Consistently delicious, every time! And the service is great!

Diner Review №3

If you know what’s good for your colon, don’t eat here

Diner Review №4

Great spot!

Diner Review №5

First time here and was excited to try it. We ordered the beef skewer appetizer, Mongolian beef, and garlic shrimp to go. The main reason I gave this 3 stars is due to how good the beef skewers were. The garlic shrimp tasted off/the flavors did not mix well. The beef in the Mongolian beef was hard/seemed pretty overdone. The flavor of the Mongolian beef was actually better the next day. Given how pricey the food is, I don't think sure we will be back (at least to this location).

Diner Review №6

So delicious!! Love the food

Diner Review №7

Phenomenal service, wondrous food, and comfortable atmosphere.
The employees and management here and extremely friendly, understanding, and respectful. 10/10 would recommend.

Diner Review №8

Wow, I hate to leave bad reviews but this time it really has to be done. I ordered a to go order of Tom kha soup, a pad Thai, and an order of Phad Bai Krao Pao. The Tom kha soup had 1 piece of lemon grass, no kiefer lime leaves, no galangal, and no green onions. The soup at least did not have a terrible flavor, but it’s by no means even close to a traditional Tom Kha soup. The pad Thai was just not at all good, horrible flavor, and no peanuts or eggs at all, and almost no meat. And the Phad Bai Krao Pao was basically ground beef with rice and an egg. It really had no flavor. I’m sorry but not only is this not authentic Thai food but it’s not even good food.

Diner Review №9

Always well taken care of.

I have ate at this restaurant before, I dined in the restaurant and the food was decent and had no complaints. But today I am sick with the flu so I ordered a salad from this restaurant using door dash and I am absolutely appalled by my food experience. As I was dishing my salad onto a plate there was a glove under the trout filet. I’m already sick and nauseous so I immediately ran to the restroom and needless to say lost my appetite. How can something like this happen? How unacceptable and I will never dine here again.

Diner Review №12

Thai Bamboo is our go-to Thai place.

Their food is super delicious. I love that they prioritize non GMO, fresh ingredients, and you can really taste the difference.

Wide menu selection, with tons of gluten free and vegetarian options.

Some of my personal favorites are the Chicken Satay appetizer and the sticky rice. Pineapple curry is also a favorite.

The Galaxy Lounge with stars on the ceiling is just gorgeous - super fun, relaxing atmosphere.

The one thing about this place, is that the pricing is a bit steep. Often feel like I'm paying too much.

I do wish they could order fortune cookies that are gluten free. I know for a fact that there are sesame coconut rolls on the market made purely of tapioca flour. Perhaps they don't make any that contain pre rolled fortunes. Oh well.

Diner Review №13

Uber eats review x2:
Very burnt spring rolls.
No rice included with entree.
Expensive.
Decent food overall, but not ordering again.

Diner Review №14

I ordered a "5 star" spice level on my chicken curry but got to talking with the manager, Angela, and she said her favorite was "3 star 2 diamond" and made a cute "just spicy enough" face... I was sold - I tried it and it was absolutely perfect. I didn't know you could mix/match the spices but she explained it perfectly - dry vs. wet, I am sold and will 100% be back again. Spice lovers rejoice! You can have flavor AND spice!

Food tasted great. The grandkids loved the ceiling lights, it looks like the night sky.

Diner Review №17

We’ve been regulars at Thai Bamboo for years. After searching for a good Thai restaurant, we were told this was the one for us. And it has been for years, until yesterday.

We don’t eat out that much anymore because of the way inflation has impacted all restaurants. So when we do go out for dinner, we look for good food, service and yes, we do look at the value given for our dollars. In the past, Thai Bamboo easily fulfilled all of those needs. But that was until yesterday. What a major disappointment!

Our spring rolls were burnt. Not a little, but a lot. The waitress ‘explained’ that this sometimes happens because of sugar content within. She said she tried one and could not taste any burn, but did offer to replace them. I tried them and although different, I could eat them. My wife could not.

Our main meal was good with ample portions of everything except rice. In the past, we’ve taken our leftovers home and had a second meal, with Thai Bamboo including enough rice to make a complete meal for both of us. We asked to have containers and extra rice.

Thai Bamboo has a loyalty program of which we’ve been long time members. They’re currently pitching a new and improved version, but as I said we were already members and have participated in the program for years. Yesterday’s visit included none of the said perks. None. “Our system is down.”

So the check was full price. No discount, no partial comp for the burnt spring rolls - nothing but an additional charge for two take home portions of rice. This is far from what we expected as our prior experiences have always been superb and this was the place that we always referred others to when looking for great Thai food.
No more.

Sad to see this happen, but more and more, people are becoming acutely aware of how they spend their money. This, for us, was a game changer. Now we have one less choice when dining out.

I ordered on line for delivery. I called the restaurant after I ordered because I wanted some of those hot peppers that come in that clear liquid, I forgot the name of it so I was trying to explain it to the girl that answered the phone. I don’t think she knew what I was talking about but she said she did. I got my food the curry that was supposed to be a 2 on hotness was more like a 10 couldn’t eat it. In the beef and broccoli, the broccoli pieces were the worst parts of the vegetable. The fresh rolls were fine but the peanut sauce wasn’t that great. And of course there were no hot peppers! I will never go there or order from Thai Bamboo in CDA ever again!

Diner Review №21

Wonderful atmosphere and fantastic food. Authentic and delicious curry and wontons with great service!

Diner Review №22

Our family loves Thai Bamboo. Wonderful esthetics, ceiling, decor, cleanliness, and quality of food.

Diner Review №23

Amazingly awesome place for some fantastic food. Great place for plenty of food to eat and even enough to take some food home , better tasting than you may think.

Diner Review №24

Got the crab and rice dish - got about 2-3 pieces of crab - spent 30 plus dollars for the dish - small tiny pieces - disappointed - rip off

Diner Review №25

We picked up dinner….delicious!

Diner Review №26

Diner Review №27

Excellent food and service, fun atmosphere.

Diner Review №28

Always decent food. The service is hit and miss. The atmosphere is decent!

Diner Review №29

Good food very clean and loved the ceiling decor. Fun for us all.

Diner Review №30

Always a favorite. Friendly, long-time staff. Consistent. Funky starlit ceiling.

Diner Review №31

was epic sauce

Diner Review №32

Love the food here, and always have a great experience. I love the pad Thai, and the coconut soup I recently tried was so delicious. Great service!

Diner Review №33

Great gluten free options and celiac friendly

Diner Review №34

Great fresh authentic Thai food. Servers were very nice and helpful. Fun interior with the ceiling that looks like the sky and changes color.

Diner Review №35

Thai Bamboo is fantastic! We had lunch there, and the portions were huge—definitely great value for the price. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly and attentive. Our food came out incredibly fast, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Thai cuisine!

Diner Review №36

The food was good- not too spicy with lots of flavor. Everything was cooked to perfection.
The service was good. Would recommend

Diner Review №37

This is mine and my husbands favorite date night dinner place. Food is always delicious. Service is great.

Diner Review №38

Diner Review №39

Very good and friendly

Diner Review №40

I wish I could rate this place higher but their food was so expensive and didn't even resemble authentic Thai food. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant although the booth seating was very narrow and the chairs were hard and small, it wasn't inviting to stay for any length of time.

Diner Review №41

Diner Review №42

Enjoyed the bar... And the Pad Sew Ew and lettuce wraps!

Diner Review №43

Food was great, but waiting almost a half hour past the given pickup time was ridiculous, don't try them if you are in any sort of a hurry.

Diner Review №44

Wonderful atmosphere! Worth visiting just to see the decorations. Some of the best Thai we have had and big portions

Diner Review №45

I love thai food and keep giving this place a shot because I figured it can't always be awful. Unfortunately, it is always terrible. The thai ice tea is a slightly orange cup of milk, the curry has zero flavor, and the pad thai is equally terrible. I'm sure the staff are great people but this is a terrible offering of "thai" food.

Diner Review №46

Very bad experience, the server was very rude and sarcastic I didn’t feel good in this place , I ask to the server for more lemons and she and a very sarcastic manner answer , I didn’t put a lemon in your plate and I responded yes but I want some more , apparently she was more interested in her cell fhone rather then costumers , not recommend this place I won’t come never ever

Diner Review №47

We went as an adult family of 5. We had a family style early dinner (2PM). The food was yummy.
Staff did their best, as I overheard them saying that they were severely understaffed on this day.
We had a 20-minute wait, which actually worked out perfectly for us as some of our party were running late.
I've driven by this place for over a decade without even a thought. That won't happen again! I'm looking forward to going again with a slightly more adventurous (food/spice level) group.

Diner Review №48

Very helpful staff I felt very welcomed with the service. The food was was just so great 10 out of ten

Diner Review №51

Really want to love this place bc the atmosphere is a vibe but. The service is poor and the food comes out sooo slow. And when it does… it sucks. My “drunken noodle” looked nothing like drunken noodle and tasted awful. Like bbq noodles. My husband found a piece of plastic in his rice. Just steer clear. Go to huhot instead.

Editing my review bc after I left this the waitress brought us the wrong check “accidentally” an $80 bill instead of our $50 bill. 🙃

Diner Review №52

We ordered through Uber Eats the food was perfectly prepared and hot at delivery. The pot stickers, crab rangoon, and salmon, drunken noodles were incredible! The curry was absolutely delicious and so flavorful. We ordered 5 meals in total and every single meal was great!

Diner Review №53

Diner Review №54

I love Thai Bamboo! My favorite dish is the yellow curry!

Diner Review №55

I had such a good time, I only get good service but this time it was worth the review. I’ve never felt so taken care of by a staff before. If you haven’t you need to visit.

Diner Review №56

I will be honest the food was good but not mind blowing, but the service was outstanding. She was on so quick and effective without me feeling rushed. I cannot wait to go back(I think I’ll become a regular) I highly recommend. All the girls seemed nice but I believe my server she said her name was Jaylin.

Diner Review №57

Food was phenomenal by far the best dishes were the Phad see ew and the Tom kha and service was perfect, I felt like I was taken care of 10/10 food 10/10 service.

Diner Review №58

A group of us, 8, went in to eat tonight and were not told about a gratuity that was added on and therefore tipped above it. We’ve always been told that a gratuity is put on it. But instead she kept it quiet and didn’t say anything. Very sad that we would experience this. Food was also not that great. Our kids got the fried rice and none of them ate it. She did remove one but that was it.
Will never go back. Service was awful and food was meh

Diner Review №59

Very good Thai food, good service and pleasant staff.

Diner Review №60

Never thought I'd love Thai food so much, but I do! Thai Bamboo is my favorite. I prefer CDA, Spokane North and South Hill locations. Always get their pineapple curry lunch special with sauteed veggies. It's the BOMB!

Diner Review №61

We'll be back!

Diner Review №62

Food was alright coulda been served with more heat. Both kinds.

Diner Review №63

Very average. Taste was 2 or 3 out of 5. No clue what all the raving reviews were about?? Maybe quality has changed recently. Really good service though. Waitresses were nice!

Diner Review №64

Lovely place with good food. Atmosphere is unique and well thought out.

Diner Review №65

Diner Review №66

This is our go-to Thai food restaurant! We really love the Papaya salad and pad Thai. I really appreciate that they make customizations so my vegetarian mom can enjoy too!

Diner Review №67

Food was Terrible!!! Very disappointed. I took only few bites and walk away. Chicken satay is super salty. Drunken noodle looks disgusting since it stepping on the table, the taste is only sweet and sweet. I order Thai bamboo fried rice with chicken that seems to be a signature dish BUT it is the worst. Mushy rices and none flavour at all. And I couldn’t find any chicken in it. If you don’t know how to cook Thai food, Please don’t call yourself as Thai restaurant. This restaurant is not deserved.

Diner Review №68

The food was extremely mediocre. I had Thai garlic chicken with veggies. The sauce was so sweet it was like eating some kind of dessert over vegetables. My husband ordered a salad that came with crumbled turkey over one or two pieces of lettuce with some onion on it that was supposed to be a salad. Appetizers were very blah too, again with a bland, poorly seasoned sauce for the spring rolls. Fried tofu appetizer was overly fried, tasteless and tough. Cocktails are canned. The service and attitude of the wait staff were the best thing about this place! Everyone was very nice.

Diner Review №69

Bad I waited a hour to get my food and 30 minutes to get a box and they gave me not my food but someone else’s food

Diner Review №70

Tasty, big portions

Diner Review №71

ONE OF THE BEST RESTURANTS IVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR WONDERFUL FOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Diner Review №72

Took my son and his girlfriend here for lunch. The food and service was awesome.

Diner Review №73

The food was very good, especially compared to another thai place in town. I got the same dish, Pad Se Ew with tofu, and they give you an option of fried or fresh tofu. I much prefer fresh so I was happy about that. The sauce was strong, but not overly sweet. I think if I had a complaint, I would have liked more noodles since the sauce was tasty. The portions are generous and the atmosphere (6pm on a tuesday) was quiet and warm with several other families spaced evenly around the room. $20 an entrée is more than I'd prefer to pay, but I think that's the way of things now, but you do get quite a lot of food and could definitely share. The mangos and sticky rice included a perfectly chilled and ripe mango, and a portion of rice that was not cloyingly sweet, and just the right amount of creaminess to finish the meal. The waitress was friendly and polite, no complaints there.

Diner Review №74

Great food and good service. Love going here

Diner Review №75

Diner Review №76

My friend Betsy took me here and I loved your food, thank you for the great experience

Diner Review №77

Stopped in for dinner on our way home to Montana, and immediately greeted by friendly staff. Super cool decor inside. Food was fresh and perfect amount of spice. Definitely coming back next time we come through Coeur D’Alene

Diner Review №78

My family and friends ❤️ this place

Diner Review №79

We had noodles and they were delicious. Very nice establishment and service. Definitely going back.

Diner Review №80

They price increases are getting wild. The food has been and is pretty good overall. The veggies are undercooked most of the time. But the price for a plate of fried rice is over $20, a bowl of TomKhaGai is over $20. This may come as a surprise, but Thai food isn't exactly made of expensive ingredients. Probably will stay home and make Thai food next time. $100 for wife and I, just too much for such basic, easy, and cheap to make food.

Diner Review №85

My favorite is the pannang curry with chicken. I keep on ordering it every time I go.

Diner Review №86

Absolutely fantastic! Always great food and it has a great rewards program as well. Kids love it to!

Diner Review №87

Diner Review №88

I ordered This through Uber Eats. Delivery went well, but they just threw rice in a box with soup, lettuce wrap filling just dumped in a box. Both boxes were soaked through and the bag had loose juice pooling. No silverware, and i asked for some since im in a hotel room, so using fingers and drinking soup from the bowl. Im easy going but, Cmon guys, figure out a better presentation on deliveries.

Diner Review №89

Good however it's not super spicy and lacks authenticity. If you want Americanized Thai food, go here. If not, you're out of luck.

Diner Review №90

Great food. Curry was fantastic. Service was okay.

Diner Review №91

Great food, great service!!!! Very nice and clean and friendly staff!!!!!!!!

Diner Review №92

The food is great! I love Thai food and Thai Bamboo does not disappoint.

Diner Review №93

Great place, delicious food and lots of options. Pricey

Diner Review №94

Diner Review №95

This restaurant needs to post that they close at 8:45, not 9 pm. Came in at 8:35, at 8:40 needed just 2 extra minutes to decide and was told by the waitress that "the kitchen closes in 20 minutes so you have 5 minutes to decide". It was strongly implied that they wouldn't serve us if we took more than 5 minutes. Partway through the meal the waitress plopped to-go boxes in front of us with the check. We didn't ask for to-go boxes. We came in after the other guests and left before them. If you refuse to serve customers after 8:45 then your actual closing time is 8:45. Don't post 9:00! We have eaten here several times and overlooked long wait times for our food or food too spicy to eat after ordering it with no spice, but this was too much. I never, ever rushed customers out the door in the 5 years I was a waitress. It was a Friday night. What's the big rush?

Diner Review №96

The food was delicious!

Diner Review №97

Food is good .. but you won't receive it for up to an hour after you order it. Service is also slow. Don't forget if you order tea it's 4 dollars a person for a small cup.. as well as their 2 percent fee for the kitchen staff. After my bill.. I honestly don't think it's worth coming here any longer. Good luck!!

Diner Review №98

We absolutely love Thai Bamboo!! The best curry around! We love the ceiling as it creates a unique and inviting atmosphere! The staff are friendly and service is great! Highly recommend this place!!

Diner Review №99

The yellow curry is delicious! My husband had red curry and said it was delicious as well. Good sized serving, and I ended up taking some home for lunch the next day 😋 Thai iced tea is also great!

Diner Review №100

Ordered the red curry at a spicy level of 5. The broth was split ("broken"), the chicken very dry, and the added spice was a hefty amount of dried red chilies added on top. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice but the food was embarrassing.

Diner Review №101

I had Five star plus a few chilies pineapple red curry. My wife had Cashew chicken, three star. Both of us upgraded to black and brown rice. Servings were generous, and as always, our favorites were wonderful. Best of all, we found out that our favorite way interest from Spokane Valley is working in Coeur d’Alene. The restaurant is taking care of their Volkswagen Spokane Valley restaurant is under construction. Knowing that the Management takes care of their staff made it even that much better.

Diner Review №102

Pad see ew had no sauce on it, and not the right noodles. Unsatisfied.

Diner Review №103

Diner Review №104

It’s okay. Good place to take the family, but don’t expect anything especially spicy, delicious, or authentic. They also don’t use MSG, a fact they advertise…. which is odd since MSG is used in many authentic Asian dishes and the supposed negative health effects have no basis in science.

Diner Review №105

For whatever reason, it doesn't have the same wow factor as the one in North Spokane. However, the food was excellent. It was kind of slow service, but friendly enough.

Diner Review №106

Diner Review №107

The food was amazing! We had Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, sticky rice, and satay chicken with Peanut Sauce. All were delicious. Our waitress was attentive and quick, and also funny. The place is so chill as well, very relaxing!

Diner Review №108

Pedí el super bowl y esta exquisito.

Diner Review №109

*SPECTACULAR!* I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars on atmosphere, because we got to enjoy our dinner under the stars! To explain their ceiling has some type of projector and lights, so you get the full effect of twinkling and shooting stars, moving clouds, and a sky that changes colors as if from dusk to dawn. Spectacular!!! The food was delicious as well, they had a good range of dishes to choose from, and the portions were on the big side. I would go there again, but maybe skip the pot stickers.

Diner Review №110

Got the crying tiger, delicious!

Diner Review №111

Diner Review №112

Food tasted like leftovers and service was extremely slow. We will never eat here again.

Diner Review №113

Diner Review №114

I went there with my family and had a great time! The staff were very helpfull and great service they checked on us alot to make sure everything was good and the food was amazing best thai place in north idaho

Diner Review №115

Diner Review №116

First time here , the spring rolls and garlic green beans and snow peas were excellent ! I do not recommend the Mongolian beef as it was very very hard and not easy to chew. Other than that the atmosphere is great and the service was great as well !

Diner Review №117

The food was great and relatively fast compared to other Thai restaurants. Both dishes were cleanly plated and delicious, I wish we had ordered an appetizer. Our server was pleasant, but i never got her name and seemed slightly rushed even though it wasn't busy. However, that being said, it will not detour me from dining again. The decor was very nice and tasteful, not just slapped on like some of the stripmall Thai restaurants feel.

Diner Review №118

Thai Bamboo dishes up pure delight in every bite! Their menu shines with abundant choices to suit any craving, flawlessly adapting to whatever mood you're in. The standout trait most appreciated is their uncompromising use of fresh ingredients that genuinely brighten each dish.

Their portions are so enormity balanced, you'll never depart the restaurant feeling anything short of satisfyingly full, securing that every penny spent was worth it. It's not just the impressive food, but the consistently warm and friendly staff that amplifies the experience.

Each visit to Thai Bamboo is not just a meal, but a journey, a great representation of Thailand's vibrant culture and rich cuisine. It feels less like dining at a restaurant but more like enjoying a home-cooked meal in a Thai household. Truly a culinary gem offering a unique, soulful experience hiding in plain sight!

Diner Review №119

The pad Thai is by far one of the best - I love the fact that everything is cooked to order with fresh ingredients. They use very high quality meat /seafood and veggies. The two star is pretty light on the spice rating and def recommend 3 or more if you are looking for heat. The restaurant is very clean and well taken care of and the staff is attentive and friendly.

Diner Review №120

Diner Review №121

Consistently good food. They’re celiac safe and are already labeled on the menu. So glad Thai bamboo is here!

Diner Review №122

Math safe! Go for the food and the ceiling. You can request "diamond" level spices if you like REALLY hot food.

Diner Review №123

This is probably the best Thai food I have ever had! The menu is absolutely amazing with tons of GF & Veggie options to choose from. Each item is labeled GF and/or veggie making it easier to make choices. The quality of the food is 5 stars. I do recommend doing family style as the portions are huge though! The restaurant is clean and tastefully decorated and the service was great as well.

Diner Review №124

Diner Review №125

Diner Review №126

Just to start off The food was terrible for $60 I would have rather have Gone to panda my wife really wanted to try it. The food was under cooked the vegetables to be Specific. The meat was tasteless me and my wife left our plates not even half eaten... not everyone can spend $30 a person I will not be coming back I feel gross after I eat. and feel there's like a brick in my gut and it's not a good feeling. For the money I feel cheated and robbed my wife was very sad and it was our first date in a Long time and I could not have been more disappointed.

Diner Review №127

We definitely enjoyed this place, our server was really nice and took care of us. Well the atmosphere is very clean. The floors and tables were clean when we were there.

I have not eaten Thai food a lot in my life. But now I have a bar to set my standards by. 😄

Diner Review №134

Best Thai food I’ve had in a long time. The pad Thai was very good, but the yellow curry was phenomenal. We make Thai at home frequently, but typically don’t have good experiences getting a good thai meal while out. We will be back next time we’re in town!

Diner Review №135

I had the Pad Thai. The service was great and the quantity was enormous. The chicken had an old taste to it. Thought it was a little pricey. Not as good as I was hoping for. Probably would visit again at some point in time

Diner Review №136

Atmosphere is so cool! They’ve got an awesome tiki bar as well. Definitely coming back!

Diner Review №137

Bella was our waitress (she had cherry earrings on) she was so friendly and checked on us often, 10/10 customer service! The food was outstanding , piping hot and full of flavor. Definitely my go to Thai place here in Couer d'Alene. ❤️❤️❤️

Diner Review №138

Went in and the younger brown haired girl that did my take out was giving me hate looks . I’m a (skinny short blonde ) and I asked for no spicy . She gave me spicy so I came back in after taking a bite . She gave me a “sweet cream “ sauce. But she mixed it with sour cream and the “sweet cream” and it also had a “dog food taste “ she seemed really upset with my appearance and it resulted in cruel treatment with my food . I spent 21$ on the meal.

Diner Review №139

Thai ice tea is way too sweet, using condensed milk instead of half and half, and little tea flavor. Their sauces are also too sweet, using molasses for some sauces. Vegetables are overcooked. Sad to see quality going down, definitely not what it use to be. Avoid the lunch specials!

Diner Review №140

Diner Review №141

Diner Review №142

Diner Review №143

The atmosphere and the desert made up for a not so great meal. Chewy chicken should have been the name of what I was served. Oh well....

Diner Review №144

I don't know where the five star reviews are coming from. If you've traveled anywhere with good food you'll realize this is not it. Ordered two meals that were so bland I had to use sauce at home to even taste them. Delivery arrived luke warm at best and pot stickers were fried so heavily they were dry. And the COST was outrageous! We gave it a shot in celebration of an event and were horribly disappointed. This is flavorless slop for twice the price of any other place in town. Will never order from this place again.

Diner Review №145

A good restaurant, the menu here is complete so you are confused about what type of food to choose, this is definitely a recommendation for you to visit this place

Diner Review №146

Diner Review №147

We enjoyed eating Thai food at this restaurant. Little expensive but good food and excellent Service.

Diner Review №148

Diner Review №149

Thai Bamboo is a fine Thai place, it just isn't the style of Thai I like. To me, the flavors are not what I am looking for. I discovered Thai food in Seattle and this is not like that. Service was good and the dining room is pretty cool. They have a lighted ceiling that creates a really neat effect.

Diner Review №150

This place had really good reviews especially with gluten free options we were excited.
We ordered chicken satay which was rubbery like they microwaved them and did something. Worst I have ever had.
The Pad Thai had decent flavor but the meat tasted old and boiled so it was extremely chewy.
Mongolian beef wasn't the best but was a standard quantity.
However later that evening we all had very upset stomachs and everything that goes with that. I wouldn't recommend this place or will I ever go back.

Diner Review №151

Wow! The galaxy ceiling was amazing.
The food was Actually spicy, which was great ! We got green curry tofu, Mongolian beef, and a giant whole fish. My Kids loved it; Scoffed at the kids’ menu and ordered the good stuff.
Would love to see all Thai on kids menu instead of crummy western food.

Diner Review №152

The food was horrible. By horrible it was super bland. Service was less than ideal too but not as bad as the food

Diner Review №153

Don't get beef
No bar either.

Diner Review №154

Loved the food !

Diner Review №155

This place never disappoints, its been there forever and some californian hasnt bought it out and made it a yuppy establishment yet. The atmosphere is fun, definitely feels thai in there, the ceiling is fun twinkling lighted stars, the foods great! Always bring home leftovers. The cocktails are a bit weak but tasty, there is even Thai beers. The sauces are a bit watery... why restaurants do this i'll never know, maybe to cheaply stretch it out more so they water it down, they need to fix this <- my only complaint but I will always come back here when I want Thai in town.

Diner Review №156

Got red curry to go, and it was delicious. Friendly, professional service. Thank you!

Diner Review №157

A favorite in Coeur dAlene. We don't have many options of Thai food in our town in Montana, but Thai Bamboo is a must when we visit CdA. Huge variety, choice of spice level, vegetarian choices and exotic flavors. They allow us to visit with friends, so we never feel rushed. Memorable lighting overhead, the only place to see a starlit sky during the daytime.

Very cool place. Love the lighted ceiling. We were 2 of only 3 tables at dinnertime on a Tuesday in the whole huge place. Service was great. Food quality and presentation has gone downhill a bit... I hadn't been here in a couple years and decided to take the Family to try it again. Prices were very affordable.

Love Thai Bamboo in CDA. The staff is amazing and Beth is the best! Will always come back here.

It was a very big pleasant surprise, we have not been there before. Our server was right over and as friendly and helpful as can be. We ordered dinner combos, I had one with Pad Thai, jasmine rice, spring rolls, Mongolian beef and 3 butterflies ( which are fried wontons with cream cheese & crab inside. My husband had one with orange chicken, low mein, jasmin rice, spring rolls, and butterflies. Both of us were surprised the meals came so quickly and were so hot & fresh. You pick the protein you want in your pad Thai and low mein and there is no shortage of that protein !! All in all it was a wonderful experience and can't wait to go back. We have to rate the meal a 10.

Wonderful food, lots of options. We deal with food allergies, and were overwhelmed with very tasty choices.

Great thai food! Aside from the server being unfamiliar with the drinks, we had a really great meal. They were able to accommodate 13 people in a timely manner & everyone was all smiles. I highly recommend this establishment.

Slow service, food made my stomach hurt. Just super greasy and there was a hair in my food also. Definitely not worth the $22+ for my plate. Spent $25 on a drink and meal for one person. Eating with a group of friends and we were told they were closing at 8 but it was listed as 9 online. You'd think service would've been a little quicker seeing as they were closing within an hour, but it was still plenty of time before we even ordered. I didn't even eat half of my food as it just was not very good. Not my favorite place, been there twice in 7 years and won't be back for a long time, if at all.

I had the d6. Dinner combo with chicken pad Thai and Mongolian beef. Definitely not traditionally cooked, but it was delicious. The flavors were excellent. Staff was very friendly. Definitely coming back.

The place is super clean, the decor is great and I love the starry night feel of the ceiling. The food is a bit pricey but really delicious and you get a lot for your money. The Mongolian beef is my favorite, the pad Thai noodles are excellent! The Orange chicken was perfect.

Number 529 fried rice with chicken no stars. One of my favorite dishes. This is a go to for take away for office lunches.

👍 The Red Curry Pad Thai was absolutely phenomenal

Diner Review №187

Really good thai food probably the best in the Coeur d' Alene area! Their curry dishes are good and the pad thai is solid! They also put in the spice as well!

Diner Review №188

Vegetarians be careful. We have eaten here other times and not had an issue. Today I ordered a dish and the added chicken in it. I didn’t pay attention and ate some thinking it was egg. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I haven’t had meat in 20 years. They did take a few things off the ticket, but we still paid over $100 plus left a tip. We won’t be going back.

We've enjoyed this place many times. It's closed Sunday through Tuesdays though.

Thai bamboo is a good date night restaurant, rather spendy, but a must to try out the great food and atmosphere!
We had some good drinks, I had Mongolian beef, vegetables, and noodles, my wife had chicken and noodles, and for our side we had mini egg rolls

Today my Thai wife was craving Thai food while stay at the resort. She ordered the pad kra pao. It has no taste just salt and a little bit of heat(we ordered 4 out of 5 stars) I can say this is definitely not authentic Thai food.

Ps she ate the egg in photo

Food was amazing and they have a great amount of food to pick from on the menu. The wait wasn't bad especially with how much is going on in the restaurant. The interior is absolutely amazing. Will definitely recommend anyone who wants Thai food to check this place out will be back soon.
