I always order from here. Not anymore. Ordered food through Uber eats and they put pipping hot food in Styrofoam. The manager had the nerve to have an attitude and tell me I can order their supplies. Mind you I've told an entire building of over 5000 employees to put this place on the block list immediately!! Lose money and watch your mouth
Amazing food! We ordered Pad Thai, Panag Curry, Massman Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice. All dishes were perfectly flavorsome. This will be our go to for Thai food from now on.
You will not find the food worth the money. Sorry henry county lacks culture. This is not good thai. Save your thai cravings for Atlanta.
Update 2024 (decided to try again years later): let me say I curse all small businesses who up the prices and serve the poorest quality food. As a previous reviewer stated the chicken they use has to be canned or precooked. Either way it’s taste rancid. I might call the state on them anyhow. Do not waste your time or money.
I ordered calamari, spring veggie rolls, and angel noodles. I would like to start with the positive but there were none. I attempted to call in my order but no one answered the phone (5 attempts). I showed (my phone with the attempts) this to the young lady at the Thai Time. I proceeded in a cheerful manner to order my food. After getting home to eat my food, I found the spring rolls to be very salty. The calamari must have been cooked in old grease and must have been sitting for a long time. The calamari had no taste and looked old and a lot of the batter had fallen off. The angel noodles had a ton of salt in them and looked old. The egg was burnt that was put in the noodles. The noodles simply tasted awful. I am starting to ask why do some of the restaurants in McDonough charge Atlanta prices for food of poor quality and preparation. I will not be back to this restaurant.
Wasn't a fan of the crab and sour cream appetizer, BUT the basil rice was so delicious and flavorful. The decor and ambiance are very nice. I would've given 5 stars if the young lady at the front didn't act as if it was breaking every bone in her body to speak back when she was spoken to.
Great experience in this place. I just had the Beef Pad Prik Pao and it was fricking delicious. I highly recommend this one. I love spicy food and this exceeded my expectations. Everything on point. I went with the family and my mom never eats an entire plate, surprisingly she did this time. Spring rolls are excellent too. The guy was pretty attentive too. No complains and had a good lauch!
a large but simple menu. solid food.
pho is comfort food, we tried the beef, and they do a great job with it. the chicken massaman was hearty, and had a balanced flavor. the green curry was fresh and light. the curry duck was much better than expected, very little fat, slightly sweet and spicy. the duck was grilled with light char, in an aromatic sauce. shrimp basil rolls, coconut soup, fried tofu... all were presented well and tasted great. we ordered it all to go, and it arrived on time, well packed.
now that we tried the basics, we look forward to the rest of the menu.
we forgot to get good photos. too hungry. here's ultra close ups of the massaman with a few bean sprouts we added, and the duck curry.
Ordered food and they this company does not answer the
phone
THAI? It Could Be But ITS NASTY… Spent Almost $60 Dollars TO PACKAGE UP MY WHOLE PLATE TO BRING IT HOME TO SEE IF I COULD DOCTOR IT UP… Very Disappointed 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Horrible chicken was very dry
Me and my wife love Thai and this the best we've had for sure!!
Disappointed. The most opposite of what Thai should be. Flavors are way off and even the components.
Amazing food! We ordered Pad Thai, Panag Curry, Massman Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice. All dishes were perfectly flavorsome. This will be our go to for Thai food from now on.
Food is very good!
Update: Went again today 10.5.2024
Excellent food and Service!
We ordered Garlic Mussels, Drunken noodles , basil-fried rice and Red Curry . Everything was hot and tasted authentic. Felt Welcomed, friendly service , clean restaurant!
The food was great. This is one of our favorite places for thai food. The place could be a little cleaner. I'm not sure what they mop the floors with, but they are sticky.

It was ok.

Best tasting Thai food in Henry County. Period. No fills or heavy ambiance. Just great tasting Thai food
Fabulous food,great service!!!
Absolutely love Thai time! You get huge portions of amazing food. I have celiac disease and can’t eat gluten, their menus are labeled with what I can and can’t eat. I’ve never gotten sick from cross-contact. This is our favorite Thai place around.
Thai time is our regular since a few years now and everytime Thai time delivers the best food on table..
From Thai curry,rice to noodles..
Must try
All sorts of curry with chicken and veggies
Basil Thai chicken rice
And
Lo mein veggie noodles
Суп том Кха не настоящий!
Салат вкусный !
Amazing customer service,
First time and I was nervous coming from Thai food in LA, which is 🔥 btw, and I couldn't be happier. Ordered basil fried rice w/ chicken and shrimp pad Thai. Delicious!!!!! The spice level was perfect for my son but I'll mos def try Thai hot next time. Can't wait!
Thanks again for a wonderfully "non" regret-able takeout food Friday night. 😃👍
Best Thai in my area whether I take it to go or dine in.
I had basil fried rice with shrimp and chicken. Pretty darn good. I would recommend trying it out. After trying 3 to 4 Thai spots in Henry county, Thai Time is the best!!
I had Shrimp Pad Thai. The ladies taking the orders are very friendly and pleasant. The food was really good. I will return.
Food is amazing my first time an I will be coming back thank you my food was delicious 😋
Not sure if this is just bad timing or common occurrence. I just ordered chicken Pad Thai from here for the first time and the chicken is off. Had to throw the food out. Waste of $11.83
Fantastic old fashioned Thai food with amazing server Jade. Thank you!
Mom & pop restaurant
Extremely great food service
I absolutely love this place
Basil chicken is a must
So tasty! I love the basil fried rice.
I would eat here every day if my wallet was bigger. The Pad See Ew and Cashew Nut Chicken are addictive - taste at your own risk. Keep up the good work!
Absolutely loved the food. We went on a Saturday night and the place wasnt too busy. We got seated pretty quick. Ordered appetizers: fresh spring roll without the shrimp and the papaya salad. Both of them were really good. We order red curry, green curry and ginger stir fry and medium heat. The food came out quickly but was delicious. We are vegetarians and ordered the dishes with tofu and veggies. There were plenty of vegetables. The food was at good spice level and it wasn't oily. We had leftovers. Rice was also in good quantity. Lot of vegetarian options at the restaurant. Good amount of parking available.
Nice food
Usually the food here is fantastic but the last time I went here me and my mom ordered 2 different meals and I found a piece of glass in my order. I cut my lip and my mom didn't want to come back. My father wanted to press charges but I didn't want them to lose the business.
Love the food and service is always good.
Very cozy and intimate I always get the pineapple fried rice medium spice with cashews on side and it’s literally delicious with duck sauce (courtesy of American deli next door) lol I love the Thai tea as well but it can leave a bit of a starchy aftertaste won’t lie to ya but recommended and a nice lil perk when u sign in every time to redeem food 7x for tea and others I forget
This place has some of the best Thai food in Georgia! We had medium spice chicken pad Thai and the massaman curry and it was divine. Lovely, lovely staff too. Could not be happier!
Lot of options for vegetarians. Loved everything I ordered!!
The Pad Thai, Basil Fried Rice and Spring Tolls are amazing!
This is some of the best and most consistent Thai food the wifey and I have enjoyed. We live an hour away and happened to stumble upon this little gem while in this area and have made the drive a number of times too enjoy this food. Wish I took pictures one of those times, but my stomach be ready to eat when we arrive.
Pho is good! Food is always hot and fresh.
Best place in mcdonough
Curry is a bit too sweet. Soups are great. I've ordered Pho through delivery and the meat was so overcooked it was inedible. I'm not sure if I would recommend
Amazing Food, Fried Rice is best tasting fried rice of any thai restaurant, Kind, quick service
Love the red curry with pineapple, I always tell.to make it spicy! So good.
a large but simple menu. solid food.

Food (crab puffs and pineapple fried rice) and service was good...not "Top Spice" restaurant good, but good...parking is limited so you may have to park elsewhere and walk over.
Very good food and excellent service.
Order the pad Thai and it was not good. Noodles were hard and sauce was stinky!
The customer service is great but there was hair in my food twice. I ordered rice with wings and pad Thai. There was hair in my rice. I called and notified them that there was hair in my rice without complaining or requesting a refund. I tried them again but made sure to say please make sure there is no hair in my food. THERE WAS HAIR IN MY SECOND ORDER. I contacted them not to ask for a refund but to tell them within 2 days I’ve ordered from the location twice and both times there was hair in my food. They gave me a refund but I do not trust to eat there anymore. They need hair nets and better sanitation methods
My go to are the Spring rolls & Thai fried rice which is always hot & fresh whenever I order. The workers are nice & polite as well.
I come to this restaurant once a week(no exaggeration) I consider myself “a regular.” I love the house noodles and fried basil rice w/ beef. Customer service is awesome and food is ALWAYS cooked to order. I would post my food but I ate it already. :-)
Their Green Curry and Pad Thai are absolutely amazing! We also got Calamari but it was too deep fried, however the other dishes and their deliciousness made up for it :)
Delicious authentic Thai. House noodles were soo good! Service was great!!
Service was Great, however the food was toooo Spicy, All the flavors ran together. Gravy was put on everything
: ( I've had better
My wife and I look forward to our weekly Thai Time ritual. The food is delicious, combining the perfect amount of flavor and heat, and the service is always friendly. Couldn’t recommend Thai Time enough!
Food was well below what I expected from a Thai restaurant.
Closed, I guess I won't be back when they open.
Absolutely love their food! We drive 30-45 minutes just to get Thai Time! We love the pineapple rice combos with shrimp and the Pad Thai (noodles…can’t remember the correct name) so yummy!
Food was delicious by cook and unnecessary bad customer service by Jade with the glasses.
Get someone in there that will help thrive your business and not drain it from the first point of contact. Professionalism and great customer service is what every successful business has that takes them to the next level.
curry is AMAZING
Great little Thai restaurant. Fast and friendly service
I’m in the area for work and have ordered take out from Thai Time several times in the last few months. Every time I’ve gotten courteous and professional service with delicious food. I’m hooked and will keep coming back!
They have the worst papaya salad in the world! Waist money for this ! They should learn from another Thai’s restaurant about make this salad taste better! 😵💫🤮😵💫
Love the pineapple fried rice with shrimp and crab cheese puffs. always my favorite and go to Orders
New the McDonough area. I’ve had Thai food in Conyers and Thai food in Hapeville. I travel a lot, so I have a few places to go to when I’m looking for good Thai food. Well, I tried another place in McDonough and didn’t like it. Finally decided to give this place a try and I absolutely glad I did. I can say I found my new Thai spot near home. From the app to the entrees , everything is good and the spice level is legit and no joke! I ordered pineapple fried rice medium and it was soooo good. I ordered to go and didn’t have to wait long at all. Food was fresh and hot and the hostess was friendly.
At work
I was trying to call in a pick up order was not familiar with the menu, and the female who everyone is talking about in this review, was so rude , she had nothing but attitude, when she explained the items on the menu! Really upset me, because I was about to give them my money!I didn't even come to pick it up.She does not have customer service skills at all! I work at a place, where I have to do exactly what she does:take call in orders.I don't always get customers who are familiar with the menu, and I explain it to them ,no matter how I personally feel.I may see it everyday, and have to explain repetitively, so that is where frustration can come in.We are all human, and we will get frustrated at times. But that is no excuse to talk to anyone, especially a paying customer, in a rude disrespectful manner. It is called being mature and professional. There will always be people who are not familiar with the menu, and it is apart of the job to inform them.I say that to say, I do exactly what she does ,so from someone who understands the job hands on, she was beyond unprofessional. Just how her nasty attitude made not go there to purchase the food, other people will do the same.Bad for business!
Poor customer service.
Great food
Wonder Experience! Masks were enforced and the food was delicious! I highly recommend the Pad Thai and Spring Rolls. This will be our new Thai restaurant.
Refusal of guest entry at all without mask, even covering the mouth as requested. Emotions should be left out of business decisions.
Horrible customer service. Food is not the best.
A bit pricy, but absolutely worth it. My wife said it’s the best shrimp she’s ever eaten (and she’s eaten a LOT of shrimp!). Fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned. Cashew nut shrimp was excellent. We will be back
Great food and customer service
I got the Pho soup which is not on the menu however it was delicious; authentic seasonings and a wonderful experience.
I'm sorry. Not anymore.I went over there for the first time and spent $ 26. The customer service very very cold and I called outside the restaurant, the lady told me to come back to pay, I ordered what I want , paid got my receipt and waited until they are ready. What i realized she didn’t welcome me nicely, she was mean she didn’t said something bad but her reaction body language was like we don't need you here when it's my first time here, doesn’t make nose sense .I bought the food and when i ate i don't know what happened it upset my stomach and i had to use the restroom for several times. The Thaï restaurant in Conyers in the Best of the best! They need to copy and get some training coaching from the Thaï resto in Conyers, it’s because of them I like Thailand food and culture.
Have gone to several different Thai restaurants. This one loves to short you on food. Ordered the "pot" of coconut chicken soup and got like 6 Itty bitty pieces of meat and the rest was all broth. Strongly suggest the drive to saibang thai less than 5 miles up the road.
We were driving from TN and decided to stop here. We arrived at this restaurant at 4:02pm on a Sunday. The sign written on the door stated Monday-Friday - Lunch 11:30am-3:00pm. Sundays open from 11:30-10pm. A lady approaches the door and begins to unlock it. My sister, confused, due to the apparent misleading and incorrect time stated on the door asked the lady if they were just opening up. The lady said yes we were closed for lunch and said “ it’s on the sign” and walked away. We could immediately tell that something was off with her and just decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, hey maybe she was having a bad day? We asked her if pets were allowed as I had my 9 lb miniature poodle on the drive. She said No it’s not allowed and we immediately told her it’s okay we understand as not all places do allow pets. So we decided to do takeout. The woman had an obvious attitude throughout the whole ordering process. After we paid we asked her if we could have an extra takeout tray because we don’t have plates on us as we are driving. She told us they charge extra for that. We asked for extra forks and she also told us they charge for that as well. My sister explained to her at the end that the sign was misleading and the woman pulled out a menu with the correct times. I said yes, but the sign is incorrect in comparison to the menu. I told her she was being rude from the moment we approached the door. She then told me she was being rude from the moment we asked if a pet can come in here. This tells me and anyone else who is clearly reading this post that she 1) was aware of her rudeness and 2) that If it were a service dog which she did not ask, she would have an issue with it regardless of if it was someone with a disability or not. I would rather not be sitting here on a long drive writing a review but this woman’s customer service and attitude was absolutely appalling. If the food tasted like rainbows and sparkles I still would not give this place my business.
Been sitting at the bar about 20 minutes waiting for the food to be served
They are slow. And need more workers.
It was 5 of us there, three of them had been there before and love the place. It was me and my husband first time and the food was delicious.
So I just left this restaurant it is 2:52pm. The lady meet me at the door and inform me that they were closed. The was my first time here it will be my last. Most restaurants serve until they close. The door say 3:00 pm. But today January 11th 2020 they were closed at 2:52pm.
Always great 😇🙏 Chris the owner does a great job with his food 👍. Come in an try it is delicious
Ordered the Spicy Bangkok Chicken lunch special and it was one of the best Thai dishes I’ve ever eaten. By far the spiciest ever encountered. It reminded me of Tom Yum soup mixed with a fried chicken breast. Absolutely tasty! Best of both worlds! If you enjoy food with a good kick, I highly recommend it. Cheers!
Excellent food cooked to order and customized per customer's request, e.g. low sodium, low/ no spices.
Don’t go here they open late and have nasty Attitudes they will see you knocking on the door at like they’re not supposed to be open save your money and go somewhere else
I've eaten here numerous times, and its always better when sitting in/eating in the dining room. The 3+ times when I have ordered takeout, my order is given to me wrong, despite repeating the order back to whoever is taking it on the phone numerous times. I like my pad thai "thai hot" and the last few times I ordered it, it had NO spice at all, which ruins the whole order for me- I'm 9 months pregnant right now, so I really want EXACTLY what I order. I order it specifically for it to be spicy. That being said, the food itself is generally of good quality and the portions are okay for what you pay. I do wish the takeout wasn't put in styrofoam because it tends to leak and doesn't travel home well. The chicken coconut soup is very good, my husband likes the Massaman Curry as well, and I always order Pad Thai (I'm a creature of habit).
Terrible Service. Rude server!
Good quick place to eat, Reasonably priced, great flavor and nice waitress
Hands down best cashew chicken I have ever eaten! Great service.
I love this place the food is soooooooo good. My favorite is the pad thai, crab puffs, pad see yew, spring rolls, sweet and sour chicken, honey spicy wings and thai iced coffee.
Delicious food. Nice decor and service was excellent. Good prices, too.
My daughter loves their food! I on the other hand like it ok,but take out,,, they don't give big portions like other oriental food places.
Pineapple Fried Rice is so good! Love this place 👍🏾
Best Thai around. Highly recommend
Amazing place, food is true authentic Thai the owners and staff are so wonderful and we had a delicious meal with excellent service!! Defiantly highly recommend- you won't be disappointed! We had Siam Chicken, Green curry tofu, fried tofu and nam sod, all were phenomenal
Nogood
Very good and very cheap
The food was tasteless. Not terrible...but seriously lacking flavor. My wife trys the coconut chicken soup at every Thai restaurant we go to.. this was one of our least favorites. Very watered down. Duck was okay. The service was prompt but not very friendly. We don't plan to return.
Best Thai place in town
Worst Thai food ever. Its not fresh.
I literally had to force feed myself a $50 meal so I wouldn't waste my money.
I ordered the spicy seafood soup, the three flavored salmon and cashew chicken.......1 word....horrible.
Overcooked, tough, and dry. Okay, that's four words, but I couldn't stop.
We love Thai and we moved to McDonough looking for great Thai, I believe we've found a fave! Great service and food!
Great place you should definitely Go here if you can
Vegetarians beware......I ordered a carry out, got back to my hotel ready to eat my tofu with vegetables in a peanut sauce only to have a horrible beef taste and smell in my first bite. After further inspection I found bits of beef throughout the entree. The house salad was good and fresh. Rice was good. Spring rolls were ok, a little greasy. I didn't take the entree back, I was tired, it was late and cold out. Disappointing.
Waitress was unfriendly at first but warmed up. Cashew chicken was great.
I love the food! Their basil fried rice is delicious and the lemon pepper sriracha wings are tasty!!!!!
Food was really good and very authentic.
My soup was cold...
Great food and service! The place is in a small strip mall, and so you don't expect much, but the food is excellent!
Fantastic food. Great service. What more could you ask for? Try the Curry Duck.
Great service and food
Perfect place for Thai food
They had to sub bamboo shoots for the bean sprouts in my pad Thai. But the servers were very nice and my order came out quickly.
Very authentic food. Friendly staff. Papaya salad was AMAZING.
I love this place I love the bocce and all the food is very good and a little pricey but it's worth it.
The food is fine but Jesus. It seems impossible to get our order right. We've been here twice and twice my husband ordered pad thai with chicken, not tofu. And twice he was given pad thai with tofu. It isn't a complicated order yet it seems impossible for them to get it right. The service isn't the best either. We waited a long time for drinks and for our food. If you do make the mistake to eat here order take out but make sure you check your food. We are taking our business elsewhere. I'm paying for a good and service and neither one is done properly. It's a waste of money and time.
Awesome customer service & great food. We will definitely be back!
Restaurant was clean, the hostess was really nice, and the Pad Thai was delicious! The only issue was the sauce smell a little funny BUT it did not taste like it smelled. :-)
Love this place, the Pad Prik Pao is off the wall. I go here 3 times a week for lunch and don't plan on stopping any time soon. Employees are nice and the flavor is perfect-o. Portions are a good size and the price is very appropriate for how much you get. This has become my home away from home, I feel as though I need a watch that tells me when its Thai Time
Atmosphere is great, the music is subtle and lighting is perfect. The Red shrimp curry was delicious and the portions are good, I'll definitely be coming back to try the bubble tea!
The quality of the food is good, hence no issue here. My complaint is with the female/cashier. She's very rude and needs to take a course in customer service.
NEVER AGAIN. OWNERS ARE SELFISH, INCONSISTENT AND INCONSIDERATE.
We've just picked up an order totaling almost $40. Not only was our food cold (we were on time picking it up and live less than 5 mins away), our two entrees were incorrect and missing key components of the meal itself. When I called I was polite and explained the issue. One person offered to replace the one meal but then said I'd have to talk to the someone in the kitchen. So I spoke with another woman who told me she had to call the owners. The owner responded with a 15% credit which was about $5! So, even after I was told it was their mistake, that was an ill attempt to correct this or keep our business. We will not support such a selfish business.
Food very delicious, tried all dishes very satisfying. Very nice people always greeted with a smile!!!
FOOD PREPARED INCORRECTLY, RUDE & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am totally dissatisfied and disappointed with an experience I've had at this establishment. I sent for a carry out just before they closed on 7/6/17. When I received my food it was incorrect. I called back but they had already closed, so no answer. Today on 7/7/17, I brought the food back, & asked for a refund due to the meal being incorrect. I ordered basil fried rice with chicken. There was no chicken. While at the restaurant today, I was told that I could not have my money back nor would they remake my order. I live in this community & I patronize Thai Time often. At this point I feel totally upset & totally not appreciated. I could not enjoy my meal and I could not have my money back. In addition, I was met with rudeness. I was told that it's my fault, I should have checked my order before I left and no I could not have a refund. I was also told that I could call the health department and complain if I wanted to. This is not how you treat customers, especially loyal customers as myself. It is not good business practice to tell a customer that it is their fault that their meal is incorrect. It shouldn't matter when I notice the error, if there's an error you should try to make it right. Never going back!
The best authentic Thai food I've found in years
Great place and food with excellent service.
Good is ok
Im a manager in a restaurant so I get customer, food quality, speed. Etc.. this place has none of those. Also I eat Thai food all The time. The customer service is treated so lightly here. The speed was slow, maybe that is because they had one waiter here waiting 5 or 6 tables. I ordered two fresh basil rolls for an appetizer and it took an extremely long time to get them. The waiter also rubbed his nose and didn't not wash his hands after and just kept passing out plates to customers which is a DEFINITE no no ! There was little pieces of maybe lent from a towel ? on my plate and stuck to my basil rolls ( if you are familiar with those, you know the rice paper is very sticky) that definitely should have been seen before it reached my table. Im not sure if it is from them drying the dishes or what ...But that's something that needs to get addressed to the cooks, you HAVE to pay attention to things like that some people would make a huge deal out of things like that. When I told the waiter about it, he spoke to me like I was stupid and almost looked reluctant to fix the problem. My entree looked good & tasted alright but overall this restaurant could be ran much better.
Was walking to Ruby Tuesday when I accidentally stumbled upon this gem here. The service was very friendly and prompt, the decor was pleasant and cozy, and my Panang Curry was excellent. I'll definitely return next time I'm in the area!
Great place. Mango Shrimp was amazing and the atmosphere is perfect. I'll be back.
The food is fresh and well-seasoned. Pleasant atmosphere.
Food was delicious cashew chicken with pineapple fried rice was good
Good food, entrees a tad pricey for me. Four stars for the prices and the surly waitress we had.
Coconut chicken soup was not appetizing to me. Tasted and smelled like dirty dish water. The chicken satay sauce was delicious but was not enough to save this rating.
Yummy!
Thai Time is great little restaurant. It's quite elegant yet simple and unassuming. The decor is fairly modern, but most importantly, it was impeccably clean. Ambiance was relaxing and quiet. Upon arrival I was greeted by my beautiful and polite server. Service was quick, attentive, and easy going. I ordered pad prik, which was superb. despite ordering max spiciness, the nuance of flavors were not overpowered. The sauce and beef was rich and savory (but not greasy or heavy), which complimented the vibrant and crisp veggies. Plating was simple and elegant. I highly recommend Thai time.
Great Thai food. Try the lemon pepper siracha wings. The best
We only ate Thai food One other time before, Upon entering we ask the host what was recommended she said “everything”,We then asked to see the menu. Set down, then decided we just wanted to place a to go order. The lady said, “Are you sure you want to place a to go order at this time”. My response was on second thought I don’t think we will be eating here after all. Extremely rude my prediction is this company will be out of business in no time and that lady will have trouble finding a job anywhere!
The taste of food is horrible now.
i am waiting for more than 10 minutes to place an order in this restaurant, which has only 2 guests now. no greeting when i walked in. i am still waiting, so 2 stars. but if food is really good, i will modify my review.
