Delicious and reasonably priced food with a super nice staff. I usually get the bourbon chicken but the mango chicken and Bangkok chicken are also very good!

The mango chicken is decent, everything else I sampled had a odd taste. People working there seemed like they rather be sleeping

I want to give a big shout out to the workers it was almost closing time and they gave us a lot of food for a really good price and they where super nice awesome people and highly recommend everyone to eat there great job guys

They were all smiling and friendly— saying hello and ready to take an order. We ordered a little bit of everything and it was all soooooo good. Definitely enjoyed ourselves. Great service and great food.

This place is not the same & they've changed the bourbon chicken recipe, not only does it taste horrible it looks totally different visually. It's a Redish looking color now from the original juicy glazed brown color. Very disappointed! They're definitely going to lose a lot of business for that compete change.

Best Thai food I've ever had I stopped there every time I go to the mall to go shopping where even if I'm just stopping into pay the bills, Ruby is a wonderful woman has great spirits always and high spirits always with a smile on her face and ready to make sure you're walk away happy if you're not happy she is always ready to fix whatever maybe the problem great place can't wait for her to open up one outside of the mall so I can have it even after the mall's close lol Thanks for the wonderful food Ruby! ❤️😊

I'd eat here every day if I could. The food is amazing, the people friendly and quick, and the portions are huge. Also, try the noodle bar, massive bowels!

You need to visit this place. They appear to be trained to pile on as much food as possible. Very tasty. Friendly staff as well. I like Panda Express, so I saw this place and decided to try them out, I've chosen them the last few times at the mall.

The samples of bourbon chicken get you to buy the complete meal however after a few pieces the food begins to taste foul and diarrhea will follow the meal for sure

Let's be honest. This is in no way Thai food. Its like the typical mall Chinese American food. Some malls call it "cajun," others call it "Chinese". Just bc you put "Thai" in front of some dish doesnt make it Thai. The Kobe's Japanese food next door is a bigger joke. This is why some of our American neighbors are so culturally inept. They eat Chinese American food and think that is Japanese, Thai, or even Chinese. I was excited that maybe they might have the flavors I expect from Thai food but it was a bust. Really? Thai Lo Mein? So if I say Chinese Cheeseburger, that make it Chinese food? I at least expected Pad Thai. Where is the curry? They are the most basic Thai dishes u would expect at a place called Thai Kitchen. Also, the mustard chicken is the bourbon chicken with mustard on it. How lazy is that? I give this place a 2 bc the food is at least edible and is what u expect from a food court in a mall. However, if u are looking for Thai food, this isnt the place to get anything even remotely resembling Thai food. The other reviewers that are giving this place 5 stars have to get out more. If this is a 5 star restaurant the places I have had Thai food are Michelin star restaurants.

Awesome bourbon chicken

This beats any other place I have been! Me and my girlfriend are here at the mall eating Ruby Thai Kitchen as I'm typing this. We made it a routine to come here every weekend as out treat. This place is unbelievably delicious!

Rub Thai is the best food selection in the mall. They always are happy to see my and my friends go and recognize us every time.

Absolutely amazing Thai food. It's not the most expensive or classy by any means considering it's in the mall and it shows based on their limited menu options, but each meal is bursting with flavor. If you like spicy you will love their menu. I've never gotten sick from here like the other reviewers said on here. I think they just don't know what Thai food and they assume it's like Chinese so they get mad when it's not. Also everytkm I'm in there, the lines are packed in the Thai Kitchen while all the other restaurants are empty. This just goes to show how popular the Thai Kitchen truly is.
