Really great Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese Restaurant! The service was exceptional. The waiter was very friendly, suggestive about the food, and attentive. I ended up getting a breaded tofu plate with an spicy orange zesty sauce which did not disappoint. I also ordered a tofu sweet and spicy soup and man, the flavor on the soup was amazing. Can’t wait to come back and try some more. I don’t live around here so I’ll have to come back when work brings me here, but man, I highly recommend this place.
The place looks sketchy outside, ain’t gonna lie, but the inside is well kept and the food and service is top notch. I’m a big Asian restaurant fanatic so I def think this is a place to visit!
From the outside this restaurant doesn't look that great, but I heard they had good food so we decided to try it. We went around 4pm and it was very slow, so we were seated right away and the waitress was very nice. The inside is really nice and cozy, alot different from the outside. My daughter ordered the Mongolian chicken and I ordered the spicy sweet sesame chicken and the food came really quickly. The waitress told me the sweet spicy would have a kick, but it didn't at all and I think they gave me just a sweet sesame but it was still pretty good. Overall we will come back and try something else on the 8 page menu.
I have had the opportunity for the past 2 years to travel America for business. One thing I do is find Pho wherever I am so I've tried it all over America. The building to this place is not too welcoming on the outside but it's pretty nice on the inside. One thing I've learned when on the hunt for Pho is the crappier the building the better the food is. Not sure why this is but it's true. I've come to the point where I'd pass up a fancy Pho spot for the hole-in-the-wall restraint. With that said... My rating for this Pho is 10/10.
Also while I was eating the chef came out for a walkabout just to ask everyone how the food was. He was very nice and actually cares for each customer who comes to eat at his establishments.
We popped in for a meal. We were sat promptly. Our server warned us that they were slammed with call-in orders. That was a nice thing to do. It helps to set expectations. We were not in any hurry, so we were fine with a wait. We ordered drinks and a soup as an appetizer. We ordered our meal after she returned with drinks. I had spicy sweet and sour chicken. Michelle had Mongolian beef. We asked the server several questions about the menu items. She was knowledgeable and informative. Even though we were warned of a potential wait, our food came promptly. It was very well prepared and presented. It was VERY tasty as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Absolute worst service ever! Called the restaurant 4 times each the call was sent to voicemail, decided to drive over to order because possibly they were having trouble with their phones. Walked in the restaurant and the girl sitting at the desk was just on her and declining the calls, then when I told that I tried to call she didn’t even apologize for not answering. Then as I attempted to order by saying I’d like a number 2 she proceeded to say “what’s that? Idk the menu”, then I asked for a menu and she acted like it was an inconvenience for her to get up to grab a menu. Also there was no customers in the red so absolutely no excuse! Such a terrible attitude and no respect for customers!
One positive was the waitress who gave me a card with another phone number on it and was very very apologetic about her coworker!
We eat mostly vegetarian and the noodle rolls usually come with shrimp, they had no problem making them with tofu. We also had the green curry with tofu. Both were delicious. All the vegetables were crisp and the spice level was great.
EXCELLENT! Food😃
Sweetest Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Didn’t ask about heat level, so it had none.
The interior was not very lovely. It looks like the need to bring someone in to mineralize the decor.
Great place, very clean, nicely decorated, relaxing ambient music friendly staff, awesome food!, great prices I really was impressed with this establishment, I highly recommend dining here!
Kind of mix version of Vietnam and Thai, taste was good
Food was delicious.Server was very kind and efficient and the atmosphere was relaxing. Absolutely my favorite is the Pho with all the meats and trimmings!
Great Food! Best oriental food around.
Service is great, but my lord!!!! I think the chef was drunk…. Food was horrible.. Next time, I’ll go to Amar Indian on exit 60…
One of my favorite places when I'm in Tifton GA

It’s really sad how bad this places is going down. Used to id come here on a week day with my family and they’d be packed. And honestly I believe it’s all because one waitress. The woman refuses to take our order because last time we were here I called her out on the bad attitude. No one wants to work all day and want to get a nice bite to eat. Not to mention the prices are not cheap for the experience to be so bad. We love this place, or we did at one point. I bet they’ll be out of business if the owner don’t realize soon.

Very good Asian Fusion. Lots of options and have not had a bad meal yet. One of the best Asian restaurants in Tifton!
I don’t know why I’m always so surprised that the employees here refuse to ANSWER THE PHONE for to go orders. I magically had one answer a few minutes ago and instantly put me on hold. Then when I called back it went straight to voicemail. I will NOT be a patron here anymore. Totally unprofessional.
Walked in. Curious smell. Place has gone down hill. Poorly maintained and dirty looking. Prices are way too high now. We sat down, looked at menu and prices and left. It used to be an amazing place. Sad.
Love there food, service was good, nice quiet place to eat, very fresh tasting veggies and shrimp is cooked perfectly.
They do have good food. Their customer service is awful. I have never gone and thought “wow she was really nice.” If you’re going to call in your order make sure it’s before 8. Yes they close at 9, but unfortunately the staff is lazy so they don’t want you to order an hour before closing.

Had multiple experiences here. Some good but the last four have been terrible. Meals are not completely in a timely manner, wrong items, one server in the entire restaurant multiple phone calls for a take out order to be told, "i had to use the bathroom", all good. Get someone to cover the front FOR YOU. I wont be back now and they had really good food. Just sad customer service for what an individual pays now to dine out.
Good
This place was absolutely amazing the workers are very very nice. I got the children's lo mein with vegetables and chicken and spice was Thai hot and it was IMMACULATE the best I have had! This place is PERFECT!
Food tastes good but portions are small.
Not quite sure if they are ever cooked pho
Great food and the service was great but the blk hostess said we couldn't sit in a booth because there was only two of us.
The taste is 1 star...it is worst taste I have
Had a great waitress and the food is always good!
Food was great
Waitress are rude as hell. I hope owner realize soon and change rude people out soon, food is good. It’s just sad that waitress acting like total Jerk.
Love this restaurant but the inside interior is really old and dingy.

Food Could have been better.
I tried to call in my order and phone rang until going to a full mailbox. Then the employees will turn on the phone and leave it on the counter so it doesn't ring anymore. When I was waiting for my food I saw the phone sitti g on counter dial tone going. I thought maybe they were busy but when I arrive there was one car in parking lot. I watched employees hang phone up multiple times while waiting on my food. The food is delicious but don t try to call in an order
Our server was great, food was delicious! Prices were good.
This is not a high society snooty place, it is however inviting and the decor is kind of what you would see in "Big Trouble in Little China" the staff there is lovely! All are very friendly and extremely attentive. The food....wow... From the pho to the Tai curry I have yet to be disappointed! Highly recommend!
Update: 1/5/24: Happy to report the crab angles are solid once again. :) We had the Tofu Pho and House Pho. Delicious!
————
Update 12/15/23: The pho is still very good; however, they have started to use lower quality ingredients, which is very evident in the crab angles and the hot and sour soup. The cream cheese they use now liquifies and has an odd taste and texture. Use to be one of my favorites, but is now probably one of the worst crab angles I have ever eaten. Also, the hot and sour soup has become gelatinous, which (to me) looks and tastes bad. It was not always like this. 😢 Hoping these are temporary changes.

My family and I visit Saigon frequently as the food is consistently great. Our go to dishes include the tofu pho, Mongolian Chicken (Thai hot), sake, and the crab angles. They have returned to table service!. My oldest daughter says the food is not good, but amazing.
Love this place! The food is delicious, they don’t cut corners with ingredients and flavor. Prices are fair, very kind wait staff, you can tell the owners take pride in their restaurant.
Food: I ordered the beef fried rice. It was pretty okay and loved the eggs but the beef was really sweet. Like the beef and fried rice was seperate and there was more rice than beef. It was a bit hard to mix together but was delicious together. Bean sprout were *mwah* chefs kiss. My mom and sister ordered the pho and they said there was too much beef surprisingly and that it didn't taste exactly like the pho they were in love with. But overall it tasted good for them.
Service: Our server was really nice and overall friendly.
Atmosphere: We were coming in from a long day on the road and craved some Vietnamese. When we walked in, it felt pretty local, no complaints there. We sat down and it was quiet. People were talking but it was dinner party quiet.
The hostess was very RUDE!
My family and I came to the restaurant for the first time wanting to try their Pho noodles. When we walked inside we were not greeted at all! The hostess walked past us several times and when we stopped to ask her if we are supposed to just find somewhere to sit, she make a rude remark and told us to stand and wait until she sat another customer. When she finally sat us down, she then threw the menus on the table. Shortly and quickly after that we left!
Very expensive and food is bland. Very bland. No flavor at all.
Traveling through on a late Monday. Big menu variety (very pan-asian choices) Friendly service. Excellent price for glass of wine. We had saigon appetizer platter ( delicious. fresh & a great value)(I think their frying oil must be kept clean & changed frequently because the fried items were so good), egg drop soup (they were out of hot & sour) & shared coconut chicken curry. Nice portions. Very good. Close to hotels/i-75. Would recommend to locals or passers thru!
Great atmosphere cool decor, food is fantastic, why a great time
This is a Wonderful place to dine. I feel that it's Surprisingly under rated. You'd be amazed at the wide variety of food on the menu. You might think that it's a Chinese food restaurant. But in actuality, it's so much more than that. When you think about it, it's hidden in it's name.
People would assume that it's a Chinese restaurant when Actually it's an Asian restaurant. For reference, Saigon is (or was) in Vietnam but my point is they have food from all over the eastern world. Everything from India to Japan and most things in between. The food is Wonderful and the restaurant has Great atmosphere which even has an outdoor section.
So, if you have the opportunity, give this restaurant a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
After the lunch hours I wanted the smaller portion they were willing to sell it to me thank. The food was delicious.
The building on the outside is dated and the inside could be updated also the cleanseness needs cleaning and the food was ok not all that will I go back? No I won't
Had take out. Tried the House Phad Thai n sugar donuts. All very tasty. The PT a bit hot 4 me. But perfect with the duck sauce
(? its orange) or a small glass of milk. Tried the saigon appetizer platter, a miss in my book but the saigon egg rolls were nice. Order took bout 15 min. to get n service was polite.
This place was ok. Food presentation could have been better. Would I go back, probably not. #thanksforreading
I had the Mongolian Beef. It was delicious!!
Twice in less than a week, dinner and lunch, excellent pho for dinner and honey chicken for lunch, excellent Saigon egg rolls, super service!
Best Chinese around in Tifton. Food is always cooked fresh and delicious.
I ordered the MILD chicken Thai Curry and it had so many hot red peppers in it I could barely eat it. When I told the server that the menu said mild, she said well they do put in a few peppers. This was not a few. My lips and throat were burning. It would have been really good but don’t say mild and then load it with extremely hot peppers. I should have sent it back and said NO peppers. They didn’t even take anything off the bill and I couldn’t eat half of it. Oh well!!
Their Pad Thai reminds me of the Thai food I used to eat out in Oregon and Washington. Absolutely delicious 😋
Dining out was fantastic!! The food was so good I could eat here everyday!! I ordered General Tso chicken and Beef Pho. Both were absolutely amazing. Could not recommend anything better. This is the place to eat.
Has been my favorite place in three towns for years. Such a selection, always great service, and amazing food.
Great food & great service. Reasonably priced. We’ll be back for sure!
Ok so usually when I review a place it's normally 5 stars or 1 because I usually feel very strongly one way or another but this restaurant really has me on the fence. So I've tried it years ago and the first time I went the food was just awful I think I ordered the pad Thai and it was just bland and a little sweet. This time the food was good! My bf and I went to sit down and eat and we could tell the server was a little busy and by herself we even asked about it because we could relate to the situation we have both been in food service. But maaaan his coffee was cold and she asked me if I wanted a water when we ordered and never brought me one. We tried to catch her but it was almost like she was avoiding us going all the way to the other side of the restaurant to avoid our table, avoiding eye contact, walking really fast by us when she had to check on the table behind us (and ps checking on the other tables). We were confused on what was going on we caught the manager and asked him if he could grab him another cup of coffee and my water. It looked like the kitchen staff was helping her and that's who brought us our food. We never saw our server after she took our initial drink orders/food order and untill she rushed over to take us our bill. She didn't ask if we needed anything else or pick up our plates or even if we enjoyed everything. We are typically really good tippers as well always typically 15-30% depending how well the service was but we left nothing that day.
A great place to eat with great food.. My only negative comment would be this place could use service employees.. I know it's hard to find but their should be more people working the tables. But other then this.. I love to eat here..
The chicken pad-thai was extremely delicious and very tasty. The preparation was great. The delivery was timely. I'm ordering again.
This place is truly a hidden jem, good was fantastic, Thai milk tea was to die for and the service was great. Wish I could go back tomorrow but was just passing thru. Will be back on the next trip..
IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS I WOULD‼️ The food was delicious I ordered the House Pho. It was also my first time here. The garlic chicken is also very delicious. The inside is very well decorated and the music is so relaxing 😌. Best in Town by far 😁
Always great food!! Definitely recommend 👌 👍
Great Chinese food.
Came to this restaurant on a road trip with the family with 2 young children. Showed up around 645 pm and was seated in about half an hour. Ordered food and the food came an hour later!
The food was decent, as we are spoiled with good authentic pho in my area, but the service time was unacceptable. It wasn’t particularly busy that evening, lots of empty tables, and at one point the server was lying down in a booth on her phone. The staff seemed to focus on taking care of take out; rather than customers in the restaurant.
It was a long travel day with two children under 5 and by the time we got food it was nearly 8:15 PM when the restaurant closed at 9. Disappointed and shouldn’t have stayed. But dealing with two young children when they are hangry waiting for nearly 1 and a half hours was irritating.
Not impressed at all! Moved to Georgia from Tampa FL and was looking for some Thai food. I ordered the veggie pad thai and asked for extra spicy and a hot and sour soup. Most disappointing pad thai I have ever had. There was no peanut sauce, and no spice at all! Very sweet. I had to doctor it up at home. The soup was ok but they had to give me a side of their spicy sauce as the soup is pre-made. I still had to add my own hot oil. I will keep searching...
Awesome food!
Food was hot and fresh and quite tasty. It took a little bit of time to get our order because the kitchen was short staffed and it was during lunch rush but we'll worth the wait. Can't wait to take my husband there next time.
Personally I don't think this is true Vietnamese restaurant. The taste of Phở was not good and not to mention it was served luke warm only.
One of our local favorites. Twice this week, in fact. Food is delicious, fresh and carefully prepared. Friendly staff. Very clean.
Decent food. I was a bit surprised that lunch was served in to-go containers only.
Love lemongrass curry .....always great .
I love this place the roasted pork Pad Thai is just amazing staff is always always great the waitress already knows me I got there all the time soon as I walk through the door she goes ahead and places my order for Pad Thai crab rangoon they're sweet tea is really good you just can't go wrong with the Saigon Kitchen I give him 10 Stars baby
Food was very flavorful and the service was good.
Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. The service was quick and the staff is very pleasant.
Food was good, rice was cold and they charged for the water .75. Won't go back!
They never answer the phone when you try to order.
Great food, loved the customer service, & a huge menu to order from.
Really nice place great service. Food was good. Definitely coming back. So much to choose from on the menu need to try some of it all.
Service bad. Beef pho not bad, but vegetables not fresh
Quiet and peaceful place
I can eat food stable.
And every food taste good.
Some genuinely good Asian food with a great selection. Hard to find good Asian food around here.
Everything there is awesome .food quality is very good . I've been eating there for 7 years .
never had a bad meal
Amazing food. Good portion size.
Pretty good food. Prices are pretty good for the food. Friendly girls at checkout. I did a Togo order
Our meal was very good! Service was great! Once we placed our order it came out quickly. Very pleased with the whole experience!
Traditional scenery. The food was pleasant, good customer service. Overall friendly and would recommend!!
Love to go here and get different foods. Especially Thai food.
I wish you could have the ambiance of it coming to your table in original playing versus take out containers.
I just recently ate their sesame chicken wings and white rice and it tasted so good and fresh. The staff was very friendly and it was a very clean restaurant based upon my observation. This is one of my new favorite restaurants!
One of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever had. My wife and I were extremely full and satisfied when we left. The value of the food was great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is fresh and well prepared. Come on Friday or Saturday for the best Boba tea.
My order was great. 😀
Run away.
The sweet and sour tofu was really good I mean perfect but the steamed rice was sort of mushy. The price for the amount of food was very reasonable and the service was very efficient and nice.
Service and quality has gone way down the past few years. When I was local, I ate here frequently. My last visit, I dealt with the less than friendly cashier everyone is talking about and was put on hold for a long time by her. The spring rolls were the worst I have ever had. Pho was mediocre. I guess this place is okay, considering it's the only one in town serving Viet and Thai cuisine. But it used to be fantastic. I mean, really a superb place. What has happened?
Food was edible but did not have a lot of flavor. The egg rolls tasted like pepper and the pho broth tasted like water.
Saigon has THE BEST Asian food in town. Their hot & sour soup is so delicious. Also had lemongrass chicken, Tai pad fried noodles, Kung Pau chicken & rice. Delicious, but they forgot my fried potstickers. I'll catch them next time.
Food is good. Service is horrible
I went here the other day for Thai food takeout. I've been to a lot of Thai food restaurants, but this one was not even close in quality. The customer service was great, and they accommodated to my family's allergies. However, the curry was thin and had no flavor. The rice was also very bland and not enjoyable to eat. Lots of paper signs everywhere, which ruined the nice interior.
Amazing food. Everything I’ve had from here is great. Tifton is very lucky to have such a great restaurant because much larger towns in Georgia don’t have Chinese/Thai/Vietnamese restaurants this good.
Food is wonderful however the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I eat out daily and can only work up the resolve to eat here every other month or so because of the rudeness and lack of common courtesy. The girl upfront shamelessly lies and laughs in customer's faces. She puts you on hold for 15-20 minutes when they answer. Overall go for the food but be prepared for a horrible experience.
The (Fuh)pho was so delicious 🤤, the staff was nice !
I live 48 mins south from this place, but met my family here because they live 30 mins north. I was excited because they have Pho. I was nervous after reading reviews right before going, but I was so happy about the experience from walking in to leaving. The staff here was super nice! The food was so delicious. My Pho was great! My son and husband got General Tso w/ friend rice, extra spicy and both said it was good. Plus, they got a whole take out box of chicken and a pint of friend rice. The fried and steam pot stickers were delicious. The egg roles and veggie egg roles were amazing. My 4 year old for stir fried chicken and broccoli w/ no sauce and friend rice. He kept saying how good it was and literally ate all of his chicken and most of his broccoli. I have nothing bad to say and I’m so curious about what other people are or experienced because my family is hard to please and everyone was happy. BTW - I only got a picture of my sons chicken because I brought it home to him.
I could not leave work to get lunch so I ordered in advance and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. My daughter went to get my order 25 minutes later and it was not ready. The girl at the front counter was rude and had a nasty attitude. I was asked for my name when ordering and my daughter had to call me to ask what I had ordered because she was told they did not have my order. After finding my order my daughter still had to wait for the food to be prepared. The customers that came in after my daughter were treated nice and friendly. I like eating here but will not be back for a long time. In this business you cannot pick and choose who you are nice to and who you treat very bad. If you do not like your job find another. Dragon 1 is my go to for now!
it was a great staff
Great pho with a ton of fresh herbs. Very good portion sizes.
First time going there and it was so delicious. Definitely will be back!!
First off the Food is great ...... But I tried to call in an order and the girl put me on hold for over 10 minutes!!! And when I tried calling back I kept getting voicemai !!! NEED BETTER SERVICE
We ordered yesterday for the first time. Oh my goodness how delicious the food was.The staff was excellent, very friendly. We ordered Orange chicken, Vegetable fried rice,Spring rolls and Egg drop soup.Everything was hot and delicious ,the serving size was very gracious. We have a new favorite restaurant.
Never been disappointed! I had shrimp and lobster sauce very very good very clean restaurant
Food was bland not good. Portion size was tiny. Rice was in rice containers and was less than half full. Called and spoke to them they said it takes to long to cook rice. Long story short do not go to or order if your looking to eat out.
Hands down the best Asian restaurant in Tifton !
Good portions fast service, and amazing atmosphere!!
It’s never busy so it takes just a minute or two before the food is on your table
Very clean !
Why are you not here already ! It’s a must
New place to eat. Haven't decided if I like it or not.
They have a diverse selection of Asian food. Very good, highly recommend they also have vegan options.
Quick service and friendly staff. Order was cooked fast and prepared correctly. They do very good
It used to good. But last time I went, they change the receipe, Not that good any more!!!
Update!
The last time I went to this store to eat, The price of food has gone up and the portions are getting smaller. As a girl who doesn't eat much, I can't even feel full. I'm really getting more and more disappointed with this place.
First time going will be going back good food
Absolutely love. Pho is amazing. Always quick with service.
Really good and fresh! Mid range prices
Really good food!
Good food, friendly staff
We gathered here for my grandson’s birthday and the experience was so good!!!! The service was great and the food was incredible! I will most certainly be back!!!!
The food was amazing. Great service
Tue food tasted good restaurant was interesting decor but pretty sure I got food poisoning I have never been so sick
Didnt serve us.
Great food and very attentive staff. I've been dining there for years, and plan to continue for years more. Great for a date night or a family meal.
Great orange chicken, honey chicken and vegetable fried rice.
My husband and I ordered numerous entrees from here. We got shrimp pho, stir fried flat rice beef noodles, fried chicken wings, spicy sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, szechuan wings, and sugar donuts.
The pho and rice noodles was not good at all. The pho leaves a bad after taste immediately and the rice noodles has a bad taste with the first bite.
I ordered my food at like 3:30 and did not get my food until 4:45 so extremely frustrating.
