Silli Kori is our go to thai spot in Wicker Park. With the most phenomenal food options, atmosphere, vibes, and ambiance. They never fail to provide us with the most tasty, delicious plates. As a Thai lover, SIlli Kori is wonderful. There are also so many vegetarian options which I appreciate. Pim is also so sweet and treats her customers with the upmost love and care. 10/10 location, highly recommend.

I've been to Silli Kori only a few times. And only because it's a 2+ hour drive from my home in another state. The food is FANTASTIC, the staff is AMAZING. Anytime we get into Chicago, this is our favorite meal!

One of the best lunch specials in Wicker Park/East Village. Will be back to have the chicken Pad Thai and Crab Rangoon. We prefer to dine in as takeout was slightly lacking but still enjoyable.

Best Thai food I’ve ever had - the flavor combinations are out of this world. I always order the pad thai chicken with pork gyoza, and I can eat all of the food in one sitting. The pad thai chicken has an incredible flavor, and the food is always fresh. I was disappointed when they were closed for renovations, and I am so happy they've reopened!

I've been to Silli Kori a few times since moving to the area. I enjoy the food a lot, the lettuce wraps and noodle dishes are tasty. When I chose to dine-in instead of take-out, we had to walk to the back and shout to see if they were open. The front was open but no one was there. Eventually we were seated and all was well, but we could've been checked on more (to get our bill and boxes). Still giving it 5 stars because of the food itself.

Dishes are totally inconsistent one day to the next. Sometimes it’s been good, others terrible, but you never know what you’re going to get. When there’s so many other options to choose from, I wouldn’t recommend Silli Kori for standard Thai.

I didn’t mind the minimal service as I was just stopping by for a quick lunch. I would recommend going during lunch and taking advantage of their lunch set deal.

We enjoyed our meal. I’d call it Thai with a twist! We had gyoza and corn fritters for appetizers. The corn fritters were my favorite - loved the sweet and tangy dipping sauce. The crispy rice salad with chicken was unlike anything I’ve had, and really delicious. The kao soi was flavorful and the meat was tender. The egg wrapped pad Thai made for a fun presentation! The sauce was delicious. They treated my friend to complimentary cake for her birthday and the service was great!

Got lunch here today and it was really good! Walked right up and my food was ready. They might just be stressed during busy times, but because I was one of the only late afternoon orders, it was amazing! Adding one star(:

Quaint decor. A classic Chicago tavern (stamped tin ceiling, cozy but not claustrophobic interior) with just enough modern design touches and what looks like a charming patio outside. The food was delicious, the portions were more than generous. About $20/person for lunch, appetizers and Thai iced tea. Highly recommended to us, and highly recommended by us. If I lived closer, this would be a weekly go-to. Also, friendly, attentive staff, who stopped by immediately after we stopped looking at the menu, checked on us about how we liked the food as soon as there was a lull in the conversation, and smiled throughout. Loved it.

My friend recommended me this restaurant, and this is the first time that I have been here. If you are looking for a quality Thai cuisine then I highly recommend this restaurant and you should give it a try. There is a really nice-looking patio outside which makes the ambiance more calming and peaceful. They have a wide variety of food to choose from. The overall service was excellent. They offer curry rice salad, son-in-law eggs, gyoza and corn fritters, pad Thai and many more. Their son-in-law eggs is by far the most appetizing for me. It was so savory and the serving was really bountiful. This is the perfect place for you to satisfy your Thai cuisine food cravings.

Food was nothing special. Just okay. The menu is simple and easy to make a decision off of. I ordered the Padi Thai which was alright it wasn’t very flavorful just tasted like egg and noodles. No peanut flavor.

What really left a bad taste in our mouths though was the waitress came over asking for a higher tip on a $10 dollar lunch special. We have 13% each person. It was table of two people so 26% and they wanted more. The service was standard, wasn’t very attentive and we felt like it was good tip. Definitely won’t be going back

This is my local Thai restaurant by my apartment. So I order from here a lot. The food is good it's not the best Thai food I've ever had in Chicago, but if you eat here you will have a nice meal. The dinning room is very pretty.

Lovely place, and the person serving us is very friendly and attentive and also very understanding about our toddler who seemed to get into everything. We ordered the pad thai with chicken and shrimp, which was excellent, and the tom yum river prawn, which was good and the serving was big - but somehow it's not as spicy as the last time I ordered it here. The prices are very reasonable.

A measly $14 got me an enormous and delicious entree (I opted for the woonsen, which was chock full of bright and crisp veggies and an astounding amount of chicken, with a distinct but delicate ginger flavor throughout), two of the most delightful crab rangoon I've had in a long time, and a 30% tip for the server (gotta go overboard when tipping on special prices, obvi). The patio was lovely on this perfect 70* day, and though I almost walked out because the front of house was completely empty for quite a while after I arrived, eventually the server showed up and for the rest of the time was super attentive and great.

Do yourself a favor and go here for lunch. I'll probably see you there.

Ordered the Tom Ka soup and Panang curry for delivery. The food arrived hot and looked great. The panang curry was good, and flavorful, but sadly the Tom Ka was very lackluster. Both me and my partner tasted it and agreed it was incredibly bland. Tom Ka is my favorite soup so I’ve tried many different ones and made it myself many times, but this one was the worst I’ve ever had :( everything else was great though!

Silli Kori is that place for me. Delicious food and when ordering delivery it often arrives early and is never late.

Second time I've ordered from here, and they need to get their processes sorted out.

Both times they state a pickup time, and then do not hit that time by 15 or more minutes. This time around, I literally only ordered Tom yum soup and potstickers. They said 30 mins, and I'm still here waiting 45 minutes after calling. I cancelled my order because they told me another 10 minutes until it's ready. For soup.

It's really a bummer, because the food is good and they're so close. They'd have me captive if they could just get it together.

I ordered take out and nobody was in the restaurant. Changed my mind to eat inside, so
I asked if its okay to eat the food in the restaurant.
They said no incase customer wants to sit exactly where you are sitting. There are gazillion other seats available no one is at their restaurant at 16:37 pm.

I've been getting take-out from Silli Kori nearly once a week for the past year and a half and I can must recommend: DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP. The food is exceptional. Silli Kori has ruined most other Thai restaurants for me.

Used to be my favorite restaurant around. But the last time I ordered there was a cockroach in my pad Thai…I even tried emailing them to let them know to watch out for that sort of thing since I know it’s common in cities and kitchens but received no response or apology - nothing. So needless to say they don’t have my business anymore :( Great tasting food - with a side of cockroach.

A lady who ordered togo from them decided to eat real quick on THEIR patio with her cute pit and they told her she needed to leave. She asked if it was cuz of her dog but they said no. I don’t understand why (she couldn’t understand why either, they didn’t give her a solid reason) she couldn’t dine in their empty patio when they were about to close anyways AND she ordered ALOT of food from THEIR business?? She was clearly upset (and every right to be) since she mentioned she always came here to order. I’m confused? I don’t think I can support this business when they mistreated that poor lady.

My boyfriend & I are big on Thai, especially finding mouth-watering Pad Se Ewe (various spellings of this dish)- Silli knocks it out of the park! Delicious noods, plentful serving and full on flavor. Their Tom Kha is top notch (packed with veggies if you opt for it), along with their veggie goyza and veggie rolls living in absolute Flavortown. Can't wait for our next dine-in or takeout!! no regard for customer service. Bummer - food, was half decent and been coming here for years (only reason not 1 star) Specifics below.

Ordered through their online platform at the time (chowbus) on a Monday night. Said it would be 40-45 mins, I showed up 50 mins later. They were scrambling around acting like they didn’t know where my order was I politely suggested I come back after I go for a walk. I come back 10 mins later to the same manager, who was curt, and coldly unapologetic saying it would be an hour wait (they didn’t even offer to put the order in right then and there after admitting they never gave it to the kitchen), instead they were putting me at the back of the line. They then said if you don’t want to wait we’ll just cancel and you’ll get a refund in 5-7 days. No regard or apologetic tone that it ruined the evening. I asked politely if they had my name and said yes, and I have 2% confidence they did or cared at all.

Fast forward 6 weeks when still no refund and they first try to tell me with my order number and meal selection in hand off their menu that it’s a different restaurant, then it’s not their fault, it’s chow buses. Only for me to email chowbus, who then actually called me and told me they never received a cancellation for my order from the restaurant. All the whole the ‘manager’ refused to come to the front to talk to me, all the while I was very calm and patient. Instead just to have the servers be running around giving me misinformation trying to get me to leave so the manager didn’t have to talk to me.

Good food but they serve you drinks in styrofoam cups. Makes zero sense since they will serve your food on regular plates and give you real silverware. Why not give you a real glass so you can have a good dine in experience? This obviously isn’t about covid since we’ve known for over a year now that it’s not transmitted by surfaces. It is so environmentally damaging to throw that much styrofoam away everyday. Please please please stop using styrofoam cups for dine in.

I am absolutely OBSESSED with their vegan tofu pad Thai. Since I discovered Silli Kori in late 2019, I’ve refused to try any other pad Thai spot. Plus, the food is always consistent. It’s not greasy, it’s filling, and it’s packed with flavor. Bonus points: Food is ready quickly and the staff is super friendly. We love this place!! 11/10!

This place is the best and healthiest Thai in the city. I order the gluten-free pad thai with chicken and its perfection. I love ordering take-out from them after a tough workout at The Garage Chicago. Everything takes very fresh, the sauce they use is made naturally, and it feels very light. Thank you, Silli Kori.

Heard great reviews and ordered but below average food. Their lunch menu is good value but the flavor, taste is underwhelming compared to other Thai places.

Ordered the pad thai, pot stickers, and tom yum soup. The pad thai was bland, really lacked the sweet and sour taste you want, and the noodles overcooked. The soup was pretty good and the pot stickers had a good consistency but lacked flavor as well.

Ordered tofu pad Thai with potsticker and a Tom yum soup. The potstickers were amazing. But the noodles and soup were bland. Noodles tasted slightly sweet and sour from the lime but that's it. Soup was fresh and aromatic but not spicy at all. The portion size was good though. Will try pad see ew with beef and potstickers next time.

Crispy curry rice salad was greasy and neither one of us liked it. The pad thai was okay. The menu was confusing online vs what they really offered in person.

Silli Kori never disappoints. It’s simply upscale, well executed Thai food, regardless if you take out or eat in. Very nice staff as well. I routinely drive 30+ minutes for their food because it’s just that good.

We miss dining here in person but the take out / delivery is just as amazing. Ordered the crispy rice salad and pineapple duck curry - one bite and we were transported to our trip to Thailand in the same way the critic in Ratatouille relives his childhood through one bite. No joke. It always come hot, fresh and fast. It’s become our go to place for Thai delivery.

Love this place -- they have a really great lunch special too! Pad Thai and crispy salad are among my favorites.

Fresh, delicious food. Really enjoyed the ambiance here. There’s a large patio that you should take advantage of while the weather is still nice.

Wonderful food and service. Our party of 3 ordered three appetizers, pad Thai, and Kori's favorite noodle which was spectacular. This is a gem in the popular Wicker Park area.

Been to this place twice, and had extremely positive experiences both times. First, ate at the restaurant- the ambiance was awesome, food is good, and not too expensive. Got take-out tonight, which may have been even more impressive. The egg rolls were tasty, crunchy, and came with a good honey sauce. My pad thai had a good amount of chicken in it. The portion size was just about right. This place slaps. Pics were my Grubhub order, total was 26 bucks.

My husband and I went here based on the reviews and we were blown away by how good the food was! It is honestly the best Thai food we've ever had, and we eat Thai food a lot. We could not figure out why there wasn't a wait...so strange. We really hope this place stays around for a long time, especially since we just moved to the hood. I got the Massaman Curry and my husband got the Kao Soi. Great service and the atmosphere is awesome too. Love that you can sit outside in the summer.
