Tom Kha (Coconut soup) and Khao Soi Duck Noodles are a must try if you are a fan of refreshing coconut milk and also love a combination of different textures in one bowl: crispy duck skin + juicy duck meat AND crunchy fried noodles at top + silky boiled noodles in flavorful soup. Yum!
this is my favorite Thai takeout restaurant! There was a time I needed to drive 45 minutes to pick up some delicious Thai food!
I have never eaten there but I can say that everyone I have dealt with have made my take out dinners very pleasant. If you haven’t tried it you should!
this is quite literally my favorite takeout place in the area, and the food is always excellent. but just like everywhere else, the cost has gone up and the portions way down. you could reliably eat at least two full meals out of one dish, and now it feels like half the amount of food. i know times are tough, but it’s so disappointing to pay more than ever for less and less.
I guess it could be partially my fault, but since I didn't ask for Veggie either. I'm gonna have to give a less star review. I ordered Drunken Noodles cause it's my son's favorite. Because I was ordering in between busy errands, I forgot to say chicken. But a two days later, when I was doing my receipts, I realized they charged me for Veggie. The dish had less noodles than the usual chicken Drunken Noodles we order... and had to hear my son complain the entire dinner. If the customer didn't say veggie... Veggie shouldn't be something charged on my receipt. Wish the person who took my order asked. Would have been nice. Less headache...
The Pad Thai is delicious, with great flavor and a generous portion. Always a satisfying meal with friendly service!
Today, I was served much less Beef Panang Curry than usual. I asked the lady at the front about it, and she asked the kitchen and was told that is the usual amount (which I know is not true since I order this dish almost weekly). This item cost $19.95, so I am very much not pleased to be shorted on. Then, I was charged 3% service fee besides the expected 3% CC fee. I asked about it and was refunded the amount.. thank you. My beef Phos were both missing the bean sprouts that they ran out of it. It is understandable, and it happens, but I was not told when I picked up the order. I just noticed myself. Too bad, I like the place, I like the owner, I like that it is a small business, but something has been changing lately at this place.
While the food is great and we enjoyed it the ONE time we were able to speak with someone, we have tried to order takeout over the phone several times and they have never picked up. The phone is busy and when you keep trying and do get through to them, no one actually picks up. If they won’t take orders over the phone anymore, then that needs to be clearly mentioned on their website. The online ordering system has a 2% fee and we tried that and get the message that orders aren’t being accepted. Maybe this place is actually closed because I don’t know why else we’d be having such issues placing a simple dinner order…

Been going here for over two years. The food was excellent and nice portion size. We haven't been going as much as we used to because the prices keep going up and up. Last couple of times the food had changed and it's not what it was but it's still good.
Isn’t good food isn’t tasty enough and isn’t original
Thai food

Tonight’s Thai order wasn’t as great as before. I was unexpectedly charged an extra $3, and the food quality didn’t match my previous experiences. Very disappointed!

Good food and great staff.
Check out their menu.
Amazing Thai food best I have ever had especially in this area
Tom Kha (Coconut soup) and Khao Soi Duck Noodles are a must try if you are a fan of refreshing coconut milk and also love a combination of different textures in one bowl: crispy duck skin + juicy duck meat AND crunchy fried noodles at top + silky boiled noodles in flavorful soup. Yum!
Food is outstanding. Best Thai food around
This place changed. Everything is drowning in curry. Soup and 2 apps-$40
We had Thai ice teas & mango sticky rice. The thai ice tea was ok. The portion size for the mango sticky rice was generous but I’ve never had the mango to be extremely sour in this dessert. It completely threw off the entire taste of everything. I thought they make this dessert seasonal so the mango’s are in season & ripe (orange in color). Unfortunate because we just moved in the area & was hoping the food would be good!
I have become a Thai food expert for the past thirty years. The pad thai is pretty blend and too dry. So is the beef broccoli. The red curry and green curry are alright. Curry puff and drunken are mediocre. All food is small portions.
This place has some good food you have to try the drunkin noodles and duck noodle soup its to die for
Love this place very friendly and papaya salad and Pho Beef yummy.
Love to see very very happy and friendly staff, food was amazing !!
Not authentic
Food is always prepared fresh. Taste delicious.
Un buen lugar para comoartir y comer sabroso, recomendado para disfrutar de un sabor diferente
I was going here for a while and it was awesome and then suddenly the quality plummeted. Clearly changed owners, too bad. Now everything is doused in salt and not well prepared. Too bad because it was the best Thai in the area for a while.
Unfortunately the dishes are no longer cooked with passion but with profit in mind only. The eggplants and the garlic in one dish were not cooked properly (nothing worse than a hard eggplant). I assume the owner or cook or both have changed since we ordered 2 years ago. Won’t order there again.
Great food!
Best Thai food around. Super nice staff.
Very tasty Thai food. Friendly staff. Dietary restrictions on food can be requested. We had our food made vegan and gluten-free. This restaurant is mostly a take out place, but there are also a few tables to dine in.
Just a take out place really but very high quality food with fresh ingredients. Excellent curries and pas Thai of course. Love the duck noodle soup as well!
What can I say everything I ordered they delivered , everything was super tasteful and had me craving more . Thank you guys love the dishes you served me and my family
Very nice restaurant, have only done takeout, but the staff is friendly and helpful . Great Money Bags but I wish there were six ! Very good Chicken with Thai Basil, although I adjust it a little for the way I'm used to having and making it myself .
Entree portion nice amount 👌
Will add more as I experience more .
Food is very good, I recommend the drunken noodles. BUT I always have to call a few times or let it ring for a few minutes before someone picks up
We ordered take out and our food smelled and looked visible burnt (see photos). It’s unclear to me why you would still try to sell an item that was clearly burnt. When we called for a refund, we were told a manager would reach out. No one ever reached out and we never received a refund.
They actually had decent Thai food at one time, but lately wow unfortunately the food is horrible. Everything is over salted to death and has no flavor other than too much salt on every dish we order. I thought it may have been a hit or miss thing, but it's not, haven't had a good meal from here in months. Even the mango sticky rice was horrible, tasted like rice pudding 🤢
Best Thai in the upper Westchester area. Friendly staff. Generous portions. Authentic level of spice.
Taste authentic.
Prices are very good. I recommend.
Don't go for the atmosphere, but you don't regret it. The food is wonderful.
An outstanding Thai establishment. We ordered take out for dinner from here while visiting family in the area on 3/24/23. We ordered Spring Rolls which were crispy and stuffed beautifully with crisp veggies and noodles, the Thai chili sauce was delicious. The entrees that each of us chosen was Drunken Noodles with chicken for my mom, Drunken Noodles with Tofu for my sister, red curry shrimp for my dad, and Pad Krapow Gai for myself. Everything was delicious and perfectly spiced. The only minor criticism is my dish Pad Krapow Gai had more vegetables than the ground chicken than I am used to. Other than that it was all remarkable! Definitely check out Thai Dishes if you're visiting the area. Highly Recommended!
Not sure what happened here...Especially since we ordered based on the high reviews while looking for a good Thai restaurant in the area. We ordered yellow curry with chicken and duck pad thai. The duck was extremely tough and inedible - I was unable to eat my order, so I had to split the curry with my husband. The chicken was tough as well, but the yellow curry sauce was very tasty. I dislike leaving bad reviews, but this was a huge letdown.
Tasty food with large portions: pad Thai, money bags, green salad with yummy peanut sauce.
I just went to this little Thai restaurant for lunch and I must say that it was extremely delicious. I ordered basil chicken and Tom yum soup, both were amazing. I highly recommend trying this place out, I can’t wait to take my kids.
Best food I've had in a while, and I love food!
I will try to make it quick: One of the best restaurants in the area!
I've taken out about 8 times here & love it every time. Owner is from Thailand & Queens. Authentic Thai food!! It's great quality & oh so tasty.
Ordered duck and received chicken instead other then that the food was good
First time here and I absolutely love the service, the girl who assisted us was sweet, humble and helpful, the food was delicious everything neat and clean I would definitely recommend this place.
The food (green curry and basil fried rice) was great and the hospitality was amazing!
Pad Thai is excellent best pad Thai in this town. Taste like what I had in Thailand
Really delicious Thai food! The best restaurant! Arroy Mak!
Best authentic Thai food around! Arroy mak!
Giving it 2 stars because it's clean. Ordered the noodle soup with shrimp to go, it's a large container. They put in 3 shrimp and the soup was nasty, bad tasing. The pad Thai was grade school.
A year ago this was my favorite Thai place in the area. Something changed😢. The last two times we ordered- the dishes just were not good. Tonight was our last night ordering here. The summer roll just fell apart. The basil chicken was spicy but lacked the basil flavor. The most disappointing was the shrimp pad Thai. The noodles were over cooked and stuck together. It was like eating a brick of noodles which lacked flavor. Overall extremely disappointing- Was hoping the last time was just a bad night- but tonight confirmed that this place is not what it used to be.
I enjoyed all the dishes I ordered. Service is excellent as well.. I highly recommend this Thai dishes to my friends and colleagues when they are in Ossining, New York
Very disappointed. I was very happy to find this little Thai restaurant very closed to me. It was consistently good a few times I ordered and quickly became my go to Thai restaurant. However, the quality of the food seemed to be declining lately. The Tom Kha soup did not have enough coconut milk in it. The curry puff skin is tough. The drunken noodle I ordered was inedible. It was a greasy, gooey mess when I opened it right away after I got home. There were no individual noodles in the container. The noodle had congealed together into globs of soft, mushy mess swimming in grease. It looks like the cook took the noodle straight out of the freezer and dump it into the wok and try to stir fry it. Very very very disappointed to see a restaurant I liked treated their food this way and decided it’s ok to serve. Price is outrageous for the quality offered.
Love this spot, really good wholesome food. Tastes amazing every time. Definitely recommend
Don't miss this Ossining treasure!
Always a great meal!
Website doesn't work and they never answer the phone. What's the story?
Delicious authentic Thai food at a good price. It's still only take-out though.
In terms of the food, I would give Thai Dishes 5 stars. The fact that we drive 25 mins each way to pick up food from them attests to such a rating! However, I have to downgrade a star because of their policy when it comes to mistakes they make with an order. Among other things, we had ordered a regular fried rice and a sriracha fried rice dish (which is delicious, BTW!), but they gave us two regular fried rice dishes. When I called about getting a refund/store credit, I was told that the only way this could happen was if I drove back with the incorrect dish. It seemed a tall order to insist that we make another round trip drive of nearly 1 hour because of their mistake. In our experience, when something like this happens, other restaurants have always given store credit or refunded the amount of the dish, even those close by, where it would actually be feasible to return the dish. I think the management at Thai Dishes really needs to reconsider their policy and do the right thing when the error is theirs.
I really like the food here. We just moved to area a year ago and I can't believe we just found it. Definitely a hidden gem, I give it 3 stars!!
Phenomenal. Perfect in every way.
By far the best Thai food within 50 miles!
An amazing little place for good thai food!
Had basil beef. VERY good.
Awesome as always!
We just got food here for the first time and had chicken pad thai and beef pad thai. Both delicious. We ordered to go for lunch and they were ready in under 10 mins. The owner who took the order is a nice guy. Great overall experience! Our friend from Thailand also says their food is great and authentic, which means a lot more than me saying it!
We enjoyed all the dishes ordered for a big family. The food was so tasty. Glad they have lunch specials. The owners are very friendly. The restaurant is a bit drive for us but fully worth it. Ordered lunch for pickup and the food was ready in 40mins. During busy times I would expect the same 10 item order would have taken an hr atleast.
Food was delicious especially the drunken noodles..I would recommend
Excellent. I've gone three times so far. I only go near this restaurant when I am driving upstate - once every few weeks, but every time I've tried a dish I've been satisfied - and I am not satisfied by most Thai restaurants - I'd rather cook it myself - though what I make doesn't remind me much of a good Thai restaurant like this one. I'd like to get some cooking lessons here. So far we've had the following dishes (all excellent) Pad Thai with chicken, BBQ Beef Salad, Green Curry, Massaman Curry, Cashew Chicken, Garlic Shrimp, and Duck Curry. All good - I have or will get them all again.
The food is great... if you can get them to pick up the phone. We order from here regularly, but getting the order in is the hardest out of any restaurant I've ever dealt with. I wish they would just do online order and save me the frustration of trying to get them to pick up the phone. Otherwise, delightful Papaya salad, pad thai, masamam curry.
Everything was very good.
We’ve searched far and wide. This is the best Thai food in Westchester County. Enjoy!
food is quite good. have had takeout 3 times and it does not disappoint.
Love this place. I wish they had a location in Katonah!
Wonderful Thai - very authentic and fresh ingredients / flavors, a great addition to the area!
Great local and exotic dishes with flair! fun and simple introduction to Thai/southeast asian cuisine. Not just the standard Pad Thai and Dumplings, but the curries and my fav BIG BOWL NOODLES. keep it up MIke/Liz!
My new favorite Thai restaurant by far!!! I have loved everything I have ordered here, but I'm particularly addicted to the crabmeat fried rice, the Thai sausage fried rice, and the short rib massaman curry. The customer service is also fantastic and super friendly!!
Awesome local exotic food. Great prices for portion sizes! Tasty and spicy Pad Thai and curries!
Delicious and authentic! Our first visit. Small, comfortable dining area. Very friendly and accommodating staff. No liquor license but a good reasonably- priced liquor store in adjoining mall (Chillmark Liquors), 7 minute walk. $10 corking fee. Yum Tom soup was amazing. I had crispy catfish, (heavy on green beans, maybe better with snow peas pods?) And hubby had Khao Soi Duck. You can tell them how spicy you want it. Both delicious! Ordered spicy seafood fried rice to take home. Very generous portions, enough for another meal at home but we had trouble stopping eating! They do an active take out business as well. Look forward to going back.
Small place, delicious food!
Fair prices, huge portions, friendly, helpful and smiling staff. I wish food had stronger flavours. Overall very nice new place.
Excellent Thai food. Duck salad was great, that green curry even better. Highly recommend. We ordered takeout and it was ready in 15 minutes.
I had lunch here with my wife and father-in-law. We ordered three different dishes. The Pad-See-ew, the fried rice and the Pho soup. All three plates were fantastic and delicious. Am extremely excited we have a great Thai restaurant close to home now.
Great service and very good food. Loved it.
Take out is delicious! Great Thai spot.
The food was great, so glad they opened in our town since there aren't any other Thai resturants in our area!
Everything that I tried, and I’ve tried quite a few, has been outstanding. When I found out that all of the dishes are made from scratch, it explained everything. You can’t get this attention to detail and authenticity in any other local Thai restaurant.
The food was amazing and portions are great! Definitely will be returning. Went there with the family for dinner and we had the red curry w rice noodles, cashew chicken, curry puffs, and thai dumplings. The authenticity of flavors is a great addition to the neighborhood and you can tell everything is cooked fresh to order. Yum!
Great and very flavorful food. We love their takeout!
The place has really great decor and the food is amazing!! Best dumplings and pad Thai I’ve ever had.
The food was delicious and very well prepared. My family and I enjoyed it quite a bit!!
So happy to have a new place in the are. Food is delicious, nice sized portions, and the service is great.
Delicious local Thai food.
Brand new and you have to Thai! We had spring rolls and Thai Dishes dumplings, both Thai-ed for first in my book. Mains were beef Pad Thai and Hang Ped Yang. We finished both in no Thai-m, they were so good!
These Thai puns doing anything for you? No? Well, I Thai-ed.
P.s. this place is legit and the menu is awesome. Really enjoyed it and happy to have a new delicious restaurant in the area!
Excelente!
I had my share of bad experiences with the other local Thai restaurants in the area, so I was happy to try a new place. The place is small, and it's where Subways was in Briarcliff Manor. I walked in to order some takeout one evening, and the place was busy, which is a good sign. I was told 30 minutes for my order, but I was pleasantly surprised when it was ready in about 15 minutes. One of my favorite Thai dish is the green curry, and they delivered with a delicious serving. Everything tasted fresh, and it was enough for dinner for two. It was missing some Thai eggplants in it, but it was still very tasty. Service was friendly, which was a big plus. I would recommend, and I will visit again.
New restaurant but old chef who has a long restaurant experiences. Authentic Thai food, clean and fresh!
This place is great: service, cleanliness, comfort, ingredient quality, and taste. The prices are very good with large servings. It has it all!
We tried this restaurant/take out for our first time today. It is a place with 8 smallish tables, and a large take-out clientele (on the way from the commuter train). Plenty of parking.
We have been eating Thai food for 40+ years, and are critical. We will be going back a lot as their food is among the best in Westchester County. Spicing is often important in Thai. To each his own (order it your way) but we find the restaurants normal level perfect: spicing (and heat level) is a part of the flavoring, not THE flavoring.
