Great sushi at a decent price too! The drinks were delicious especially their cocktails. They paired well with their sushi rolls. I enjoyed their California and shrimp tempura roll. Its fun to get a bunch of rolls and share them with friends on a night out. Highly recommend!

I go here at least once a month with my girlfriends. Wednesday is 50% Rolls (special rolls). The place has a great atmosphere and fast service. The food is good and made fresh. They serve wine & mixed drinks.

Great atmosphere, both sashimi and "American rolls" are excellent. Dragon on Fire roll is my jam - also try their excellent super white tuna sashimi

Average sushi average ambiance average experience.

This place is average. The food does not have any special qualities. It is what it is on the menu. The bartender is kind, but will not anticipate your needs or is quick to service empty drinks or plates. They are not over the top, they will not exceed your expectations, but they will provide a solid meal with over generous portions of fried rice.

Great customer service. Nice cozy outside patio. Food is 4 of 5, rolls, pad Thai, and grilled salmon. Overall nice experience.

Just found out this location is closed. No previous notice, as we were just there last week. I am bummed as we go there all the time. Hopefully they will pop up soon somewhere near by. :(

The food was tasty. There are half price sushi rolls on Sundays and Wednesdays, so it’s a great place to go for quality, less expensive sushi. The drawbacks are that the music is really loud, so it’s hard to hear people at your table. Service is rather slow, even though I visited when the restaurant was pretty empty.

They seated me at the bar, which I wasn't crazy about. It took quite awhile to get waited on. The food was decent, but not stellar. I only ordered Thai food because I'm not into Sushi.

Nice restuarant with nice people. Serene environment, good service and good food. We had fried rice and Mongolian beef, crab Rangoon and calamari, sauce is awesome. All that with soda cost like $75 for 2 people.

Compared to other Dao locations, this one is sub-par.

I attended a line dance convention down the street and a group of decided to stop in for sushi. The sushi and sea weed salad were excellent! Best salad I've ever had and the roll were delicious and fresh. We were very satisfied and plan to come back real soon. We will pass quite a few sushi places to get here because we live in Bolingbrook but is well worth the trip!

Their service is really hit or miss - you'll often be forgotten at your table while the staff gossips at the bar. That aside, they make some really amazing food! Sushi is always fresh and they they don't skimp on portions. If they could get more attentive staff working there, they'd be a 5 star in a second.

Best sushi EVER! If its your birthday, you're treated like royalty. Two rounds of free shots and ice cream! Our waitress Sarah was THE BEST! Oh, and ask for the Patron Strawberry-pomegranate Margarita! (I made it up but awasome!!!)

Good food with decent portions size.

Being a vegetarian, the quality and prep of tofu dishes becomes important, wasn't too impressed with what I had. Tofu was deep fried and seemed to lose its taste.

Come for the Fig Mule and stay for the sushi. Very good sushi and decently priced. Many fun options on the menu with nice Chicago themed Maki.

Not impressive... The facility is nice. The waitress was not as attentive. We're waited awhile to get our check. The bluefin tuna sushi was good and fresh as advertised. However, both the pad Thai and the pad si-ewe were too sweet for our taste.

Overall it is a great place for lunch! They order 2 sushi rolls for $10.00 and 3 rolls for only $13.00. They also come along with Miso soup and Japanese house salad. For the amount of food and the quality of food, I think the price is amazing. Most of time I even cannot finish two rolls cuz they are quite big. I always grab lunch there with my colleagues. Also their special rolls are all 50% off on Wednesday which is heaven if you wanna try a bit more fancy sushi rolls.

Mongolian beef and Pad Thai ordered. Large servings but heavy on the onions in the Mongolian, more onions than beef. But beef was good flavor and tender. Pad Thai ordered had a lot of noodles but not much sauce, good flavor though. Sashimi was fresh and good quality. Nice ambiance, ask for a booth by the fish tank :)

Great interior design that gives off a cozy atmosphere for all occasions. I ordered the veggie Pad Thai and loved it! Just wish there were a bit more vegetarian options.

I've been going to Dao in Oakbrook for several years, but it's changed drastically. The place was always known for its ambiance.
I noticed spider webs in the ceiling, and underneath the sushi counters. And to top that off a disgusting restroom. The food was not edible because it was swimming in excessive oil. I had the Pad Si-Ewe with vegetables. Frequent Dao in Oakbrook at your own risk:-(.
