Really great Chinese takeout. Hard to find good Americanized Chinese takeout that’s not super upscale in the Chicago area, but this place hits it right on the head. Huge portions, good food (really good fried rice), and cheap (especially considering the portion sizes).

I don’t know if I was just hungry BUT the food was absolutely AMAZING! It was super fresh! Felt like I was at a restaurant. The spring rolls were nice and crunchy!! Will definitely be my go to Chinese!!! Best ever! Orange chicken was amazing, green beans and chicken amazing. Only thing that could have been a smidge better was the beef otherwise fabulous! Excuse the mess

Food tasted good, and also a pretty nice amount for the price I paid which was a lunch special. The only thing was that when I got there the place looks kind of bad from the outside and the inside is a little dirty looking 😕😕😕 soooo that was upsetting lol it’s always nice to pick up your food when you get there and the restaurant is looking nice and clean.

Not sure of it's the same owners but I've been eating at this location for 25 years. Great food at a decent price. Lately the Mongolian beef has been my go to. The orange chicken, Szechuan wonton, and spicy chicken wings are good as well. The also have quite a large selection of items I'd say more that alot of other Chinese restaurants.

2/27/24 Sounds and tastes like they've changed ownership and food as definitely gone down hill its ok id still eat here but nowhere what it used to be. Also why do you list your hours to open at 11 but don't answer the phone at 11?

Had went in to setup a catering pick up for 30 ppl. They were very nice and worked out a deal and the food was fresh and tasty. We will be back next time for more catering

I had the Mongolian beef dinner. Very very good, better than many other spots in the area. Dont let the fact that this place doesn't have 4.5 or higher on Google fool you. Try it, you won't regret it.

Ordered through Uber Eats after seeing their good reviews. Yes the food was hot & fresh. Though this is the blandest fried rice we've ever had. Crab rangoons are just all cream cheese. Chicken was good. Will not order from them again.

Gigantic portions and some of the best chinese i’ve had, very fast too, Ordered the largest sizes for orange chicken and chicken fried rice and had enough for 4-6 people for 2 days

Never had a problem ordering for delivery until today. Always got delivery and the gentlemen tells me over the phone that my location is too far when it’s 10 min away. He was super rude about it and just hung up on me. Lost a very loyal customer due to this.

We have been getting takeout from Wing Wah Lau for decades, and the food has always been dependably good. I tried something new tonight—the spicy Korean chicken—and may have found my new favorite!

In times where I crave some orange chicken, crab rangoons, fried rice, etc. they always have good food in their menu. I have been a regular here for years now, with delivery making it easier to order as well.

Fran was always friendly when I dined in long ago. Food was always good.

Closed on mondays. Food is really really good. Best asian food in this neighborhood. This restaurant is not fancy. Its your neighborhood mom and pop but dont judge a book by its cover. The food is 🔥 you must try it.

Not my First time coming here I’ve come here regularly several times over the years it’s a neighborhood restaurant.. However I wasn’t to happy with the service in which I received today usually it good even the delivery people.. I Ordered chicken wings I asked was it pieces like the winglets or whole wings since it was six for eight dollars the girl not the regular lady lied and said there whole wings when they was pieces so I paid eight dollars for three wings it’s okay because I decide to share my story on their platform about dishonesty it makes no sense when people trying to give you business and you lie about something so small however you lost a customer..

I purchased a order of pork egg foo young for delivery on 6/19/21. The pork in the dish was not chewable. I have been ordering from this place for sometime. I would love to hear from the owner.

I hate that they didn’t deliver to my address, BUT the food was so good. I have tried several and they are so greasy and no great taste to it. This was by far the best and so, I don’t mind the drive. We ordered the shrimp fried rice, sesame seed chicken, and spring rolls. We got a 3 free Crab Rangoons! They were all delicious and neatly packaged with napkins, forks, sauces, and fortune cookies! Will definitely reorder and recommend to my friends and family!

Food was easy to order. Crab ragoon, lo mein, and potstickers were delicious. Fried rice was oily and pork tasted microwaved. The sweet and sour chicken had also been reheated and needed seasoning/salt. Delivery person also asked directly for a tip which was kind of strange.

We love their Chinese food there, it's the closest thing we can get without making the long trip to Chinatown!!! The portion is very generous with the lunch specials you can get two meals out of one!!! They make their fried rice fresh for each lunch box, not the typical of making a batch and scoop it when it's needed. Lady at the front desk is very nice and friendly!!!

Just moved to the area and order from this place WOW best Chinese food I ever tasted!! Walnut shrimp was mouth watering making every bite better then the next!!!

Ordered from them they forgot something and when I called they said they sent it, but it was not in the bag. Instead of just sending it back to me they said they would credit it and next time I order they would send it out. To bad I don't live in the area, or it would be okay. But why they could not send it now Lord only knows.

Foul smell in the restaurant, smelled really bad like sewage. Ordered chicken dishes and two of my dishes has undercooked chicken.
