Now opening sushi bar
One of the best Thai restaurants in town, everything is extremely fresh and tasty. I had the best Tom yum soup that I have ever had there. You will not be disappointed.
My cousin is a vegetarian and the next time he comes to visit I am taking him there. He will love it. He's a real connoisseur as we have gone to some really excellent places in his City and he does know his Thai food so I will not be afraid to take him there at all.
They are also very kind and provide good service.
Ordered Uber Eats and was extremely satisfied with the Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao (Crazy spicy noodles/ Drunken noodles). Both delicious and had a generous portion!! Noodles were chewy and delightful and there was a ton of chicken and fresh veggies. Will 100% order again for my Thai cravings ππ
Iβve been coming here for the past 20+ years. I moved out of state and I still stop by here whenever Iβm in town visiting family and friends. Siam Pasta has consistently good food that makes my belly happy and the kindest owners and staff that make my heart happy. Iβve introduced this place to so many people throughout the years and itβs always been a crowd pleaser. I typically get baby egg rolls, yum woonsen if I order a salad, Tom yum if I order soup, and for an entree the pad seeiew. You can taste that wonderful smoky wok taste that adds so much to the dish.
This is a very basic Thai place on Western in Rogers Park. The food was good - not outstanding good but absolutely fine good at the price point and location. My friend had the Panang curry and I had the Thom Kha Gai, a Thai coconut milk based soup with chicken, which was good but somehow a little too sweet. The service was great, and I loved that the water came in glass glasses and not plastic (yuck).
In 1980's and 90's I enjoyed Spring Rolls, pad thai, ginger chicken and Thai coffee.
No better restaurant for Thai food. I remember it well. I'm now in south central Illinois and sure do miss it. At 77 don't travel very far.
Youβve been a regular take out for me but something has changed in your recipes. I am starting to think that there are other places with tastier Phat Thai noodles.
Siam Pasta hosted a Birthday Party for us. We had a lovely time. They provided us with a spacious private room that gave everyone room to mingle. Food was excellent and was served buffet style in chafing dishes. Great variety of Thai flavors and many selections for vegans, too. Customer service was top notch and courteous. Price was very reasonable. Great to see a neighborhood restaurant that we have enjoyed for 30 years
*The green curry with veggie is still stellar
*The red snapper fillet with hot n sweet chili sauce superb
*Pad Thai used to be golden standard years ago but still ok
*Pad See Wu disappointing - no Chinese broccoli , not quite the dark and sweet savory taste from just a couple of years ago
Great Thai food, family owned and really polite and accommodating!

One of your employees has been acting so ignorant! He started to curse out one of my family members! When he came to take our order, he started to yell at us, saying, "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" while him pressing his finger on the menu hard. With that, he was taking orders without a notepad. When my family wanted to leave because of this. The guy started to curse out one of my family members! With this noted, we want this guy fired this instantly! We will not be coming back anymore! Would not recommend it unless you can handle people who hate doing their job.

I love the their lime chicken. I can't find it anywhere else.
Everything I had was really good but I will definitely come back for their mango sticky rice! This is an authentic Thai restaurant with great food, service and comfort.
Love this restaurant - have been going for years and I'm never disappointed. My favorite chicken satay and peanut sauce in the city
This has been my go-to Thai takeout for years, but I think Iβm breaking up with them. For my last order, I browsed the menu on their website then called them directly to order two duck curries and a Thai iced tea. When I went to pick up my order the bill seemed weirdly high, but I was parked at a bus stop so I paid and left. I noticed when I got home that the charge for each curry was $3 higher than the menu price.
I was willing to move past that until I ate the food. We ordered 4/5 spicy, and received 0/5 spicy. The main ingredient in the duck curry was bamboo shots, which tasted like theyβd been dumped in straight from the can after everything had been cooked. There was an okay amount of duck, then the occasional green pepper slice and thatβs about it. It tasted like Thai food youβd get in Iowa from a restaurant run by white people whoβd tasted Thai food once on vacation then followed the directions on the back of a coconut milk can.
Their consistency has been spotty for a while, but I think this is the end for me. My partner and I get takeout as our little splurge most Friday nights, but if Iβm going to spend almost $50 for two entrees and a drink that I pick up myself I need to know that itβs not going to suck. Otherwise Iβd save $42 and pick up a hot & ready, yβknow?
Not good.
The food was absolutely phenomenal.
And the vibe was so chill & calm.
Love this place, Food is always Delicious, and the Thai iced tea is the best.
I'm sorry, it was damn near perfect. Believe it or not it was my first time. The ambiance was perfect. I had a business meeting. It was so conducive to what we were trying to accomplish that we probably over stayed our welcome.lol Even so, no one was rushing us out the door. I don't remember the name of the dish. It was a curry dish with vegetables and catfish, very delicious. We did start with the shrimp spring rolls. Being a pescatarian I don't always have those options. If you're in the Rogers Park/Edgewater area this is worth your time.
Their Tom Yum w/ shrimp and Crab Rangoon are excellent. Padthai is also nice. Though I usually use take out, the atmosphere inside is lovely.
Funky tasting soup
Panang is really good
I tried the panang curry at Siam Pasta the chicken was tender and it had just the right kick of spice, and the flavors were spot on. Definitely a must-try there.
I tried Siam spicy catfish and Roasted duck curry so delicious
"I recently visited Siam Pasta and was thoroughly impressed by the vibrant atmosphere and exceptional service. The Thai cuisine was authentic and flavorful, particularly the Pad Thai, which had the perfect balance of spices and freshness. The staff was attentive and made excellent recommendations. The interior decor added to the enjoyable experience, making it a great spot for both casual and special occasions. I highly recommend Siam Pasta to anyone looking for quality Thai food in Chicago."
Trying to be a sushi place after decades of being the best Thai in the area is hurting them. They have also taken many long time fav dishes off menu. After 25yrs this is a painful divorce. Hopefully soon they will change back. Currently, no longer a fan. Will not be going back.
We love the food at Siam pasta! However, we came in to dine on a Wednesday around 5pm and it was freezing in the restaurant. Even the guy in the kitchen had his coat on. We ended up ordering to go. While we were waiting in the cold restaurant it would have been nice to be given a cup or warm tea or an appetizer for the inconvenience of driving here and having to take our food home to eat.
We will continue to order food to go as it is great but probably wonβt be back for dine in service.
First time dining in and we had a such a great experience! The food was awesome and the server was welcoming and very attentive. They just added a sushi menu and the sushi chef is absolutely wonderful. Everything we ordered was delicious and the hospitality was exceptional. He even came over to our table to check on us and gave us a little something special he made off menu, a small but perfectly crafted bite for each of us. He truly has a passion and talent for what he does and gave us an unforgettable experience.
Absolutely delicious food with a large menu and warm service. Our families favorite spot.
My new favorite restaurant north of Devon. Service was fantastic, food is great, and I love the cozy atmosphere.
I love the combination fried rice, the food is always fresh and the quality of the food is good as well. Iβll be back.
The food was flavorful and had richness. Prices are decent and correspond to the quantity.

Had thai red curry and cucumber salad both were great. Good-sized portion and the lady there was the sweetest, will be back again soon. Thank you!
Excellent pad thai and MeeKrob!
Siam Pasta in Chicago is a hidden gem that skillfully combines the flavors of Thai cuisine with the comfort of Italian pasta dishes. Tucked away in a cozy corner, this restaurant offers a unique and delightful dining experience.
The menu at Siam Pasta boasts an impressive fusion of Thai and Italian dishes, offering a tantalizing selection of curries, stir-fries, and, of course, pasta. The standout dish for me was the "Pad Thai Carbonara," a creative twist that flawlessly blends the creaminess of carbonara with the bold flavors of the classic Thai noodle dish.
During my visit, our waitress, Mia, provided outstanding service that enhanced our dining experience. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome, and her knowledge of the menu helped us navigate the exciting fusion offerings.
The ambiance at Siam Pasta is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or a special someone. The attention to detail in both the decor and the food presentation adds an extra layer of enjoyment.
In conclusion, Siam Pasta is a must-try for adventurous foodies looking to embark on a culinary journey that bridges the gap between two diverse cuisines. With its delectable fusion dishes and excellent service by Mia, this restaurant has earned its place as one of my favorite spots in Chicago.
Yummy
Food poison, donβt get near that place .
Very quiet dinning room often belies poor service or food. This isn't the case here. It is primarily a takeout place and it does a brisk business. That makes this venue extra appealing for just about any party. BYOB. The Thai beef salad and pad Thai was so good that I seemed to set manners aside, eating in a delicious hurry.
Best vegi fried rice in town
10 out of 10
Delicious Thai food!
Delicious! Very fast service and good quantities!
This is my one of my wifeβs favorite places! We went with all the kids after the childrenβs museum visit! And it was so good!!
Love the food and fast service.
Delicious food. Go on a Sunday and avoid the crowds.
If you are going to see a show at Theo on Howard stop here for dinner. Not only did the staff make sure I was able to leave in plenty of time, but they were also extremely friendly despite the time crunch. Delightful food and fabulous people! The green curry is divine.
Great take out!! Appreciated that they made Thai peppers in fish sauce for me, then warned me it was very spicy!! lol
Looking forward to dining in the next time we're visiting Evanston.
When we first started going here many years ago the food was always good and fresh and savory. The last three years itβs been dry and Not savory. Disappointed.

Restorant was empty on a Friday night. Can use some upgrades. Dishes are very basis in looks. TaΕtekin is average
First time visit. Delicious food, I had Chicken PadTai and my partner had Rama Chicken-- both were fresh and tasty. Service was lovely. We'll be back
Really good food... recommended !!
Delicious Thai food in a nice calm atmosphere.
Try the green curry with Tofu!!! Over all, one of the best Thai restaurants in the Northside!!!
Great selection. Quick Service. Nice atmosphere. You can't go wrong with the Thai pepper steak.
Just stuffed my face with crab rangoon and crazy noodles! Freaking delicious and I am very picky about my crab rangoon. The tiger cry is also amazing!! βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
Not in person dining as advertised
*The green curry with veggie is still stellar
*The red snapper fillet with hot n sweet chili sauce superb
*Pad Thai used to be golden standard years ago but still ok
*Pad See Wu disappointing - no Chinese broccoli , not quite the dark and sweet savory taste from just a couple of years ago
Good
Very good food, especially the pad thai and pad see ew
If you order pick-up, don't take seriously the time they tell you it will take. It always takes about 10 minutes more.
Also, I ordered Crispy Pork with Broccoli. The description says Chinese broccoli, but they serve it with regular broccoli. We ordered Pad See ew, which also says it comes with Chinese broccoli, but came with regular broccoli.
The greatest Thai spot on the Northside of the great city of wind. #strongly suggest the baby egg rolls
My local family owned great Thai restaurant. I love the spicy catfish, crazy noodles.
Today I ordered lunch through one of the apps, food wasn't here an hour later so I called in. The poor lady on the phone searched everywhere but it was clear the order never got sent over. She said the driver was out and it would be a bit. About 15 minutes later my food was here. The owner had brought it personally and apologized for the mistake. These are truly nice people.
This is my go to spot for lunch food has always been great, hot and fast. And clearly they go above and beyond when they need to.
The food has been consistently good here for years. My go to place in the neighborhood for nearly 20 years.
Food is always fresh and tasty and service is decent too. One of my fav local thai food places.
Still a favorite
Good padthai!
Love it
Delicious authentic Thai cuisine at reasonable prices! I have been eating here for about 10 years now and it is a hidden gem in the west Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago. A cozy little place with authentic Thai decor, it almost takes you to another place. Its clean, service is excellent and the food is super delicious!! Great restaurant to have lunch with friends or family and also a nice dinner date night restaurant. Menu is huge with so many items to choose from! It is worth the drive if you don't live in the area!!
Great Thai restaurant in West Ridge. Excellent service and amazing food. Try the lard nar!!
Horrific customer service and gross food. Placed a Postmates order with them and didnβt receive one of my items. When I contacted them about getting my food, they were rude and not at all helpful. The food I did receive was old, dry, and barely had a taste. Absolutely terrible experience.
Good food with moderate prices
Wonderful place to visit.
I wish I could rate it zero stars. Terrible food and customer service. Food is bland, and they donβt seem to have any issues to serve sloppy mess. My brother and I got sick after eating here with food poisoning. Avoid at all cost.
Clean and great food!
I have been eating here for years and I am always satisfied. Best Pad Thai and Crab Rangoon I have ever had. I donβt order it anywhere else because itβs never the same. Anytime we are in the mood to eat out this is always our first and pretty much only choice. Service is good and delivery is always on time. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
I just picked up dinner, the shrimp they had in the noodle dish were old and dried up. Very disappointing! I guess Iβll need to find a new Thai restaurant!
Been going there for over a few decade. Hasn't changed. Comfortable, decent prices, delicious fresh Thai food. Not as fancy as the one in Evanston. Same great food there. I personally prefer the laid back place in Rogers Park. Either is great.
Average food, good service.
Excellent food! We have been here several times, and the food is consistently delicious. Great service, too! We love the pad thai and the spring rolls. We'll definitely be back!
Nice
Went here about a week ago. Their cuisine is basically Thai. I usually order The Chicken Pai Ti or the Rama Chicken. They do have Lunch Time specials and the price is reasonable. Either dish mentioned is less than $10.00.The food for the most part is okay at best. I usually come here if my regular Thai restaurant is closed and I got to have Thai food today. They do have a spacious dining area, but no parking lot.
Food was bad my son could not finish the chicken dish. Made mention to server. Nothing
.
Will not go there again. Had same experience on home order from there previously. Thought it was a fluke.
The food is excellent everyone should try their fried rice it is good
Great food, friendly staff.
Good thai food. Wait staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
I freely admit that there are way too many foods I get addicted to way too easily. If they could isolate the gene for loves great tasting ethnic food, and the country of origin I could blame for that DNA...nah still wouldn't help. So Thai food. Sweet, sour, spicy gets the engines revved. That's when I head here - SiamPasta - for great Thai food - to go. I don't want to possibly wait for delivery, and eating in restaurants waiting for service - nah. I do take-out. Share it with my friend. She loves it - makes it a special event. Start with Tod Mun, Chicken Satay, Spring Rolls or Pot Stickers. Cucumber or Thai Beef Salad. Pad Thai or Lard Nar Chicken. Maybe Thai Pepper Steak or Emerald Chicken. Thai custard. Can't eat it all at once? Leftovers still rock. Those are our favorites. Order early. Avoid the rush. If anyone is crabby - which I haven't seen - does not matter. Do it for the food. Make the sacrifice. For the food.
.
Good Thai food
Good service nice food
Quality has dropped dramatically.
I ordered the Pad See Eiw with tofu to go. It was a large proportion and with tax was $9.90. The entree was not spicy so be sure to specify your preference.
Food is great here, and service is exceptional.
Loved this whole in the wall spot! Get the Pad Woon Sen
Excellent food, reasonably priced
Love this place always great food
In my experience: The workers get really irratated and pissy quickly, not like there happy to help, more like their annoyed with you,(on the phone when I was ordering and in person when I got there) I was picking up a small soup for 4.41$, i had my debit card, no cash on me at the time, they said they only take card for orders over 5$ and that I needed to buy a coke or go get cash back somewhere, (looking at me angry) I didnt want a coke because I already had a drink, I just asked to be charged a dollar more for the soup so i could use my card... Very unpleasant experience I won't be going back (in their defense they might of had a bad day or something.. it was around closing time)
Empty. Food was mediocre. Disappointed.
Great food
Green curry was more gray than green and completely watered down with no flavor. Customer service was lackluster- there was a problem with my order, and they refused to resolve it. Not going back.
Bad quality the food sucks now..
I rely upon 2 dishes to judge a Thai restaurant - tom yum soup and Thai basil. Both of these dishes were the exact flavors I would expect. The tom yum was exceptional!!! The basil was flavorful but the combinations of ingredients were not as I would have expected - I am accustomed to string beans being common in this dish for one. Oddly this venue leans towards the spicy and not the sweet as the default but I ordered mild and it was perfect. I will certainly come here again!
Good food....good service! What else do you want
Authentic thai cuisine!
Fresh food. Fine service. Good company.
Eh.. soso. Nice staff :)
Great food but as far as delivery service goes... be careful. Ordered food said it was on its way gave us a time estimate (mind you I also work at a restaurant so I know how grub hub works someone has to accept the food order) I waited twenty mins after the estimated delivery time just to be polite then I tried to call with no answer (multiple times) I've also already paid for this delivery which is frustrating then when I call grub hub to cancel the order they agree it's not possible someone had to accept the order to give me a time estimate in the first place long story short I really feel like they accepted my order because I had already paid with no intention on delivering my food then closed up shop so no one was there to answer the phone... not cool guys... not cool...
Great food and friendly service. My favorite Thai place by far! The only place I go
I had the lunch special, and it was good food for an excellent price. The quality was a step above your average Asian restaurant, so I'm sure that a fancier meal would be worth the money. I'll be back to see.
Really enjoyed the lime chicken with rice.
If you like pasta you ought to try this place. I was pretty satisfied last time I went
