Curry, the Duck Curry and the Chicken Satay. Their Golden Tofu, Pad Thai and Green Curry are also great. I also love their Thai Ice Tea!

Went here for dinner and the staff was very nice! The food was great. Restaurant is set up in a very sophisticated manner. I love the Thai iced coffee and pad Thai! The picture is the crab Rangoons. The sauce for the Rangoon’s was super tasty

Beautiful Thai Restaurant with excellent food and service! The Massuman Curry and Spring Rolls were delicious. I highly recommend the Thai Ice Tea. Visiting Pad Thai is a must when in downtown Carmel. You won’t be disappointed!

We've had a lot of good experiences dining in, but this isn't the first time we've had an issue with a carryout order. They were 35 minutes late and giving us our food. Very apologetic but that is completely unacceptable. Dining in the restaurant would result in a much higher service score but I can't give anything higher than one star for carry out.
Update - just had a terrific experience and am updating my review accordingly.

Best Thai place in indy area.

Despite the innocuous name, this restaurant ended up being delicious and far above the average bar. The atmosphere was lovely, it's February and they served the rice in heart shapes with lots of decorations as well.
The waitresses were very nice!

Delicious Pad Thai!

Interior decor is very cute, table centerpieces, lights, and whole set up in the front. Convenient and central location. Good service, good variety offered on the menu. I loved how the rice came in a heart shape, but the rice itself wasn’t that great. The curry was better, the meat was good. There was a leak in the ceiling but they did try to contain it. Probably won’t visit again but wasn’t bad for a one time visit.

Firstly the service is really bad,they didn’t even bother to ask for extra water after ordering. Secondly the food is really bad,the food we got is too sweet and while ordering I have requested them not to add chilly flakes in my food but they ignored my request and have added them in the food. Thirdly they have used the same type of chicken in all types of food which is not at all fresh.
Am never coming back to this place, it’s a total waste of time and money in my opinion.

The only good thing about this restaurant is the tap water and ambience. Don't expect any flavors out of food except sweetness. Service is so bad that they don't offer water refills and don't ask if you want to order anything else after ordering once and they go straight to the bill. Might be one off that we are not even given water jugs. They are short staffed with 2 people waiting, serving and cleaning tables. I definitely wouldn't come back and not recommend this. Idk how they got such a high

Bugs flying all over the inside of the restaurant. My cold saki was warm and the food too spicy. The kitchen was probably infested if the main dining area had that many bugs.

Delicious delicious Thai food right off the Monon. My only caveat—and I say this as someone who loves spicy food, orders “Thai hot” all the time, and has no trouble with even the hottest wings at BW3–don’t order the “Thai hot” unless you’re willing to suffer.

There are a few Thai options in Hamilton county, but Pad Thai is my favorite. Great fried rice options, garlic pepper is good, and their spring rolls are the best.

My husband and I come here for lunch usually once a week. The waitresses are the best, food is alway out fast and delicious, you get tons of food for the lunch specials, water is crisp, great tofu, and it’s the cutest place for a personal meal. Easily our favorite restaurant in Hamilton County!

Thai fried rice is good and the portion size is great.
However, even though I ordered extra hot, it is not spicy. But the taste and chicken were good. $15 is a bit on a higher side, adding some more sides will be great.

Best curry I've had in a very long time. Crab Rangoon was delicious and the service was lovely. Will go back again.

Finally, a Thai spot in this area that didn't disappoint. $10 lunch got me soup, salad, spring roll, and Pad Thai Chicken. Soup had great flavor. There were a few diced carrots and peas, which was different, but not bad. Spring roll came with standard dipping sauce and was fine. Pad Thai was executed well....chicken wasn't over cooked, proper amount of sauce and green onion. Noodles were cooked perfect. Only thing is there was no real spice even though I ordered hot. Service was prompt. I will definitely be back .

You really do get a lot of food for the money! Not only are the portion sizes quite large, but the Tom yum soup alone is to die for! Just the right kick. For the lunch meals, you get your main dish, spring roll, soup, and salad. Now for your main dish, I do recommend going up a heat level versus the other area Thai restaurants. Very kind employees! Definitely stop in here to enjoy some good Thai!

It is overly sweet which kills the authentic flavors. Like so many average Asian restaurants they think Americans will only buy it if it is drowned in sugar.

Portions are decent and there's quantity for the price. So, if you don't require authentic flavors this could be perfect for you.

Had lunch here for the first time today, and the service and food were excellent. I found the flavors to be better than other Thai restaurants that I've eaten at downtown (Indy). I had the Yellow Curry (chicken/mild) and loved it. The lunch came with Thom Yum soup, Salad and a crispy Spring Roll, and I found the portions to enough for lunch in addition to a box to take home for a later small meal.

I've been here two times and the food has been great both times! Their Pad See Ewe is very flavorful in my opinion. I got mine medium-hot and probably will just get hot next time as the dish has enough flavor to overcome that sensation of of not being able to taste when it's too spicy for you. The vegetable spring roll is also very tasty. The Tom Kha is highly recommended. On both occasions the staff treated me very well and quite welcoming.

Food was AWESOME!!! I've read the reviews where some have complained about their order being correct, but NO problems here when I've ordered. Portions were MORE than what you'd expect and taste was better than expected for someone who doesn't really do Thai. Price was RESPECTABLE for what you get, and for a busy Friday, seating was generous and atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. As for the complainers, there is a VERY SNOBBISH bunch up in Carmel and I've personally witnessed these unnecessary attitudes toward the staff at Pad Thai when I've eaten there at least twice. THIS IS A MUST GO PLACE. 😁👌

The duck curry is always a favorite of mine and this one was as good as many that I have had in Bangkok.

My wife had the eggplant delight which was beautifully presented and full of flavor.

Portions were large as were the starters so still have enough left over for lunch tomorrow. Only downside did not have room left for the mango and sticky rice which was one of our favorite street foods when in Thailand. I

I have eaten here in the past and would normally give this place an easy 5 star review each time. This post is not rating the food or staff, but is calling out a particularly bad customer experience. I ordered food on the Pad Thai website through Cartana. I paid and received a receipt confirming my order. When I went there to pick up my food, there was no food as the restaurant had not received the order. Rather than make it right and provide me with my food at no charge I was instructed to place an order at the restaurant and pay again. Disappointing. The business should take responsibility for its third party ordering service when it is on the Pad Thai website and should have worked to resolve this directly with Cartana and just fulfilled my order. That would be good customer service. If you dont stand by ordering through Cartana dont put it on your website.

Update: Cartana texted me a receipt showing restaurant accepted the order. Hopefully this isnt there way of blaming the restaurant so they do not have to issue a refund. I want my money back and for Pad Thai to contact me and fix this promptly.

Update 10-2. After calling Pad Thai they said they would call Cartana and get me a refund. They also advised me not to use this feature of their website. I was issued a refund. Long story short....eat here staff is friendly food is good, just dont order online through Cartana.
